Torrance Memorial Physician Network OBGYN - Torrance

I dont normally write bad reviews, but people should know about this. This office seems really sketchy and unreliable. They talked me into a genetic test that Im not even sure I need, could not confirm it was covered by insurance, but claimed that I could cancel the test if it was not covered. It turned out I could not cancel and my test was not covered so Im on the hook for a bill for a pointless test.Also, while I was in the waiting room I witnessed another patient begging the front desk for help with an infection, saying that she could not get through to the office or get an appointment. So based on that observation and my own experience, Id say you should really proceed with caution with this place.

This office is very unprofessional.

The worst staffing / scheduling I’ve ever experienced. I tried to scheduled with Dr. Fluellen and was rescheduled 5 times. I now can’t get ahold of the office. Avoid this office if you can!!
