I went to Dr. Jackson for an in office procedure. All went well, but had some side effects from the meds that were given, blood pressure went a little to low for his liking. Dr. Jackson and his staff responded quickly, never left my side and took care of me like I was family. They made sure that I was good to go, before my husband and I walked out the door.

No matter what you’re coming here for, they are always running behind schedule, Never return phone calls or follow up with you about your labs, and staff is rude and unorganized. Front desk should be trained better in customer service and instead of saying “they’ll be with you shortly,” how about an honest “the doctor is running behind schedule as usual, and we will try to get you back as quick as we can, but it’s most likely going to be an hour wait.” Because that’s exactly what it is… Every. Single. Time. No courtesy for other people’s time or feelings.

I have seen Dr. Jackson for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable. He explains things and answers all questions. I highly recommend him.

I was assigned to Doctor Jackson, hes a good doctor but always tough getting in touch with him. The wait time to get to talk to the Nurse takes about 10 minutes. Constantly had issues with them having my information in the system. When I was unable to be seen by Dr. Jackson I was sent to the midwife team and saw Sarah who was phenomenal as well as her team. If you do choose to get your care here I would HIGHLY suggest the midwife team or to go to another clinic.

First, Dr. Jackson has been wonderful! I was blessed to have a major surgery right away. Unfortunately post surgery has not been easy but more like a nightmare. Dr. Jackson was off and I needed a refill on my prescription. I was told I needed to come to see a different doctor first. DR. Santo Paniello and his team was very submissive and I could tell he didnt want to help. So he tells me to go to the ER for a CT Scan? Even after the cleared CT scan, I still havent received any relief for my pain. Major surgery requires pain management. Instead Dr. Santo Paniello and his team had an excuse for not helping!🤬.I shouldve waited until Dr. Jackson returned instead of putting me through waiting long hours in the ER, ultimately having to schedule a CT scan before receiving the ACTUAL help needed! Again, Major surgery requires pain management! We are not Crackheads looking for the next fix. Treat people with kindness and care.

Normally I see Dr Jackson. He is wonderful but the past few times hes been called away.I was partnered to Sarah. She has been absolutely phenomenal with all my female health needs. I have autoimmune issues, so my health can be all over. I always feel cared for when seeing Sarah. Never feeling like a bother even though Im here more than Id like to be. Sarah goes over my health plan, answers any and all questions, and really cares about making me healthy too so I can get back to being me. Sarah is such a delight to see at Florida Medical. I always thank her for taking her time with me so I can get my questions and concerns addressed. Florida Medical needs more providers like Sarah around!

I have been to this location for regular OB visits AND because I am pregnant. I absolutely love it and am always treated with care and respect by the nurses, midwives, and Dr. Jackson. They’re the best!
