My husband and I had an amazing first telehealth visit with Dr. Loy! He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We are grateful to our PCP and for his referral to Dr. Loy. We have had nothing but 5 star experiences with all of the staff, from the first call to set up the appointment to today’s initial consult. If anyone we know is seeking fertility help, we will definitely send them Dr. Loys office information! So thankful!

Dr. Loy is our second fertility doctor in Orlando and my husband and I both left our first appointment so confident and relieved that we made the right decision to switch. I learned so much (even though I thought I had researched enough to be a fertility specialist myself) and I feel confident he is taking our personal situation and truly finding the best plan. I felt like he would have stayed in the room with us for as long as we needed. P.S Dr Loy- keep up the sharpie drawings.

THREE YEARS OF TIME WASTED AND NEVER MET THE DOCTOR IN PERSON. Dr. Loy lacks compassion and sympathy for his patients. Dr. Loy additionally failed with the correct dosage of medications for IVF not once, but twice. When my wife asked what we could prepare to do next to achieve a family, he made an uncalled personal attack at her saying she needed therapy for anger management. Dr. Loy lacks bedside manner and the capabilities to help others.After multiple failed attempts of IUI and IVF, I question if CRM makes attempts to NOT help couples get pregnant because the longer youre a patient the more money they can make.We had Dr. Loy as our fertility doctor for more than three years and we never met him in person! More than three years of communication through an app and the entire process was lackluster with zero guidance for the plan of care. The best part is when you get to the point of doing injections, they send tutorial videos and thats it! No in office visit to teach the patient how to properly mix medications with needles and administer injections. My wife and I made two expensive attempts to start the IVF process - both failed before getting to the egg retrievel procedure.Our entire experience with CRM has been nothing but horrendous.

Dr. Loy was very warm and very knowledgeable. He was very good at explaining the process, which is all very new to us. He answered all our questions and made sure we had all the information to make the right decision.

Dr. Loy is a true professional with the highest moral compass/ethical standards. We financed 3 fertility treatment rounds up front and after our 1st round the financing company filed chapter 7 bankruptcy effectively vaporizing the funds for the other 2 into thin air. Without hesitation he offered to uphold the contractual agreement we had with a 3rd party, which he did not have to do. This really says a lot about the kind of physician/person he is and the positive culture he created. My wife and I have been seeing him over the past several years with two successful transfers. He been on the cutting edge of fertility treatments for decades and yet is always refining their process with current Science. I will say I will really miss his dry erase drawings on his glass desk, which he impressively did upside down from across the desk, to make the complicated process seem elementary. We have had 2 successful transfers! Thanks Doctor LOY!

I had a great experience with Dr Loy. He was very nice and I appreciated his calm and positive energy. He explained everything thoroughly and I loved the drawings. He made me feel optimistic about the future and most importantly heard.

A great experience. Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable and very efficient and quick with testing. I feel very good about the work they do and its evident they help many people through these stressful times. Dr. Loy provides a comprehensive step by step review of everything and explains details of the fertility plan. CRM is the absolute gold standard for fertility patient education today.

My friend was an IVF success 30 years ago delivered by Dr. Loy so you can tell how experienced Dr. Loy is.Dr. Loy is easily one of the most professional doctors I have met in the States. He went through all necessary fertility tests with me and my husband at once and then met with us with a thorough plan. After 3 rounds of IUI we have our precious baby. I would also like to thank Pamela. She was very caring and efficient throughout the whole process. All the staff at the center are organized and nice.

Dr. Loy is amazing. He listens to any questions you have and takes all of your concerns seriously. He is personable, and kind and patient. He is also honest and straight to the point. A lot of celebrations happen with Dr Loy, but there are also heartbreaking things that happen too, such as a failed IVF. Dr Loy is right there with you the whole way. He is the best Reproductive endocrinologist in the area. Trust him and he will go above and beyond for you.

Never in my life have I experienced a clinic that was so efficient, easy, quickly, and thorough. Just wow. What a pleasure it is to receive care and services at this place from the ladies here. The doctors are just an extra plus 😉

I don’t even know where to begin but I will start with “5 stars is not enough!” My husband and I first started out infertility journey back in 2017 and we were both very scared, prior to meeting Dr. Loy’s team. Dr. Loy is absolutely outstanding! Every step of the process was explained in thorough detail, which we found extremely helpful and put us at ease for next steps. Every step for every new process was explained, again in perfect detail and if we had follow up questions there is a team of nurses and experts to guide us along the way. This journey is a scary one for sure, but we were in perfect hands. The experience couldn’t have been better! The staff is beyond compassionate, kind and after 5 years they really do feel like family. We were recently discharged as we are expecting our first bundle of joy in January 2023. We are beyond blessed and so thankful that Dr. Loy’s team made this miracle happen! We are forever thankful!

I was a patient at CRM between 2018-2020. Dr. Loy and the entire practice at CRM were phenomenal in aiding with diagnosis and treatment for a complex clinical problem, which allowed us to begin our family. Dr. Loy provided assistance with contacting other providers for further testing/biopsies that were needed and ran thorough/appropriate labs for my diagnosis in office. Prior to my care at CRM, my husband and I experienced three losses with associated medical repercussions. Throughout the entire process Dr. Loy was honest, informative, diligent, and caring. No appointments felt rushed and communication from staff (i.e., Pamela) was prompt in response. My experience at CRM was more than I could have hoped for. The staff is really kind and Dr Loy is so knowledgeable, respectful, and very easy to talk to. They absolutely made my dreams come true and I would recommend them to anyone needing some extra help in the fertility field.

She is such a blessing, and the amount of support she has provided to me along the way is something I just can’t put into words. We couldn’t say enough great things about Doctor Loy and his practice as well as his staff. Doctor Loy is always positive and consistent in his approach. Overall experience was good! I don’t have any complaints about my experience. I can say there are some opportunities. I am huge on service, which some nurses lacked during this experience. For example: if a patient repeats a question, its us processing what you are trying to tell us. Being quick in your speech should not be given to someone trying to process the directions. Remember you live in this environment, and patients visit this environment. This life experience requires gentleness, kindness, understanding, empathy, and patience with and towards the patients, which I feel some nurses could have done a better job. Dr. Loy was AMAZING; I would definitely recommend anyone to him. It’s some of the stuff that reflects otherwise.

Dr. Loy is a very thorough doctor and I appreciate that the most. He has brought up concerns that no other doctor has in the past and makes sure we are all in the same boat and understanding. He is clearly, very educated and passionate in his work. He had his suspicious about what may have been going on with me ,while I did not due to not having typical symptoms and of course he was correct. Im glad I continued treatment with him.

Dr. Loy is amazing. First impressions are everything and Dr. Loy definitely made me feel very comfortable and like I can talk to him about anything. Looking forward to my IVF journey with him.

I really love that Dr. Loy remembers details about me & my husband even though we havent seen him in a while. I also really like that he will explain procedures & educate you on any questions you have about anything. We have had nothing but positive encounters with everyone at CRM that we have been in contact with. I will say, if you listen and follow the instructions everyone at CRM provides, it will make the processes much smoother. Im also big on taking notes in addition to all the info they provide online and on worksheets, especially with answers to additional questions I have. I recommend everyone do this because at the end of the day it will assist in being more successful in going through this journey and keep your mind more at ease.

After reading rave reviews and being referred to Dr Loy, through a friend, I was excited to visit Dr Loy for a second opinion. I had two previous failed IVF cycles with no explanation of why they did not work. I had PGT testing done and I did have an excision surgery afterwards and found out I had endo. He took this an an opportunity to focus on my BMI (29), even though his clinic would be more than happy to treat me as an IVF patient at that BMI. He was quick to skim over my husband’s problematic results. I felt he was grasping at straws and very much adding to the narrative that infertility is on the woman. Please consider carefully if you are an average size woman in the year of 2023 or after.

My experience with Dr. Lloy has been great! He is very knowledgeable and explains everything patiently, he has understood my medical needs, has ordered thorough exams and formulated a treatment plan Im very happy with. His approach to medicine matches my lifestyle (diet, exercise, supplements). Super happy with Dr. Lloy!

I have been Dr.Loy’s patient for over a year now and I have had a very positive experience with him through our troubles with infertility though I haven’t gotten pregnant as yet.We faced a few health issues as well as a cycle failure which is something inevitable with IVF.But through this whole ordeal Dr.Loy has been understanding kind and sympathetic towards us and our problems.He always lends a ear to any questions we have and answers them most patiently.He has been an amazing doctor this far and has never made me doubt my decision to stay his patient.Would definitely recommend him to anyone facing the same trials as us when it comes to having a baby!

We saw Dr. Loy after 3 years of TTC. We went to another local RE before him and had a terrible experience. I was worried about CRM because it is a large office and I did not want to feel like a number. A friend highly recommended Dr. Loy so we decided to give him a try and we are so thankful we did! He was very patient with all of our questions and would back up recommendations with data and sources. We never felt rushed in our appointments and his staff was very helpful at all times. Dr. Loy found my Endometriosis and helped me conceive my son and we are forever thankful for him!

Dr Loy was a very pleasant and funny doctor. He made it very easy for my anxiety about my 3 month anticipation. It was well worth the wait. Thank you Dr. Lamert and Celebration OB/GYN for referring me to a great Dr and new possibilities.

I like Dr Loy but the process with CRM has been frustrating. It starts with communication. I was told that I could be getting pregnant in June, yet the process has been so cumbersome that I’m not even getting my 2nd consultation until June. I was told almost 2 months ago that I needed to do Lupron shots for 2 months, yet CRM hasn’t started them yet. I have friends doing IVF elsewhere and their process is so much easier and smoother. There are so many hoops to jump through and processes that hold up my journey. At 45, I don’t have a lot of time to waste.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Loy and the whole team at CRM! The wait times are never more than 15 minutes, they are always available when you need to voice concerns, and they truly care about your personal story and difficulties that led you to their office. Our first round of IVF worked and we are now pregnant with our miracle baby, thank you Dr. Loy and CRM!

Dr. Loy and CRMs patient coordinator, Karissa have been true blessings to us on our journey to become parents. From day one, he made us feel comfortable, did all kinds of drawings to make sure we understood what was going on and gently answered all of my questions. Dr. Loy explained everything in detail and was very supportive of helping my husband and I while being honest and to the point at the same time. The nurses have been AMAZING with all of my follow up questions and explanations.

We have a beautiful son now all thanks to Dr. Loy. He guided us with diet to prepare our bodies to have the best chance of having a child. Very hands-on with explaining all the procedures and the science behind his recommendations. All the staff is personable and create a welcoming atmosphere. We will be visiting him later this year with our son.

Dr. Loy was incredibly nice when we had a telehealth appointment on the phone in January. However, the office keeps trying to bill me as a no-show for that appointment and is telling me that I am lying about even having the appointment.If you can stomach rude people in the office, Dr. Loy is very kind himself.

We had our approintmenr with Dr.Loy, which was a virtual session, the impressive part was doctor suggesting us the aspects of lifestyle like the organic foods and proffered diet. at least for us as a couple who went through this process in the past no one has ever suggested us on the food. and the he too time to explain certain detail by drawing on a virtual white board. We loved working wih Dr. Loy! We did three rounds of IVF and he never stopped working hard to figure out what would work for us.We came back to Dr. Loy 2 years after having our daughter. Now we are 9 weeks with our second IVF baby. Dr. Loy is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart.We will be back in 3 years to try again with our last frozen blastocyst!

We absolutely loved being a patient of Dr. Loy!!! He is an excellent doctor who is a bit of a perfectionist :-) and cares deeply about his patients which is a rare quality to find!!! His staff was also incredible ... we love them !!!

Im a new patient in this office. They asked me for a 50$ deposit over the phone before my appointment which I gave them with no issues. They called me again before my appointment and told me my appointment is at 8:15 and they need the new hire paperwork before the appointment. So I sent a fax with 27 pages to them the day before my appointment. I get to my appointment on time and apparently the nurse tells the front rep that they need to cancel my appointment because I was not told to come in 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time. To get my $50 deposit I have to call the general number now since the office cant help me. Ive currently been on the phone with their general number for 18 minutes and have gotten no where... For a dr with such great reviews his office staff and policies are not worth it.

Our visit was very informative and helpful for the journey we are about to embark on. I appreciate the transparency and the professionalism of Dr. Loy and his staff and recommend CRM.

This doctor REFUSES to see patients who are not legally married for religious reasons. I was told on the phone I would need to take my desire to have a baby with my legal domestic partner elsewhere (I am a woman, my partner is a man). I am still in shock. Is this 21st century United States of America? How can he still be in business?

All of the staff is so kind and friendly. They answer all questions happily, and quickly. There are many great resources to get help and answers and it’s been a great experience thus far!
