MultiCare Womens Health - Tacoma S 23rd Street

Natasha was my practitioner and she was very informative and very friendly. She made the visit enjoyable for something I normally would not find enjoyable. Personable, attentive and professional. Very lovely person. Rarely do reviews but she was above and beyond.

I saw Kara Ayers at this clinic and could not be happier. She took the time to answer questions I had, go through options, she truly advocated for me, and overall went above and beyond with the care she provided. If all medical personnel could be even a little bit more be like her, so many issues in the medical realm would be solved. She cares for the well-being of her patients like Ive never experienced before. Also, when a billing issue came up, it was quickly resolved by staff! I would recommend this clinic, specifically Kara Ayers, to anyone.

Kara M Ayers. is a wonderful doctor and person. She took her time answering all my questions, and welcomed me to ask more. She is extremely knowledgeable and addressed my issues and how to solve them. She was very kind and helpful and helped me realize I was on not a proper birth control for my needs/issues and helped me to find a new one.

I’ve had nothing but great service with this clinic. I saw Kara Ayers and she was so comforting and extremely professional. I get super anxious with these kinds of appointments and she made me feel super comfortable. She is easily one of the best providers I’ve ever encountered. She truly cares about her patients and listens to any concerns you have. Also, Crystal at the front desk was amazing. I didn’t have my health insurance card and I told her the name of what I thought it might be but wasn’t sure. When I was walking out of my appointment she stopped me and had a print out of all my health insurance information that she looked up for me. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to have my insurance billed AND printed my info out for me to have in the future. I thought it was super thoughtful of her. So thank you Crystal and thank you Kara for being so amazing!!

They were super amazing from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. They were all very considerate. They made me feel very comfortable. I was even running a little late, and they still accepted me couldn’t say better things about this place.

Nice new facility. I saw Terry Silvestrin and she was amazing. She is an expert in this field and has a wealth of information to share. Terry takes the time to get to know her patients, listens carefully, and makes you feel at ease. By far the best womens health visit I have had. Multicare is fortunate to have someone like her on their team!

WOW!!! Rude and condescending receptionist!!! I tried to make an appointment a few times, with Natasha Haire. Her schedule seemed to always be open (now I know why). I was turned away on the phone today, because even though I clearly did have to be seen for womens health issues, I was rudely told that Haire does not treat my issues. WHAT A JOKE!!! This is precisely why women (especially women of color) are dying, because of how theyre treated by biased Providers who show a lack of professionalism and human compassion, so they forgo even trying to see a provider at all. Lesson learned! Back to Franciscan I go.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I saw Dr. Poore and I wish I can remember the nurses name. They were both wonderful and actually understood my concerns. I appreciate them listening and making me feel beyond comfortable with them. This is my new Dr.s office.

I had my first ever well women’s exam with Terri and it was such an amazing experience. I was very nervous and she made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions!

I have found the staff, nurses and doctors (there is more than just the one listed in other reviews) to be all very helpful. I havent had my baby yet, but everything has gone easily and great manners from all!

A little overwhelmed with 3 people in the exam room, however thorough and felt comfortable.
