False advertisement on Google with their info. I called to get a physical for my son. And they informed me of $20. I went up there, and Mai got attitude when I told her they didnt need to fill the top sheet. She got attitude and said yes, we do. Then Mary comes out, mentioning its now $66 for the physical. And when I am explaining, they are giving misinformation, and yes, I am upset and talking above a whisper. After speaking to several of their employees, saying it is $20. Now, saying we dont do that. Mary then made rude remarks and mentioned calling the police. Because I am calling them out on their misinformation. Thats how they use the internet to get you in, only to change it. And every employee gives different info.In response to their comment. We called several times. And they knew it was for college. So they gave continuously misinformed information. Only for us to go in and look like a fool because some employees know and others dont. And on Google, it doesnt say that same info. So dont trust who you talk to at this place

Good care( clean & professional) atmosphere kind staff & time is of essence and I was more than impressed, Dr. & Nurse was GREAT & FRIENDLY & the overall visit was far better than I truly expected ( HONES) concerns & referred from the Dr. was immaculate ( on point) yes I would return if need to & will refer this Facility to any & all !!Thanks to the all of staff there💯🙏keep up the good(GREAT) work!!

This was the third facility that I had to venture to on Friday July 12th 2024 to seek help for my illness. And, as they say, third time is the charm. Access Medical was very thorough in diagnosing my problem and assessing what I needed to do to recover. I am very pleased with their services and will definitely use them again, should I need to. Super friendly staff! The nurse was truly inviting. I enjoyed our chat on puppies, kids, and life in general. I love it when people in the healthcare field are just human. Though I had the flu, she made my day a lot brighter. Thank You! 🙏🏾

I had already been in 2 days ago to get a COVID test which was positive. Today I banged my head and scheduled a video visit to have it looked at and then scheduled an in-office visit, which the video people did not know about and only then did they say they would send my video referral over to the clinic. When I got to the clinic, Im just not sure I understand the lack of urgency considering its an urgent care. I saw two people walk out before me during the 20 minutes that I was waiting after I had seen no wait list. Getting a couple of staples in my head wound was no problem but then I was asked if I wanted to tetanus shot. Sure says I. I did not know that they needed to synthesize the vaccine in order to give it to me. I signed the consent form and waited 20 minutes while no one let me know what the status was and I told them I dont feel well I need to go home and go to bed because why? They had seen me two days earlier and I tested positive for COVID. But they did not know this. When I asked the nurse do I not have a chart here and do you not know what at least my most recent visit pertain to? Her answer was this well I wasnt looking at that days chart, I was looking at todays chart. You have got to be kidding me. Im being pumped right? Ill go back to have my Staples taken out but the way yall run that place? If I wanted a rural doctor with a rural sense of urgency I would have been born 30 years earlier. As it is, I find it reprehensible that your staff does not know the status of a patient who they just saw in a clinic that is rarely crowded. Within 48 hours and they did not have any information. I had to tell the nurse that I had COVID and thats why I wanted to go home and lay down. She then turned to the doctor and said oh he has code but he doesnt want the shot. No thats not what I said. She straight up lied to the doctor in front of my face. I wanted the shot, I didnt want to wait forever and I explained why. When I was told that she had no idea about anything pertaining to me except apparently what had happened in the last 15 minutes, I walked out. I said never mind and I walked out. If I can find someone else to take these Staples out in a week, trust me I will. I will now proceed to expunge my existence from all of your records and I dont ever want to hear from you again.

5 stars for the medical staff.I subtracted one star because although I confirmed with my insurance that AMCU was in network prior to my visit... they were not listed in the system when I filled out the online paperwork. The receptionist had me instead put that I was self pay which I definitely didnt feel comfortable doing.

The person running the desk was super helpful. The doctor was quick and efficient. I knew I needed some stitches and I don’t have insurance. They got me in and out of there in about 2 hours and only about 160 bucks out pocket and 5 stitches to the FACE.

PA was really nice and quick. However, facility was dirty and I was the first patient of the day. Fecal matter on chair in waiting room, hair and brown drippings on floor, handprints on doors. If you’re not sick when you get there, you will be when you leave.

I had the worst experience with my dr carradini, I spent months being told that I was allergic to something that was unknown. I decided to get another opinion, my new DO has discovered (even though it was showing up in tests before) that my bone marrow is producing immature red blood cells and has been for at least 6 months, since I’ve removed myself from carradinis care I’ve had more help, I’ve been on steroids for several months and because of this my body has significantly changed in the worse way possible, I now have to get a heart work up because gaining 33 pounds in a matter of months is horrible on your body, it’s hard for my to do day to day tasks I’ve never had problems with, and I’m getting regular phlebotomies, everything my new dr has done has stepped me into the right direction. I spent months with one dr obsessed with the fact that I had to be allergic to something and not listening to the patients (me) needs and concerns but instead blaming it on the high dose of unnecessary steroids that I’ve been on for several months and will take several more months for me to taper down from. I needed an advocate for my health but instead feel like I was pushed aside and not listened to. So cheers to Dr. Chorley! The first doctor since February that actually told me he believed me and didn’t blame my not so good looking blood results on steroids!

The only good part about this place was Dr. DeLong and a nurse with short hair - I did not see her name. I came in with severe nausea and the nurse I had rolled her eyes when I started throwing up in the trash can, which I found very rude. She was very terse and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. The staff did not give me an anti-nausea medicine before I left which made me worse. Shoutout to that one nurse though for catching me in the parking lot and bringing me a zofran! And thank you to Dr. DeLong for taking my concerns seriously. The other staff needs to be trained on customer care and bedside manner as I felt very uncomfortable sharing my medical concerns with the other staff.

The appointment process through the app was very straightforward and easy to follow. The nurse and Dr were both attentive and also helped me with my needs for my visit! Would go back!

Nice professional, courteous, and very efficient! My first visit I use Saint Johns but no go due to hack. I really like this one more I think they have won a new customer. YOU CAN ACTULLY DO PAOERWORK FROM HOME OR ON YOUR WAY! Very EFFICIENT!

My visit with the urgent care went great it didnt take them long to get me to the back and check me out and take great care of me the staff was very helpful and Dr.was great thanks for everything they done for me.

Well first time to this place. Actually a mistake the place I meant to go to is next door. Won’t make that mistake again. All of them weren’t very helpful kinda dismissive and didn’t seem to care. He didn’t even take my temp, look in my ears, tell me my O2 level or have concern I blacked out and fell. I got a LPN instead of a Dr. or RN Iv had bad experiences.. and never post it but was disappointed for sure. I got antibiotics so gave them a 3⭐️ But will find another next time needed.👎🏼 Felt like I was a bother, tho they weren’t busy. *17th Utica location Tulsa

Today the doctor listened and fixed my issue. I would have not had to come back today to get my great toe/left foot opened and have the puss cleaned out if the 1st doctor had done his job a week ago.

Went here with covid-like symptoms just to get a covid test for work. After waiting for an hour past my scheduled time, they charged me over $200 for a copay even though theyre in network. They charged my insurance $378, and my insurance still made me pay for an actual copay of $50. (Does my insurance know this)?My covid and flu tests were both negative. All they said was probably a viral infection and sent me away with a script for cough medicine. Completely pointless visit that cost me nearly $300 and wasted 2 hours of my time when I could have been in bed.Ill never be back. If I could give zero stars I would.

They got me in to see a physician quickly. I satisfy with the help that I received. Everyone was polite and they got me out quickly.

I felt as though they did not care. Kept asking the same questions as if my child was making up not feeling well. I honestly sat in silence several times while he was in the room doing a well check on my child Im like sooo what do you think and he would just keep asking the same questions with no resolution in site. Needless to say we were billed and out the door before they closed with no concern or care. I got the feeling the were annoyed we came in 45 min before closing. I asked if it was too late to be seen and she said there for a moment then was like no we can see you. Anyways will not return.

I was so disappointed by the negligent level of care I received at this facility.I came in with a finger infection, which was very swollen & painful. I was prescribed an antibiotic (which I later learned was not the correct antibiotic for what was clearly a staff infection). When the antibiotic did not resolve my infection, I went in again a week later. The physician on duty begrudgingly changed my prescription but didnt offer an x-ray or any direct treatment of the wound, just harshly threatened that if I didnt pay to get a CT scan from ER, I may end up getting my finger amputated due to risk of the infection seeping into my bone.After receiving care at ER, I learned that proper standard of care should have included draining of the abscess (which neither of the urgent care professionals were willing to offer); and the CT scan I was told to request was completely pointless because not only was bone infection never a significant risk, but it would not show up in an x-ray until weeks after onset of the infection.So not only did I end up having to pay for unnecessary x-rays on top of a costly ER visit, but I ended up having to shell out nearly $200 to the urgent care for effectively booting me to a more competent medical professional after a week of agony.This whole experience just frustrates me so much. I put my trust in these people, and they could not even do the basic task of treating a staff infection. I will not be returning to this urgent care ever again.

Well at first I believed what they told me, which was I had a intestinal virus!! That was on Wednesday roughly 3 pm. All they did was listen to my lungs n give me a shot and script for nausea medicine. Well at 8 am on Friday morning I was at the hospital with double pneumonia!! if the doctor at Access had just done a x-ray, I wouldnt be in the hospital right now. Yes they admitted me cause my oxygen had dropped to low. I gave the Dr at Access the same symptoms I had this morning just 10 as much. When he was listening to my lungs I told him n showed him where it hurt. So no I definitely would not recommend this Urgent Care.

Worst experience I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care. I went in for something that took 10 minutes at least, I was told I would be “seen as soon as possible” I then sat in a empty room for a hour with no patients in sight. When I was told it was turn to be seen I was referred as the “tattoo girl”. If I could put 0 stars as my experience I would!

Got me in quick, Dr. And Nurse were attentive, kind, and informative.Update: dang if Im not sick again. Took a bit longer to be seen this time, but in all fairness they were quite busy. The Dr. I visited with definitely helped me feel better.

I had to go here for a physical and needed a form printed and they had everything all ready to go when I arrived, the staff was amazing!

The Access Medical on Utica was terrible. The front desk was friendly. The nurses was friendly. The doctor not so much. Wasn’t receptive at all and I ended up having to go back to a different urgent care at a different location to actually get the medicines that we need.The original medication that this doctor prescribed, didn’t really make sense. It was Tamiflu, which form what I understand you should take it within days of symptoms, and he had had his symptoms for past the allot time.

Nah Dr was nice and helped but nurse was rude and wound not let me take my husband back lol she was like patent privacy haha he’s my husband 🤨

Would not do a TB skin test after exposure even though all symptoms were preceeding exposure.

They were clean and professional, with no long waiting period and minimal paperwork. They had rapid access to my medical records established and treated me like I mattered. They were interested in my medical history and how that impacted the reason I was there. They prescribed the medicine I needed and I was able to drive straight to the pharmacy after my visit and not have to wait for them to get around to sending it. I was there because I felt bad and when I departed I still felt rotten but I didnt feel quite as rotten inside. My visit there definitely deserves the five stars I gave them 👍

2 stars because they were helpful. But, I’ve been here for over 2 hours because they had me wait in the lobby while they figured out a prescription. 30 minutes later i asked and they sent it in and forgot I was there waiting. Didn’t even get discharge papers until I asked for those.

Our go to local urgent care. It’s convenient to make an appointment online then check in on arrival. Friendly, knowledgeable staff get us out the door quickly.*It’s been some time since I posted this review and we’re still visiting them when we have non- emergency urgent medical needs. They’ve helped us through a number of events, including my kiddo coming across a police pepper powder ball that he thought was a toy and being contaminated with pepper powder. They treated him and identified the object so we were very relieved to know what was happening. They’re thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind.

We scheduled an appointment, but still had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Once in the exam room things went very quickly. The nurse and doctor were so kind and patient, and the dr caught a sickness in my child that another pediatric urgent care dismissed. Aside from the long wait (which I understand is out of their control) I would 10/10 recommend this location. I didn’t catch the nurses name, but Dr Courtney was amazing!

Its urgent care. I do a walk-in. The clerk like we only do appts. She act like she did not want to see us. She kept mentioning its 4 people in front of you and its 2 people in the back. She really annoyed me. She could of just said I dont want the physician to see any more patients. I will never go back to this location.

I went for physical, the staff was very kind. I was checked in and assisted very quickly and efficiently.

I hurt my neck and the doctor didn’t do an exam or even ask me what happened before telling me I pulled a muscle and I needed a steroid shot. I also have no direction on nexts steps or how to heal my issue. Nice facility but a weird encounter.

Made an appointment online. Waited over 75 minutes to see a doctor while those on the walk-in list went before me. Whats the point of an appointment? However, once back in the room the nurse and doctor were very good, quick and efficient.

This facility was friendly and efficient. There was virtually no waiting and they were able to painlessly get all my blood drawn and sent for analysis.

I’m only giving this a 1 because I felt like I was “treated” out of negligence. I went to Access Medical on Oct 15th for a painful bump on my body. I had arrived there very close to closing and for some reason I had a bad feeling about this place. I checked in, waited not even up to 2 minutes to be called to the back. The nurse assistant took my weight, height and we proceeded to the back of the room. The Nurse was very disengaged with me and lacked enthusiasm for whatever reason and she was asking me questions about medication I’m on. I’m listing the medications and assured her the reason for these medications is because I have lupus. So doctor came in and assessed the bump and rule out a boil. He sent a prescription to my pharmacy that will negatively interact with my blood thinner I’m on. After leaving, not even 5 minutes later, I get a phone call from my pharmacist and he sounded concerned. Basically long story short I can not take this antibiotic bc the effect on me can turn dangerous and potentially deadly. So I still took the antibiotics as I was advised to consult with my INR doctor seeing if I need dosage adjustments, Tuesday Oct 17 I’m at work feeling unwell. All of a sudden I’m stiff, I develop a fever, my joints are extremely painful. Something told me to look up if lupus patients should take the antibiotic I was prescribed, and you guessed it… NO. So I’m pissed bc I feel like the doctor that saw me does not know what he’s doing and it screamed I’m only a doctor for the money. Due to DR JAMES CORNWELL, I am suffering the consequences of his negligences to not knowing his formulas and prescriptions with the interactive sides of it. I am currently having a lupus flare up because of this man. I’ve had my lupus stabilized since 2019 and now I’m sick as a DOG. I have to go to the emergency room because I feel like it’s getting worse and worse by the day. I’m so upset. Don’t go to this urgent care in a Sunday if you want to DIE in the hands of DR JAMES CORNWELL for not knowing his stuff. Disappointed

We were able to make an appointment which means we got to practically walk right in as soon as we showed up. The staff and doctors were knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! The waiting room was spacious and clean.

I was seen promptly. Everyone treated me courteously and professionally. The physicians assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely return to this facility when I need urgent care. Also I will recommend this urgent care facility to others.

If I could give this no stars, I would. I took my husband in due to high fever and sore throat. Everyone treated us poorly. My husband has insurance that requires no co pays. I double checked everything before choosing an urgent care. Once done, we were told we had a $50 co pay, I didnt have $50 seeing as how he pays 0$ co pays. The ladies at the desk were rude. They had a whole conversation about how they should have made us pay when we got there before being seen. Not sure if they were awre, but they sent our prescription ls to a closed pharmacy, so here i sit on hold to try to get them sent to an OPEN pharmacy. Would definitely NEVER recommend anyone going here

The staff was nice and the app I used to sign in was easy, but I had to wait for over an hour despite having a scheduled appointment. The doctor was helpful and nice. When leaving, I noticed someone in the waiting room who was coughing and behaving as if they were very sick was not asked to wear a mask while around everyone, which I did not appreciate.

Unbelievable. My visit today was because the lab work that they drew a month ago got lost and they never got it processed even though they build for it. Today they had no way to document that they took my blood, she didnt have any labels to put on the test tube and she was going to walk away and leave it in an unattended area with somebody elses blood with no chain of custody. How is this place even able to stay open and not be shut down by the state? If you value your health care, find someplace else

This has always been my go to place for anything medical related if I can not get seen by my regular doctor right away! The staff and Doctors are always friendly & very caring when it comes to your health. They make sure your comfortable while being seen and always taken care of before leaving there office. Thank you Urgent Care for being there for me and highly recommended them!

The girl at the front desk would not help me. She was rude and hateful.

It was cool for me,I just worked a long hot day and needed some important medical treatment. The local Hospitals was at least a 6hr wait, didnt want that. I was told at Urgent Care it would be a 2hr wait,but the treatment I needed was excellent and the Staff were amazingly polite and Professional.I was prescribed my medication and on my way in less than an hour. I Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Making appointments on the Solv app is easy and convenient. And the staff/physicians are always kind and efficient. I don’t think I’ve ever been there longer than an hour, even when there are lots of other walk-ins.

I’ve been going here almost twenty years. You can get seen faster than you can get into your regular doctor. They have knowledgeable helpful staff. They have helped me solve two chronic issues.

Went to get my son tested so that he could return to school. They were efficient friendly they made him comfortable as he was not very excited about having his nose swab the results were back within 15 minutes and we were out the door. I appreciate their scheduling system and that they handled the appointments in a timely manner so hopefully I dont need to go back. ... but if I do, I will not hesitate to go here first

Check in was very quick with online forms. I had no wait. A nurse took my info, doc came in right away and listened to what I had to say and then did X-rays. Everyone was kind as well as efficient. The whole process went very smooth.

This place was unprofessional. My boyfriend and I took our friend in for a swab and when we were called back the nurse was extremely rude and told us that he could not come back with us because that was too much. The nurse was impatient and rough with the swab for my friend who had a sore throat. We are both healthcare workers and this was unacceptable. The PA was super sweet though. Courtney was the nurses name.

Was transferred over to this location because the one on Yale inexplicably closed for the day. Front desk woman kept trying to charge me right away when I wasn’t even sure how long the wait would be and wasn’t sure if I would be able to stay because I was in the middle of my work day. Because I refused to pay, she decided to pester me and ask me to put on a mask while I was waiting while another woman sitting in plain sight of the front desk was not wearing one. I asked if she’d have to out on a mask too and was met with a blank stare, then she asked me again. I explained I was in there with tight lungs and pneumonia symptoms and it’s hard to breathe with a mask on. I was told oh well. I got up and left. Not sure if it’s because I was the only white person in there or what, but I didn’t appreciate being treated like this while I’m sick and had to come to this facility for help. If all Access Urgent Cares are this great to their patients—closing midday, cancelling appointments, shuffling patients around, and being rude and potentially racist—I’ll pass.

Dont come here if you want to wait over an hour. Ive been coming here for a while, never had an issue. I was just recently sick. Came here. Theres was not a lot of patients. But they did complain about waiting for a while. Three patients left, I was next to be called. Got called in to the room. Waited 25 mins to be seen by the doctor just to tell me she wants to run test. She is in the room for no more than 2 mins. Ive been timing them since I got in the room. I knew it was going to be an inconvenience coming here. Shes persistent on the test, I wait another 25 mins for someone to come take the test. I had to open the door to get their attention. Something they didnt appreciate it. But it would definitely be appreciated about my time and day if they were more aware. another 45 mins pass by. The doctor finally comes in! To tell me she sent antibiotics. But I have a sinus infection and pressure and thats the best she can do. WOW. Ive had many sinus infections in the past. They just dont give you antibiotics with your sinus pressure. A better more aware doctor that cares would come in and talk to you about your symptoms. I had to tell the doctor on call that wasnt enough and she needs to do better. She felt like a victim because Im a latina with an attitude suggesting better medicine that would help me. She left the room and started yelling at me. Telling me I was banned from the clinic dont ever come back. This is how I was treated. Just appalled at how it all happened. The doctor was unhappy and didnt want to give me my medicine I suggested until I said no Im not leaving until I get the medicine I need. I left even tho I didnt do anything wrong. Dont ever come here if you want to get treated like you dont matter.

They are not so friendly they also had me driving all over Tulsa looking for my prescription that they said they sent in never found it I went back up there an they very rude to me they treated me as if I was lying about the medicine being at the pharmacy!!! Some magazines would def help in the lobby. The wait was a bit long, maybe some yoga, or 6 minute workouts would be a fun addition to the wait time. Otherwise, so grateful you could help me.🙏🏽

I have been to the 1623 Utica location 3 times in the last 2 years and every time as been THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! Better than my primary doctor, actually. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctors listen and take time to answer my questions. I feel respected and cared for. Honestly, cant recommend them highly enough. (at least at this location - I dont know about others) I will definitely be back. Thank you all for your help and your concern.

Great customer service! Once I was seen, it was in and out, very efficient. I had to wait about 40 minutes and there only seemed to be one person in front of me - which is why I took off a star. But overall, the staff was helpful and straightforward. Would recommend to others

Sit in the waiting room for a hour and they only had one patient in front of us, then we had to check in on our phone and then feel our paper work out twice then once called back it took another 30 minutes to be seen, the doctor was real nice.

Absolutely loved The PA that took care of me. Made me feel incredibly cared, for I work in the medical field, and I can honestly say I have never received such compassionate care!

The staff here are really nice and they get you in and out!

I walked in with my finger bleeding and was out and repaired within an hour.

I made an appointment for 11:20 today and an hour later I am still in the waiting room because they had an influx of walk-ins that they are taking care of first. This doesnt make any sense to me. I asked the receptionist if it even helped to make an appointment and she said of course it does. Doesnt seem like it to me.

Ms Post was very helpful. I told her my symptoms and she listened. I had been ill 3 weeks after my covid positive test. The medicines she prescribed have almost eliminated my horrible symptoms. Sinus, chest chronic cough. I ended up having a bacterial respiratory infection. Thanks to her Im almost 100 %. I am so glad I went there.

The staff was very friendly and the Provider was competent, thorough, and kind. The technology provides the capability to receive texts with status updates i.e.: paperwork/check-in/vitals/etc. in addition to access to an online waiting list throughout your visit. (And, the wait wasnt long considering the circumstances with COVID). This is the best treatment and experience I have had in a Doctors office in a very long time.

I went there today and whereas the place was really clean and I got back farely fast (because I checked in online and made an appointment), I was frustrated with the service. So apparently they did a strep test, but didnt bother to tell me I was negative for strep and honestly I went in because I had a sore throat and they didnt even offer to do a flu or covid test... not sure what I have but if my throat hurts after teaching tomorrow without getting anything to help it I will be going somewhere else after work.

Very good PA and nurse. Plan to use Access when and if needed for urgent care.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She explained and answered any questions I had. The nurse I visited with when I was called back to a room was easy to talk to and explain things to. Her replies to questions where easy to understand and filled with great information. The PA was was very thorough in his examination of me and explained everything in a detailed way that was easy to understand. I was very pleased with every aspect of this urgent care.

Staff was nice enough but the receptionist did seem annoyed that I wanted to wait to be seen. The receptionist advised it would be a two hour wait and seemed to be frustrated that I was okay with waiting. It was only 630 in the evening so it’s not like I waited until 10 minutes before close. PA and nurse were nice and helpful. But trying to contact them back in regard to my lab work that they had already called ME to discuss was nearly impossible. I waited on hold for 20 minutes for an operator to pick up then place me directly back on hold to see if they could discuss my results only to be told they would have to call me back with no expectation of when I could hear back from them. Follow up and reception is why I can’t give them more stars.

My baby had a nasty spider bite. I checked in online, was seen within 5 minutes of sitting down, they extracted the wound, bandaged him up and we were on our way to pick up the antibiotics they called in for him. Excellent service from everyone we came in contact with, as always.

Stephen Finn, my husband was the patient. He does not do much computer so he was not happy to have to check in by phone and give all his info on line. So the courteous young woman at the check in desk gave us the hard copies to fill out.Roxanne was a special person. Just the type of nurse to deal with Stephen. The doctor was pleasant also. When not feeling well, Stephen can be a hand full so he was impressed with the kindness and caring of the entire staff.Thank you for your time.Jean Finn

I walked in without an appointment and got in quickly. The lady at the front desk was very nice and very upfront about insurance and cost. I appreciated that very much. The person who saw me to the room was compassionate and warm. I was seen quickly. The doctor..David.. was helpful. I think the most important thing was he listened to me. I don’t present with symptoms the way others do with what I was dealing with. It was nice to be heard and not argued with. He prescribed an antibiotic and already I’m feeling better!

Always friendly and caring. Some times the wait time is long but that cant be helped if a lot of people show up. They always try and get me and my family seen as speedy as possible.

I was sent here for a pre-employment drug screen and physical. The staff was very kind and worked with me allowing me to avoid waiting extra (split my visit into two visits), since I had just gotten off work from my night shift job. They treated me respectfully and with compassion and understanding. I’ve worked in a lot of healthcare jobs, and I have to say, not many places have this kind of staff working for them. I only wish I could remember everyone of their names, so I could listen them.

They took me in on a Saturday, put a solid brace on my wrist and referred me to my doc , and sent me on my way with meds I can’t pick up till Monday. It was a fast visit

We just took our three year old in with an earache. The entire staff at Access Medical Centers could not have been nicer or better with young kids. Parking and access were very convenient, check-in was easy, Annie was so kind in explaining to our daughter what the blood pressure machine was doing and keeping her distracted, and Courtney was very thorough in asking questions, quick in checking her ears and lungs, and went the extra mile in finding her a green sucker. (Courtney, the cream soda sucker got great reviews!) Could not recommend them more highly!

Well came in today for a COVID test because I have been suffering from stuffy/runny nose and cough and sneezing. Well when I walk in and got the paper work filled out and turned in..I went to grab a mask since I was there to get a COVID test and as soon as I grabbed one the lady at the desk rudely grabbed the the box of masks and throws them behind the counter and gave like a rude huff of a attitude....then later when I was in the back getting the rapid test...the nurses talked to me emotionless and cold and didnt want to come near me and acted like they was in a hurry to just throw a couple questions at me and get out of the room and were pretty rude.....like I was a walking disease and like I was a pest just because I walked in to get a COVID test because I have had these symptoms going on a month now and just was wanted to make sure that it wasnt COVID..thank goodness it tested negative...but this place needs to hire more friendlier staff and nurses who actually have compassion for patients and not give them the cold poor treatment..but I give this place 3 stars because at least they was quick and didnt have to wait very long at all to be seen at least...but the next time that I need urgent care. I think I will go somewhere a little more friendlier.

I made an appointment, was seen in a timely manner-received X-ray, diagnosis, and treatment within an hour & a half. Staff was friendly & answered all questions.

I needed a couple of stitches. The doctor who helped me was Megan and she was terrific. I cant thank her enough for her skill and compassion.

This is the best Urgent Care that I’ve been to. I was there at about 11:30 on a Tuesday morning and my wait wasn’t as lengthy as it has been at other Urgent Care’s in the past. It was about a 1/2 hr in the waiting room and then it only took the Doctor less than 10 minutes to see me. I did also book an appointment online. However I’m not sure if that part made a difference or not. There were only two or three people before me. The cool thing about their website on Solv is that you can go in and see how many people are waiting and how many people that are also waiting before you and when you are next. It completely keeps you updated. The Doctor that I saw was Amber Gunther and she was awesome! She was better than many Doctors that I’ve seen before. I do mean this sincerely too. She is very caring, comforting and understanding. She’s very sweet and polite too. I’m glad that I got to see her. However this is the first time I had been there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Went to the urgent Care for the first time under the mission care act for veterans and they were extremely considering to my needs and concerns. Didnt wait longer than 3 min in the waiting room and was in and out with a shot, medicine, and a strep test in less than an hour. Highly recommend. Everyone on staff was amazing. Definitely my go to as a veteran.

Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Had to come here 8-9 times over the years and they. Don’t. Care. About. You.Or help you in anyway. It’s all about milking your wallet and insurance. They are disrespectful to you as a person also.

The app is sort of a pain to get through, but I couldn’t ask for faster and a more thorough care facility. As someone who has one or more kids there weekly, I can attest to their amazing kindness and swift service! We love this place!

The service was horrible. The staffs ability of care and concern was pitiful. The doctor and staffs professionalism was totally under par. I have never been so underserved in my life. I work too hard to just throw my hard earned money away. This particular urgent care should be under investigation for fraud and theft of services. Not even the one star thats necessary to make this post is deserved.

I did have a long wait, despite having made an appointment, but I received excellent care and attention once my turn was possible. The waiting area was clean and people were spaced apart and masked. I had to get a rapid COVID test, and felt as protected as possible while there. Thank you, medical pros!

I had a horrible experience today with an employee I have never seen in the clinic before. This young lady came into my exam room after I had been sitting over an hour in the room and she first apologized for the long wait. I expressed to her my frustrations then she began to make derogatory statements about the physician saying she was slow as a turtle and she was sick of the physician. I told her she was upsetting me more an I would just continue to wait. A manager came in afterwards and she began to apologize about the wait I told the manager I didnt care to hear and I would continue to wait. When the young lady came to set up the room for the exam she began to say It aint my fault you had to wait so long and I dont appreciate your attitude. I told her she was very unprofessional and I was going to report it to the manager. She left the room I could hear her telling other employees how I called her names and said I was going to try and have her fired I heard the manager tell her to take a break then I was approached by the manager with this nonsense I told the manager every word her and the employee had so if there was name calling they would have heard because there walls are thin. Ive been a patient at this particular clinic for years and I will continue to recommend this clinic. I will report this to someone at the corporate office so it can be addressed no one should have to accept this kind of behavior and your a paying customer.

Me and my husband came in at 11:50am and was not put in a room till almost 2:00pm, we’re are still waiting and it’s now 2:45pm. When asked how much longer they said he will be next after this other patient that came in after him because it was an emergency. We would have already walked out but we just paid $190 for him to be seen. I will not be coming back to this place again.

I was the only one there, and doctor told me good news when i was expecting bad news, so heres my biased 5 stars! Also great service and doctor was generally cool dude, if my arm wasnt *sprained*, I would’ve given him a high five

First urgent care I’ve been to in Tulsa outside the shot place I worked, and they were amazing! Bedside manner was incredible, being a veteran I’m use to bad customer service. They were extremely nice, 10/10 recommend.

Everything went so smoothly. Very short wait, everyone was friendly, and Deborah was very kind and compassionate. She listened and put together some plan of action and got me out of the door very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have visited here twice this week. Once for an employment physical - which was completed promptly. (I am an ICU RN) The other visit, I had been feeling dizzy and thought maybe my potassium was low or I was anemic. The staff did an EKG, which was ABNORMAL. I was sent to the ER, and was treated promptly.The staff is courteous and the facility is nice and clean!

The staff was very friendly and efficient.However I dont understand why when I filled out all the information online that I still have to repeat the data on paper upon arrival? I get having to give an actual copy of your drivers license, but why all the insurance and address, date of birth and such?Thats my only complaint...otherwise, I recommend this urgent care.

This Urgent Care provided exceptional service and support to my son with Autism and me. We were able to determine exactly what was going on with him, and we came up with a plan to help resolve his issue. This is especially important for our family because he is unable to describe exactly how he feels, but I know if he says, Are you ok Mommy? Hes not ok. I appreciate the care and concern that was shown for him. Thank you Access Medical Center!

My fiancé and I both went in on the same day to be seen for very similar symptoms. I had been in a week prior and received a z-pack which I stupidly quit taking prematurely due to unfortunate side effects. I paid to be seen again and requested a refill. My fiancé was prescribed an antibiotic (again, for very similar symptoms). While I was still there, I was under the impression that I was being given a prescription for an antibiotic as well (and had explained that I’d made the mistake of not finishing the antibiotics I’d been prescribed the week prior which resulted in the return of my very painful sore throat). Once I got to the pharmacy, I was notified that I was only given a prescription for naproxen (aleve)….. i called back multiple times and spoke with numerous people all to be told that they would not provide me with an antibiotic and I would have to pay to come in AGAIN (a THIRD time) to get the medication I was needing. Simply because the staff couldn’t be bothered to listen to me when I was in the office the day prior. But again, my fiancé was given an antibiotic on the same day for very similar symptoms. The staff on the phone was very dismissive & unwilling to help. I don’t recommend this facility under any circumstances.

I arrived at 3:45 on Saturday. They close at 4:00 pm that day. I had finished a course of antibiotics the evening before and my ride couldnt get me there sooner. All I wanted was another more antibiotics because the wound, though healing, still looked angry and red. It was leaking fluid. The PA took one look at it and told me to go to the ER. Im not willing to go to the ER and be exposed to COVID! Which is why I go to Urgent Care when my own doctors office is closed. He did NOT do anything!!! He just wanted to push his job off onto the ER because I was the last patient for the day and He wanted to go home! So I went home too!!!

I ain’t never been turned away in severe pain cause I didn’t have my insurance id number on hand as well as some people being in the waiting room for over two hours this could’ve been explained properly over the phone and saved my time and money

Visited as a walk in, on 05/March/2020 needing to have an annual DOT Medical reCertification exam.The receptionist was very patient,pleasant and helpful in helping me complete all of the required paperwork.The physicians assistant Cone was very pleasant,prompt,professional and knowledgeable,as was the Nurse who performed the hearing,eye and labs testing. Clinic was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.Thank you so much,and Kudos to the entire staff for making this usually nerve testing type of exam,easy and actually enjoyable,by the happy and positive attitude they all displayed,I highly recommend this urgent care location if you are in need of medical attention that doesn’t warrant a trip to the hospital or ER. Great job ladies!

Make an appointment rather than walk in if possible. Given the high demand be patient. These individuals are working hard to get the fastest care to us. Unfortunately there are not enough Doctors and nurses supply the demand of patients in need. But trust they are doing all they can with what time they are given.

Im so sure that the person who took care of me today was completely uninterested, with poor bedside Manorisms. When I asked for normally what I would do in the situation like that she was in different about my choices to try and self-care at home before coming, but Im one person who lives alone and I have to depend on some people to help me get around and things cuz I am on disability for my bipolar. Since I can only advocate for myself I rate her service was poor. If it were me and I was the boss I would say that would be stealing because shes stealing time from the company to not perform a better more compassionate service. Its almost as if she was judging me for being in the condition I was in with little interest in solving my problems and answering my questions. Ive been going to access solutions urgent Care for many years I dont think shes been one as long as Ive been a client

I went in on a Friday because Id been feeling sick all week. The receptionist was very rude. She informed me Id receive a text message with forms for consent for treatment. (never did get a text) but they put me in a back room and then left me. A nurse came in a did swabs on my nose then told me to go leave a urine sample. After almost 45 they informed me that I have a cruise ship virus and sent me home. Today is Tuesday and I had to go see my doctor because my kidneys are hurting. Come to find out I have a bladder infection that has spread to my kidneys. I asked if they shouldve caught it at urgent care and she said if theyd have tested they would have found it so I will never go back here again! Youd be wise to find some place else to go. Infections are no joke and mine clearly got worse because of poor medical care

Attention was great from the beginning to the end. But I did an appointment at 5:30pm and I was not taken care until 7:30pm. I would get a 15-30 min wait, but thats a little bit too much. There is no reason to make appointments if you are not going to honor them. I had other things to do and my plans got messed up.

Everyone who worked there were kind and caring. My PA was energic, happy & knowledgeable. My visit was pleasant!

I made an appointment via the a site & went in 45 minutes later (mid-afternoon) on a holiday weekend (July 4). Quick & courteous service. Lobby was immaculate. Receptionist as friendly & patiently answered all my questions. The Doctor was very down to earth & concerned about my injury. Their yearly subscription for non emergency medical services is affordable & available in most metropolitan areas. Highly recommended.

I was thrilled with my care at the Utica location. Despite some initial confusion when the system wasnt recognizing my coverage, Lacy processed my intake efficiently & was really friendly. Brenda & Quincy were sympathetic & Jeremy was kind & knowledgeable. They had me in & out with my flu diagnosis & prescription called in, in less than 40 minutes. And Quincy was wonderful less than a week later when I came in with a new medication allergy too! So grateful for polite, professional staff in a clean, caring environment.

Not feeling well, I popped in on a Thursday morning about 20 minutes before they opened and there were 21 people already waiting.We slowly filed in to fill out paperwork, then I jetted back to my car to wait (Covid fun).I was sent a webpage link in which I had real-time updates, and while I had a bit of time to wait, the process was smooth.Nurse practitioner was friendly and the test was over quickly.No real complaints.

Nice enough, but for $200 I would hope for them to do something besides print off pages from WebMD. I was bleeding all night and had incredibly high blood pressure and they essentially said dont take asprin and take it easy?I wanted to give them another try and went back for something different a few months later. Nothing was different except insurance paid for them to do nothing this time.

First time to us this urgent care clinic, and was impressed with the process of making an appointment, of getting checked in and their efforts to minimize exposure to those who were there for COVID tests, and the tech and nurse practitioner (Dana?). Excellent and efficient care, plus discharge came with instructions in writing—good job!

I really like this place the staff are caring and very nice but whoever this lady was today gave off a uncaring and horrible bedside manner vibe. Her delivery of diagnosis made me want to punch her in the mouth. I hope we never see her again!!!!

The experience was great, up until the end....The PA and RN were very knowledgeable and kind, answered each of my questions, and made this first time infection a far less harrowing experience than I had imagined. All went well until my partner relayed his disgruntled experience which consisted of the receptionist refusing to allow him back to my room (he was in the bathroom when my name got called), and being told that she would go back and ask me if its okay for him to come back, which she never came back and asked. That is my only grievance.

No one wants to go to Urgent Care but when you have to it’s nice to go to a place that is CLEAN, friendly, kind, and thorough. Access Medical Center on Utica was just that. Everyone there was nice. I didn’t feel rushed- they were thorough in making sure my problem wasn’t as bad as it seemed.

Came here due to the higher rating but honestly the experience was pretty sub par. Waited about 45 minutes as the only people in the waiting room even though we supposedly were checked in beforehand. The staff were fine, but the physical exam and history were incredibly brief. The nurse had a loud barking cough and nasal drainage that could be heard across the hall. The PA was in the room for literally 90 seconds. Not exaggerating. Someone was screaming and cursing in the room next to us and the staff almost had to call the police. Maybe this is just what you get at urgent care! It was my first time and hopefully my last.

I could tell my hand was getting infected from a wound and walked into the clinic. They got me in quickly, talked to me about how I was injured and prescribed antibiotic. We recently moved back to Tulsa and haven’t gotten a general practitioner yet and because my blood pressure was high they told me they could get me a referral to help with that as well.They were fast, very nice, and got me the care I needed.

Went in for testing. Had to wait a while but that was not a big deal. They called my name. Went back to the exam room. Wry prompt and professional person took my vitals. A few minutes later someone came in and did the testing and then I was out of there. Called me with my test results 2 hours later. They were very busy yet very polite and courteous.

My partner has the flu and went to yall earlier (morning of April 5, 2022). the doctor (a woman but i didnt catch her name) was helpful and kind, but the front desk person decidedly was not. the doctor said he did not have a copay before he left. the front desk person didnt tell him otherwise, so he left without saying anything. he ended up having to go back to your location to try and change the medication he was prescribed, and only then did the woman at the front desk rudely tell him he had a $200 deductible that he needed to pay today. she would not explain further and was just rude. likely wont be returning to this location.

This place was amazing - staff and physicians were all so nice. I went in for a rapid Covid test, I got my results in an hour. One piece of constructive criticism... I was in the covid testing room for over 30 minutes. As someone who just tested negative for covid, I feel like I need to get tested again next week for the amount of time they had me in that room (possibly exposed) - hopefully they sterilize everything very well. Just would have felt much safer if they could have administered the whole process in my car, like other facilities. Nonetheless, thankful for their care - they were all professionals.

Made my appointment online.. super easy. Not a long waiting time. Cheaper than most places and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I cant belive I havent come here before but Im definitely going to come back when needed 😁

Would I recommend Access Medical Center? Let me put it like this. If I had the choice to sit on the phone listening to recordings for 5 or 10 minutes just to be told to leave a message in the hopes a triage nurse might call me back the same day, if I had the choice would I rather do that or, OR, would I rather be heard, be examined, get an assessment, and get a plan from real people in real time? What do YOU think? I would encourage anyone to speak to the staff at Access about urgent care needs. I think you will be as surprised as I was at how easy it was for me to get staff to understand my plight, how quickly I was served, how thoroughly detailed my assessment and plan of care was presented to me. I cannot say enough good things about my visit today, so I think I will stop right here. Thank you, Access

My fiance and I went in for a rapid covid 19 test and there were like about eight other patients before us. It took about 45 minutes to be called which I felt was a long waiting period however the staff was extremely professional and kind and once I did make it to the back from the waiting room after my name being called it took about 15 minutes and it was an awesome experience.

Went in for a rapid result covid test. Staff and nurses were very courteous and kind. Super fast results too. Love the online check in. Makes things so much easier. Thanks for the wonderful care.

They are always great. Went to a different urgent care the day before and the provider was in the room with me MAYBE 3 minutes. The NP at access was very thorough and made me feel that I was getting the appropriate care.

Felt very well cared for and Doctor Robertson was very smart and knew exactly what was wrong. Got me back very quickly and never waited long for anything. Not the cleanest facility but still give five stars and will be going back there anytime I need to!

I like that I can schedule an appointment online or I can use walk in. They do have strict policies in place (posted in clinic) and expect patients to adhere to them.The staff members are knowledgeable and thorough, as well as, kind and understanding.

This is a great place to get the care you are looking for. I would recommend it to anyone who is needing professional excellence and to leave with confidence that you got that from the great staff. I left with my dignity intact because they didnt make me feel inadequate for not having insurance . For me thats a big deal

Very Nice and welcome facility the Nurse was polite in the doctor took a Time out and being concerned whats going on with me and help me out with this abscess tooth. Treated me right away and send medication in the pharmacy for me to take until I see a dentist, I thank them for that .cuz I was in a lot of pain didnt have to wait long.

They were very professional clean and I was seen within 15 minutes my prescription was called in to my pharmacist and I had a detailed description of my illness. Learning to understand allergies is very important. They were very helpful. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work A A Landrum. Now my second visit was due to an Abcess I felt the worst PAIN my swelling closed my left eye they gave options and provided professional care in a short time I was in the office with doctor, currently Im healing very well

Was a fast and great experience. The Dr. Or nurse i saw was incredibly helpful and was very patient with all my questions she made me feel very comfortable as a patient and i appreciate that so much. She was very helpful and took care of all my needs thank you a lot! Great work!

Quick and (mostly) painless. They were friendly and all business. Really enjoyed my time there, and got a nice wrap on my finger afterwards. Called ahead and got an appt, and a ref for a PCD. Huzzah!

The website says you can check in ahead but no appointments are available today but it also says you can walk in but when you walk in they say they are too busy they can’t see you today. There was only 1 car in the parking lot and 1 person in the waiting room and they had only been open for 15 minutes. And don’t even try to call, no one ever answers the phone. Thanks for nothing. MedNow got me right in because they are truly doing walk-in urgent care.

They were courteous and treated me and my daughter very well. I highly recommend for pediatric urgent care.

The staff was caring and the nurse practitioner was attentive. When they saw me, it was the end of a long day for them, yet they were still friendly and caring. Nice, clean facility, too.

I was very upset because my daughter was very sick and is severely disabled and will not wear a mask. I was told its mandatory and if she cant wear one they cant see her. I begged and finally they asked the doctor and she said it was ok to be seen. I understand rules and I have no issue wearing a mask and following rules but for someone with disabilities that just cant do it there should be something in play for them. Ty to the Dr would helped my daughter

This was my first time visiting Access Medical Center as a walk in and they got me in and evaluated me in a timely manner and all of the ladies was very nice. I would recommend thus facility to everyone I know.

We have been so thankful in finding such an amazing place. We have come here several times for our 2 boys and each time they have all been sooooo sweet and caring. My oldest son has had some issues with bring scared of the recent tornadoes we have had and Natalie Jones speaks to him just like a mother, she tells him stories about her son and she always makes him feel better!!!! Im truly thankful to them and her especially. She is Amazing and so helpful, always answers our questions and eases my mind as well as my kids. Thank you isnt enough and I am thankful for her!!!! My son already feels better just hearing her reassurance and kind words.!!! They truly are the BEST!!!!!

Staff was very friendly, facility was very clean, had an overall great experience. Wait time was a bit longer than I expected (maybe 25 minutes) considering there was only one other person already in the waiting area, but there could be lots of valid reasons for that so Im not gonna complain. 😁

The NP I saw, I believe her name is Kelsey, was great. Ive seen her before and she was a pleasure before. The nurse who took me back clearly was not in a good mood. She was very shirt with me and didnt tell me her name. I had to ask. Ive worked in Healthcare for years and one thing you dont do is allow your bad day to impact how you work with patients.

The staff are very sweet and helpful. The wait time went by surprisingly fast. There were plenty people ahead of me, and youre given an estimated wait time but it was much faster. I do plan to return if I ever need to.

I visited Access Urgent Care st 1623 S Utica Ave. and saw P.A. Natalie Jones. I went in with allergy and asthma trouble and was treated with care and professionalism. My symptoms were much improved when I left and the nearby pharmacy I had selected had already received my prescription order when we got there. I would highly recommend that you Also take advantage of their website and schedule your visit online, as that really helped to expedite my appointment!

Okay I’ll say when I arrived , they got me checked in quickly and in to see the nurses and the doctor.Over all as good of experience as possible in an urgent care facility. Thanks to all of the staff great team.

Front desk was rude. Told me she couldnt find person I was with. Gave name birthdate. Told me I cant look him up unless you know what day you came in. I said wed probably Nov 26? Told us you sure you were here? Ya!! I know where we came. I brought my daughter in too. I have an account with them and solv yet every time Im there I gotta give her soonercare number..its an inconvenience sometimes because I cant take her Everytime and her grandma cant get into account. Im not much of a complainer but damnnnn. They also sent meds to Walgreens but forgot one of the meds. Resent it to a Walgreens we dont use(set in records where to go) went to Walgreens and the center sent it to another Walgreens. Visited 3 Walgreens that day. Their nurse practitioner is a sweetheart tho.

Super quick and easy visit. The PA was super helpful and able to diagnosis me quickly and prescribe medication. Would recommend this clinic!!

Will never come back to this place I tested positive For COVID-19 and payed $260 because of no insurance and they did not give me anyting they told me to buy cough syrup over the counterAnd by the way I had tested my self at home and I already knew I was positive so they did not help me with my problem that I had they just literally took my MONEY !

Staff were cold and uncaring. Doctor is one of the worst I’ve seen. Could not be bothered in the slightest in listening to what wrong or providing a solution. I really needed help and now forced to go the ER. I’ve been to urgent care probably 50 times in my life and this was memorably one of the worst experienced. Avoid this place

I have been to this place 3 times, they still poorly manage the timing. Don’t give people time slots availability if you can’t handle them or are understaffed. I thought it was just a one-time thing, but still don’t mind you waiting. Poor service!I hated my experience!

All the staff were very professional and very kind. They got me in and out. I love it when there’s not a long line for hours. They were great.

I took my fiancé to this clinic. She was under the impression that the doctor was prescribing her an antibiotic for her illness, but was only prescribed naproxen for her sore throat. When she called them to have this corrected, she was told to come back in at our expense and they might prescribe her what she needed. All in all, she is still sick with no treatment. This is negligent and we will not be going back to this location.
