I had a great experience here. My anxiety was super high because of a fear of needles and this was a new place for me having just moved to Tulsa recently. Lily was excellent she was super sweet and friendly and put me at ease, she did a great job I didn’t even feel it!

I had an appointment scheduled today. They had the doors locked and werent letting anyone in. I had a seat and waited 30+ mins with other people outside the door. I guess they all went on lunch and just walked straight past us without even saying a word. I went on to one of their other locations. I work in healthcare and understand how busy it can get but at least acknowledge patients or post on the door if there is an issue going on.

I have been here twice in the past two weeks and all the ladies that have done my bloodwork are absolute sweethearts! Short wait time too! My lab of choice!

Adriane was a great tech! I often faint while having blood drawn but not this time. She helped me stay calm and breathing throughout the whole process. I was and out within 30 minutes. She even noticed my face shield was old and getting tattered and gave me a new one. So much easier to see again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I went for drug test for a job application and the website clearly states that the lab is opened until 5pm but the front desk staff said she cant do any drug test after 3:30pm. Not mentioned anywhere!! They just come up with their own policies randomly. Surprised at companies who still give this outdated lab their business.

The gentleman working there when I went most recently was excellent. He was the only one working at the time, but he was very efficient so it still took less than 10 minutes from the time I walked in until I was all done. He was quite friendly and in a good mood.

The gentleman that took my blood today was very sweet, professional and fast; I didnt even feel him sticking me. I will definitely come back if I need more blood drawn.

The lab was a nice, clean place. No waiting. Trey, the guy at front and who took the blood, was professional, personable and didnt sting! It was a good experience if you have to have blood taken.

Unprofessional, untrained and not like it use to be here! When the lady was here it was fabulous! Now it’s awful! Won’t return!
