From the first phone call to ask questions the woman on the phone was not knowledgeable at all but worse than that no matter what I said it was like she didnt even hear me. I went ahead and went because it was close and I needed the test today. When I got there 5 minutes later had to go through the entire conversation again and it was still like she didnt hear a word I said. Unfriendly, uninterested. Then a gentleman showed up and he was worse. I pitched my board in the chair and drove all the way to the one in Fort Lauderdale that is fabulous. I do not recommend this place. oh, that same girl was going to be drawing my blood. I just thought, nah...that doesnt work for me.

CC was amazing I arrived late and she could have turned me away but didn’t. I explained I’d had surgery and needed to get my UA done for a job I was starting and she immediately jumped into action and gave me my test. IT’s people like CC that makes the world a better place. I want to start by saying that if I can give zero I would, I walked in and I told her that I was there to do a drug test and before saying anything she got so mad, she started yelling at me saying that I can’t do drug test with my child there. I was fine with that. I also called previously, because I didn’t know the address and wanted to know if I needed to get an appointment. But she started just being super rude. Than she called the police on me stating that I wanted to do the drug test with my child there. That’s a lie!!! I was asking for the owners number to complain and said,”I don’t have the the number, I’m tired and don’t have time for you” the police soon arrived, I was not detained. I gave them my information and will never, never go back . By far, the worse place ever l. I was never treated like that anywhere in my life.

Just by looking at the reviews of this place seems very unprofessional and the way that the owner comments back at bad experiences from the clients complaints etc. just shows how rude the staff is and keeps to continue to hire rude people. I will not come here just because Im afraid Ill be standing my ground not getting yelled at by anyone specially if I was to pay there. Nope my business is lost in here.

The service and care that I receive here is amazing. I speak highly of the crew that is at this location. They are extremely pleasant. What you need to get done is done in a timely manner with an abundance of care. Thank you for the great service that I receive every time I go to this location. Very basic with no frillsNot even water. And they dont allow you to wait in their reception area till you can give a specimen, as the gal claims she needs privacy because shes making calls to patients. So you have to wait in your car. Not impressed.

Who wants to be pricked and have folks collect blood-no one! But, if you must, this is a great place to have it done. They are professional and patient. Cici is good at her job; conscientious and gentle. My experience was pleasant with minor discomfort.

The facility is very clean and professional. The staff there were also very professional and helpful. Tonya drew my labs, she was amazing. She made the process fast and painless. She was very personable and friendly. The prices are also straight forward, no surprises. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

I went there today and the lady yelled at me to shut my mouth, I was trying to explain that I paid my exam through the phone and when I get there she told me I have to paid more because they made i mistake and I explained that I told them what I need and it was crazy that now I have to paid more , she started screaming to stop complaining and she didn’t want to do the test and I have to leave the place , them I told here ok so refund the money and she started screaming again I want to review the cameras and I’m going to call the police.She can’t be working there she has problems. I’m going to do a report on Monday for me this was crazy I was so scared I’m not trusting my results with here

Best experiance I have had getting blood taken anywhere! I usually go to Lapcorp or Quest. I have very bad veins and the woman who drew my blood was professional, personable and very good at her job. She made me feel relaxed and heard. Extremely affordable, if you do not have health insurance and excellent customer service overall. I would reccomend this location to anyone!

The nurse is very good but the white American lady that works on sat is horrible. Very Rude and hang up the phone on me just because we called asking for the results and she said she don’t have time to send a email then we called again many times and she on purpose putting on voice mail.So we lost our appointment because of her and thE fact that she never sent the test and we lost money for the test.Very unprofessional!

Great place for a child blood draw! The tech was very knowledgeable and hit the vein on the first try. The owner even helped by holding the arm and even gave her a small, new, teddy bear when it was done! Great place and very cost effective.

Ceecee and Jackie were very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Also it was clean, fast, and a good deal! Would go back and recommend to others!

Had my DNA test done here nurse was very helpful, informative and everything when smoothly, I had my results with in the week as I was informed perfectly. I wish they accepted my insurance for other text but its what it is, Im happy with my employer, thank you!

Not recommended. 100 dollars wasted. Waiting for more than 10 hrs. My daughter took the covid 15 min rapid test in west palm beach fast test now and didnt get any results.

The person who made the nasal swap in WPB was rude and unpolite. please use calm and dont be nervous!

Why wouldn’t they take insurances for basic testing ? No wounder so many people are at risk for STDs. $299 for STD testing SMH
