I felt very welcomed here by the friendly staff members. Theres was no wait time to see the Dentist. This was my very first visit and I was only supposed to get x-rays, an exam and a treatment plan. But I had a tooth that needed to be repaired and she was kind enough to do the work that day. And she did a beautiful job. I would gladly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking quality, affordable care.

I went there today. Very nervous and having a medical issue. They got me through the application process and in to see the nurse practitioner today. They helped me and eased my fears of going to the Dr. They were super affordable. They are my primary care physicians now and moving forward.

This clinic is a very pleasant place to receive medical and dental services. It is very clean and peaceful. All the staff I have encountered have been efficient and kind. Derek is a fantastic hygienist.

I have come to Bethesda for a 5+ always good. I started going to dental side, and it is also very good. Today I went and got a different dentist (I think she said her name was Dr. O, a very sweet black lady) and her helper they are the best! Usually when I come who ever helps the dentist lets water build up from the cleaning and I am always having to stop to swallow. This girl did perfect. She made sure it was nice and clean and dry. They dentist was very sweet she made sure I was very comfortable.

Every time I have an appointment, all of the staff is so friendly and accommodating, and I have nothing but positive things to say. It’s truly a godsend.

I was really scared to come here because it was my first visit. but these people are so welcoming and make you feel safe. i advise people to come here because they actually do care about your well being.

We love Bethesda Health Clinic because of their core mission and values and what they provide to our community. From Dr. English to the wonderful staff to the volunteers, everyone I have come in contact with who represents this organization stands out to me as exemplary. And if you havent been to Hangers of Hope, youre missing out! We go to Hangers of Hope routinely now for things as our first stop. We find name brands, fun items, the kids book section is our favorite and we have also had a lot of fun redoing things weve found there as projects. I attach a picture of a really awful desk we bought (think GREEN LAMINATE) for $20 and painted, used some creativity and for under $50, we have an adorable workspace for our kids. Another way Bethesda is making a difference in our community--providing affordable items while raising money to fund their mission. If you dont shop there, considering donating to support their mission!Julie Maberry

Good experience overall.Employees there are very kind. Considerably wait times for procedures but its understandable that emergency patients are a priority. Im thankful for their existence in this community.

The dentist deserves 10 stars but the gynecologist charged me 50$, She dont check anything on me and go back to my house alone with a piece of advice from her.

Everyone from front desk to doctor was incredibly kind. Dr. Martinez was empathetic and understanding and listened to what I was saying.

This place is clean, beautifully staffed and all around kind to your cercumstantial life. I have co workers that refuse to give it a go so let me just say. If you need a little help go here. They are ment to be a stepping stone not a charity. Use them until you have insurance or a PC physician. Theres no judging here.and i thinknits just cleaner faster then other dr offices. So give it a try!

I had a dentist appt with Dr Grace on6/2/‘23–Dr Grace is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. His voice is soft and communicates with a caring attitude. Also, Dr Grace speaks to the hygienist with respect by saying please and thank you. Dr Grace certainly makes my experience at Bethesda comfortable, and, I’ve yet to experience any pain afterward.Thank you Dr Grace for all you do!Truly grateful,~Elvira~

If you attend school for 9 hours instead of 12 AND ARE ON THE DEANS LIST and your husband runs a dairy queen they will deny you because your son is in bipolar psychosis with schizoaffective disorder and I am now NO LONGER A CHRISTIAN SCREW YALL. I been to many doctors over the last few years, they have helped in a way but nothing compared to what they have done for me here. Actual Doctors that care and really take pride in their work. With what has happened around the world in the last couple years I am blessed to have found doctors as helpful as the ones here at this clinic. Helpful staff with good attitudes is hard to find in most places, but here they have surpassed my expectations. Thats how it should be everywhere. I am the type of person that if I take the time to right a review wether good or bad you can believe its 100% accurate. God bless places like this clinic and I hope they continue to thrive 🙏.

Bethesda Clinic is a great resource for those in need but it is almost impossible to reach them on the phone. Have to leave messages for the nurse link and most the time it takes days before we get connected. It would be such a blessing to actually talk to a person when you call and even better if you can find anything out.

The employees are very nice . However.. I was disappointed in there dental program.In order to qualify for there discount services you must do things the way they dictate. With only 2 remaining teeth in the top of my mouth, I had to agree to root canals and crowns to repair them in order to be eligible for the discount of 100.00 each to remove 5 teeth broken off from previous root canals. Then I would be fitted for a partial denture.I wanted teeth removed and to be fitted with an upper denture. This is the most economical, reasonable choice.I was told that IF that was the route I choose they could not help me.They would refer me to another dentist that didnt offer the reduced services.If you are in pain they will help you, But be prepared to wait 90 days to get in, after you receive your acceptance email/text.Overall I was very disappointed with my experience.

From Dentistry,to the Clinic, and all the speciality in between, they are always kind and helpful! Its always a pleasent experiance and they genuinely do care about your health and well being. Im so greatful for these beautiful people, and resources provided through Bethesda.

I have seen a few dentists in my life and by far hands down this has been the best experience by any Dentist and the Assistants. The Dental Assistant that took the x-rays was very polite and made me feel very comfortable, welcome and explained everything in detail. It was amazing and even the Dentists that I have seen in the past that told me some of my teeth were too far gone to be saved they reassured me that they were not and that I could keep the majority of my teeth. I felt like I had been lied to by other Dentists, but this one told me something completely different. I was shocked I almost cried. I am so glad that I found this Dentist and this Assistant the level of honesty and commitment Is second to none. I will not go anywhere else. I dont want to go anywhere else. I trust them completely with my teeth and I will have all of my work done here. So if you need Dental work and you cannot afford to do it and other Dentists are telling you that its going to cost you so much money and all these other teeth you have cant be saved go here talk to them. By far the best Ive ever experienced 10 Stars.

I have been very happy with Bethesda Clinic. They had a wide variety of doctors and nurses on staff. Everyone that has seen me in the last couple years has taken the time to listen to my needs & supported me in every way. They are a Christian based group which provides so many great benefits to help the community such as medical, Dental & Counseling services. Cant say enough good things about this Clinic. I’ve been going to Bethesda for about 3 years now. I absolutely love the care I have received and the caregivers. However, I called yesterday morning and requested a call back because I’ve got horrible allergies and am trying to work and run a business. I never received a call back. So I’m feeling worse this morning. I call again. By 3:30 🕞 I’d still not received a call back so I called again. They finally returned my call at 4:45. They can’t call me in any meds and they close at noon tomorrow. I can’t go in tomorrow. I could have gone in today. So I’m sick all weekend. Just a quick phone call late yesterday or early today would have been so helpful. A little disappointed.

What a tremendous blessing Bethesda is! The care and professionalism there is top notch. They take the time needed to listen, address all your concerns, and provide excellent treatment. All of the staff, from the office personnel to the medical staff are so friendly and helpful. You can tell that they genuinely care and want the best for you. May God bless them all!

Very happy with Medical side unfortunately the Dental side is a mess. Got there an hour early after having to take off work to come apply in person then they dont even tell me about an application Im suppose to fill out till after Im already in which means I would have to go back out and get back in line. They tell you to bring your required documents and have everything you need but cant simply tell you about the application. Cost me money and time for nothing.

It is so convenient for me to come to the office when I need an appointment. All the staff is so friendly & they give you resources for whatever services you need inside or outside the office also. It is affordable for many people whether you work part time or full time. I have been a patient here for years & I am very blessed to be able to receive these services. Megan Riaz is so friendly & will greet you with a warm smile every time you enter the office.

I feel comfortable and confident I will get quality care at Bethesda. Everyone has always been warm and welcoming. They truly care about their patients and provide just about any service I need at an affordable price.

I dont go to the dentist as often as I should, have always had bad experiences. I went today and Dr Holland at Bethesda dental was absolutely wonderful. He saved two teeth that I thought was going to have to be pulled, no pain at all and very caring and sweet. I have never had such a good dental visit. Highly recommend him and the clinic medical (Dr English) and dental, love them. Thank you for taking such good care if me. I drive from Harleton to go there and will continue to go there.

I feel so blessed to have Bethesda in our community! They are so understanding, patient and always try to put me at ease! Going to the Doctor and especially the Dentist really give me anxiety but seeing the beautiful art work, inspirational quotes in rooms etc are a comfort I try and focus on. Becky, Fran and all of the staff have really went out of thier way to help! I appreciate it so much!

Do not go to Bethesda for anything serious like cancer. You may die from the cancer before they give a diagnosis or even get an x-ray taken...they snail-mailed my ct scan options while I had stage 3 lung cancer rather than calling or emailing me with this time sensitive information...the Dr also wasted a considerable amount of time testing me for everything but cancer for weeks. He even scoffed at me when I suggested I may have cancer... However, Diana Jones is an amazing person and very helpful and thoughtful. She is a credit to Bethesda. Some of the nurses are very sweet and caring. The x-ray technician is wonderful. Some nurses do seem more like cops than health care practitioners. Do not go to Dr. Cantu for anything.

This Christian-based medical and dental facility is awesome. A couple of years ago I was using the medical side and received excellent care and loving Christian concern from the doctors. Now I am using the dental side and the dentist is the most caring loving Christian man I have ever met. He is truly passionate about his work and it shows through his work with his fellow teammates and patients. Bethesda has exploded in the amount of care they give to both medical and dental patients yet maintain their professionalism and Christian spirit. I would highly recommend BETHESDA. I’ve never had to wait any longer than I have for a private doctor and usually less.

Great place for your healthcare needs! They take very good care of my husband regarding health and also his dental needs! The staff are friendly and are eager to help with whatever he need! They also take good care of my sister as well and shes been with them over 10 years!

Although I have not experienced the dental visit yet, i have experienced almost every other service Bethesd has to offer. I was referred by the hospital and i have always had exceptional care. The volunteers and all of the paid staff members are 5very kind and caring. I cant believe I would get better care anywhere else. olunteers

My husband went here when we had no health insurance they treated him super nice, I went to the dentist hereAll the equipment is clean and new. The entire staff is awesome, highly recommend them. They treated us both with great care and respect, Best place to go for great health and dental care all in the same place. Highly recommended

My hygienist was so polite, knowledgeable and patient.

I had a women’s wellness check & Pap smear scheduled today so I thought, after paying my copay & getting my vitals checked just for them to tell me I had to go somewhere else to get my labs done and another copayment for my Pap smear as well as schedule another appointment because they only schedule Pap smears on Monday and Wednesday, well today is Wednesday and that’s what I thought I was paying for! They did absolutely NOTHING! WASTE OF MY TIME AND MY MONEY! I won’t be back or recommend them to anyone!

This clinic has been a life saver I have had some things that were a little different and the women and men have gone up and over and sideways to help me. I love the way they make you feel comfortable in any situation. God put these people there for a reason and they are not letting him down.

Service can be good at times. Depending on which dr you get . Ive had mistakes made with testing. But there are some people who care to try to to fix things. Wish they referred our more since some drs dont go in to Bethesda but once a month like dermatologists or ent dr. The inspirational art work is nice to see . One of the dentist I have seen is very nice and calms me every time I go. Nice place to go to get help if the drs really care to help .

Myself and several of my family members have been blessed by this organization. The staff is caring and kind and does what they say they are going to do. I really have appreciated their expertise. What a great blessing!

Bethesda has been a lifesaver for me. I have asthma which requires constant care. In the past I have spent days in the hospital but since Ive been going to Bethesda it has been closely monitored. Besides other health issues Bethesda has expanded to help me with these issues also. My days on the program are numbered (aging out)but Ill always be grateful for the kind staff, meds and constant care they have provided me.This had truly been a blessing! Thank you so very much!

I have only gone on the Dental side. Clinic is clean and well staffed. Staff is friendly. Prices were still too high for me but also much lower than going somewhere else. The care recieved there was good and friendly so A plus for that.All in all a wonderful place to go and have for the community.

I had my Teeth cleaned by Aorial McCoo the Dental hygienist. She made my day. She talked with me and made me laugh so I was crying. I felt at ease with herI didnt have pain as she was so gentle. I will ask for her at every cleaning I have. There were times while she she was doing the cleaning that I could have went to sleep. Thats just how much she made me comfortable. I believe she is a great asset to Bethesda.

I went there for many years. I enjoyed the staff. They knew me and my mom. We were always in for appointments. I never had an issue with anyone there. Just a bit of a wait time. But thats any doctors office. :)

I started going just for my husband. Soon I was able to receive their services as well. Im a diabetic, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other symptoms. But once i got on the meds and advice of the wonderful people who work at bethesda, i am on the right track. Some of the absolute fabulous people are Dr. ENGLISH, BECKY, CINDY AND SOME I DONT KNOW THEIR NAMES NEED THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS. THANKS BETHESDA.

Terminally ill patient told not to come back! I had just moved to Tyler from Waco. I needed to find a primary physician. I looked up clinics in Tyler and found Bethesda Health Clinic. I went there and applied for qualification. I told them I was terminally ill due to brain tumors and on disability. They told me they only take working people, but the gentleman that was helping me called a supervisor over, and she approved me. I saw the doctor that day after paying my initial fee of $35.00. Later after seeing the doctor, I paid another $41.00 in advance for blood work. I am on testosterone cypionate and levothyroxine because of the brain tumors and glipizide for diabetes. I went for the bloodwork, and then back to the doctor after 2 weeks. My testosterone was high and my thyroid was elevated. I was told by my doctor to stop testosterone injections and my levothyroxine was changed. The two medications keeping me alive. I had paid my $20.00, ($35.00 is only for the first visit), and before I left, I paid again, in advance, for another blood test in 2 months, which is when I was to return. About a week later, I get a call from someone in administration and they told me not to come back. Just like that! So here I am, a terminally ill patient, in-between changes by their doctor, for the drugs that are literally keeping me alive, and they give me the boot and say by phone call, not to come back. How compassionate of them. I got no referral for another doctor. At the very least, they should have waited till I got my blood levels worked out. I was under their doctors orders and had not found out the results of the changes in medication that I need to stay alive. Is this how Bethesda Health Clinic deals with terminally ill patients. That should tell you something about this place. I wouldnt even give it 1 star if I had a choice.

Im a patient at Bethesda Clinic. The staff are always pleasant. Its not a long wait time. The providers take their time with you. The fact that they also I willing to pray with you, and pray for you.. love it love it love it

If I could give a zero I would. I called this place in need of help to see a Dr as in Tyler n my backups of Lipitor, Lisinopril, and Metformin (without my 2000mg/day for over a month) was stolen out of my car. I was told I would have to talk to a nurse but a nurse never answered so I called again n Mary answered. Mary told me she could help me so I explained that I have been everywhere trying to see na doctor n the lowest prices Dr visit I could find was $189. One lady doctor wanted $266 to see her. I explained to Mary that my sugar is running 250 to 300 everyday. She did not care and told me, We dont see people like you. Some way to reflect Christianity. This place has a mission but I do not feel its to help people who need help but only a select few people. I feel they dont care if I die

The hearts of the medical and dental staff are incredible, they truly care about their patients needs! The needs that are being met by this clinic go far beyond just basic health care, they are meeting the needs of the mind, body and soul! Kudos to Bethesda Health Clinic!

When I went up there to make a dentist appointment they wanted money right then and there. Which is fine but I said I didnt have any. So I left what I didnt know is when I came back when I had the money the lady say I already missed my first appointment. I told the lady I did not make an appointment yet cause I havent had money. Then she said well I can make another appointment but but if you miss this one your out. So i look at the receipt and it said I have an appointment Sunday at 2 which is today and I tried to tell her its on a Sunday and she said they were open I said ok and now its sunday and are they open no. So the second strick and Im out guess I am going to be drinking my food or beater yet I think I will get a feeding tube put in who need teeth not me!

It has been a blessing to come to this wonderful place. From the lady at the front desk to the doctors they are very friendly and professional. And counting the nurses who make you feel confident.

No better than an emergency room... if you dont have insurance its helpful for basic medical needs. However if you have anything more than high blood pressure, simple cold or something minor good luck getting help... its a different doctor everytime you go...

I have been a patient for years. Wonderful providers who have listened to all my concerns and have provided good treatment. Great for people who need medical care and dont have insurance.

Literally every time I have a scheduled appointment here I know I’m gonna be here for at least 2 hours. The wait time is ridiculous. They take forever to bring you back to a room just to stick you back there for another hour and half waiting for your doctor. Ive had to ask them on several occasions what was taking so long

Heartless uncaring bunch of ppl. With you all the finicial support they get from donations to their 2 thrift stores youd think they could be more compassionate to those in need and without a job. Especially during a time when so many ppl are with out.

The worst if I could give zero stars I would! Ive paid for labs and for paps I never can get my results Ive called left voicemails I never get a call back! When I call whoever answers acts like its a problem that Im just trying to get my results!

The people in this place are here for us physically and mentally I never have i had a bad experience here if I had money I give it to them because they are doing so good I am become healthier and wiser. With the experiences and services I receive here God-bless this place.

I have been calling for the last two hours to schedule an appointment for today. Not only has no one answered but when I called the front desk to see if they could help she was rude and all she kept saying was ok Ill direct your call there again ! She Didnt even try to help me out. I did not need to direct my call there again I needed someone to get me an appointment there for today ! When I finaly get someone to answer they tell me they cant schedule me for today because they have no space and stop seeing patients at 11! Very very upset

My exam and dental plan were excellently handled. The staff was not only professional but also warm and caring.

They honestly don’t even deserve one star. I’ve been here since 1 and it’s already 3 and I have severe tonsillitis and can’t talk eat or drink anything and at times I can’t even breath good. I am so mad right now and can’t wait to get established somewhere else at a set dr. This is ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses have wonderful spirits. I have already started recommending people to this blessed organization.

When is this clinic ever open? They say 8 to 5 Monday through Thursday and 8 to noon on Friday. But every time I call to try to make an appointment, they are closed. I cant ever reach them.

The people are nice but they never answer their phone !! I call every single day from when they open at 8 or 9 till 5 pm they never answer i leave voicemails they never even call back! It’s ridiculous but when u go in person they’re sitting at the desk laughing and talking.... just ridiculous.I left a review 7 months ago and to this day I’ve still been calling but still no answer... never... 7 months ago and nothing has changed.

Dental assistants dont let you know whats next they just do something and walk out one of them was taking my vitals and left the room never came back to get the thing off my wrist!:(

The lady that’s the dental receptionist is pretty rude all the time to clients. Not sure what’s her problem but I wouldn’t expect someone working for a Christ based company to have such a rude sassy sarcastic attitude.
