Called today (10/2/24) to try to get some help and the receptionist was rude, curt, and very dismissive. They did not offer any help and made it seem like I am not welcome after explaining my situation. This is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. The service here has gone downhill since my first visit. I suggest going to Crew Health Orlando or Miracle of Love Orland instead.

My experience here is always really endearing. Paola at the front desk always goes above and beyond. Paul in case management always has my back. Dr. Rowe is thoughtful, informative, patient, kind, and professional. As odd as it is, I look forward to the lab work preceding my doctor’s appointment because the medical assistants are so easy to vibe with.

So this was an awesome experience as far as doctors go. Immediately upon walking in, I felt as though I were in a welcoming environment, which helped my already anxious self be able to calm down. I was then then greeted by the front desk that gave the most sincere welcome and got me started on my paperwork for the visit. Shout out Paola for being so kind and understanding! I then was called back and met Jenna which provided one of the most welcoming explanations of HRT and she showed great compassion and understanding in order to help me on my journey. Thank you to Hope and Wellness for providing such a safe and welcoming environment for transgender people!Kenzie.

Absolutely love this place, super friendly staff. Front desk coordinator Paola was welcoming and lovely to chat with. Dr. Jenna W. Is super friendly, personable, respectful and informative. Nurses who took my blood work were so funny and kind. I would highly recommend this place 100%.

Dr. Rowe is an amazing doctor! But, the front desk people tend to be very disrespectful and quite ableist. They have both been discriminating towards my disabled partner and myself, disabled trans person. They claimed that they would accommodate us and help both myself and my partner with transportation assistance and then claimed that they it’s not their responsibility to do that later on. Because of that, I tried setting up a telehealth appointment, which they also offered, but then I get the same talk about cancellation, which they caused by saying that they have set up transportation assistance with past assistance, come to find out that didn’t and also lied saying that they never had said that they set up a disability accommodation for transportation. I’m not okay with the obvious gaslighting from the receptionists. Do not go here if you’re disabled and can’t drive!

This is the best doctors experience I’ve ever had. The staff here are truly phenomenal. They go above and beyond for their patients to feel welcomed and safe to discuss some pretty personal things. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you need quality healthcare at an affordable price, then look no further.

I was extremely pleased with this practice. My old practice very suddenly stopped doing HRT (as did many others because of stupid Florida laws). Hope and help for me in within a couple weeks so I could continue my transition without interruption. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is one of the only clinics in the area still doing HRT treatment for transgender patients. Im an adult who has been on this medication for years and the current laws in this state limit my medical care but not at Hope and Help. Fantastic group here from the receptionists to the doctors. Oh and entry is at the back of the building!

I visited Hope and Help Center last week to get a routine STD screening and I was so impressed with their care! The entire staff was welcoming and very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. Nicole is an amazing nurse and reassured any of my worries. She made me feel so relax and comfortable during my blood work as I explained to her that I have a fear of needles. She was so patient with me and explained the steps as she was doing the process which made the experience a lot more inclusive and I enjoyed how thorough and clean her work ethic is! I would highly recommend this facility for any of your healthcare needs.

My visit with Dr Rowe is exceptional, he always takes his time and listens to you.I also had my blood drawn by the phlebotomist. I forget her name, but she is the sweetest, and most caring person. She always asks about my well being, is very professional and you can tell she loves what she does. I highly recommend this place for your medical needs.

Wow! So many great things to says! I called to confirm if Dr. Robert Rowe was accepting new patients and thank god he was. The Young man who answered the phone was so helpful and sweet, the front desk lady was so welcoming and sweet just walking in i felt such great energy. The nurse OMG she was just so great I mean she helped calm me down she even held my hand! Dr. Robert you are amazing! He listened to every concern I had and he gave me so much information and he made me feel so comfortable to express all my concerns. As a woman sometimes it’s a little uncomfortable getting ourselves checked out but Dr. Robert is so welcoming and makes you feel heard! This place is filled with amazing employees who love what they do and now in days you don’t come across such a great medical team like this one! I am so glad Dr. Robert is now my pcp! And a FYI this place is judgement free and welcomes the LGBT community as well!

Hi everyone... want to tell you about my experience as the spouse of a patient at Hope and Help. Jamie Hartman is absolutely heaven sent I called her at 6 oclock in the morning hysterical about help for my husband and she told me not to worry that she would do everything she could and going forward she went far and beyond. Caseworker Paul Maldonado is a gift he addressed all our issues like a superhero made us feel so valid and that everything we was going through was going to be ok. when you come to hope and help you are greeted by Stephen the receptionist, he is an absolute breath of fresh air he makes you feel soooo welcome and comfortable & always ready to assist you in any way. Hope and help is an amazing place that makes sure you know that you are more than just another patient that youre important and i would refer anyone here @ HOPE AND HELP THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!

The good thing about this place is that they charge you based on income.In my experience though, the receptionist who I believe is Loretta has been unprofessional over the phone and borderline rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to people and for a receptionist I really think she needs to pipe down. I will not be coming back here because she makes me feel uncomfortable and judged.

So thankful to have found this gem! Income based and they did not take all day to see, treat and send me off. Was given information about Covid vaccine but not forced to take it. Felt comfortable and seen as a person not a number.

The staff has been nothing but amazing. From the moment I️ spoke to the receptionist to schedule an appointment to the moment I️ walked out the door. They were all super friendly & made me feel welcomed & comfortable.

This was this best experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility I was a little nervous but Mel was so cool , relaxed and so knowledgeable that I forgot about my anxiety this place is awesome Thanks Mel

Since the day I was informed of my condition, Metron and Paul were right there by my side. 2 years later they are still 2 very special people to me. The entire staff here are all very special people that go above and beyond to assist all of there clients. The front desk lady is not mean shes actually very helpful and does her job beautifully I love her. I really hate going to Doctors but here makes feel pretty comfortable like Im not an outcast

So if you come here for quick professional medical care you definitely get that from medical staff. The front desk receptionist on the other had will insist on speaking to you in Spanish based on just your name alone. Doesn’t bother speaking in English first to ascertain if you speak Spanish just comes over the phone in Spanish asking can I speak to such and such in Spanish. MicScuse me Loretta? Lazy and unprofessional front desk female employee I have to make everyone aware of whom you will be dealing with. Get a better front desk individual that knows how to conduct themselves on the phone or in person. I mean several reviews about her can’t be just a coincidence lol get it together people.

Everyone who works here is so helpful and sweet and accommodating. They are truly wonderful, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. When I called, Robert Reyes was super helpful.

I came to Hope and Help looking for friends and help even though at the time I didn’t know I could be helped. Through the friendship I built with Steve Addona he eased his way in. I had applied for SSDI 2x’s and Steve found a site for me to obtain legal services. I am very happy now to say not having an income for 5 years my appeal was overturned and now have a favorable opinion and will get back pay as well as a month income. Thank you Steve for your tireless efforts.

When I went here it took them 4 weeks for them to call me back then another couple of months of me calling nearly every day with no answer and then finally when I decided to go somewhere else they call me back the next day So I will never go here a gain

It is an excellent place, the people who serve are friendly, they make sure that you feel comfortable and especially that you take your medications. They guide you through everything and follow the treatment step by step.
