The front desk staff was kind, efficient, and helpful. I had an appointment and only waited 10 minutes to go to a room, saw the provider within 15 minutes and was out of there with test results and discharge papers in a total of 45 minutes. The provider, Linda Robertson, PAC, was beyond phenomenal. By far the most knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate urgent care provider Ive ever met (and I work in medicine). She even gave me thorough information about another condition unrelated to my visit. If you have to go to urgent care, go here.

I recently visited the Access Care urgent care clinic on Peoria and had a fantastic experience. Firstly, there was no unnecessary waiting, which was a huge relief. The staff provided professional care from the moment I walked in. They accepted my insurance without any issues, which made the process seamless. I was quickly and professionally diagnosed, and my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy of choice promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend Access Care to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

The PA that seen us was amazing!! He was extremely thorough with my daughter and did different tests to rule out worse diagnosis that it could have been. Was really gentle with my daughter and all around I was very happy with him!! Best visit Ive ever experienced at any urgent care!!! Hands down he was the best!!! I definitely will be returning after that visit ❤️

I visited the Brookside urgent care facility due to a painful scratch or hole on my cornea. My eye was extremely sensitive to light, causing significant discomfort. Upon entering the facility, I noticed the receptionist was absent from the desk. After approximately five minutes, she returned and inquired about the reason for my visit. I informed her that I had sustained an eye injury. She then directed me to scan a sign in front of her computer. However, I explained that I was unable to use my phone for this purpose. Unfortunately, she responded with an eye roll, which I found to be unprofessional and dismissive.I informed her once more that I was experiencing significant discomfort as she handed me some paperwork to complete. I expressed uncertainty about my ability to complete the paperwork due to my condition. She responded with a noticeably negative attitude, inquiring if I had an attitude problem. She made an attempt to retrieve the clipboard from me, giving the impression that she was no longer willing to provide it to me. In response, I firmly requested that she refrain from doing so and reiterated the severity of my pain. I filled out paperwork and then waited Approximately 40 minutes after my arrival, I was escorted to the examination room by a courteous nurse. However, by this time, the pain had intensified, causing nausea. I kindly requested that the nurse turn off the bright lights, which she promptly did. Upon entering the room, the provider immediately understood the reason for the dimmed lighting and efficiently diagnosed my eye condition in the darkness. He then administered numbing drops and treated me with great empathy, acknowledging the severity of my pain.While the overall experience was positive, I believe there is room for improvement in the reception area. Considering the nature of the healthcare field, it is essential for receptionists to demonstrate understanding and consideration towards patients who may be experiencing significant discomfort. Depending on the urgency of other cases, it might be beneficial to prioritize patients who are visibly distressed. During my visit, it was evident to everyone in the waiting area that I was struggling, and I believe that accommodating my case ahead of others would have been appropriate. Nevertheless, I recognize that there may have been more critical cases that required immediate attention.

It’s been a year since I’d been to Access Medical Center, and I am pleased to know they haven’t changed, and deserve every one of the 5 stars I gave it last time. If I could give more today, I would. I was seen very quickly even as a walk in. Leny, the nurse (though I apologize if she has a different title- she also took my x-rays and wrapped my hand) was seriously professional though being funny and sincere at the same time. She proudly wore her different hats and made me feel at ease.The PA that saw me was Meriden. She was so sweet and highly professional, yet really listened to my issues and offered her support and sympathy. She was truly impressive. I could tell she truly cared about people.The building and design are dated, but clean. They accept Medicaid (Sooner Care) and Medicare and have an online check in and virtual visits available. So, if you’re looking to find a clinic that will treat you humanely and not like a number or head of cattle, take a trip near Brookside and check them out. Speedy and friendly, quick and caring. A rare find in health care today. Very quick. Thank you all!

Employees were very pleasant & helpful. My wait time was less than 15 minutes to go to the back. My problem was quickly diagnosed (UTI) & the doctor called in a prescription. I was in & out in 45 minutes. I guess I picked a good time to go.

The office lady wasn’t the nicest , either she doesn’t like her job, people or she’s allergic to a smile, but once we get passed her, it was worth it, PA we saw and the Nurse were amazing, knowledgeable and kind . I had to call back to get stuff fax and the other front office staff I talked too where extremely helpful and kind .

Nothing worse than getting sick while youre traveling, but Access Medical Centers -Urgent Care made it all better. The staff were friendly and professional. And thorough. Got there a little early, was seen shortly thereafter. I really liked that neither the doctor nor nursing staff were rushed. I felt like I was in good hands.

Well. I still have really concerning symptoms and I guess I should have researched better before going. They had minimal diagnostics. And were 0% helpful. No creative trouble shooting at ALL. Thank you for the anxiety pamphlet I guess??? Theyll happily take your money. Cant recommend at all personally. If you have a nasty cut or a minor broken bone, i bet theyre helpful. Do not expect this particular urgent care to take symptoms they cant visibly see seriously. Or think about what could be going on creatively. Save your money

They were quick. That was a plus.I got my appointment within an hourOf calling it in.But once there the check in nurse seemed very impatient, the Dr himself felt like he Couldnt wait until he was done with Me. I got a quick diagnoses of muscle Damage to my upper back.-Shrug- couldve been worse.Id give an extra half star if itWere an option.

The Doctor is super nice, shows compassion and gets straight to the bottom of things. This place gives fast service all you have to do is scan the QR code to check in it’s very convenient.

I have used the Brookside Urgent Care Center several times. On this particular visit, I was experiencing sharp right chest pain that began suddenly the evening before and may have been related to trimming and mowing the yard. The potential symptoms of what may or may not be a heart attack are vague enough that I decided to stop by the Brookside Urgent Care Center. Like my previous visits to this urgent care center, the staff and Physician Assistant (PA) were exemplary. My EKG was reassuringly normal, suggesting I strained an upper right chest muscle, which is easier to do as I get older.The most important thing to say is that I appreciate the staff and PAs at the Brookside Urgent Care Center. They are professional, efficient, and kind. Without hesitation, they would have referred me to the ER at Ascension St. John Medical Center if I had needed more extensive care.

I was able to walk in and be seen right away. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, the facility was clean. This was my first time there I will definitely go back. Bonus...they except Humana Healthy Horizons!

Beginning stages of pneumonia. Truly, nothing serious. The check-in, my vitals being taken and the physician were all A+, 100% FANTASTIC! Who needs a PCP?😂 Could not recommend more highly. Thank you!

Do not go here ! I use to recommend everyone to them until today .I went in with an asthma attack I have copd emphysema, I had no insurance for 3 months so I wasnt able to get my advair its almost 1,000 well I went to get my meds since I cant get an appointment with pcp .well apparently I use my inhaler too much for her to refill my preventive medication. Which makes no sense why wouldnt you give medication that awesome me not have to use my inhaler so much since that is apparently an issue . She told me to go to puminologist , which I cant see for atleast 3 mo ths out . She is the black nurse practitionerShe had a crappy bedside manner a rude lazy attitude. She is completely incompetent to be the only person there that can address patients. I asked her to please leave shes just upsetting g me and she then threatened me saying that I wouldnt get meds if she left the room . She already did her half asked exam . I have never been treated with such disrespect from such a clearly rude and disgusting person .

Very impressed with our visit. The waiting room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and the childrens room we went into had an adorable farm theme. Plenty of toys to occupy my 2 year old while my 8 year old was being seen. VERY impressed that the prescription they put in for her was ready for pickup at our nearby pharmacy before we even left the exam room. Will definitely come here again if we ever have to.

The PA on staff was very helpful! The service was quick and she did a great job of explaining everything. PAC Robertson did great!

This was my second time to urgent care, about a year apart for separate issues. I love how you can make an appointment time in advance. Both times I was seen quickly and I felt like the provider listened to my concerns. Thanks for helping me feel better!

Very dirty and long wait times. There was 1 young woman in the waiting room, then me & my son. Waiting over 45 minutes before they called his name with an empty waiting room! We will not be coming here again.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very professional and helpful. The receptionist was courteous. I did not have too weight too long. Overall, it was a good experience .

Peoria & The female Doctor was very sweet listening to what I had to say & was willing to help & answer my questions But the front desk clerk was awful she was 0% caring ran over my words when I began to explain why I needed to be seen about like as if she was just there for a paycheck only

I made an appointment for my daughter when we got there the place smelled of urine like the odor of urine that hasnt been cleaned up for awhile I politely made up an excuse and me and my daughter left we didnt stay long enough to know how their employees are I just feel like if the waiting area smells that bad it has to be their housekeeping not doing a good job of cleaning thats all I know about it

Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this location at all. They are not thorough and the wait time is terrible.

From the time I put my car in park, to the time I put it in reverse with my daughter’s prescription: 32 minutes!I did all the paperwork online prior and it was not extensive.The nurse practitioner was very informative and extremely kind.The lady who took my daughter’s vitals, also, swabbed her throat. She did it quick and didn’t make my daughter gag or freak out as others have in the past. She knows what she is doing and is good at it!The only negative was the lady at the check-in window. No eye contact and nothing to say. No personality. But, I guess who would want to chat it up with anyone sick?! I still give the experience 5 stars. Thank you ladies!

I came in for an allergic reaction, or maybe a rash. I’m not sure what it was. I just know I’ve never had anything like this happen to me in my life. I showed pictures of what it initially looked like but it had gone down. However I expressed that my skin was still burning and itching and my face was still blotchy and irritated. The doctor told me to take some Claritin and find a really good moisturizer. I used my last 4 hours of PTO to come in and see the doctor and this was the treatment I got. Thank you for your money, here’s some advice I got off google. Have a great day. I’m beyond upset and I cried in the parking lot. I took the Claritin. I moisturized my skin. The burning didn’t stop until I woke up the next day. My skin is still pink and irritated but I have no means to go again and I can’t afford an ER bill, which last time I came here they told me to go to the ER and I did and the ER and gave me a shot and sent me home and stuck me with a $1200 bill for a shot I could have gotten at the urgent care facility. I will not be coming back here. I will never recommend this place.

I came in to get my right shoulder looked at because it was causing me pain. Turns out the muscle had really tensed up and was causing said pain.They gave me a shot and prescribed me some muscle relaxers to help the shoulder muscle to calm down. The service was quick and the total with insurance coverage was roughly $35.However, the reason why they arent getting 5 stars is because they sent me an additional bill a month later on Nov. 9th, despite me having paid the balance in full on my prior visit on Oct. 2nd. The bill wasnt that much at $40, but it annoys me that I paid my balance in full and then they turn around and say my balance wasnt actually paid off.

Wasnt very happy with my visit. I took my 1 year old and 12 year old in for some congestion and a rough cough. The ladies were not friendly at all. The assistant had almost like a monotoned, and forced, voice. Lack bedside manners. The doctor was very friendly and seemed concerned, although I was told there wasnt much they could do for my girls since it was just a viral infection. Was there for 4 hours. It was nuts.

On 10-2, I scheduled an appointment online at this facility at 8:00 AM, appointment at 4:00 PM. Show up for appointment, told there is no doctor on premises, but we can walk in at another location. WHY DIDNT THEY LET ME KNOW BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?I visited the 21st & Yale location as a walk in with my wife on 9-27 . There was no doctor on the premises, so we went to 48th & Peoria and she was treated well. As a walk in, I understand, but dont waste my time.

Took my 1 year old daughter in with a fever, they stated she didn’t have a fever and that nothing was wrong prescribed her medication for congestion. Tried to take her back the next morning the entire establishment was closed even though online stated they were open. Took her to another Dr. She was diagnosed with strep.

When I pulled up the parking lot was clean and clear which was very wonderful to see especially at an urgent Care facility. When I walked in the receptionist had a very wonderful attitude and greeted me and made me feel like right off the bat they were going to take care of me. Waiting time was not that long at all when the nurse got me back to the back. When the doctor came in he was very thorough with his questions and wanted to get down to the problem never once did he treat me like I was lying or that I was looking for medicine. They made me feel like I was a real person who is in legitimate pain who needed help. Which is very nice to feel when youre in the position that Ive been in for years. I would definitely recommend Access Medical Centers for anyone needing quick minor medical attention. Thank you to all the staff for treating me like a person and not a number.

Gave me answers that no ther doctors have been able to give for years and actually seem to really care

Walking in is like entering one of those back rooms with still air & horribly run down bench seating. The big problem is theres NO DOCTOR at this location hardly ever. While visiting yesterday 09/14/2023 - the two women whom checked my partner in were incredibly unprofessional and flat out rude. While waiting to be seen they were gossiping about how fake this woman was until we noticed they werent at the front desk and she had waited 45 minutes past her appointment time while we heard them giggling and gossiping some more in the back!if these medical centers hire just anyone these days, Im looking for work! Haha

I was able to get in quickly. I reserved a time online- highly recommend this step. I was able to see a doctor with hardly any wait. He listened to me. Like actually paid attention. I was in and out in 30 minutes top. And Im already feeling better 😌

You will never have to wait too long! The last two times I have utilized this urgent care I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, with testing, results and prescriptions! That’s insane fast. I was actually at another urgent care which from the parking lot alone told me it was going to be a long wait, when I decided to jump online and check the wait at Access (which u can actually do unlike most places). Anyhow, they had an appointment available within 10 minutes and I was three miles away. I was able to complete all the paperwork and check in before I got there (super easy paperwork and user friendly site). I got there one minute past my appointment, waited maybe 7 minutes in the reception are, then triage and doc was with me within 5 minutes of me submitting my sample. These people care about your time, and they are all very nice!

This is the best urgent care with the most caring doctors. I can’t say enough good about this place. Short wait and kind staff. This place has helped me more than any specialist or any other doctor pretty much has. I use them as my primary care for the most part. They are phenomenal! This place is clean and professional as well. Once again 5 stars! Go here you won’t regret it.

Id say the Access Urgent Care centers are the best urgent care centers in Oklahoma. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Even during the pandemic, service was quick. You can even check in and fill out paperwork on your phone through the app, if you want.

I was treated so well, they did more to check than my own drs. In my state. The only reason I gave 4 stars they forgot to send my 4 th Ned to pharmacy. Otherwise this was a very good experience. And, you have to go back to correct because if your third party calling. We were advised to go back and have them send it.

I used to come here frequently because its by my house, but its now $300 for a self pay visit. Dont come if you dont have health insurance. The urgent care in Tulsa Hills starts at $125 for self pay.

My mom had a severe ear ache. The doc found that part of her hearing aid was stuck in the canal! He got it out no problem! She feels so much better! Thank you!

I absolutely loved this facility.The NP that took care of me was not only professional but also empathetic to what I have been through.The X-ray technician was also professional.The front door was a bit stuck so you need to use your force to open it.I had been super stressed about the American health care system but this facility kinda started to restore my faith in health care industry.Thanks, Hailey!

We were so pleased to find Access Medical Centers Urgent Care on a Sunday. It was a positive experience from beginning to end. The facility is clean and neat and the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The P.A. was professional, as well as personable, and was able to answer all of our questions and solve the medical situation for us. We would highly recommend this facility. They get a 10 and all gold stars!

The wait was long even tho I had an appointment ahead of time. I got lab results I can’t contact anyone to get.. I can’t get anyone on the phone.. line just keeps going busy. I was suppose to be called about them..

They handled everything politely & professionally even if I went in with an attitude. Doctor was great. Nurse & COVID Rapid test was good no issue. Theres no shoving q-tip super far up in the nose. If you feel sick or think you got the COVID I would definitely recommend.Went in for lower back pains & was in & out in 30 minutes. Great service all the way around. Receptionist, Nurse Checking Vitals & The Doctor was great. My go to place anytime I have something wrong!Had issue with half my eye being bloodshot for a few weeks went in got checked out quickly & prescribed some I drops to hopefully take care of the issue. David was great. Once again my go to for any health issues

I’ve been to this urgent care 3 times now and have had great experiences each time. The doctors are very nice and helpful and the medical assistants go out of their to help me and keep me comfortable. I recently came in with a broken foot and the medical assistant adjusted the crutches (crutches I brought in with me) to perfectly fit me which made a world of difference. Definitely not something she had to do considering they didn’t even provide the crutches. They’re usually very quick to get to me as well, I’ve never had a long wait time. Highly recommend!

First time patient today.. Great website, scheduling online, 5 minute wait time, great medical staff. Could improve on reception/front desk in greeting and communicating with patients. At first I thought it was a dump inside--very sketchy. I almost ran. Front desk medical receptionist, nurses and the doctor were all amazingly polite and friendly. Service was quick and very accommodating. We had such a great experience that I brought my other son the same day.

I’ve been here several times and typically have a great experience. Today I was so frustrated because I made an appointment to step out during my lunch break and still had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I would’ve left but I’d already paid my co-pay. The care was great and everyone is friendly, but the wait was super inconvenient and I felt trapped since I’d paid while checking in.

Appointment was made online this am with plenty availability. The wait was very short. The Provider and staff were so professional and carring! They figured out what was going on with our 3 yr old grandson and he was treated in the office and Rxs were sent to the pharmacy. Excellent service from the front to the back!! 10/1/22

Visited Access Medical due to a fall from my bicycle. X-rays revealed a fracture, splinted, and I have an appointment with KC orthopedic Thursday afternoon. All three employees I came in contact with were wonderful.

I had a very favorable experience at this clinic from start to finish. The receptionist was very pleasant and effecient in scheduling my appointment also at my check in for my appointment the following day. My wait to be seen was short, their nurse was very efficient and kind, had a short wait to see the doctor and he too was very kind and effecient!

Incorrect Billing which I have spent months trying to get correct. Their billing Dept doesnt answer the phone! I even mailed the insurance information to them and I am still receiving bills with balances. Soonercare should remove them! Watch out for double billing.

This is my favorite urgent care ive ever been to. I dont know the name of the white lady doctor with the brown hair, i think it starts with a J but she is so genuine and caring it almost made me cry. They are also really quick, I never have to wait too long.

I tried to schedule an appointment online and had issues; however, the receptionist was so kind in assisting me with getting set up. Once in the back, Gwen and Tuan were both great! While I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon lol, I would absolutely visit this facility again.

My 2 year old daughter slipped and fell shortly before Christmas. She wouldn’t bare weight so I took her in for an X-ray. We were in and out in 30 minutes (which I thought was great at the time). We were told it was a sprain and given no after care instructions. Two weeks later (we were out of town and then Christmas) she still won’t walk, so I took her to an ortho specialist. Her whole tibia was broken. I requested the original X-rays from this urgent care and they tried to refuse. I finally got them and the break was as clear as day. There is no way a single person looked at the X-ray before we were sent on our way. My daughter was in pain for so much longer than she needed to be and her treatment took longer than it should have due to the negligence of this staff. I tried to call and find out what happened and no one will speak to me. (This was last Christmas. It’s been a year and no one will speak to me.)

The facility was clean and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. There were three of us and the nurse and doctor were very accommodating and moved quickly and throughly through the entire process. Every question was answered and options were given as to how I wanted to receive any test results or medications and if I wanted to wait around for them or if I wanted to be given a call so I could get on with my day. They were very professional and private in the manner that they gave the results to the test that were given as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and their services! The facility was very clean.The lady at the window acted annoyed that she had to help me and she wasnt very friendly but the nurse that called me to the back was awesome. I dont know her name, she had dark hair, not real tall but she was good at her job, real good. The lady that came in to explain everything was really good also.All in all it was a good place. Once you get past the chic at the front desk its great.

I came here for maintanence drugs, being currently far removed from my usual PCP, as a stop gap measure. The staff was very patient and kind to me, professionally curteous. The visit was remarkably fast, the Doctor prompt. I was given an ample prescription of my blood pressure and heart medication, a wonderful favor in my present circumstances. I really dont think that I am exadurating at all here when I say that if this is their usual operatus marandi, then this place is exceptional.

My husband couldnt stop coughing and went to the medical center on May 11th. At that time my husband was prescribed only antibiotics but from that night he got worse and he returned on the 15th. He had DR Rachel Lreton re-prescribe multiple medications. After about 6 hours, his cough was fine. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. DR Rachel Lreton, she is really great.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. This is my third time visiting the Brookside NextCare Urgent Center. This time, unfortunately, I tested positive for COVID and I am in a high-risk group. I dealt with a PA named David. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as he took my medical history and explained treatment options. I appreciate the close proximity of the clinic, the services you provide, and the genuine friendliness of the staff.

4 hour wait time is ridiculous! Call Center misleads patients on wait times (they dont account for walk-ins). I was told there were only 4 people in line and it was actually probably closer to 20-30 ahead of me. Trust me the clinic was not so busy that they would have had that many people walk-in in the 15 minutes it took me to drive over there. I was told that they needed to keep my drivers license and my insurance cards for a few minutes to verify my insurance. It was closer to 1 1/2 hours! So I felt like I could not leave the waiting area. I felt that my insurance card and my drivers license were being held hostage in order to maintain my place in line. Therefore I could not go in get anything to eat while I waited had to have somebody come up and bring me something. Over all very, very, very poor organization and repeatedly giving vague to misleading information! The person who took me back to do my vitals and the PA I saw were the only redeeming employees! The companys poor organizations leads to more stressed patients and makes their (the MA and the PA) jobs so much harder and stressful, because they have to get the tongue lashing from the frustrated patients and their families.

Had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. My 4 year old was afraid to go to the doctor but they were gentle and respectful of her boundaries and didnt get invasive or pushy. They didnt even push medication or antibiotics which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely recommend them! Thank you Antwan for spending time with us even after the office closed. You were very helpful and put us at ease.

Its an Urgent Care but like a Drs Office but its Urgent Care😅😅😅! The most important thing is that you can schedule an appointment. They will not overload the schedule. I LOVE IT!I trust their word and that Im truly being diagnosed with what they say it is. They are friendly and they listen!!! I leave knowing that everything that they can do there has been completed. But they never have failed one time referring you back to your Dr to a follow up🙏🏾. Thank you yall have been good to me🥰!

5-10 minute wait time. The Physician Assistant addressed my sore throat issues and knew immediately what was wrong. She even gave me advice on what I should do at home and what other supplements help. Very cordial staff front desk, and nurse. The place was clean and the staff was beyond cordial. People were excellent to help... Theyre hands were tired by not having full access to necessary help..Since changing owners, they have been stripped down to bandaids and Rx scripts... Too bad, they were more equipped when owned before...

My husband and I both had excellent experiences here on separate days. I went for an urgent care matter, but while I was there, the doctor also took care of two other health issues I had been putting off due to lack of insurance and not having a primary care doctor. We were excited to find out about the Advantage medical discount program and signed up. Total $70/month for both of us is amazing considering our insurance premium was going to be $1,200/month this year!!!! The facility is bare-bones, no-nonsense, The staff is professional and proficient. We were both extremely satisfied and will definitely continue to use their services for our medical needs.

Dr Robertson is a GREAT physician. She never rushes me and answers all of my questions. She always has the correct diagnoses, and prescribes accordingly. She always helps whatever I come in for. Staff is very friendly and caring also.

I feel like I wasted $190. I went in with a really bad finger infection a few weeks ago, a paronychia. My finger was swollen and after looking at it the nurse made no attempt to lance it and prescribed me some mupirocin ointmen and said if I saw no improvement in two days then she would prescribe oral antibiotics. Two days later still getting worse so I got my prescription filled which didn’t take long at all, if only it had been the CORRECT prescription.. two or three days later it is still getting much worse and spreading down my palm. I made it into a room at the Indian clinic and they lanced the now ridiculously swollen finger and prescribed me the appropriate antibiotics. They said what the urgent care had prescribed was usually for mrsa infections but what I had is practically never caused by that bacteria. If I had been prescribed the correct prescription from the start I could have avoided days of agony, so I feel like I wasted my money at this Urgent Care

Access Urgent Care on 48th & Peoria were right on time with my scheduled on line appointment. They were pleasant and helpful at check in and check out. The MA was pleasant and respectful. Thorough in her assessment questions.I was seen by the NP very quickly. He explained my diagnosis, gave me treatment options to choose from and did a Covid test with results back shortly after I returned homeNegative, so very happy about that, but happier because I didnt have to wait a couple of days for the results. Very pleased with entire visit.

Me and my wife took our daughter to be seen and although they were having a busy Monday the whole staff from front to back were awesome and working as promptly as they could while still providing exceptional service* They are doing some renovating to one side of the building but this clinic was already beautiful and clean as always. I went here for the first time today. I was in and out in less than an hour and thats including filling out paper work. I would reccomend this location to anyone. The staff was pleasant and helpful. And Dr. Maxwell was great! He also didnt make me feel uncomfortable in anyway. Given that I had to show some skin. I hope I dont have to visit again of course, but if I do this is where Ill be returning! 5 stars!Also, I want to add this... i had 2 prescriptions prescribed to me and they also were called in immediately and filled within only a couple of hours of me being seen. I was also recommended to a dermatologist. And explained my situation in detail to where I could understand it exactly. I feel this is also important. Thanks again!This is an update:Unfortunately, I had to pay them another visit. It was Easter Sunday and luckily they were open. Thank you! So, I was the only patient and of course it went very quickly. I just want to say the Doctor, Dan (sorry, difficult last name) was very helpful, and did great explaining every detail. Also, the lady who did the xrays was very nice! You could tell she actually cared and liked her job despite being at work on Easter Sunday. I just wanted to give a shout out to the employees. All of them were very pleasant! Thanks again!

Had a great first visit, everyone was nice and respectful, told me to come back to check wound healing, then when i came back they charged me another $50 to get a bandage removed which i could’ve done at home, they also waited to charge me after i was seen instead of before like the first visit, obviously they only care about money

I took my son to the @nextcare brookside clinic in Tulsa for an earache/sore-throat. The medical assistant said she would test for covid/flu….I explained to both the doctor and the medical assistant my primary concern was strep or some type of bacterial infection and declined any covid/flu testing. This obviously irritated the medical assistant who then became angry and aggressive. I was very clear in explaining I DO NOT want any covid/flu test! The medical assistant leaves and then returns to the room with a swab so I assume she is testing for strep. She did not walk my son through what she was doing or what to expect, in fact, she did not speak at all! Without any warning she just rams the swab up my son’s nose!!!! I am still in shock and honestly I am very concerned @nextcare allows someone who is clearly unstable to interact with patients! This is medical negligence and battery! I would be very cautious about visiting any @nextcare clinic

Staff had obviously taken the time to review my information in depth before I arrived, care given was timely, professional, polite, and helpful. I left with a plan, a contingency plan for if things went wrong, and feeing my concerns were taken seriously.

This is my goto minor emergency center. They are so friendly, professional, most of all...FAST! I never have to wait and I can make an appointment online prior to coming in to further expedite the whole procedure. The doctors are understanding and thorough, the nurses are compassionate and the front desk staff is very courteous! I would never go anywhere else!!!

I needed a test for bladder infection. No doc would take me as patient on that day samewithout my making an appointment for a later date. I went to the Brookside urgent care clinic in Tulsa and received a test immediately. I tested positive and was given a subscription which was filled within two hours instead of days later. The clinic staff delivered prompt, competent, and courteous service.

The online check-in makes it easier, at least for me it did, to get in to be seen. I felt like the staff didnt miss anything, when it came to my symptoms vs. diagnosis. This location has always been my back-uo when I cant get in to see my primary care doctor right away.

Ive came here several times but I got a bill reported on my credit saying I owed nextcare well I didnt see it until a month ago. I paid them upfront before care was provided as you have to pay upfront before they will see you. But I got double charged because I never received another bill but they reported on my credit saying I owed them that money Ive already paid. Well my bank statements only go back so far and I have no proof of where we paid them. So my question is this place scamming people out of their money? And maybe I need to take them to court. Also Ive called this company and this clinic several time wasting days of my time on hold waiting for a human. Nobody ever answers.

I love this place! They are always fast, in and out In no time. The doctors are very friendly and down to earth. Im just thankful we have places like this.

I rarely get sick with an acute illness. But when I do, I know I can get into the nearby urgent care center. They are always very thorough, do necessary tests very quickly and give excellent treatment. I went this afternoon feeling so bad and after a steroid shot, I am already feeling better. They are very professional, the center is very well-kept and clean, they are fast and reliable, and they always fix the problem! Yes, I recommend urgent care to everyone.

I went to this urgent bc of my foot they said nothing was wrong with it AND GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE BOOT and then I went to another urgent care and they instantly figured it out. So this urgent care sucks. Yes there was no wait, etc. but over all they will not help you if you are in pain or in my situation they did not find what was wrong with my foot nor give me pain meds and the new urgent care I went to did it all and more!

Appreciate having the clinic close by. When I went i provided them my BCBS insurance card that clearly shows on the front $0 copay for urgent care. I had looked up Access Medical on the BCBS network and they were in network. So I should not have been charged at the visit. However that didnt happen. They charged me $92.00 before I left. I wasnt feeling well at all with a huge headache, so I didnt feel like arguing. I received my EOB from BCBS. They billed BCBS $197.00 and my insurance paid $107 with me owing nothing. About a month later, I had to call to get the overpayment started. It will be several weeks until I might get it. They said to call back in 8 weeks if I hadnt received it. Not a good way to treat customers. Unfortunately Ill be looking for a different urgent care next time.

My problem was taken care of. The PA listened to my concerns, asked questions, gave me information.I was very pleased with the care I receive, and when I left I knew I was on my way to recovery. Thank you at Access.

Fast friendly service and knowledgeable doctor

Typically I have no issues here and the staff is friendly. I went on 8/11/21 for a COVID test and my nurse was very short with me. I have had many nose swabs in my life and after talking with other people my experience was not normal. The first nostril she viscously jabbed my nose, popping a capillary and I bled profusely for 10 minutes after. The other nostril was done like a normal swab would be administered, she commented before even pulling out the swab or seeing a drop of blood that my nose would bleed. Some bleeding can be expected in cases during a swab but I can assure never should be that much. I had blood on my shirt and soaked 10-15 tissues in blood. It was no minor nose bleed. Everyone else during my experience was fine as per usual. I have never had that lady before during my visits but she was very unsatisfactory.

1:00 scheduled appt, have been waiting over 35 minutes to be seen. When I asked the receptionist how much longer would it be, she replied with a distasteful attitude.Just sitting here waiting, listening to people hack up their bowels...

The drs assistant was exceptionally friendly just as he shouldve been. I was given in detail just wat exactly it was he thought was causing the pain im experiencing. A full fledged dr in bowling green didnt speak to me but for about 3 minutes whete this dr took the time to explain to me to my understanding my problem. Id recommend access to my friends and anyone else for whom might need to visit a medical facility. Thank you staff at access !If i may add that the little gal that was caring for me is in school training to be a nurse . She was extremely friendly and took time to talk to me as a patient.

No long waiting, very professional and caring staff from the receptionist to the nurse who admitted me to the doctor who saw me. Everyone was kind and caring. Took the time to ask questions and get a good exam in order to try and address my problems. Would highly recommend them!

Spent about 15 minutes in the waiting room (I was the only one there) and about 10 minutes actually speaking with a member of the medical staff. I was prescribed something and promptly left. So total time dealing with Access Medical Center was maybe 30 minutes tops. I was charged $186.40 for this visit even though I have both a primary and secondary insurance. I looked at the bill and realized that my secondary insurance was not billed. I called the Access Medical Center and was told to call my insurance because they needed more information from me, so I did. They told me that it was the center who had not sent them the information they needed. The insurance called the center and was told that the balance had been frozen and to disregard my current bill. I waited another month and got another bill for the SAME EXACT AMOUNT. I called again and they told me AGAIN that I needed to call my insurance. I explained that this is what I went through last time and they told me AGAIN that I should disregard the bill and an updated one would be sent. Another month passed and I once more received a bill for $186.40. I decided just to pay it as they obviously dont know what they are doing, but I refuse to visit another Access Medical Center again.

I love access med center its my home away from home !!! They are always friendly!! They are super fast, seriously I am in and out in 30 min or less . They know me by name cuz I come so often so I know they are always consistent!! Fast, friendly, and forgiving ( when your sick your not always so patient) .

I schedule my appointment online however when I got there they said it they were behind. They have no working restrooms. After waiting for an hour and half I stopped somewhere to use the restroom only to be told I had to wait all over again. Chairs have holes, unkept, staff not very friendly . I had to leave to find somewhere w better accommodations. Worse place ever

I love the way they take care of every detail ASAP and I got help immediately and my discharge paper in 20 minutes or less yes I would recommend them because they listen to you they pinpoint everything that needs to be done and technically they do better than my regular doc that Ive had for at least two or three years that only wants me to do blood test every few months and doesnt even tell me the results of nothing this place helps you get doctors you need medicine you need and the help you need I just love them

My 1st time visit went well. I assume since there were no other patients at the time, I was quickly accessed with the complaints of ailments I’ve been experiencing. Once testing was complete I was no longer detained and released. From the front office to the back, the staff are professionals and I would recommend to others.

I think they’re under new management... there was a significant difference in patient care, the attitudes of the new employees and physician. When one test was negative, the Doctor inquired of my symptoms and ran another test. Other times, the Doctor would make it clear they want patients in and out with no further inquiry.

Quick, courteous service. Kind and professional staff. I felt valued and appreciated as a person and a patient. Wonderful experience, but I hope I do not have to return. ☺

The staff was friendly, we were in & out pretty fast, & normally dont have any problems on getting medicine called in to a pharmacy but this time I did, fortunately the pharmacist was able to fill the prescription w/ the paper from urgent care.

Keeps sending me a bill for a covid test that was performed over a year ago, before funding ran out for free tests and before tests were easier to access. I have already made it clear I am not paying $140 for a swab up my nose just because the state didn’t pay you. Maybe this will get your attention? STOP WASTING PAPER. money greedy.

Came here to get a rapid covid test. Got here at 9:01 when they open at 9am. They already had a line. Had to wait 2 hours to get tested. The staff was friendly but I don’t feel like the waiting room is set up to properly socially distance although everyone was wearing a mask. After leaving, I received results via phone in approx 30-45 mins.

Checkin was simple and fast. The facility was clean and empty it was just me, by the time I left only two other people had come in so that was great no over crowding. I was seen right away. Tested for Covid and was called about 20/30 mins later with my results. Id highly recommend this Urgent care to anyone. Nice staff as well

Fast easy health care when you can’t get to your regular doctor. Update my test for Covid was on Monday of this week and still no results, they said it was not a rapid test but my last non-rapid test i had the results the next day.I cant get through to anyone on the phone and there is no way to reach them except going to their office or writing a review.Sorry 5 stars just dropped to 2

These people let me get my kids all checked in then tried to tell my children to stay in the waiting room. They are nuts. I’m not leaving my children in a lobby with random people.

Was great when I was at the office. Now I’m at Walgreens with no prescription called in and I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes. Trying to get a hold of them to ask if they did send it to Walgreens. When I left no one was in the lobby. Called about 5 minutes after I left.

Most the staff was nice and the overall visit didnt take long; but do not let them sign you up for any discount program they may loosely tell you about and hurry you to sign some documentation legally binding you to putting your debit/credit card on file after they receive the first payment. The charges on your card dont start for 3 months, so by that time youve very well forgotten about the entire experience. In this day and age with so many bills being drafted via autopay its fairly easy to glance over a $30 charge for Nextcare Services. Thats what happened to me - only I didnt catch it for NEARLY A YEAR. When calling to inform the company that I wasnt even aware that I was a customer with them, they swiftly replied You signed and initialed this documentation. We will refund nothing. Id rather lose a foot than return to this location. Bad business.

The clinic is spotless. I was the only patient when I got there. Every person who helped me was kind and competent, very professional. Everyone of course masked and gloved. This is the urgent care I will always use because it checks all the boxes!

I paid 190$ for an actual Dr to tell me to soak my foot in epsom salt and wouldn’t refer me to a podiatrist because I don’t have insurance. The people were nice but not helpful at all. Overall it was just a waste of money and time off work.

They were fast and on top of it. They helped my husband with his problem .but when they faxed or called in the meds to Walgreens it did not go threw bc the walgreens was closed and it did not get put in the system so he has to wait for his meds intill morning witch sucks bc he is in pain with this covid-19 walgreens has been closing early it was not the dr fault I just wish their was a 24 hour service thew them so that could be token care of

Great fast service at the one on Peoria in Tulsa, I was in and out in 25 min. The one in Bixby I was there for 3 hours even after I made my appointment online. Not to mention the one in Bixby was pretty nasty with blood stains on the xray table etc. I will never use the one in Bixby again. 😝😷 Great job to the staff who work at the one on Peoria in Tulsa!!

By far the fasted urgent care in Tulsa, was in and out of there within 20 minutes and home with prescriptions in 45 minutes total.Their staff is professional, nice, and efficient.I used to go to St. Johns until recently and Id wait 1.5 hours just to go back most time. Theres nothing about that.

I called to verify that they were in network with my daughters insurance. They are. After that I proceeded to ask about the co pay since I just recently had to get off of sooner care and Ive never dealt with actual insurance before. She began going 90 to nothing and ignored my entire question. I was being very patient and polite. Before I could let her know what I was trying to tell her she hung up on me! On to the next urgent care.

What a joke. Made an appointment and waiting over an hour. I tried calling the office and was on hold with an automated system for about 20 minutes...went into the clinic to see if tI was skipped over... no recepcionist was there. I left...abd no more than 5 min later they call and tell me to come in.i asked if I turned around can I still have my appt. I was told they cant sit around and wait on people to come in.

Very friendly and professional staff. I was the first person there, I waited for a minute before I was taken back. If I ever need to go to an urgent care again, I will go to this location, hands down!

I have been here twice in the last week, both times I had a UA done and the second time I had bloodwork sent off. Considering the symptoms Im having and the worsening of my condition, which they were aware of, you would think the LEAST they could do would be to call and give you your results. But no, I had to call both times for my results and the second time I did you would have thought I asked the world!! Im sorry you were so inconvenienced by me needing to know what was going on!!! Absolutely not how a medical facility should operate and I am extremely disappointed that not only could they not follow through with what they promised to do, they were rude and showed zero concern about my wellbeing. Will NEVER go here again! It was a waste of my money and time, but surprise surprise coming from an urgent care!!!!

They’re always great, never had an issue except once and it was due to how many patients they had it was an understandable mix up but was quickly fixed.

Employees are great there but the facility has really gone downhill. The outside hasn’t been mowed in weeks and lots of trash and homeless person living in the parking lot. It’s a shame because the people working there are doing a great job

A couple of my coworkers recommend Access Medical on Peoria. I put off addressing my issue until it became apparent I needed an xray to rule out some things. I made my appt on line and upon entering was greeted with a smile from the front desk. The total process of getting an xray, ECG and speaking w/ the nurse and PA was less than an hour. Coming from a medical background, this is unusual. I would recommend this place to family and friends as well. A+ in my book.

This place was fantastic. Went in because my ear was clogged up with wax. Was seen almost immediately, offices were clean, and staff was friendly. Best part, they didn’t charge me a dime! Great spot, would highly recommend.

I love the care my kids get at this Urgent Care. However the receptionist at the front desk today was Very Rude. She had bright red hair and was in her early 20s. I was Very annoyed.

I went to Urgent Care very sick was treated with a smile and care ...swiftly being seen by nurse then Dr. who addressed my concerns ....not wanting to be sick again but if i am this urgent care on 48th and Peoria will be my choice awesome people awesome Dr.❤

Great minor emergency center! Their staff is topnotch! They always get me in and out in a timely manner, are thorough, professional and wonderful. From the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors....A+++!

I went in with the worst tooth pain. It hurt to talk to the point I came in with a note explaining my pain. They all were so kind and helpful. I appreciate it so much. If I ever need to go back that is where I will be going.

Horrible communication. I left 8 messages for my covid results . I had to drive there to get them after 6 days, they told they didnt take and had to redo them. 3 days later still no call Today I hadnt heard from them so I drove there today the 19th of January and they told me they were negative. Why they didnt call me , I dont know why ? They didnt know either.

Terrible dont show up with out your drivers license youll be told they wont see you. Didnt ask anything else? Also late to open. Man working no emotion or care in the world. Do not go to this place unprofessional went to Saint johns urgent care no license took my provider card done deal. Zero stars 1:00pm sun 17 April 2016
