Any Lab Test Now

My experience today was absolutely atrocious. I saw multiple cameras in the building and I hope management looks back and does something about this nasty ladies attitude. She was rude to everyone in the building. Cursing us out after my boyfriend called her out on how she was talking to everyone. We get that people have rough days, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. We took the drive to the Brandon location and it was 100% better.

My husband went for lab tests on Friday morning and still hasnt received the results as of 3:30pm on Thursday, even though they promise results to be uploaded within 72 hours. When we call the facility, no one answers and on Google Maps it says they are closed everyday. It has been a very frustrating process and now we paid a second time to get labs drawn at Quest, a reliable lab.

I went there for a drug test for a new company CDL driver. They were on lunch around 1210 noon, which is understandable. I returned at 1pm to complete my drug test. They woman did even make eye contact until I stepped closer to the counter. She asked do I have an appointment? Which I responded Im not sure, I wasnt told I had one. Usually I just go to a place, they scan the barcode and wait about 10-15 minutes. She responded well if you dont have one , we are taking appointments. I responded Im not sure, Ive never delt with this. Never needed an appointment before. So she rolled her eyes and took a sigh and asked me my name. I proceeded to spell my name because most people mispronounce my name. Before I could finish she interrupted and said we dont have anyone with that name. Mind you, she didnt check her computer. As I was snapping a photo of the email, I heard her ask the guy who was in a wheelchair his name. He gave it, I hear typing, which indicates she looked up his name. Went out to my car and called the recruiter to know if I had an appointment. He responded yes I have one. My company will not do business with them any longer.

I had such a great experience. Maisie went above and beyond to help me decipher some blood work I needed to get done for a procedure out of the country. When it came down to take my blood I did not even feel it. She was quick!After we talked for a bit and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a blood drawing facility.Maisie if you see this THANK YOU!!!!

Very kind women! They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment last minute. I expressed to them I am not good with blood work and always pass out, they made sure that I was well taken care of. It was a successful visit without fainting. Was in and out with no problems.

I would HIGHLY recommend Any Lab Test Now. Been using them for four years. I have never waited more than maybe a couple minutes. And ALL their techs are excellent. I have yet to even feel a pinch with the blood draws. And the results are always in a timely manner and sent right to my email. It doesnt get any better! Professional all the way.

When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment. I did not, but was told that I might have to wait a little bit because she had someone at the moment and another appointment due in 5 minutes. I fully understood and sat down to wait. She handled both of the appointments pretty quickly and then took care of me. My wait time was so much less than if I had gone to one of the other unnamed labs. Very professional and nice lady. will definitely return. Thank you Maisie.

I had used Any lab test now last year and remembered the woman there being rude. I went back yesterday (Monday the 13th of November) and wondered if it would be the same lady and if she would be rude again. It was the same lame lady and again she was rude and condescending. I was unsure of what type of test to get and instead of being helpful she spoke to me like I was an idiot. She starting naming off the different tests (5 point, 10 point, 20 point etc), so I asked her what the difference was referring to price. She sarcastically replied that a 5 point test had 5 tests, and a 10 point test had ten tests. I interrupted her at that point and said I was referring to the price. Next I had to fill out paperwork and it asked how I wanted to receive my results, by mail, email, or pick up in the store. Thus I expected it to take a day or two to get the results. Afterwards when she handed me the completed results, I was pleasantly surprised and happily exclaimed that that was quick. She then sarcastically said instant means instant.I will not be going back. I do not appreciate being treated as if I’m a child. I have never written a negative review before but this woman was so rude i couldn’t let it pass!

I LOVE Any Lab Test Now. Both my mother and I go regularly for B12 shots. On occasion, as needed, I get any lab tests done here. The staff is super friendly, the facility is very clean and they are very accommodating.

Perhaps we as a community should start boycotting this place due to the blatant disrespect that is shown by this MA Maisie. I’m reading the reviews that says she is wonderful and they are lies. The owner responds and says Maisie is a diamond in the rough. He/she knows that this is a lie. I’m sure the owner reads the reviews from the customers saying they will never return to this place because of Maisie. What do the owners do? NOTHING! She was beyond rude and it took everything in me to not walk out the front door. I even tried to make small talk with her, asking how long have she been in the field, and she stated why? If I haven’t been in a full year, you wouldn’t want me to draw your blood? Oh well I’m the only one here, take it or leave it. What a disgusting person inside and out! The owners should be downright embarrassed to have Maisie as an employee. I remember going to this location over 8 years ago and there was a guy who was so sweet and personable, but the new owners didn’t give him a chance to stick around. I’m here to leave my review and just like the rest of the customers, I WILL NOT RETURN!

The lady (Maisie) that performed my drug test with me was extremely rude and condescending throughout the whole process. She also sounded just like Karen the computer from SpongeBob. Reading the other reviews has got me thinking that she may even be a racist. Shes so angry and miserable with her life that its very hard to comprehend how she was hired to be the first face you see when you arrive. She treated me as if I was convict or criminal. It was a completely unpleasant first experience, and if the opportunity ever presents itself again, I will not be going back to this testing sight. I will be informing my employer to stop sending their employees here. Steer clear if youre reading this.

I went to this place 5 times, two of which were with my husband.The receptionist, Maisie, has a terrible attitude and in general not a polite person. She is like a cold stone.Sometimes says rude things, and last time got very aggravated when had to repeat herself because we couldn’t understand her questions. She offers no smile, no additional assistance and no greetings.She probably makes minimum wage, and sometimes I admire her for only doing the bare minimum. As a customer service worker, it’s what I want to do every shift. But when you are the one doing blood work for people who could be extremely scared of needles, she should be a lot more sympathetic.If you are looking for a pleasant experience or expect her to go above and beyond, it’s not the place to go. But they get the work done and that’s what matters.If it wasn’t for Maisie, I would give the place 5 stars. Fast, efficient, make no mistakes.

My husband and I had our blood drawn at the Wesley Chapel location. Maisie, who runs this location, is very experienced and made the process so simple and easy!

Had such a pleasant experience. The fact that she has to run everything in the entire lab/store ( and does it promptly ) is amazing! Shes a great woman.

The receptionist is very snide. I came in to request an immediate appointment. I did read an appointment was required but figured Id give it a try since I was nearby. I sent the email and the receptionist went on to tell me sometimes people dont read it with a little bit of an attitude. I ignored her attitude and proceeded to email the site as she requested. After receiving my email, she said she couldnt find the passport number. After I showed her where, she said oh I found it and went on to ignore me. I guess some people just dont read the information sent. If you have the option, save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Her attitude is not worth hearing, especially since it is given even before you speak.

I’ve only had good experiences here, and I’m usually a nervous Nellie when it comes to lab work. Quick turnaround for results, made even easier with the portal. Staff were all very courteous, and as an added bonus, I was able to pay with my HSA.

It was my first time here and I’m in shock. Never seen anything like this. Can’t even remember the last time I thought someone was “rude” because I have a lot of patience but the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, obnoxious, and loud. She was even extremely rude with her gestures pointing at things and signs around me in a very sarcastic manner, almost like if she was insinuating I was dumb or something. I NEVER take the time to rate companies because I honestly don’t have a lot of time, but I HAD to take the time for this one because I’ve never seen anything like this. Almost like if she didn’t care if she lost her job lol. Hopefully she’ll get what she wants soon! Can’t even believe they allow her to speak/work with people. I read their reviews and everyone seems to have an issue with this lady so I am not alone. Hopefully she’ll get fired soon. I emailed my employer and told them to stop sending their employees here. Didn’t give them a 1/2 star because I can’t.

I had an amazing experience here. I almost passed out having only 4 tubes drawn at my doctors office last year, but I just had 11 tubes drawn (also while fasting) at this Any Lab Test Now location, and I felt perfectly great the entire time. I did warn her that I passed out last time, so she did a good job keeping me distracted. But she was so incredibly friendly and funny and made me feel super comfortable. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you so much!

This place was great and easy to go to.I believe it was Macy who helped me out and took me right away which helped me out a lot with my work schedule. Not only that she made the process very comfortable and easy to go through!(If you don’t like needles, no worries she literally did an excellent job I didn’t even feel it)-A

I will never go anywhere else. They made the process extremely easy. Friendly staff, clean facility and had me in and out in under 15 minutes.

Quick and easy experience. I she used my appointment online and they called immediately to let me know my appointment time was scheduled too late for my lab to be picked up same day by Fed Ex. They let me reschedule with no hesitation!

I truly enjoyed my visit to Any Lab Test Now. They were able to get me in quickly and efficiently. Staff were great and answered all my questions. The results came back within the specified time. I will be returning to start getting my b-12 shots. Highly recommend!

IMO in a healthcare setting where you’re sticking people with needles you should be gaining like & trust, not being the cause for so many peoples discomfort and displeasure. I mean the most basic criteria of an employee and especially management is people skills. I’ve never experienced someone so nasty for absolutely no reason. Such a shame. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to leave feeling angry lol, couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Avoid this place at all costs. The front receptionist also draws blood which worried me from the beginning. When she drew my blood she hit my nerve and now I have been in excruciating pain ever since. I cannot move my arm, it tingles and burns whenever I try any motion. Its been over a week and the issue isnt getting any better. I can only hope its not permanent nerve damage. I have gotten my blood drawn numerous times and never experienced something like this. I would never step into one of these facilities ever again.

Maise is rude, belittling and down right an awful human being. She has no idea what she is doing as a manager of this establishment and needs to be fired. The place is a disaster and they use cheap supplies that could easily lead to an accidental finger stick. She is rude to customers and other employees and i was appalled by this behavior. I think some training needs to be implemented and I will not be returning.

I visited yesterday at 8am (a Tuesday). It was easy to make an appointment online. They do many different types of lab tests, but I went for a COVID test for travel. I liked this place because it’s small, located in a small plaza, and has its own entrance directly from the parking lot. There was only one other customer there when I arrived, and another arrived as I was leaving. Walk-ins are welcome, so I don’t know how busy it might become, but it worked out ok for me. Service was good.

Maisie was great! Super quick and professional. My daughter has deep veins, and we always have an issue drawing blood, but not this time. Highly recommend!

I spoke to a woman here earlier today , at least 3x. I expressed to her I needed some labs done and that being that I am traveling an hour away I may be there close to closing time. You can tell she did not want to stay, she stated that she would just have to stay later. And me trying to lighten her mood, told her well at least youll be getting paid to stay later.. and it would only be one quick sample test. She says, yeah i guess but thats not the point...I called her before I left work to let her know I was on my way , she said no worries shes there. And when I showed up a few minutes before closing time , she had already left. Especially after we just spoke. Very unsatisfied. Dont come here.

I do not typically provide reviews to include comments, just the quick 1-5 stars, until now. I must comment on the deceptive review left just 13 hours ago by customer Shawne Gomes and his negative “rant & review”. It was my first time to visit this office, I was a customer sitting 4 feet away from Mr Gomes when he came into the office and started his aggressive confrontation with the office manager/ certified LPN who happened to be working alone at that moment. Myself along with one other customer sitting in waiting area witnessed the entire scenario that Mr. Gomes commented on in his his review and he has provided a totally INACCURATE review and should not be believed.Myself and the other customer witnessed just the opposite of what Mr. Gomes stated that occurred. Ms. Massie professionally stated to Mr Gomes the office policies, she did not have any information to confirm calls had been made to the office prior to Mr Gomes Appt. and Mr Gomes could not provide any supporting information that he or his office had spoke to anyone?It was oblivious to me, and the other customer that, Ms Massie decided to try and de-escalate the confrontation and went above and beyond by calling Mr Gomes employer/ HR Dept. to confirm his test and appt. and the outcome we overheard was that his office HR appeared to express over the phone that it was not that “big of a deal” because the deadline and expiration for Mr Gomes to officially take and to submit the test wasn’t due for at least another day. This was also printed on the company’s HR test request form Mr Gomes provided. I have no affiliation or relationship with Any Lab Test Now to influence my comment. I am providing this review just to confirm the facts as I saw them presented directly in my presence.My experience with Ms Massie was professional, polite and thorough when it was my turn to have my test taken, which was just after this altercation. I would and will certainly use their services again in the future.One last comment, I am a person who uses reviews for companies, restaurants and services to help make my decisions on whether to use or not, BUT, I am a firm believer of being practical and have an open mind on review reasons by people. So, customer review history on Google does not lie, Google review history shows that Mr Gomes prefers to provide negative reviews on Google More than positive ones. 6 out of last 10 reviews he provided were only 1 Star!!?? Hhmmm!?

Maisie Is professional and to the point. She’s not going to start conversation first. She is direct and some see that as rude but being in healthcare myself it’s just her professional side or bedside manner that confuses most. She’s been doing her job for a very long time and she’s the best at it. I’ll be back again.

Ive been coming to Any Lab Test now for almost 8 years for various tests and for weekly B12 shots for the past two years. The environment is always spotless, quick and Maisey is incredibly friendly. Each week she greets me warmly and is really helpful.

$$$ Poor customer service! Before driving, I asked for a price. The lady told me it would be higher ($375 higher) but she would pay the difference out of her own pocket. Not wanting the employee to take a personal lost I declined. After a brief delay, she then tells me she owns the franchise and would match Lab Corp price. Since I wasnt comfortable I left. Five minutes down the road she calls me to say she can do it for less. I called the franchise location in Safety Harbor and WOW what a difference (much better at the Safety Harbor location). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WESLEY CHAPEL LOCATION.

Quick and easy bloodwork! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend Any Lab Test Now if you need blood work done.

How this place have 4 stars??with this lady they have .when I get there I was all smiles I said goodmorning talking nice to her and with respect and she she not even responded back and all she did talked with a attitude to me like if shes mad with life why do you have someone like her doing that kind of job?she even got my shoulder really mad and inserted me the needle with no care to take my blood tests Ill n3v3r ever ever come back to this place this lady dont have idea how some people are dealing with deases Like cancer or lupus ect ,and she acts like that ?its scaryyy she talks to you with no respect and she saw me like if she hates me like if I have done something bad to her my question is why the owners of this place have someone like her working on this place its not good or healthy she can easily hurt someone with that attitude I dont know if it was because Im Hispanic or I dont understand if I was nice to her all the time I always say something my problems i keep them on my self its not people fault to be disrespectful with others just because you mad with life u dont have to me meant with others.

I only gave it one star because I had to so I could leave a review. I give this place Zero stars! The lady in the front is so RUDE!! This is not the first time we have been to this location but it will definitely be the last. I am so disgusted that I wanted to send something to cooperate or owner someone that can do something. I called ahead and gave a pretty long list of blood work that I needed and they were able to give me an exact price and I was able to make an appointment. I called around to several labs and this was definitely the cheapest! When I arrived at the appointment I was seen promptly and the lady doing my labs was very friendly!

We had an appointment today to have a travel COVID-19 test done and it went down without a hitch. Maisie was right there with us getting it done with confidence and laughter. I have had tests done at this location for many years and would highly recommend it. NOTE TO SELF: As consumers we should act like we expect to be treated...just because you pay for something doesnt mean you can be rude and disrespectful to anyone. I made my appointment for 10:15. I was taken at exactly 10:15. They were very prompt courteous any professional. Explained in detail how to get my results. I got them within the time I was told. I wish all offices ran this thoroughly

Neither of the two women working were nice or polite. Had to do a hair test and the woman said it would be a small, cotton ball sized amount. Thankfully I chose my leg, and she practically shaved my entire right leg. She was short with her responses, and overall was just a very poor quality visit. Would not return unless 100% required to.

It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smile when i first walked in. Not to mention all the laughs i had prior to me getting my blood drawn definitely made me less nervous. If i had to do anymore lab work i definitely would recommend this location.

I was really pleased with the service at Any Lab Now. It was super easy, they brought the paperwork out to my car and called me in when my time was ready. I needed fast results and they hit the timeframe I needed. I will use them again for sure.

It wasn’t the most welcoming but it’s efficient. 3 stars because the lady up front was slightly rude also when I asked a question about the forms I was signing she had no idea how to answer told me no ones ever read that paper in 7 years lol ok wow! Got my results back quick so that was the only good thing. Will go back if I need something done fast

The lady that did the test was Rude and not welcoming. Not even a hi or hello. We get tests done to feel better so she should be more positive and smiling.She never called when the tests were in.She said she sent it but it wasn’t true, she never sent it or never called.I don’t recall her name but she had few tattoosPlus I’m not sure if she sanitizes well what we observed. She touched everywhere while wearing the gloves.Don’t goto this location !!!

The lady at the front desk is iconic she’s so funny and I got my blood work done right as I got there. Just make sure to make an appointment! Will be back in the future if I need blood work again

Macy did an incredible job finding my vein the first time. I was blown awa . Even the Drs office isnt that good! I was able to make an appointment same day and get great servic . 5 stars plus in my book

Let me start off by saying that my mother is a nurse and I have had medical issues my entire life. Therefore, I have been to several places to get blood work done and this is by far THE WORST! Absolutely do not go here unless you want to be greeted with a horrible attitude. The receptionist is ALSO the PHLEBOTOMIST. So the lady at the front who laughs at you and wont offer any assistance will also be taking your blood. From the second I walked in the door she had an attitude for no apparent reason. I wrote down the list of tests I needed done and then she proceeded to question me while laughing at me because there were a series of different t3 and t4 tests. She then said she doesnt know because shes not a nurse or a doctor. When I asked who was taking the blood she laughed again and said she was. Very rude, uninformative, and untrustworthy. She then informed me as I walked out that it would have been $400 and laughed as if I couldnt afford it. If thats even true... spend your money elsewhere.

Courteous and quick service, excellent Phlebotomist, common tests each are the same price, which seems like a lot, but if you package the tests, you will save money. The best part is that you dont need a request from a doctor, but if you do and you ask them, they will send them the results as well. Great experience.

Maisie was the one who helped me and took my blood. She was super friendly and helped me in remaining calm. I get pretty anxious when it comes to needles, but she kept talking and took my mind off of it! Thank you!

Went to the location as we needed Nasopharyngeal PCR Covid test to travel out of the country. 1. The lady up front was unbelievably rude and had no idea how to deal with customers. 2. Who ever sent the results/replying to emails is completely incompetent in their job. They have no idea what the difference is between the covid test and took me 4 different emailed result forms to get the spelling/test right. I would have spoken to someone about it but every time I called they wouldn’t answer or the rude lady said no manger was there. Would love to have someone contact me about this situation. You legit have non-medical personnel trying to distribute results and they have no idea what they’re talking about. I attached one email showing their lack of knowledge..

Super nasty its all true about the other reviews front desk lady or MA dont even know. super rude unprofessional.how can they keep someone working like that . At a place were you need to be nice an caring. I feel sorry for the owner not realizing what person they have working under.

I went there because quest diagnostics had their hours posted as opens late. Once I arrived, the worker said that they just closed but said she will still help me even off the clock, which was nice of her. She said she messed up on the previous customers order and blamed it on me by saying that I distracted her. I didn’t cause her to do anything. Terrible customer service!

Had my yearly blood work done here last week. Took all of 10 minutes. Staff was great and efficient. Had my results in 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Went to westly chapel office in Florida. They advertised no appointments. When I got there no one in waiting room.I was meet with a rude front desk person .who said you need an appointment .

Very nice and clean place but the receptionist didnt seem to be happy that day or is not a very likeable person had small attitude towards the people there and myself. The person who took my test was super cool and nice. I do recommend

This was our 3rd attempt to have the correct Covid test so my boyfriend and I could be allowed into St Martin. We should have gone here first!! We had the rt-PCR test and had results in less than 48 hours as promised. The staff was very informative and accurate and emailed our results in addition to the lab emailing our results. So we were very impressed and would recommend to everyone! Thank you!

I love this place. As soon as I walk in I am greeted even when she’s busy. She great at drawing blood and makes sure I am okay during the process. She’s not rude at all

Don’t use this place the front desk lady is so rude and nasty I called the day before to ask what hours they do drug testing and was told until 4pm then I showed up at 1:30 pm and she yelled at me saying I can’t see you we only do testing until 3pm and I said it’s not even 2pm and she say well I’m not seeing you today then she told me I needed to leave screaming at me then says I don’t care about this job. Your reply is utterly and totally false all lies and she didn’t call my employer she called my wife I own my own business this was a owner operated test and I know customer service and she was absolutely rude and yelled at me and was totally disrespectful and if you as a owner can’t realize how rude this lady is and multiple people have said the same exact thing on reviews then your blind I even call the location in Brandon and the lady there knew everything what location I was speaking about and said people come to them all the time about you rude disrespectful receptionist so in conclusion do not use this place you should not be in public service

Please, for your own peace of mind and money, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Their hygiene practice is non-existant, the woman did not wash her hands, nor use sanitizer, and then broke the finger off of her rubber glove to expose her finger so she could palpate my vein. They do not fall under the Any Lab Now corporate office and do not answer to them. They use some cut price lab to process their samples which takes twice as long as any other reputable lab. This place is a danger to your health....USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Lady at front door Maisie who also took specimem, had a very strong personality.. She shown that she can appear really aggregated and frustrated very easily.. It was just her whole demeanor seemed defensive.. Maybe because her day had just started...However she did end the visit with a pleasant good-bye.. Just wish it was consistent throughout the entire visit... Workers at the Kennedy location are much more friendlier and have answers to every question.

Front desk lady was very rude to my wife. Go to the one down the road towards new tampa instead. Hire a staff which is not rude and stand offish.
