I and my wife had a travel plan, spoke with a marketing person, and he set up my appointment the very next day with same-day results of PCR. the process was a little longer to go with but happy with his behavior and helping us travel on time. I showed up 15 minutes early and was finished by the time of my actual appointment. I’ll go back here! if needed for quick results for traveling.

Ms. Jyoti was wonderful! A big help and very professional. Guided me through the whole process and explained it to me how everything works. They work at a fast pace but with much attentive and care. Will be coming back to Clarity Labs for any related future service when needed!

I was so fortunate that MJ@CLARITYLABS returned my distress call message by phone. He was so kind, compassionate and helpful, as I was having difficulty signing up on the form for a PCR covid test. I had been trying and retrying to enter information on the form, but when I attempted to enter, it stalled! Again and again! His calm and caring manner, also calmed me. He tried to talk me through it, and when I was unsuccessful, he kindly offered to assist. And did he ever! He offered me his email and told me what he needed me to send and took care of it for me. He then helped me arrange for an appointment for the very next day! I cannot say enough about how surprising and refreshing it has been to deal with someone who showed care and concern iIn addition, when I reached out on behalf of my husband, he offered the same sort of assist and we will be able to get our tests more quickly. I went to Clarity Labs for Covid testing (the Cedar Knolls location). Marly was the person working that day and she was incredibly helpful. Not only did she explain the test and administer it with care, she was informative and professional. I would definitely refer more friends and family to use their services if they need it.

I set up an appointment on Tuesday to get tested on Wednesday. Appointment time set for 10:10. I show up 10 minutes before as instructed at the address they provided me. Nobody is at the testing location. I call clarity labs and they say check inside the building. I do. Nobody there. I call back and explain exactly that. Oh someone is on their way, theyll be there in 15 minutes. I am at least one of ten other people all in this same predicament and its safe to say no one here is impressed with this lack of organization and communication. I was taken 50 minutes after the scheduled appointment time after they sent the necessary parties to administer the test. That part was smooth, easy and professional. I received the results via email the very next day.

I have been working over 21 years at Universal Institute and I have never been happier with Clarity Labs. Vincent goes above and beyond to make sure every last detail is in place and goes perfect!! I run a 180 bed facility and Clarity has been doing all our blood work and Covid testing for over 3 years now. We have PCR results in less than 24 hours!! They are incredible. Best customer service. If you ever have an issue you can call Vincent directly on his cell phone number any time of the day or night. They also specialize in mental health and drug addiction facilities. No matter what your specialty is. There is no other laboratory that goes above and beyond and gives you the personalized treatment like Vincent and his team at Clarity Laboratory.

Went to this laboratory to get a COVID test. Because of my job, I have done a couple of them and this time was the easiest appointment I’ve had so far. Marly, the technician that performed the test at tri-county orthopedics was very professional and very gentle. It was by far the best experience I’ve had.

Thank you marly for being such a sweet and dedicated technician. She offered to do my COVID-19 test on her day off because i couldn’t do it any other day, so she made this happened and accommodated me even on her day off. The staff is very dedicated, respectful, caring, professional and are very friendly. It is a very beautiful and professional lab and absolutely no issues with parking. The lab is located in a very convenient location. I absolutely recommend this lab especially if you need to get test frequently done. They make it very easy for me. I love it!

If you guys close at 5pm please stop shining your high beams though my bedroom window. Thank you. Kept me up last night and Im sure the warren police have larger issues dealing with people disturbing others sleep... I am 1000% happy people are being tested against this plague. Just no more high beams pointed directly at My window 🤯🤯🤯

I had a great experience with Clarity Labs with receiving a COVID-19 test with their technician, Marly. I was always scared to take the nasal swab since I heard they go very deep but Marly was very gentle and explained everything in detail during the entire process. I definitely recommend Marly & Clarity Labs!

Alex was so helpful from helping me schedule my appointment on their website, to checking me in when I arrived and swabbing me . The Location is very nice , clean and friendly .

Never had work done here, but they allegedly fired lab manager Ashit Mehta, and that’s really all I need to know they have their heads on straight.

Marly at Cedar Knolls center was great! It’s not fun to have the test, but she got me through it as gently as it can be. My results were back the next day.

I recently got tested at Clarity labs in cedar knolls and the service was terrible, the employee there was rude to me. They don’t specify to wait outside no clear indications what to do only signs at the door states that is one person at the time, I enter the office as was no body there no patient nor front desk and the employee came to me and started to telling me to wait outside and to read the signs. Horrible 😤

Jose is wonderful, dependable and respectful. He has treated everyone with respect and you are lucky to have such a great employee.
