Everyone I’ve met at Same Day Health has been a delight. I get regular B12 shots and wanted to do the weight loss shot… they took the time to explain it and were very nice. Thank you to the manager Kelly and staff!! ❤️

Same day health has been an amazing experience. From coming in to get blood drawn for over all health checkups, to coming here for my weekly dose of B-12. The staff is always so nice, caring and the overall experience is phenomenal. The place is always kept in pristine condition. It’s always impeccable. I will forever be coming to same day health for my health and body care needs. The nurses are super gentle with injections and it’s always an amazing experience!

I dont normally write reviews but here goes. Earlier this week I wasnt feeling well and needed to know if I had COVID. I was invited to a girls weekend. One of the women is super sensitive to the mention of COVID. So just to be sure I wanted to get tested. The woman at the front with the blond hair was so nice to me. She could see I was not at my best and made feel feel comfortable and calm. She was professional and seemed very organized. Im not sure if shes one of the nurses or managers but I just wanted to say THANK YOU! It turns out I didnt have COVID (thank g.d) but I was really stressing out. Thank you woman with blond hair and thank you Same Day for hiring such great people. My business is just down the street and Ive already sent 2 team members to your clinic. Ill be back for one of those Beauty IVs you offer. Thanks again!

Fast, Easy, Clean, and very efficient!The West Hollywood location is always very accommodating, even as a walk in. Ive been able to receive a service immediately day of, which is appreciated when you have an unreliable schedule.Vanessa is also very kind and makes the entire experience run smoothly.

Excellent experience! I discovered this place through an advertisement at the airport. You can make an appointment online or walk in without one. You pay out of pocket (online ahead of time if you make an appointment) and you will receive a Super Bill to submit to your insurance on your own. The procedure was painless and non-invasive. Results arrived within 20 minutes for the rapid test. Clean, uncrowded facility and easy to get to. Friendly staff easy to speak with both through phone calls and text messages prior to the appointment, and while at the appointment. Would recommend!

Ive had a great experience with this Same Day Testing site and all the other ones Ive used so far for Covid testing for travel or work.You sign up online for your Covid testing. You can use insurance or pay out of pocket. You show up for your appointment time and scan your appointment bar code and show your ID.Wait time depends on the time you come. My 7:30am appointment was virtually no wait at all. At 9:30am there was a short line of 3 people, so it was a 10-15 minute wait.For the Covid test consult, they ask you about your symptoms or if youve been exposed to Covid. Then you get your nasal swab if you get the PCR Covid test.Then they email, text and or call you about your results within the window you selected. They also have an app so you can track all your Covid results.They also sell some wellness products here, like EltaMD and Nutrifol, so that’s an added bonus.Covid Safety ProtocolsThe staff were all wearing masks and distancing. I felt safe in the spaceParkingThere’s metered street parking on La Cienega that’s pretty easy to find. Some parking garages nearby too, but no valet. Residential parking is mostly by permit only, so look at signs closely.AmbianceI loved all the plants and the relaxed ambiance. It felt pretty peaceful for a medical setting.ServiceAll the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the medical professionals. I felt like they made the experience extra positive considering people come in for testing.Final verdictIll definitely keep using this service if I need more Covid tests for work or travel. Quick, clean and professional is what you want for a good Covid testing experience.

Honestly I feel so welcomed and so happy coming here getting my self together. I’ve been coming for 2 months almost coming up on 3 now and feel as if I’ve met everyone on the team here and have never felt out of place or had anyone be rude or feeling like they aren’t being attentive. I can’t speak highly enough about this place and this location specifically. Every single person working here has the most excellent customer service, attitude, and training. No issues ever getting a test, shots or iv fluid treatments. No pain experienced. 10/10 STARS all around to the wonderful team who works here and for how they treat their guests.I don’t ever do reviews honestly, so for me to review this place means something, definitely check them out and it’s worth every penny spent. If you can get the membership I would say to get it. It’s always good to splurge on yourself and even better when you are treated so nice and professionally.

Wouldve given this 1 star but the appointment was quick (~15min) and the nurse didnt leave me with bruises, so I gave it 2 for efficiency. Ive never had my blood drawn so I didnt know the process of it, I was bothered that the nurse didnt take me step by step in the process, she was more distracted by my work shirt since its a well known gym in weho so she kept asking me questions, which whatever I dont mind, but it was distracting me and obviously her from what I came in for, I understand being social and comforting the patient, but I couldve gone without. I gave a urine sample at the end and was waiting for the nurse when I was done, since she started doing computer work on the side. I interrupted and asked what I was supposed to do next, and she said Oh youre done. No explanation of when I was getting my results or what to expect or if someone would read me my results, I had to ask a million questions. Waited 3 weeks after the appointment, and still nothing. I called multiple times for my results, finally when I called this morning I was told that apparently I was never sent a link to my portal by the person that helped me, he provided me with a link and explained that I would also be given a zoom link as well. JUST NOW 3 weeks later for a 1 on 1 with the PA. Worst part is the nurse told me to leave a review right after my visit. So heres my review: unacceptable. 5/5 stars for the last man who was non-healthcare provider that helped me through the phone.

This is a bit ridiculous how results are provided to the patient. I just want a copy of my results sent to my email. I do not wish to meet with a doctor to receive them. They randomly will try to assign you a time to meet with a doctor to read you back the results. Even scheduling the appointment became unnecessarily difficult. I schedule an appointment to do testing. That same day I get a text saying a doctor is ready to see me via Telehealth. I had no idea this was a required screening before I can go in for my appointment. I received no communication this was required. The time was randomly assigned to me and I was unavailable then. The providers are nice but this feels like jumping through hoops for no reason.Edit: I am able to get an appt scheduled for a time that works for me. I join the zoom meeting at 3:31 (the meeting is for 3:30) and the provider is not there. She left me a VM at 3:26 reminding me of the appt. 3:38 she has not shown up. I now have to call another person for them to tell her I’m waiting in the zoom room. She joins and says we have to rush through the appt because we had to start late. This is laughable.

I was impressed by how I was treated as I arrived. I was immediately helped and signed in. Elizabeth and Jocelyn were very courteous and professional. Heidi greeted me with a smile and explained the process of the COVID test. She was gentle and kind! Will for sure come back if needed. Definitely recommend coming to this location!

Service is great! Got a hydration IV, immunity, and b12 shot. The staff is friendly and were really sweet to my doggie. I like how they explain the process of each procedure thoroughly. I appreciate their kindness and I look forward to my next visit :)

The staff at Same Day Health West Hollywood were really helpful! I came in dehydrated a few times and they were very accommodating, even when I had to re-schedule numerous times!! I then was introduced to the wonderful Nurse Anna who was able to draw my blood after some trial and errors! So thankful to be helped by a supportive team! Thank you again

I guess I’m the only person who had a bad experience here….results take longer than what is advertised on the website. And they have outsourced their customer service line (even tho the locations aren’t even busy) so when I called for info on testing and results they did not know any information and could not help me with anything. They also wouldn’t transfer me directly to the location I went to. I wish companies would stop being lazy, and using call centers (especially medical places, the call centers legally can’t give out medical advice) just seems lazy, when y’all could have a receptionist who is medically educated, or at least equipped to answer patient concerns. 4/10

Quick, Easy, and Smooth service. Amazing staff there especially Diego. He’s extremely friendly and helpful. I’ve gone to same day health on multiple occasions for travel and the process there is seamless and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a speedy Covid test. I got my test results faster than expected (Less than 12hrs).

Sameday health is great. Super clean and a very aesthetically pleasing space.Diego was a great face to walk into and some helpful in getting me set up. Scarlett was also great and have an almost painless blood test! I would recommend this place to anyone!

SO IMPRESSED. Well worth the money. Easy to make appointment online and pay. It was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The nurse was AMAZING. My son has autism so I had to find a rapid, non-invasive test location. Nurse Nikki 10/10, she was so kind, understanding, gentle and it was SO FAST. Wow. In and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Best covid testing place around! The inside was very clean an organized, the apt system is very simple (making my apt 2 hours before my arrive time) an easy and well worth the money! The front table ladies were extremely nice an the tester was very helpful and explained what would happen, she was also very gentle. Would recommend this place to anyone !

Do not waste your time. Your blood work will come back inconclusive. They are not properly storing samples or labeling samples correctly so they can’t be sent to the lab. They want you to come back and retake test so they can bill your insurance twice. This private company is a scam.

This is my go-to place for Covid testing. I’ve come here several times and always have a great experience. The staff are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating - especially Diego and Risa!! I’m usually in and out quickly and never have to wait. Parking is also easy which is always a plus in LA. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Travel pcr for Japan. (I’ve gone and come back and had no issues using it.)Diego was at the front desk and was welcoming, professional, and instantly made me feel taken care of.The location is clean and aesthetically pleasing.I filled out my information online and was instructed by Scarlett to go into the back.Scarlett was friendly, gentle, quick with administering the pcr.With insurance the pcr is 25$.I was in and out in about 15 min ( mainly filling out the online portion.)They were both a delight and I would go back in a heartbeat. I love SameDay Health!I’ve been coming to their West Hollywood location in La Cienega for about 6 months - I was needing a COVID test for work for my first visit. Today, I was feeling a bit run down, like I was getting sick; I was treated so kindly and warmly by the staff, Anna and Jocelyn! Anna even remembered me from my previous visits, which was sweet. Jocelyn was great helping pick out the best IV Therapy and Wellness Shot during their 50% off happy hour. I definitely recommend the Immunity and Hydration.I will definitely be back soon!

I came to this location a few weeks back and I was struggling with scheduling an appointment on my phone. One of the nurses offered to help she was very friendly and helpful. Maria thank you for your service and for being patient with me while I was frustrated. I would definitely be coming back here to do my COVID tests. They also offer other services. It’s a nice clinic it doesn’t even feel like a clinic!!! The staff are great.

This place is so calming and definitely the most vibey place I’ve ever been to for any kind of bloodwork/testing. Not to mention the awesome products they have for sale in the store! Scarlett and Diego were super nice and very professional, will be going back for happy hour wellness shots soon! :)

I came to this location about a week ago. It was a great experience. I would definitely come back again. JOCELYN and SCARLET we’re the best! They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. They made my visit very pleasant. If you’re thinking about going to this location, DO IT! Don’t hesitate lol.

Had a great experience! Was checked in by Elizabeth who was really nice and informative, and Heydi took my mothers vitals and further explained the process, which was really assuring for my mother. Daniel gave us the vitamin b12 shots we requested and daaaammnn Daniel, you are smooth my guy. We didnt feel a thing! Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back

I am not usually one to write reviews but I had such a great experience at Sameday Health! The staff was super friendly and made the check in process very seamless. The nurses were knowledgeable about the vitamin shots and helped me identify the best option for me. I would definitely recommend Sameday for any of your health needs!

This Williamsville location for same day testing was so cute & sparkling clean. I had Kailey set up an appointment for me over the phone. She was so sweet! When I had arrived there the staff was extremely helpful in getting me checked in. I had Christina do my test which she made surprisingly painless & was also incredibly knowledgeable about any questions I had. If anyone needs a rapid test done, look no further this is the place to go!

Excellent. Nurse Christina was very friendly, pleasant, and reassuring. The invasive option nose swab was super easy; just like the diagram on the website they swab the front of the nose & thats it! 5 minutes in & out, no other patients there during my appointment.

This place is first class in every way. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a special guest. Ana performed one of the most comfortable, painless blood draws I have ever experienced. The whole experience took less than 10 minutes and they gave me a bottle of Voss water to top it off. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend SamedayHealth-ios West Hollywood.

This testing center was exceptional. They walked me through the process on the phone, I was signed up and had my test within an hour. Nikki, my nurse was extremely caring and made the swabbing process not only bearable, but pain free, as she promised when she was comforting me before she began. This testing site was amazing. I went for testing as I was traveling out of the country for business. I was under a critical time factor and explained this to Mitchel a director on site. He was able to put a rush on my testing and I received my results in 32.5 hours. All the staff was outstanding and the location was spotless. I will be referring all my colleagues, family and friends to this testing site. OUTSTANDING......

The team was fabulous!!! Diego at front desk was amazing, honest reviews on products and Risa was an amazing nurse, very helpful— i felt faint after my shot because of my anxiety and she helped ease me!!

Everyone was so sweet!! Especially the people at the desks. They were super accommodating and helpful- I made an appointment on the spot and was seen within minutes. Also the music in there was fire and the vibes were just super chilled and pleasant.

Walked in with no appointment, got the test within a few minutes. The site to schedule had good UX, Michelle was gentle and introduced herself before performing the swab. It was a great and fast experience. Good work!

A few things to know about this before you go:1. They still sell tests far above market rate.You can find rapid, at home, PCR tests (same quality) that can give you results in 30 minutes or less. For more than $100 less than their prices. And other places will offer in person COVID testing for less as well if you need it. So youre paying more for the exact same product.2. This location doesnt have parking.And parking is difficult here. Add some time for that.3. Factor in potentially long wait times. This can vary, but it was true for me.Stay safe! I wont be choosing them again for these reasons, as I think theres many other better choices.

Same day testing is a great service with friendly workers, if you need a rapid test ASAP this is the place to go. I did have to pay a fee but I was able to make an appointment the day before, there was no wait and I was in and out of the building within 5 minutes. The testing area is very clean and organized, I would highly recommend this place for those who need a rapid test.

Beautiful facility. Went for Covid-19 testing. Testing by appointment. Scott was very hospitable and provided helpful information I wasnt aware of when checking me in. Thorough test experience while not being too uncomfortable. Was in and out very quickly. Street parking recommended.

We got there 15min early and they took us right in. Very friendly staff and nice place.Test was painless. We had paid for the 24 hr pcr test and we got it within that time. We got our tests at 5pm and by 7:30am the next morning we received the results.Highly recommend it.

EDIT: Well that went south quickly. They messed up my insurance, I got a bill for $2,000 from a lab, and their only billing contact is via email. Ridiculous.Great place! I never did a b12 shot before & they take insurance for COVID tests. Got a PCR result in less than 10 hours so I could visit family! Elisabeth was great.

Needed a test before a work event - could not have been easier through here! It was a simple appt reservation online, facility felt/looked clean, staff was welcoming and explained the step by step process. Will definitely be returning if future testing is needed.

Sameday Testing offers quick and reliable testing around Los Angeles on a whims notice–both PCR and rapid antigen testing. Their staff, Cynthia and Diego, are incredibly understanding of their patients situations. I came in at last minute notice due to another testing center not providing my results in time before my flight, and the staff was empathetic of the difficult situation although they were 20 minutes past closing. They were incredibly professional and personable as they donated extra time to provide me with a rapid test to get me onto my flight in time. I highly recommend receiving a COVID-19 test from Sameday Testing for these reasons. It is quick, easy, and comfortable!

Diego and Heidi L at the West Hollywood location are the best. I never hadve a long wait and because theyre all around the city, Ive never had to worry about getting an appointment. They also have house calls!

I was in LA for work and needed to be tested for covid in order to gain access to the work site. I downloaded the SameDay App and scheduled my appointment with ease. I was surprised to see all of the SameDay locations in LA. I selected the West Hollywood location since it was so close to where I was staying. After being tested, I received a text message notifying me that my results were available. I logged onto the app and saw my results. I would have given the location a 5 out of 5 that day.I returned today in order to be tested a second time according to my employer’s policy. Today’s visit was just as smooth as the first time around. I was in and out within 15 minutes, both times. The SameDay staff on both occasions were kind, easy-going and quite helpful. The testing site was a well oiled machine. No touch check in, quick service and best of all the test was the most comfortable of all that I have endured. It didn’t even make my eyes tear! I travel for work in the medical field so I have had my fair share of the PCR tests. Kudos and well done everyone.

Had to take the PCR test 11/17 for an international travel for 11/19. Darin was so creative when helping out to solve problems when we were having issues with the app- Jennifer and Tanya helped with testing for me and my daughter. They couldnt be more kind. :) I received the negative results within a few hours and realized my passport number was incorrect. Diego promptly sent SOS to the lab to get it fixed and solved all the stress I had the day before my flight. My daughter made a comment when we left and said they were so kind like family and would definitely use their service again. Huge Thanks to the Eternals Crew! They solved and helped with all the service needed!

Great fast same day experience! Run very smoothly. The only problem was getting the results on your phone. It asked you to enter your date of birth but then you have to page through month by month until you go back to your year which is hundreds and hundreds of clicks. This algorithm needs to be fixed. The older you are the more months you have to click through to validate your DOB

I recently went in to Same Day Health for an Immunity injection. I was recommended for the service by a gentleman named Diego. I was highly satisfied and will definitely be back for future services.

The scheduling was easy, the staff was personable and professional! The test was non-invasive and administered easily. This was definitely The best COVID test I’ve received so far!

Waited 40 min. At the Williamsville NY location. Paid a premium to have an appointment where they tell you there is no wait!! Waited in a small crowded area with many other people. They were down a tester as one called in. Management should have back up staff for this. Especially when you take someone’s money to make an appointment. Same Day, especially this location, is always so courteous and gentle with their covid tests. It’s the only place my kid doesn’t get upset having to go for his tests. Also Iliana at the front is top notch!

Woke up feeling worse than the day before. Eventhough all my symptoms were typical flu symptoms (and I didnt have a loss of smell or taste which is a telltale Covid symptom), I decided to do the right thing and go for a rapid Covid test. I scheduled my appointment online 20 mins before arrival. The place was clean, inviting, staff super friendly (Hey Nurse Nikki), and they were very informative. Received my results within 20 mins. I will absolutely go here again if I ever need to be tested.

Fast, easy, good kind service. The space is calm and like a spa. Funny, it actually felt like a Covid testing Spa. Will go only here if I need future testing.

There were 30 of us who were tested with this business and ten came back inconclusive, and four came back positive. We thought it was odd that almost half of the tests were botched with how much money we spent on the tests. We all retested with another location, and I personally was positive at Sameday but when I took 2 other pcr tests I was negative. The rest of the crew was retested and they were also negative the next day. When LA Health Department called me, I explained the whole situation and they were not surprised and have heard multiple cases with this happening with this business in general. They couldn’t do anything about it because it’s a private business and they work directly with the CDC. It’s insane to me that a private business can give out this much medical misinformation with how much money people spend there. I’m mostly terrified with how many false negatives there are if there were that many gals positives and inconclusive results. I wouldn’t trust this company.

These tests are not conducted properly.The woman giving me the test didnt stick the swab back very far. Their results came back negative. However I went somewhere else the next day and I got a proper test that came back positive.
