I recently spoke to an employee ( I think her name was Amanda; a nursing student from Midlands Tech) about obtaining charges for different lab tests for a free clinic I work in as one of the physicians.Within a couple of hours, she called me to pick up the information I requested. Personally, she was just as nice as she was on the phone. The enthusiasm that she had for her job made me think she had ownership in the business. I would be extremely proud if I had her managing my business. Thanks

I highly recommend this location to get any lab work you need done! I have witnessed countless happy patients walk in and out of this establishment. Ms. Lyndsay and Ms. Stefanie are the best at what they do and they are extremely professional. This is a positive atmosphere for internship students and patients of all ages. I can see myself coming back every time I need something done. Doctor Z has made and is continuing to make great decisions with his business. May your business continue to flourish and thank you guys for having me!

The staff is always friendly and very professional. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. It never takes more than 5 minutes to get my B-12 shot. I recently got the Fat Burner, and it really helped with my cravings, especially for sweets.

I don’t never write reviews and actually this is the first but the service here is wonderful and fast and just great. They offer a lot of services with a wonderful smile and spirit . I ABSOLUTELY love it there !!!! I go to palmetto pro labs for my fat burner shot which actually help me a lot with my weight loss journey .

I loved the fast and friendly service that I received at Palmetto Prolabs. I went in for a b12 injection and was able to be in and out in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location and plan to return soon myself! Thanks!!

I can not say enough good about Amanda & Kaelee! They were just as sweet as could be to me and my son, and they both went out of their way to help calm me down! I hope they will be able to help me in the future! Great job ladies and thank you for your hospitality!

This is a new review. My comments below this paragraph happened four years ago. Shortly after this the lady mentioned below was no longer employed there. Since then all my experiences have been great! Today Amanda rocked it when she took my blood professionally and confidently. No pain and got it on the first try! Iesha was very nice and helpful. Thank you!!Bizarre experience. I went to have a test done on a Friday and at the desk I asked for the results to be faxed to my doctor and be emailed to me as they had done before. Lady who filled out my chart also took my blood. Then after she said Ill call you on Monday with the results. I said just fax them to my doctor and email them to me. She said well, I didnt write down your email address and I cant do it right now because I have to help these other people. I said well you have my email from last time. Again she said shed call me with results. (Obviously, I wanted a copy I could examine and save for my records.) So I told her I would give her my email when she called. 11 days later and no call. So I just called and the same lady answered and told me she could not email the results because I didnt fill out some release form. I pointed out to her she said she would call and didnt. She said she cant give me the results over the phone either and could only fax them to my doctor. I should also mention that I never signed ANYTHING except my credit card receipt! Ridiculous to think that blood drawn from MY body, by MY choice and analyzed with MY money and I AM NOT ALLOWED ACCESS TO IT?!?!

Ive always had great experiences here until now. The new office manager is extremely rude to customers and other employees. I recently witnessed her being very nasty to a coworker with no regard to the fact that there were customers seeing and hearing it all. Definitely not an environment I want to be in or a company I want to give my money to.

I have a great experience. Customer service was friendly and excellent. There was no wait time at all. The shot was fast, easy and painless. Great place to come, I recommend it to others.

This was so easy to get done! I scheduled my appointment the night before online and received an email the next morning confirming. There was no wait and the staff was very friendly. I’d come back here any time I need a test done!

I have a situation that requires testing, 2×per month for eleven months. After calling everywhere in Columbia, these guys prices were by far the most reasonable, so I chose them.Now let me tell you, the reasonableness of their fees PALES in comparison to the wonderfulness of their staff!! I kid you not. Having to endure a stranger watching you pee (in addition to having an all around, never-ceasing anxiety situation in general) was not something I was looking forward to in the slightest. But they were so sweet and understanding, as well as SO professional about the whole thing, I left out of there with considerably less anxiety than I walked in there with. Seriously, 10/10🌟!

I drove 45 minutes to this location. The store hours are until 1pm on Saturdays. The doors were locked and lights off at 12:15pm. Can someone please explain this to me? This is a time sensitive test I need to get done.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is my 4th time, and i’ve not had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. Would definitely recommend! Good prices as well. Note that they do close at 1 on fridays

Today,I experienced one of the most terrible forms of rudeness to a patron by the Office manager of this facility. Lindsey is her name and she treated this black women and her two children like they were nothing. She displayed an extreme form of discrimination and rudeness. The nice lady just was letting them know that the Kerug machine was low on water. She talked to her like she was a toddler. The lady expressed how she displeased with Lindseys tone and then walked away. Lindsey then bumped into a lifter and the lady made a comment rather is was directed to the Office Manager I am not sure did seem like it was and she then told her to get out she could not have anything in the office. She asked to speak with her boss and Lindsey did not want to give her the information. She asked the lady to leave and she did and Lindsey just watched her like she had a person problem with the lady. Lindsey needs to be fired or demoted she makes this office look very racist and its disgusting.

The experience was interesting, to say the least. Normally, testing is held in confidence, however the lady working began to talk nonstop about both parties, my family included, being there for the same testing type. She then, started treating the situation as a GROUP exercise and by then...everyone knew each others business. My family and I were fine with the overall predicament since we were only there for insurance purposes and legal documents, but the fellow party became obviously uncomfortable. *chuckles* I thought that the people visiting such establishments were the additive that made these places ghetto- it never dawned on me that it could, in fact be the workers!

This is the best lab I have ever been to. Amanda’s stick was the best I have ever experienced. Kaelee was the sweetest intake as well. I will definitely use this facility again!

Very unprofessional! Amanda was very rude & failed to tell me when to come back for my results meaning I have to pay for another test because of her mistake. When I spoke to the supervisor she told me I was wrong & Amanda did nothing wrong. Neither one of them was pleasant or helped me at all. I’ll be going elsewhere for my new test since I have to get it redone.

Havent gotten results, been over 2 weeks. Cannot get a hold of anyone at this location where I had the test done, nor at the corporate number. Been trying to get a hold of someone at this location for over a week now. Terrible communication and customer service. Do not recommend!

So, i had to get blood taken and i specifically went here because i figured they do it all the time. well, i have a phobia of needles, that i can’t help. she couldnt find my vein in my arm when they have before so she had to call someone else over to help her. the second women was very sweet- unlike the unfriendly one who originally was looking for my veins. needless to say, they had to stick me in my hand which i didn’t want at all because it hurts more & that is why i paid 40$ out of pocket to go there originally. a waste of money & it bruised and hurt for days. i’ll never go back. i shouldve stopped when they couldnt find my veins in my arm.

I love the staff here. They are extremely professional and very flexible. They are always looking for was to accommodate me and educate me.

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The Plex shots that they offer are the best fat burning shots out there.

Kid friendly environment . The lady I saw was super nice to everybody inside my parents in law have been getting shots here for a few weeks now and they love it to.

We got to the lab which hours online said till 6pm (everyday but Saturday) only to find out the have changed their hours. We were in luck though cause they were open till 5:30 and it was only 5:15.My husband was turned away because the nurse said she was new and they were closing soon and couldn’t help us.....What? We want to pay out of pocket for a test and you turned us away and told us to come back tomorrow morning! We had to leave work early, drag our toddler with us and you turned us away. We will be going to another lab.FYI they close at 1pm on several other days!! But online it says 6pm

Stephanie was very polite I went in for the flu shot and got a free b12 shot. The staff was very friendly! Will come back again!
