Dr. Winslow and his staff are amazing. If you want to get pregnant, this is the team that will make it happen. We had one beautiful healthy baby boy with FIRM over 3 years ago and we are currently 9 weeks pregnant with our second from IVF with FIRM. We moved and still flew back and forth because we refused to go to anyone else. That’s how much we love and trust FIRM.Here’s the thing… IVF sucks. It is what it is. We went to multiple different doctors before we found firm. Doctors who let us have input, coddled us, told us what we wanted to hear, were super nice to us, and molded the process to what we asked for. That is not FIRM and THANK GOODNESS! FIRM knows what they’re doing and if you find yourself having a problem with that, it’s not the doctors or the bedside manner or the process. They’ve discovered a process that leads to successful pregnancies. They don’t change it, they don’t bend it, they don’t coddle you. They’re the nicest group of people we’ve ever met, but they also will tell you the hard to swallow facts, schedule, and medicine recipe. If you go in and do what they say and how they say it, you have a great chance of getting pregnant.If you go in and don’t want to do the shots, don’t want to agree to the frequency of visits, and only want Dr. Winslow to tell you about rainbows and butterflies… FIRM may not be for you. I will say, we had all of the above from UF and Seattle IVF doctors and though it was always pleasant during the appointment, it never led to a pregnancy. Just money wasted. It wasn’t until we came to FIRM that we realized every other doctor was too relaxed and feeding us what we wanted to hear. We realized the difference in FIRMs discipline to what works and every other doctor we went to. It left us realizing we had no real chance of ever getting pregnant with them.Let Dr. Winslow and his team do their thing. Don’t rush the process, don’t argue about medicine, schedules, appointments, ultrasounds, and timing. Let them do their research, understand where you’re at, and make the plan and then FOLLOW IT. Do the things they tell you to do the way they tell you to do it. If you do, this will be the best shot you have of getting pregnant.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with everyone at FIRM Tallahassee. From first signing in to our graduation, everyone there was kind and thoughtful. We made a couple of visits per month for about 4 months, and every time, the folks there greeted us by name and with a smile. I got a kick out of wearing my pun T-shirts to try to get a laugh out of them. They made a somewhat stressful process relatively easy, answered our questions, and it genuinely felt like they were right there with us, rooting us on, every step of the way. Dr. Winslow was nice and thorough in his explanations, but I will say we spent more time with ARNP Linda Fricke, who was such a cheerleader and positive presence that she kept our spirits up and I think was just about as excited as we were when we finally got a positive!Overall, cannot recommend the Tallahassee office enough. Every person there was a pleasure to work with and looking forward to working with them in the future for any future pregnancy attempts!

I dont normally write reviews, but I had to for the team at FIRM. The staff is so friendly, they remember your name and make you feel like family. This journey is hard enough so it is great to have a warm environment to walk into every visit. Now to Dr. Winslow...he is simply AMAZING. He is so knowledgeable about his craft. He always gave thorough explanations to all questions, and any decisions that were made. I always felt as though my concerns were addressed and I was well informed of what was going on with my treatment. Graduating from the clinic was a bittersweet day, because I will miss EVERYONE. Now Im counting down the days until I get to meet my sweet bundle of love.❤❤❤

One of the top 5 worst medical experiences of my life. I will NEVER EVER go back there. I have told several of my friends not to go there either. Two years ago, I went to this place to see what my options would be to get pregnant in my 40s. This jerk doctor told me that there was no point in me investigating my options because I was too old. Specifically he said, Ive been in the medical profession for 40 years and Ive only had two women get pregnant at your age... its nearly impossible. I was angry, upset and emotional. The pure disrespect was dripping off him. He acted like I was 90 years old or something. But before I left, he tosses me the bone of implanting somebody elses embryos in me and then he wanted a blood test just to check me. Im like I thought I was rachet so why do you want to check my old lady blood. I just got up out of there. I talked to my friends and coworkers about my experience and it was the same for them especially if you were in your 40s. One of my friends used Brown Fertility and she got pregnant in her 50s. I would recommend them over this clown show disguised as an infertility clinic. I unfortunately will not have any biological children but I would have appreciated some help and kindness that day.

The only good thing about this practice are the nurses. They were very friendly and very helpful. However, I do not recommend Dr Winslow at all. He was an abrasive and rude a*hole when I first met him 2 years ago and still is 2 years later. You wouldve thought that if youre in the business of helping to create life miracles, youd be more considerate and compassionate towards your patient. Unfortunately, he doesnt do any of that if you dont fit his standards. I prefer doctors who doesnt sugar coat but Dr Winslow is something else. So save your money and go somewhere else. The journey of IVF is already hard and emotionally taxing as it is. Why make it harder by going to someone whos incapable of showing compassion and kindness at moments when it is needed. I went somewhere else and was happy with the doctor and care that Ive received even though I had to travel.

The staff for Winslow, ( I do not say doctor because he does not deserve the title of being called doctor) write reviews for him just so they can stay afloat. All the 5 stars reviews are from receptionist and nurses that have worked with him.Winslow is the reason for the failure of the once thriving Florida Institute for Reproductive Medicine. Winslow, never remembers critical patient information, and never listens. It is his way or the highway, and after trying 3 times to his absolute failure, he blames my wife and I. He is arrogant and full of himself. Winslow will fail you and you will just be worse off than you ever were before! Please, there are actual doctors that will at least care for you and help you in the difficult process of infertility. I cannot stress that enough!

I dont usually write reviews, but this office is one to brag about! The Tallahassee and Jacksonville office have both made my partner and I feel very happy and comfortable with our baby journey!! Linda is soooo sweet!! Dr. Winslow is great and has made it very easy for us! We are very satisfied with F.I.R.M!

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience working with FIRM Tallahassee. Communication with the office staff was always simple and speedy. I felt confident in their instructions and expectations. I appreciated that the majority of evaluations and treatments could be done in their office. Their office always ran on time and I never had to wait for an appointment. Other times I was “squeezed” in for an appointment and still waited very little time.

The whole team is beyond wonderful. Linda the receptionist is so nice and helpful. They are caring, compassionate and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. I couldnt be more thankful to Dr. Winslow and his team here and in Jacksonville. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a fertility expert.

Dr. Winslow is great. Hes knowledable and understanding. He is an expert for sure. Drs. Von Goeben and Erb are equally knowledgeable and both add a special touch to the care they provide. Most importantly, ALL of FIRM staff is amazing! After interacting closely and repeatedly with downtown Jacksonville and Tallahasse office staff over the past year, I have never met a staff member that I didnt like. The staff is always there to answer any questions. At the tallahasse office specifically, Both of the Lindas will always hold a special place in my heart. When we left the office last my husband said, they feel like family and I couldnt agree more. Every person at FIRM has gone above and beyond to help us get a baby. They treat my care as if it is also important to them. That is the most you can ask for in a fertility clinic. FIRM is easily the best fertility clinic in Tallahassee.

FIRM Tallahassee was one of the best doctor experiences Ive had. They were always on schedule, had a positive schedule, and answered any questions my wife and I had. With what people are already having to experience with fertility, this place provides both a delicate touch and professional environment that I would recommend to anyone.

Choosing 1 star is not on purpose, I wish there was an option for no stars at all. My experience with Dr. Winslow was nothing short of horrible. My last and final visit, I left the office in tears. He is a very cold and callous person when he communicates. I am all about the facts of medicine whether it is good or bad, but there is a way to present information to your patient in a sensitive manner. After all, people are seeking help with an issue that they may already be embarrassed or feeling hopeless about. I know he sees several patients a day, but when he charges over $400 for an office visit I expect to receive treatment like I am important patient and not just an account number.

There are no enough positive things to say about this doctors office and their nurses. Dr. Winslow and his team has successfully gotten us pregnant with our miracle.The nursing staff at the location in Tallahasse is some of the best people I have ever encountered. They treat you as family and are some of your biggest cheerleaders!!It isn’t often that when you graduate from the clinic you get requests for updates and invites to your baby shower.I can not thank this doctors office and their nurses enough for getting us one step closer to something we have been praying for for 5 years. You each will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

My doctor was Dr. Winslow, he was very welcoming and extremely helpful with what I needed to expect during my pregnancy journey. The staff at F.I.R.M are extremely friendly and will assist you with any concerns you may have. I am very pleased with my time there because I’m currently expecting a healthy baby in October. I left our consultation in tears. Anyone who has walked the road of infertility knows how heartbreaking, embarrassing, and lonely it is. When you go into a medical office for uncomfortable conversations, tests that may shatter your dreams, and treatments you wish you didnt have to have, you want someone gentle, kind, empathetic. My husband and I went to the Tallahassee office, and met with Dr. Winslow. I left in tears. I cried as soon as we got to the car. Dr. Winslow was cold, didnt want to see the data wed spent hours collecting on what wed learned about my cycle over two years, and even seemed annoyed that wed even brought it. He didnt want to answer our questions. He made no effort to get to know us. I understand that doctors are busy and their time is important, but he was so short with us. There was no sense that we would have a say over our own care. He abrasively assessed us for 15 minutes and then his staff asked us to pay without first billing our insurance (we have coverage for consultations). I handed over the money because I was holding back tears and just wanted to get out of there. FIRMs billing department was a nightmare, as I tried to get our money back after the fact. We made a tough decision to start over at NewLife, and it was one of the best decisions weve ever made.

To the person who gave Dr. Winslow one star because you dont like his bedside manner does not fully grasp just how taxing this area of medicine is. I am a patient and have experienced him very busy and when its a little more relaxed in there and his manner changes based on how busy the office is. He is a FANTASTIC doctor. We are there to have babies not make life long friends with the Dr. I would rather have an amazing doctor who may not have this overly warm bedside manner ( which he does, you may have gotten him at a bad time) than someone who may give you the warm and fuzzies but not produce. Their numbers speak for themselves, not to mention the amazing office staff. I honestly could not say enough good things about them. I pray you find the doctor that works for you. Tammy K.

Dr. Winslow and the staff at the FIRM are very kind and considerate. Infertility is a very difficult battle but this office has been nothing short of amazing when it come to my care. I would highly recommend Dr. Winslow to anyone struggling to start their family.

My experience was with the Tallahassee office and like the rest of the reviews for this location my husband and I were not happy with our experience. Through our two IUI cycles we saw both Dr Duffy and Winslow; on our return visit after an IUI that did not result in pregnancy the physician we saw voiced that he would not have done the IUI on the day it had been completed by the other physician---he said that he would have had us travel to Jax on Saturday to complete the IUI. This was not helpful info as it had already been completed and left us feeling discouraged as we had trusted them. We proceeded with another IUI as we felt like we had done all the work to establish with them and had gained knowledge with the first so we hoped for the best. Unfortunately we left feeling like just another number in the mass of patients. Our appts were rushed and any telephone correspondence was less than compassionate...when empathy and kindness is needed the most as this is a difficult and emotional process. We have since established with an amazing office and learned through a simple $75 test that IUI will not increase our chances of success due to male factor infertility issues and that IVF is our best chance. If FIRM had taken the time to educate us and offer this test it could have saved us thousands of dollars, time and upset.

Hello everyone,Ill give you most honest suggestion to everyone. Dr. Winslow and whole his team are completely liars. They cant help you - they are most unprofessional people. If you reading this, this will save your time, your money and your hope. I suggest you do better research. Dont even think about this place, I dont want even call Dr, because they are not doctors.I hope very soon they will get what they deserve.

Waited for 1:40 minutes past appointment time when office was almost empty. Really odd frosted glass in waiting room - they make you ring a bell to talk to them. All around unprofessional. Also, I dont think they realize that we can hear EVERYTHING they are saying from the waiting room - I hope the receptionist got the new operating system installed on her iPhone...got to hear about her phone calendar problems loud and clear.

Very bad service rush never call back after I got my labs work we waited for Thy to call for next appointment. And we call the office in Tallahassee but service said jaksonvill Office well call me but I wait n wait

Havent even gotten a consultation due to waiting for a call back for 3 days. Maybe its a sign based on their reviews. Seems incompetent to me.

Dr. Winslow is the best! Highly recommend him!

I don’t recommend it at all!!! All what they care about is MONEY not about patients!
