The communication is ridiculous dont answer phones wont respond to emails always a issue fax papers over but cant be found re fax papers and on their end the fax machine is out of ink. Then housing coordinator is out on vacation for a week then returns and still no call back no email back and never in the office to the point of going off on them as soon as Im back in Tyler! Thanks Denise in housing for not doing your job

Extremely Unprofessional. Extremely rude Case Manager. When in Crisis Medical Clinic Manager Tiffany Mack will not return phone calls or respond to emails. Refuses to answer Ultra-Simple questions even when she does respond. First meeting with Catherine, she is the Case Manager She had me wait in my Car as I arrived 20 minutes early. It was hot and humid. I called her the day before our first appointment to get directions. Catherine did not return the call and voicemail was left asking her to provide directions. Catherine came to the hot and humid parking lot to get me. Before we got to the building I asked why didnt she return my phone call, I needed directions and told her to look around and look at the two buildings facility, there is no signage whatsoever, nothing, not even numbers on the buildings. Catherines terribly rude and hateful response was that she never received my, SUPPOSED, PHONE CALL.Get it, she used the word SUPPOSED !Rudely, hatefully calling me a liar.Catherine is supposed to be Your Case Manager YOUR. ADVOCATE !😝 Repugnant behavior !Dr. Brava was my assigned Doctor.I waiting in her exam room for over one hour. Finally a staff member explained she should be here soon as she just called to say she was on her way.If you can afford great insurance, I cannot, then go somewhere other than here. Someplace professional.

We used them one time and that was enough. They were very unorganized reception wasnt sure of their job. Since going we have had to have our insurance call multiple times bc of them inputting the wrong codes. This has been a 3 month on going issue .

Very friendly and helpful staff. They are providing a service to a underrepresented demographic and i applause them.

Don’t go there they just want to pull all your teeth out they can’t do anything there

For the most part my experience has not been good i am in search for other providers for my midical needs i would not recommend anyone to go to this place...
