I had the most amazing experience ever with Erin Picolet. I have extreme doctor anxiety and it takes everything in me to even get there. NP. Picolet was kind and caring. She did everything possible to help me with my anxiety while at the same time getting through my appt. I am so thankful to have found her. ❤️

For my first pregnancy I went through this office which was okay. I have recently scheduled a new appointment here over the phone. I showed up for my appointment & I had to ask 3 different receptionist on how to get to the OBGYN clinic since they have moved since the last time I had been here. They also seemed confused as to where the clinic was at. After walking around for 20 mins I get upstairs & I check in. I now have a different insurance (which shouldn’t matter). As I am filling out paperwork I am now being told that I need a referral to be seen after the appointment has already been made, and was not disclosed to me before or after making the appointment. I am also a stay at home mom, which means I have a baby with me. Not even a year old. I am being told I cannot be seen & they had to cancel my appointment because I have an infant with me. This is my baby, it doesn’t make sense to refuse service because an infant child that still has to go to appointments with their mother. I am a stay at home mom for a reason. This being said I obviously do not have childcare for my baby. I am the baby’s child care. For all of this to happen to me when I get to my appointment when it could have been avoided, if I was notified over the phone, to what her excuse was because I “called the front desk instead of the call center” I wouldn’t have wasted my time to go there. The receptionist offered to reschedule for the next day as if she didn’t understand I don’t not have childcare for my baby. Although I came here for my first pregnancy & wanted to come back I might have to find somewhere else to go unfortunately. I am disappointed on how today played out & felt as if I was refused service for caring for my baby at the same time.

Wish I would’ve gotten a chance to meet the OB’s here before the rude receptionist “Karen” (of course) made me change offices because she’s an evil person with no regards towards pregnant people and their issues. Apparently because THEY wouldn’t see me until 12 weeks I should sit here possibly having a miscarriage with no help. Karen should really find another job, pregnant people are sensitive especially as they think they’re miscarrying! So thank you KAREN!

I have never felt so cared for in a women’s health facility. I had just began looking into different clinics and I came across this one. My first appointment was with Natasha Haire. She was so personable and kind. I was so nervous and she provided excellent care but also made me feel so welcomed and supported. I will definitely be returning for her expertise. Thank you so so much, I highly recommend her to any gal in need of a new gyno doctor. 10/10!

Veronica the OBGYN is amazing . Giving One star for the receptionists up front . Very rude, always behind on work, gossipy, and can never answer the phone!!! Leaves messages like “call back at your earliest convenience” but doesn’t answer on my earliest convenience… Do better

Nothing but an amazing experience with my wife and Is midwife. The way they walked us though this process has been great! We will definitely be going here for our next child. No amount of words can describe how grateful we are for the support!

Let me start by saying that I am never one to write reviews and always go straight to the source if there is an issue. Due to the sensitive nature of what I was being seen for and the extreme lack of a thorough exam, I felt compelled to share this to whomever might be considering Natalia (Natasha) as their future provider.I have kids so I have been around the block a time or two when it comes to pregnancy. I am currently pregnant and went in for my first visit as advised at about 9 weeks. I had an ok visit with Natasha and then when it came to finding the pregnancy via ultrasound, she was only able to find what she thought was a gestational sac. She did an abdominal ultrasound and trans-vaginal ultrasound. I asked her to look over and up because I felt like I saw something when she put the trans-vaginal wand in, and she advised me that she was not an ultrasound tech and was only going to focus on the gestational sac. Although I had received several positive pregnancy tests 5 weeks prior, she advised me I might still be very early. It all didnt add up and I was convinced things just didnt develop as they should have by that point. She sent me for labs and my hCG came back around 80,000, and then again 48 hours later and those levels had gone up greatly. I consulted my OB of many years who no longer delivers babies and is located in Kirkland, and he expressed his concern and confusion. He also said things werent adding up.I ended up finding out via ultrasound at Tacoma General 4 days later that SHE WAS FOCUSING ON A CYST (not the gestational sac whatsoever) and completely missed the real gestational sac (located in my uterus I might add right where it was supposed to be) with a fetus measuring 8 weeks, 3 days with a heart beat of 176 bmp. I was blown away and in tears. So incredibly confused and feeling like the sadness could have all been avoided if she had just done her job properly.I would NEVER go back. She might be great and loved by many, but I would never be able to trust that she knew what she was doing. If I had gone to someone more experienced from the start, I could have saved me and my family a lot of heartache and time. I reached out and tried to give her an opportunity to communicate with me and in three or so weeks I have heard nothing. There are SO many other more qualified providers - pick someone else to trust with your future children.
