All the staff is great, friendly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Everything is explained very well, so you understand. No pressure to buy there services, they are there to help you out. I will continue to work with them.

Testosterone treatment is fine but hope you don’t need any ed meds. All they sell is the instant dissolve kind and claim its way better, and they will give you 100 doses for , get this, $2,000, yes you read that right. They can also get you a 3 day dose for $100. They refuse to give you just the normal regular pills that are 100 doses for $350. If Eric Ramos really cared about his patients, he could just prescribe the pills that people can actually afford and they could fill them theirself. Instead they rip you off at $27 per dose (pills average about $2 each). I’m not sure if this is medical fraud or just medical quackery but after being a patient for years, very disappointed.

Took my money. At the end they were sending me prescriptions that were expired. I guess they help some people. I did not get the treatment or the results I expected. DO NOT sign a long term contract.

Since starting on this weight loss journey around 5 months ago, I have lost 25 lbs and have gone down two clothing sizes. The best part for me is that I am no longer pre-diabetic, I am off of my blood pressure medication, I don’t crave sugar and I am feeling great! The staff is so helpful, kind and encouraging. This was the best decision for me and my health!!!!

I contacted Revibe and made a telehealth appointment as a new patient. I received confirmation texts and emails, even confirmed the day before when called. Appointment was to be at 1 pm, at 1:15 pm I called Revibe explained that I had an appointment at 1 pm and the guy confirmed that in fact I did. I then explained that it is now 15 minutes passed the designated time and I havent received a call. I am then told that all new patient appointments are onsite. The first I heard of this, and it was never detailed in any of their communications. What a complete waste of time.

I have been using them since 2018 and they are awesome. Dr Ramos is a great guy who is genuinely concerned about his patients!! Highly recommend!

I started treatment in 2021 and the outcomes have been no less than stellar!! When I started my weight was around 215lbs. I was on Type 2 Diabetes medication as well as medications for high cholesterol and high blood pressure as of May 2022 and being on my treatments I weigh in at 185lbs and my doctor has taken me off ALL my medications due to my numbers being consistently within normal ranges. I will turn 50 in 2 weeks and I feel better than I can remember. I would recommend ReVibe to any of my Male Friends and am a testament of its success.

Im scared to use this companys services for several reasons, but the primary reason is the poor online reviews across multiple websites and they make you commit to 18 months of treatment. When I expressed this concern to the receptionist, she ignored me completely and asked if I wanted to schedule an appt or not.

I can only figure that the negative reviews about cost are because insurance may not cover this therapy. My insurance doesnt cover but I can use my flexible spending account to pay for cost using tax free income to pay for this.So far, I have found the staff to be professional and honest about all of my questions. They did not twist my arm to sign up, they presented the treatment plan, showed me the cost, and explained the expectations.Appx. $200 per month is not ridiculous if you are experiencing low T symptoms and this clinic can help you return to normal. I am just beginning therapy and will write another review once I am further into the 18 month therapy. As of right now, I am pleased with the initial consultation, and I have much hope that my energy levels and sense of well being will soon return to normal. I dont agree with or understand the negative reviews here against this clinic so I had to post my honest opinion so far. I will review again later. Dave

I believe this review needed more information and appreciate the Owner sharing to communicate with Clinic Manager for issues that can be discussed to allow maybe even a different outcome.

The flexibility of care there is amazing! Ive been going for there for B-12 injections and scheduling has probably been the most seamless at any medical facility Ive had to go to.

All of their employees are extremely nice. They are all very knowledgeable of their job and make your experience they’re comfortable.

These guys are absolutely amazing I went in on antidepressants completely out of my mind and did not know if I was coming or going, and then Dr. Ramos started treating me and almost instantly I started feeling like a man again. The phone calls the bloodwork the treatment everything the they have done for me has made me feel like family, they have a genuine love for helping men achieve the things that they want to achieve to feel like a real man. If I have a problem ever I called him and address it immediately they allow me to sample different things whatever it took they were there and I am forever thankful because I have changed my life for the better forever!

I feel it does work. I am human and have my good and bad days. Also I dont have the best lifestyle (Food, Stress, Etc) Construction Company Owner and Operator. IT DOES HELP. Yes cost money but for good results you should expect to pay.Im about 8 to 9 Months in, will give you a follow up in the 18th month✌I was reviewing some of the recent reviews. Would be nice to see more reviews. I was curious if any of the reviews that say there out for money have been through full 18 months or longer?

I was worried at first rather this would work for me. I just felt that after my service in the military that I had lost drive to do anything in life. I had always love being outdoors doing yard work, or working on cars. I had weighed about 200lbs, and in the last 2 years things had just got worse. My weight was 275lbs before starting my treatment with Universal Mens Clinic. After the first month or so I thought man this is not going to work. I need to find diet pills or something. I thought I will give it a little longer and then if I see no results then I am done. Then I felt man I am not taking afternoon naps, and I am not to tired to go to the gym. Slowly but surely this has started to help me. And I had to go back and remember exactly what these great guys had told me about how this will work and it will take a few weeks for your body to adjust. Here I am feeling great lost over 50lbs and no longer need afternoon naps. I can not think these guys enough so friendly and helpful. I would recommend these guys to any of my friends or family.

Dr. Ramos and Josh are extremely helpful! They answer all your questions throughly as well as make you feel comfortable and not pressured to do anything at any point.

Everyone there is awesome and treats you very well and very helpful! However when it comes to the delivery by our post office and you have to sign for it. It never fails I’ll take the day off and park by the door waiting and it’ll get delayed and come another day or I’ll have to leave for ten minutes and of course they’ll show up then.

This place is just out for your money. They made my husbands blood pressure shoot way high, which he has always had great blood pressure. They gave him a shot of testosterone before they even got any lab work back. His blood count was always high, so he would have to give blood several times. Ive been with him for over 30 years and they made him into someone I couldnt even live with. Depressed, angry, jealous and just so different. Tried then to switch to the cream and it made no difference. Several months they have been trying to debit our account and we have to call and say he no longer goes there. Well they was able to get money some how out of our account this month. Now we have to call the bank to keep these crooks from getting any more money. First red flag should have been giving a shot without even any lab results. DO NOT GO THERE

They get you to sign a contract before they do any lab work. It will cost over $200 a month. They dont check your blood for any other reasons that your T might be low like thyroid etc. They give you the shot that day, just off what you tell them , crazy. Its all about the money. If they knew they were helping you, they wouldnt need a contract you would be paying for what you need. They are absolutely crooks. Beware!

I highly recommend UMC. You get out of the program what you put to into it. Diet and exercise are extremely beneficial to overall performance. I am achieving every expected benefit as outlined. It did take a little more than 6 months to reach peak performance in all aspects of life.

Ive had great results with the treatment. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. Appointments are quick with very little waiting, unlike most medical offices Ive experienced.

Checked into the place. Asked about how they diagnose and treat. There are established rules for this stuff. Its all called evidence based medicine...Turns out they make up the rules for diagnosis and treatment and dont adhere to the mandates of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists... the group who does research and certifies the sub-specialist physicians... Endocrinologists, who actually diagnose and treat male hypogonadism, among other diseases like diabetes.They also use their own formulation from a compounding pharmacy... instead of clinically established agents like testosterone cypionate and sildenafil.In the old days, this place would be a wooden wagon, pulled by a mule with the label snake oil on the side.To top it off, their overseeing physician is a gynecologist. Thats rich.

I am very unhappy with a radio ad that is out right now. In it they say silly virus. They are talking about covid-19. The death toll is now at 96,920. This is not a silly virus, and when they say that it is a slap in the face of every family who has lost someone to the virus. They need to take that ad off the radio.

I have been going here for about 3 years and they have been excellent they treat you like one of the guys they do not use terms you dont understand they are there when you need them and work with you if you have a problem I had a problem when I first started and they got me in asap and took care of me and found the problem and took care of me right away and got me back on track always there when you have questions and they never put you off when they say they will call back they do really caring staff would recommend me them to anyone anytime keep up the good work gentlemen

After 3 months of treatments my Husbands low T became nearly-no T. Instead of getting better his #s were 1/2 of what he started. Ridiculous cost for nothing.

I have to say it’s a joke my late husband was a patient he had to stop treatment because he became sick with cancer I contacted them when he passed away took them the death certificate and all was told there would be a refund the check has came in but in my late husband name so I can’t cash it or deposit it I have called and left many messages for the manager to call and no return call guess my next step on Monday will be to show up at the office and bring a picnic and wait
