Super super sad to have to write this review, as Dr. Abbi is one of my favorite doctors Ive interacted with (even though it was a while ago, and only for a few visits). A few years have passed since Dr. Abbi performed a procedure. Beginning about 6 months ago, I started having level 10 pain from my naval to groin that almost sent me to the emergency room. Due to my own procrastination, I didnt attempt to actually make an appointment to return to Dr. Abbi until 2 months ago. When I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told over 3 years had lapsed since Id seen Dr. Abbi (my fault), and Id need to be re-established as a new patient. So I called her office, only to be told Dr. Abbi wasnt taking any more new patients (I understand this). I shared more of what was going on, and because Dr. Abbi was the one who performed the procedure, the office told me Dr. Abbi WOULD be willing to see me, and I set an appointment in early March to be seen toward the end of May. For the last two months, I have been back and forth on the phone with Dr. Abbis office, often being called with the same message: Dr. Abbi is not seeing women for Well Women Visits and Id be moved to a nurse practitioner. Ive spent an insane amount of time going back and forth with the office trying to have them actually look at my chart and the original reason for booking my visit. Each time, the person I spoke to sort of had an ah-ha, oh yes you DID book with Dr. Abbi moment, in which I was assured my appointment was, in fact, with Dr. Abbi. Then, a few weeks later, Id get a new message. Last week was the final time this happened, and the person FROM Dr. Abbis office CONFIRMED with me that I was with Dr. Abbi. On Saturday (less than a week before this appointment), I received my pre-check in notification. Guess what? It showed me scheduled with a nurse. When I reached out, this is what I was told: Thank you for reaching out to our office. Upon review of your chart it looks like you are currently scheduled with Stephanie our ARNP. I reviewed Dr. Abbi schedule and she is fully booked out but Stephanie will be able to address your concerns at your upcoming appointment. Thank you. When I responded in shock, this was the final message I received: I apologize regarding this matter regarding the rescheduling of your appointment. Unfortunately Dr. Abbi is booked out for her upcoming schedule. Weve also recently been short staff with our doctors in our practice. If you would like to keep your appointment for tomorrow to evaluate your concerns we will be happy to see you. If you desire to check other offices for another provider we wish you the best of luck. We appreciate being a part of your care. Ive never felt less appreciated, and I am scared. Something is really wrong with my body. I wanted to see the last doctor Id seen, as I trust her AND this was the one who performed my procedure. This is why I was willing to wait 2 months. Now more time has passed, Ive continued with the scary pain, and Im back at square one. As I said in my reply in which I cancelled my appointment, this is the antithesis of health care. Im writing this review with the hopes that someone else wont have to experience the discouraging run around I have experienced. Massive shame because Dr. Abbi is GREAT.

If i could give her zero stars, i would. i went in there, told her the situation and she didn’t even acknowledge it. i then had a scan done after i had to REQUEST one and had to call multiple times a week to final get a hold of her. i needed to schedule a appointment to go over the results, i was scheduled about a month and a half out due to the doctor being on leave. the day before my appointment i get a call saying that my appointment is cancelled, no available appointments for the rest of the month. do not plan on coming back. horrible communication, very unprofessional.

Dr. Abbi is amazing. She is human with you and doesn’t just give you stats or give you big words you don’t understand she makes sure you understand everything fully before anything takes place. She preformed my D&C and I just saw her for my follow up and I will be seeing her for my next pregnancy whenever that is! I drive from Olympia to see her ♥️♥️♥️ Love her!

Dr.Monic Abbi, is One of the most caring and genuine Doctors I have ever the pleasure of being able to meet and call my OBGYN. She cares of your comfort and also whats best for you. She also has great bedside manner. Which in my opinion and I am sure plenty would agree. Is something A lot of Doctors in opinion and Im sure many would agree. Its something they have in these times. I was 15 when I first got sick and they way the pediatrician and specialists treated me a Childerns made me get very accustom to. So seeing an adult Dr. Be so rude was a shock to me. So to cut a long story short. It was nice to meet a adult Dr. bring me back to what I was accustom to.

Not impressed. Went in there with a problem something apparently she couldn’t deal with didn’t refer me to someone else didn’t tell me what kind of doctor did deal with it just took a photo of the problem for whatever reason called it a day and sent me away. Anybody with no education could do that job. I may as well have gone to a neighbor and saved 400 bucks. Will not return
