Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience with Dr. Salem. Initially, our consultation with him gave us a lot of hope, and he made it seem as though achieving pregnancy would be a straightforward process. However, as time went on, I encountered several issues that left me feeling discouraged and frustrated.There were multiple occasions when I had to remind Dr. Salem of my own medical history, which was concerning given the importance of individualized care in fertility treatments. After switching to a new clinic, it became clear that his approach felt overly standardized rather than tailored to my specific needs. He often provided instructions without offering detailed explanations or discussing alternative options, which made me feel uninformed about my own treatment.Additionally, there were moments when I sensed the clinic staff lacked enthusiasm, with some acting as though they were eager for the weekend to arrive. While I understand that everyone has off days, it was disheartening to encounter this while dealing with such a sensitive and emotionally taxing issue as fertility.I would like to acknowledge, however, that our nurse coordinators, Tara and Akira, were kind and helpful throughout the process. Their support was appreciated.Ultimately, I am relieved to have transitioned to another clinic where I feel more supported and informed.

I had a wonderful experience with PRC during my fertility journey in 2023. Dr. Salem diagnosed something important that was missed by my prior doctor. I wish I came to them sooner. We had success first round of treatment. Communication was wonderful. Even after I “graduated”, I was able to call PRC and they were happy to give me guidance. Thank you a million times PRC, Dr. Salem, Tara, Rita, Akira, and Eiza!

Exceptional Care, Highly Recommended!Pacific Reproductive Center exceeded our expectations in every way. Dr. Salem has a great team. The staff was compassionate and nurses are all friendly so I felt less nervous going through this journey. Thanks to their expertise, we now have precious twins to complete our family.

Do not go here. They are taking money and not transferring anything. They are unprofessional and dirty. The amount of unethical practices I seen in one round was appalling. Listen to the reviews and go elsewhere. Dr doesn’t even acknowledge you until after you’ve spent 20k and it fails. He and some strange man came in one time and inserted this contraption as an experiment and even under protest he kept going. DO NOT GO HERE.

If I wouldve taken this reviews in consideration and how many stars this place has I wouldnt have selected this place for my IVF treatment. I have children of my own but wanted to conceived a baby with my now husband not ones did I ever struggle to get pregnant. My problem was that I did the tubal ligation after my last child. When I did all my test Dr. Salem said everything was good I had about 7-9 embryos if I could recall did 2 cycles each cycle i transfer 2 embryos neither one of my embryos hatch on both cycles & came out negative. I asked for an explanation all i was told by Dr. Salem he wanted me to try a 3rd time and go more aggressive transferring 3 embryos. I keep asking to give me a good explanation as of why both cycles failed and couldnt give me a good reason I even told him I have never had a problem getting pregnant my obstacle right now was my tubal. I ended heart broken with not a change to try again or to go somewhere else this treatment is very expensive. Pls do your research and avoid this place. This Dr didnt even used an ultrasound to show how he would insert the embryos to my uterus. Staff is amazing but Drs procedure very poorly.

Don’t waste your hard earned money and time on them . They are such a group of scammers.nobody in that clinic cares about patients .. giving several times wrong doses of medication making the process lengthy, no follow ups,paid way too much money but the result was zero.Dr saleem was nice on his first meeting . Even through I have seen several bad reviews still I tried to stick on their treatmnent but I just wasted my time and money ..should have followed the previous bad reviews .

I would like to thank all the staff at pacific reproductive center in Torrance. I would like to especially thank Tina, Tara, Cory, Rose, and Dr Salem. They were always so kind and patient with us and made sure they did everything to get us our sweet little 4AA embryos which one of those little ones was our baby boy. I have children of my own from a previous marriage and as you know ivf is not always a guarantee even if you been pregnant numerous times naturally. I wanted to give my fiancé a baby so bad and with all their help we got our miracle baby 🥰We still have more frozen embryos and definitely going back for them. If your struggling with infertility or your like me I have no tubes they can help you and miracles do happen 🥰❤️

Never ever go to this clinic! Super bad doctor，not responsible at all.Later, I was told that Riffat Salem is a Notorious doctor in reproductive field.If I could，zero star is what they need to get.When I transfered the embryo，they didnt even check my lining and used the ultrasound during the transfer procedure.When I asked them why I failed，the doctor said how could he know，and laughed with the nurseteasing at me! How cruel they are!And all they want is money money! Experience here is really painful! Shame on them!Please Dont waste your time and money here!

I am so greatful for finding PCR! Dr. Salem is extremely experienced so I put 100% of my trust in him from the initial consultation. I knew I was making the right decision and was in great hands. The whole team was delightful from the front desk to all the nurses. Rita, at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. The nurses were all super sweet and caring and made the process a lot easier.Going through IVF can be very overwhelming, but at PCR you can count on having someone always there for you. Which in my case was Alex, our nurse coordinator. She was with us every step of the of way answering every question and giving us her support. I can’t thank her enough for being so patient and caring. I am now 9 weeks pregnant all thanks to Dr. Salem & team!! Overall, PRC is a truly amazing team. Thank you for making our dream come true!

Other than Rita (front desk personnel) being great, they do not follow up with you. We had to keep calling back for our results. My wife got an ultrasound with them and waited over an hour in the room to be checked. After our basic tests results we saw the Dr. and he automatically suggested we do IVF without explaining anything to us. He made the conclusion that my husband was the problem with his motility being slow. My fallopian tubes werent even checked if they were open or not prior to making his decision on IVF. Dr. Is very old school, locked in his ways and beliefs and does not explain much. Do your research and run away from this clinic.

I was not happy with the professionalism of the facility. They reviewed my file out in the lobby. They were short supplies. They resisted providing me with my lab results. Equipment (beds) is staged in the lobby. Frustrating.

Going in for my first appointment so far it’s been good a young lady name Rita answered all my questions and now I have an appointment super excited for what the future holds good luck lady’s

Aside from them not getting us pregnant…..1. Dr Salem comes off with a misogynistic attitude. Cutting me off before I could even finish my questions in the consult. I could tell that I must have triggered his ego because when I was questioning the things he was sharing with me he did not like that, although all I was doing was trying to be informed and advocate for myself as a patient. Left not feeling good at all..2. they sent us a big surprise bill despite the fact that I sat down with the financial person BEFORE any treatment to ensure it would be covered by insurance. Once Rita tried to charge me $300 for an ultrasound but then later said it was covered by insurance. Tina completely misled me, telling me she spoke with my insurance and I wouldn’t get any surprises that did not happen. Terrible communication and they basically scammed us.The only positive was that Jessica, who I believe was a nurse, was extremely helpful, nice and compassionate. She was great.
