Oh my gosh! What a wonderful group of providers! The office staff is tremendous, going out of their way to help. And so fun! I adore my doctors and it is a real blessing I found them. Pure professionalism by all. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

I started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) with Treasure Coast Bioidentical Institute (TCBI) at the age of 55 in September 2022. I am a real patient. HRT has positively transformed my life.I was afraid of HRT because of what I had heard, and so I never considered it as an option until I was tremendously exhausted and depleted from living with the menopausal experience.I heard about TCBI elsewhere during a yearly routine medical visit. A kind person mentioned Dr. Boland. She said to me, OH! You MUST make an appointment to see Dr. Boland! It will change your life. She was correct. I made an appointment the very next day.I have always found the office staff to be friendly, kind, and thoughtful. On the phone, I shared how terrible I was feeling, and they got me in as soon as they could. I am grateful for this. Every time I have been into the office, I am treated with great regard and kindness. I really enjoy and appreciate how friendly they are.Dr. Boland is leading the way in the field of HRT. He is a doctor of doctors and practices Medicine 3.0 as discussed in the acclaimed book, Outlive. He has done much study and work in this field, and it is truly his specialty. He closely monitors my bloodwork, and through the Biote pellets, has gotten my blood count numbers exactly to the place that is right for me, and wow....what a difference! During visits, he has educated me about menopause, how HRT works, and how it benefits me. He always reviews my numbers, and we discuss the plan going forward. He has been very clear with me that HRT is not a one-time visit. I had many clients share their great success with using bio identical hormone therapy with Dr. Boland. I was skeptical at first. Absolutely life changing. This facility was recommended by my OB/GYN office for menopause symptoms, and I couldnt be happier with the professionalism and caring of the staff and the very knowledgeable doctor. Its about $620 to have my personalized bioidentical pellets inserted every three months after my initial blood work was done. I would gladly work extra and save up to feel as great as I feel right now (compared to those horrible menopause symptoms before). Im living my best life now, thanks to TC Bioidentical!

Margaret told me over the phone I don’t have a hormone problem and go to a different doctor. I was more than willing to spend the $1010 dollars for treatment, but I guess my money isn’t good enough.Edited to add I have already had 3 doctors diagnose me with a hormone deficiency. I have no idea how some random person on the phone can say I do not.

I am very happy with the experience so far,The staff was very kind and gentle the doctors, very thorough, gentle, and he treats your symptoms! Blood test can put you in the range but if you still don’t feel good, he’s going to acknowledge how you feel and not so much your range.I am new to this and looking forward to the future I feeling much better❤️

Dr. Boland was my gynecologist for years, so caring, professional and knowledgeable and I was disappointed when he left the practice . His predecessors prescribed hormone therapy for my symptoms but the side effects were horrendous. My stepdaughter was telling me about bioidentical hormone therapy and at the young age of 73 I decided to look into it. That’s when I found Dr. Boland and his awesome staff at The Treasure Coast Bioidentical Therapy. Even though I was skeptical at first I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Boland. He explained in detail everything, gave me my first treatment of pellet therapy and gave me my bloodwork prescription. He also started me on progesterone saying it would help with sleep. Boy was he right!!!!! He called me when he received the results of my bloodwork and went over all tests in depth. I have more energy, more mental clarity, no more night sweats or horrible mood swings and I feel so much better. Plus the side effects, if any, are minimal. I had my second pellet treatment today. This is such an awesome and safe “fix” for menopausal symptoms…try it…I’m absolutely sure you will like it. Yes it’s expensive but well worth it. I have just started the hormone therapy treatment and taking a step like that does not go without questions and concerns. Dr. Boland had more knowledge and passion than I could have hoped for. He took a great deal of time diagnosing what my issues were and I am excited to start feeling like my old self.FOLLOW UP: after 2 rounds of treatment, and as I suspected, I feel like my old self again. The improvements were remarkable. I’ve seen a huge improvement with my overall health with increased energy and clarity. I can’t thank this group enough for what they’ve done for me!

I had a consultation with Dr. D. Before my consultation I encountered an awful receptionist who no longer works there. This receptionist had called my hormone provider that I am with at this time before I had my consultation and before I filled out any paperwork including the records release form. When I arrived she told me your dr doesnt even know who you are an appropriate response for someone calling with no release form. I thought nothing of it. When I came back for my consultation everything went well. I decided not to see this office for my next hormone dose. I was having a personal issue and I needed to stay closer to my home. This office is quite far as I live in Palm Beach Gardens. I was hoping to return for my next dose. I have been looking for a new stable provider for some time. When I went to the nurse I had been seeing I received a dose in some kind of error. Lower than I had been getting. In fact a dose that has a significant decline for me and all the related symptoms of significant estrogen decline. When I called my nurse to try and correct it I was told go see Dr. Boling another doctor in the Treasure Coast office. I realize the pellet I received from my providers error was not this offices fault. I realize I am under someone elses care and it is her responsibility to help me correct my situation but considering the role this office and their employee seems to have played in the treatment I am receiving you would think they would give me a chance to become a patient and correct my situation. They did not. I received a call that clearly stated they would not treat me. I give them one star. If i could give them a negative star I would because being associated with this office has effected me so negatively. Anyone who has issues with their hormone levels knows this is going to be a painful, emotional time for me. Finding someone to help while I have a low dose pellet from another provider inside me is unlikely for this cycle and my association with this office will cost me dearly. Reply: I have already found a wonderful Doctor ( and hes 1/2 the price which most hrt doctors are compared). We are not talking about a narcotic. Im not an addict. If your doctor cant help when you need them why bother establishing yourself. Ladies as you can see this is more than one awful receptionist.Their are great doctor who have the understanding and empathy needed for hormone replacement therapy you just have really ask and be present during your consult maybe travel a little I found a whole pocket of them in Boca :)

My wife and I both receive bio-identical pellet hormonal therapy from Dr. Boland. We BOTH adore the man. My wife was having a very difficult time with menopause and treatments with other doctors had failed. She was suffering with hot-flashes, low libido, acne, mood-swings. She is now about a year into treatment with Dr. Boland and all of those adverse symptoms have disappeared and she feels great. Dr Boland has been my BioTE doctor for 2.5 years (7 BioTE treatments). During that time, he has transformed my life physically and mentally. I went to Dr Boland for 2 reasons, my dad died of prostate cancer and Alzheimers, my research showed me that both of these age related diseases are directly tied to low testosterone levels, which only makes sense when you stop and think about the diseases.In my case, my high stress, very demand job at that time required me to be able to make split second decisions on million dollar agriculture deals. Im a 55 yr female who thought the remainder of my life would be a matter of existing, not living. Menopause symptoms started in my late 40s. Hot/Cold flashes, life altering fatigue, short tempered, no libido and a dry vagina that dreaded intimacy. If your tired & no longer feel like getting those little projects around the house done. Feel mentally unfocused, & cant concentrate like you used too. Gained weight & now have a belly you cant get rid of no matter how much you diet & exercise. Feel the sex drive drop off. I know exactly how you feel. Lousy experience at this office.The Dr is nice but the office staff is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Since you have to go through them to get a message to the Dr, they effectively made it impossible to speak to the Dr when I had a question. They seemed more than willing to give me their opinion , but when I said I didn’t want it, I was told the Dr is “too busy” to return my call.For what they charge here, that’s the last thing you want to hear.

I highly recommend this physician, a renown medical expert in Florida. Dr. Boland provided both my husband and me with a thorough explanation of the benefits of this highly specialized hormone therapy.

They are NOT accepting new patients. The website SHOULD state that because the receptionist is rude and does not offer any information or kindness, for that matter. A phone call to their office was a bad way to begin my search for help...they are NOT at all helpful. They are not even nice, unfortunately.
