There is not enough space in this box to share what a wonderful experience I had at The IVF Center! After having two horrible experiences at New Hope located in Virginia Beach, VA, I sought out Dr. Laurel Stadtmauer located in Florida, as her reputation is widely known across the country as being one of the best and most clinically sound. From day one, she and her team embraced me and personalized the experience to meet me where my body was and adjust accordingly. I never felt like I was just a number like my previous experiences. The IVF Center customized protocols to create a treatment plan that we all felt comfortable with pursuing! The communication was constant as o traveled back and forth to make my dream a reality! Thanks to Dr. Stadtmauer and team, I ended up with a beautiful baby boy!

FIRST TRY IUI SUCESSSJust want to say thank you so much for giving me my blessing . I would recommend this clinic 100x if i could ! From the beginning they have been understand answering all my questions. Every call they were there to ask answer my questions! Even if I called multiple times in a day! I got pregnant on my first try of doing a IUI. Definitely coming back here for my next! My baby will be 6 months August 6th! I hope to bring her to y’all soon ! Thank you from the both of us ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot say enough about the IVF Center! Dr. S has been incredibly caring and invested in our family since day one. We were looking for a clinic that would do an embryo transfer using adopted embryos and they were happy to help. The entire team is very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Leslie (our coordinator at the center) went above and beyond working with our adoption agency to help us find a great match for our family. She was always quick to answer my many questions and has been one of the best cheerleaders along the way. We have enjoyed working with the team here and would highly recommend the IVF Center!

The IVF Center is absolutely amazing. Having moved and worked with multiple practices in different cities, I am continually surprised by the level of Care and Support on this team of professionals. I had a member stay late after work one day to take my blood sample, because I was going to be out of town the following day. Her staying late prevented me from having to control the IVF cycle with birth control, and we jumped right in! Their dedication is truly amazing, and we wouldn’t be expecting our firstborn without their support. Very thankful we found this practice when we moved! 🤍

Laurel Stadtmauer, M.D., Ph.D Is incredible! My first baby died bc of medical negligence so trying again was terrifying. My standard for care is through the roof bc I have seen thr other side of poor care. From the time I walked into the office to meeting Dr. Stadtmauer, I was overwhelmed with kindness by their entire team! Tianna was AMAZING! The Doctor listened compassionately and fully to my story and came up with a fair and cautious treatment plan. She was hopeful yet also realistic. I appreciated her calm demeanor and thorough time she spent with me…. Fast forward to today. After one round of treatment, I am almost 4 months pregnant! And I am 43 years old!! I cannot say enough about this practice and the people that work there. Please give Sr. Stadtmauer a chance! Shes brillant and so is Tianna! Thank you all!

I am a current patient at The IVF Center and I just had to leave a 5 star review. They are amazing! Dr. Trolice of course is phenomenal, he is very intelligent and listens to his patients and gives the best recommendations based on their situation. Katrina is who I have been communicating with the most along my journey. She is truly the best and she is so sweet. She always responds in a timely manner with so much knowledge and explains everything very very detailed so that I never feel anxious or confused about anything. I could not be more thankful to be a patient at The IVF Center for my infertility journey.😊❤️Had to update my review, after my first cycle of letrozole and the trigger shot, me and my husband were able to conceive! I initially started my fertility journey many years ago . Unfortunately , many life circumstances created some temporary barriers , one major barrier was the pandemic . I thought my door was closed after that .However , I was recommended Dr. Trolice by my GYN and meet him a few years later.Now, with another barrier in front of me; advanced age and also now taking on this journey as a potential single mother I was determined to take a chance .See, I had been turned away by multiple other local facilities due to my age and my circumstances.However , DR. Trolice immediately reassured me that he would listen to me as an individual and not just my age. I truly felt that he heard me and had my best interest as we discussed a realistic plan.Since, then I have been working very closely with his nurse Leslie , whom without I wholeheartedly wouldn’t have made it this far. I have leaned on her day in and day out . Her encouragement, knowledge and response time to my multiple questions surpasses any care I have ever received.Cristina always greets me with a smile so early in the morning. I feel like Home when I walk into the office even though I’m an alone, I never feel alone.Blood draws are never fun but yet another part of this fertility family that makes it easier , so proficient and respectful .While I am still in this journey . I had to write a testament to how grateful I am to DR. Trolice and his team for truly giving me a chance that not only other physicians wouldn’t but also that life has not Given me naturally.I trust and have lived the experience that they are in this journey with me , to find the best and happiest answer for my future .To be continued 🍍 🍍

By the time I turned 32, I had never been pregnant. When I met my husband, neither of us had children, and we both wondered if something was wrong with us. I went to an OBGYN for a Hysterosalpingogram, after which the doctor informed me that both my tubes were blocked and I needed surgery! What devastating news for a woman... I decided to seek another opinion from a fertility doctor, and my coworker recommended Dr. Trolice. Initially, we tried another doctor we werent satisfied with before finally meeting with Dr. Trolice. Upon reviewing the image of my HSG, he noted that something seemed off, suggesting incompetence on the part of the previous technician. He offered to perform a reevaluation at his clinic, and to our relief, everything appeared clear on both sides! I must emphasize that the procedure, which had previously been uncomfortable, was remarkably comfortable under Dr. Trolices care. He showed genuine concern for my emotional and physical well-being. As my husband encountered complications, we embarked on the IVF process. The entire staff, from Cici at reception to the caring nurses and coordinators, was incredibly supportive throughout. Unfortunately, IVF was not successful for us, but neither Dr. Trolice nor we were ready to give up. This time, with the assistance of Dr. Witt, who collaborates with The IVF Center, we attempted IUI after stimulating my husband. Our coordinator, Katrina, was like a ray of sunshine, always cheerful, positive, and supportive, no matter how early or how many questions we had. I had a good feeling about this process, and it paid off! Now, as we finally experience success, everyone at the center continues to be supportive and genuinely happy for us. Katrina is still here for us, and Dr. Trolice checked in. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone we had the privilege to work with for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you for giving families like ours hope and happiness.

We are one of the humbled & blessed couples to say we have had a successful experience with the IVF Center! Dr Trolice was warm & comforting at the consultation & makes you feel so welcome. Dr Chen, who did our egg retrieval & 2nd embryo transfer was so professional and kind and easy to talk to. Even when we knew she was super busy, she always made it feel like she was there just for us. Christina Rostad, bless her, answered my gazillion questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering her and was attentive & quick to respond throughout the whole process. She is seriously the glue that helps hold it all together for you throughout the journey. We had 2 rounds of IVF, successful on the second. I’m so glad I switched from CRM to the IVF Center as they made me feel special and heard and was sensitive to the situation which is what I really needed. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

I went to the IVF center in December of 2022 after struggling with fertility challenges. I was at my lowest point and was just grateful for any help! They did an extensive blood test which shined light on several medical issues that were potentially impacting my ability to remain pregnant. They were there every step of the way and provided multiple options of how to move forward, as I didn’t want to jump right into IVF. I got partnered with Katrina, when I was taking fertility meds and she was fantastic! So easy to talk to and always there with questions! We had a success story and she called me to tell me I was pregnant in March of 2023! Our baby is now almost 5 months and everyday I am grateful that we went to the IVF Center.

I have been working with Dr. Chen and IVF coordinator Christina at the IVF Center since November of 2023. Every single step of this difficult process has been handled with the utmost care, understanding and gentleness. Dr. Chen stops and listens, answers questions and the entire team is so patient, even when I have a million questions. Highly recommend the IVF Center for their professionalism, patience and care.

Dr. Trolice and his team were absolutely wonderful… it was a bumpy 3-year journey, however, I always felt cared for with empathy and encouragement. Hats off to Katrina Turner and the IUI team and Christina Rostad with the IVF team out of the Winter Park location— their communication was excellent, recommendations extremely helpful and the portal helped expedite the sharing of critical information and getting prescriptions in so quickly! Not to mention the ease of working with the finance team, who helped me to find the most sense-worthy approach to covering costs. I am grateful for Dr. Trolice and Dr. Stadtmauer, who together handled our three IUI procedures, egg retrieval and two IVF transfers. We are expecting twins in July and I look forward to the IVF Center to introduce them to the entire team.

WORST clinic ever. I did 2 egg donor cycles here. On the first cycle there were 0 (zero) embryos, Doctor Trolice (and doctors in other clinics) said my husband’s sperm quality is good, and ended up saying is bad luck, so I pay a second cycle, and We get only 1 early blast! The day of the transfer in the lab they gave me the picture of the embryo of another couple!!! saying it was my early blastocyst, later they came back saying that wrong picture was shared to me. Then, It was “transferred” after 20 minutes of Trolice trying to transfer, which I’m sure he did not put the embryo in the correct place and it was a negative pregnancy. (Transfers do not last that long so is clear that he was not able to transfer the embryo) That is not the worst part, Dr Trolice did an hysteroscopy without anesthesia, it was a terrible, terrible pain that I have never feel before. Seriously get out of this clinic.

I’m so happy I chose this facility. The staffs are amazing . As soon as you’re in your appointment they get you rolling quick! Always keeping updated even just to ask how I’m doing!! My husband and I have been trying for 10 + years and I’m so confident our trying is coming to an end at the IVF CENTER . If you want amazing services and to feel like you’re not alone. This place is the place to be !!!!!UPDATE : we are pregnant!!!!! We are now 6 weeks and 6 days . We couldn’t even thank absolutely everyone here at the IVF center enough. From the front desk to the assistants to the doctors. I’m so sad to leave them that’s how amazing they are . You leave feeling more than a patient but more like family ! These girls are everything . Thank you guys so much for our dream come true!

Dr Mark Trolice and his team at the IVF Center are incredibly compassionate and wonderful. I have had such a positive experience with all of them. IVF can be very overwhelming but this team eases a lot of those anxieties. Christina, the IVF Coordinator is SO sweet and thorough with all that IVF entails. She answers every question with compassion and always takes the time to educate me more about what is coming next. Kiara is so welcoming and friendly, even at 7am! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff here!

Dr. Trolice and his team are wonderfully supportive regardless of what your fertility situation is. I went in for a consultation and he was open and honest about my journey and the fact that he didn’t think I needed fertility treatment but that I needed to have a little more patience and take care of my body. His team still provided me with helpful information and best practices while trying to conceive and 4 months after my visit I was able to conceive naturally! The best part was that his team was there to take care of me and answer all of my first trimester questions, do blood work and an early ultrasound to put me at ease since my previous pregnancy was a miscarriage. I cannot thank this team enough for the support, motivation and positivity they provided me during I time I was sad and frustrated. I am so grateful they were recommended to me because they took care of me at the same level as an IVF patient and showed me true kindness and support when I needed it most.

The IVF Center is trully Gods blessing to our family. I came there, Nov, 2023 from failed IVF from CRM Winter Park. The time, the money, vision of having a family failed with the previous clinic.Gods answer me when I go online and search for a clinic who can work for older aspiring mothers who suffered from infertility. Me and my husband were so happy to meet Dr. Chen and the IVF Center team. From the receptionist to the lab, nurses and doctors all have shown compassion, dedication, support, and genuine care for their patients.I am trully blessed for Dr. Chen, she gave us new hope to look for. My husband is 75 y/o and I am 39 y/o both arent well candidate but they look differently to our case, listen to our story and make a plan on how we can achieve our dream baby.I am 8 weeks pregnant now, I got 2 healthy embryo transferred 2/25/24. I had positive pregnancy test 14 days after. After 6 weeks baby has a healthy heart beat on ultrasound.Unlike, the previous clinic, the experience with IVF center is awesome, wonderful very rare u can found a infertility clinic who can deliver a real compassionate experience to their patients.To all aspiring soon to be mother, go and be not afraid to talk to IVF center doctor and get help with your infertility. Dr Trolice and his staff were very caring and supportive throughout the process. We had several attempts at IVF and the compassion and service they provided was very comforting. Overall the experience there helped us become the parents we always wanted to be.

Not only did I put in a request twice on their website for an appointment, I called and left two voicemails in the span of a week. They could be the best in the world but considering I can’t even get someone to answer the phone shows that they’re not the right fit for me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I would appreciate a call or email from the owner. I have been trying to voice concerns through proper chain of command, and have continued to be either ignored or given the run around and excuses.Many negative complaints to voice about care coordinator, Tianna and billing department, Niki.

Dr. Trolice and his team were amazing. He is the reason I am 16 weeks pregnant. After 5 failed IUI , I wasnt sure if I would ever become a mom. Dr. Trolice and I didnt give up. We moved forward with IVF and it was successful the first round. I highly recommend his practice.

I was hesitant to leave a review but if it helps ONE person on such a delicate decision then Im going to leave my opinion and our experience.If you want personalized care, we didnt recieve it. We were here for three transfers and I kick myself for letting my wife go through it with this clinic so many times. I know its all probability but the way this office handles people is like an assembly line. Your just a number and they need you to pay the bills. Trolice is Insensitive and impersonal. Im so thankful we were able to go elsewhere and have our miracle baby.Goodluck to all the future families!

If I could give this place ten stars, I would. Dr. Trolice showed my family a level of compassion and kindness I didnt even know existed in the medical field. Thanks to him and the wonderful team at The IVF Center, were expecting a miracle baby girl in June. I felt so well prepared and informed every step of the way. It was always easy to contact my IVF coordinator Christina with any questions, and she was always so nice! She never made me feel like a bother, even when I was worried I had a silly question. Well definitely be back for our remaining three embryos!

I had a wonderful experience at the IVF center. We conceived on our first round of IUI with Dr Trolice and are 5 months pregnant! We started with full infertility testing of both my husband and I after we spent 8 months prior to coming to the center trying to conceive and both of us are over 35. We discovered we had unexplained infertility. This was frustrating because we didn’t know what to “fix” so we went the conservative route of timed intercourse with ovulation meds despite Dr Trolice and Katrina telling us it would be very unlikely that would increase our chances and I didn’t have ovulation issues. They were patient with us for months of doing this while we warmed up to the idea of IUI as the next step. We met with Dr Trolice multiple times and he was always a professional. Some reviews paint him as maybe too blunt but I like that he didn’t sugar coat anything. We were there with a goal. Katrina is a GODSEND to the IVF center. She prepared me for every step, checked in on me, answered all my wild questions with the same compassion as talking to a best friend, and 100% rooted for us. Given this is an emotionally draining process, she kept us going in more ways than can be conveyed in a google review!! Everyone was kind, Nikki the financial counselor and I disagreed on some of the finances at the very beginning, and she happily got involved with a 3 way call to insurance to make sure we figured it out. I forget everyone’s name there too but we were treated with kindness throughout our entire journey. When I did the IUI procedure I was told it was imperative you come mentally prepared and relax, and it was over in 5 minutes and painless. I really appreciated that Dr. Trolice, during the IUI, told me he wanted to adjust the position of the catheter to ensure the IUI was done perfectly. So he took his time to make sure it was done with the highest chances of working. Looking at my husbands sperm in the test tube beforehand is pretty wild itself. We came back in two weeks and had our little growing baby confirmed. Obviously looking back we should have just done IUI first as was advised but I am so glad they let us take our time as we had our own biases we needed to work on of wanting to conceive “naturally”. We will be back to visit with our baby!!(For privacy concerns, name is completely altered)

Professional staff who treats you with compassion. Very responsive and patient with questions or concerns. Highly recommend The IVF Center.

TLDR: I’ve never had a worse doctors office experience then here. I’d avoid this at all cost.1. They are always behind and you have to wait at least 20 minutes to be seen. Sometimes even an hour or more.2. They are incredibly callous. While my wife is going through an incredibly painful procedure they act like it’s not a big deal. Get this: they even asked her to watch her language after saying one F word after getting a piece of her uterus cut out. I was absolutely shocked. Never asked if she was ok, didn’t tell her what they were doing, just acted as if she was asleep for a procedure they gave no sedation for.3. They were incredibly insensitive about our weight. I get that the main doctor is rail thin but they have no clue how to handle a sensitive conversation like weight. If they couldn’t handle that, I couldn’t imagine how they’d handle even harder conversations that are common in fertility treatments.We left for another clinic and it’s like night and day. Please don’t waste your time going here.

I only have one nice thing to say about The IVF Center- Juliana and Candace were very nice to work with and listened to my experience with compassion. The same cannot be said about Dr Trolice. He shamed me for even scheduling an appointment and made me feel like something was wrong with me. When discussing my anxiety (which he prides himself on mental health in fertility) he told me obviously therapy isn’t working if I’ve been in it for two years. That should have been red flag #1. He proceeded to tell us everything’s in gods hands and he doesn’t have any doubt we’ll be able to conceive and no treatment or testing is needed but then proceeds to tell his office to order me blood work. I do the blood work, and his office schedules a follow up to review- I saw the results and had some alarming numbers. He calls me for my virtual appointment and then asks why we’re even having this call and dismisses every question I ask and never reviewed my blood work results. I have never been treated so badly from a medical professional. After he tells me nothing is wrong and to stop being anxious, he then rushes me and tells me to do 3 rounds of medication and IUIs and ends the call. After that call left me in shock and incredibly saddened, the office calls to schedule the next steps. Thankfully Juliana was a sweetheart and listened to me explain what happened and helped me talk to the office manager to get my money back.Long story short, do not see Dr Trolice. We switched to RMA Lake Mary and could not be happier with our experience there.

My beautiful baby girl was born on 8/4/21. I am so thankful for Dr. Trolice and all of his staff. They made this experience enjoyable to go through. Most of my appointments were scheduled with Katrina and she’s amazing! She is always pleasant, friendly and compassionate. She answered any questions I had and always completed follow ups later in the day. I cant say enough nice things about her! Everyone I came in contact with at the office was always super nice. I cant wait to return for my next baby. Thank you so much!

I feel inclined to leave this review because The IVF Center is one of the best places for infertility treatment, Dr. Trolice and Dr. Stadtmauer are excellent professionals and God I thank them for their help in making my dream come true; or and my wifes of being parents, that is why I want to highlight that the medical part of the practice is simply spectacular, but however the invoice department, especially Nikki, does not have the same mystique of work that is the mission and vision of the clinic, she does not understand the physical, mental and financial challenges that a family faces when seeking help for their infertility problem and I want to be very honest about this and make it clear that my intention is not to harm the clinic because the doctors and staff are highly professional, compassionate and aware of the work that is carried out there, I just want to share my experience

We cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Trolice and the entire team at the IVF center. Everyone is incredibly polite, caring, and professional - we have truly felt loved and supported during what is a painful and exhausting process. Katrina Turner, the IUI coordinator, has been particularly delightful to work with. The office is incredibly well-run - we are able to be seen quickly and rarely are made to wait, which is impressive given the number of patients. Regardless of our outcome, we will forever be grateful we were referred to Dr. Trolice and his fantastic team. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful staff, kind, caring, and professional. Dr Trolice always went the extra mile and we are so appreciative of his high level of skill and vast knowledge. We highly recommend his practice. I wish I could list all of their names, but every one of the nurses and MAs were always so kind, friendly, and always made me feel comfortable. The surgery staff was amazing and really helped keep me calm and comfortable during some of the most nerve wracking days of my life. It was obvious that they truly care about their patients. Both Christina and Katrina were so wonderful at walking me through every step of the process, answering all of my many follow up questions, and offering a kind word of reassurance or empathy depending on what was needed that day. After years of false diagnosis and suggestions for complicated and expensive fertility treatments in many places, we were fed up until coming here in early 2022.Now we have a 4 month old boy who changed our life forever in a good way :) We didnt do any complex procedures.Dr. Trolice and team were amazing in every aspects like emotional understanding, personalized care, knowledge and approach, cost effectiveness etc.We moved out of Florida but will be forever grateful in our life for coming here.Anyone thinking to go, just get an appointment and meet them for sure. My journey with The IVF Center has been one I will never forget. From the initial consultation to graduating to my OB.The staff and nurses make you feel so comfortable and listen to each and every question or concern you have. You are treated like family.Dr S. Is a very down to earth doctor. She is genuinely excited with each and every milestone that was hit. I cannot say enough good things about The IVF Center, specifically Katrina and Dr. Stadtmauer. My husband and I were unable to successfully conceive and hold a pregnancy for 2 years. We were referred to The IVF Center by friends who had poor experiences at other local clinics, and Im so glad we were! From beginning to end, Dr. Stadtmauer and the team worked with empathy and encouragement and always kept us feeling good and educated about our decisions. We successfully became pregnant after a round of IUI and had our little girl in April! During the IUI process, I had so many questions and worries and even while she was on PTO, Katrina made sure I was taken care of. We cant thank this team enough for helping us build our family and we will forever be grateful to them.

Went in for an appointment couple weeks ago. Haven’t been sent any test results at all. Tried calling the office many times. They never pick up. I will most likely not be going forward with this clinic.

My experience at The IVF Center has been astounding. It has been a very long journey for my husband and I as we have been trying for 3 years to get pregnant. I had all but given up until January of this year, I received an unexpected phone call from Dr. Trolices office to come in for a consultation. I immediately said no, thank you but by the end of the call, I already booked an appointment. I am a firm believer in God and that what is meant to be, will be. All the stars had aligned, and my destiny was waiting right here at The IVF Center. All year long Dr. Trolice had multiple tests done to get to the root of my problems. I am so beyond thankful for his thorough work which is a testament to his compassion for his patients. Dr. Trolice is truly dedicated to his work and helping womens dreams come true. I can happily say that as of last month, we are now pregnant and its all because of Dr. Trolice and his wonderful team!!!! I honestly cannot thank them enough for all of their help!!!

In my personal experience, I had an amazing team working with me and helping me thought all the way! I loved my experience with Dr Trolice and his team. As a patient, I received great customer service and outstanding medical care. I was referred to Dr. Trolice from a friend that had a successful pregnancy. I had been going to CRM for at least two years. I had done a couple of AIs and three IVFS. One resulted in a pregnancy. Two did not. I never felt warmth and as others have said, I always felt like a number here.It was a rough couple of years.When I came to meet Dr. Trolice, he sat with me and my husband for quite a while. He touched on every facet of infertility or as he made it to be, fertility. The second we left that initial appointment, I knew I was where I should be. It felt like a caring, small town doctors office. We developed a plan and we got the nail on the head. This IVF, with one egg, resulted in my amazing identical twin daughters. They just turned 11!!As to one of the other ratings, Dr Trolice chooses to share his personal life with us. It should have no bearing on the miracles that he performs. If this journey doesnt prove fruitful to anybody who has gone to him then thats Gods work and it just wasnt the right time. This doctor is above anything I could have imagined. Its been a long time since Ive wanted to write this review as Ive just been busy with my bundles of joy!Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts...

I have been following up with Dr Mark and their team for past 4 months. I really recommend to everyone. Dr Mark was very detailed and the staffs are really good and informative in each process throughout . Previously I was going to CRM and the dr was good too. But I didn’t satisfied with their office staffs and team. But here quite opposite and I really liked everyone working here and treating us really good! Totally it was cool but one thing is you need to keep certain Amount of money in your pocket throughout the journey. But it’s worthy for a healthy and lovable baby of our life!!!! I am just keeping my fingers crossed 🤞 to get the end positive result! Thank you to the center , Dr Mark and the entire team! I was working close with Christina so she is super cool!!!

My wife Ana and I would like to take this time to say thank you and how we really appreciate Dr Trolice and the team for an outstanding experience! I’ve went to other clinics prior to going to this one and I have to say this was by far the best experience ever! Dr. Trolice and his staff were amazing during this process for my husband and I. Communication was impeccable. They were always so accommodating and understanding. We are happy to say we are now 16 weeks pregnant with our precious baby boy! As someone with endometriosis, I have had a hard time finding doctors who listen to me and dont blow off my problems as normal, including infertility. My Gynecologist referred me here. Dr. Staudmeyer performed a laproscopy, which has help significantly with the biggest issues. Kinda hard to get pregnant when sex hurts so bad that you dont want to do it at all. Now its mostly comfortable, and as a result here I am 8 weeks along!!

Ive been a patient of this clinic since November 2020 After my second miscarriage. Unfortunately I suffered a third right before my first iui which lead me to Dr. Jubiz who is by far the most thorough physician I have ever met in my life!!! All of the staff is amazing they make me feel like family and go out of their way to help and guide me even when Im a mess. I thought about switching to CRM at one point because I know alot of their patients but honestly I didnt get that personal touch that I desperately needed during such a difficult journey and decided to stay with Fertility Care and glad I did! Thank you so much to every single lady in that office ,my amazing Lab technician and both Dr. Jubiz and Dr. Trolice I know it will all work soon ❤️❤️

Anyone battling infertility should visit Dr. Trolice and his team. They gave us hope as we were searching for answers. Their guidance throughout the process comforted us as we experienced the physical, financial, and emotional aspects of this journey. Dr. Trolice was compassionate and honest. His staff was extremely supportive. Every team member (admin, finance, medical) always greeted me with a friendly smile and provided their expertise with such loving care. After tests and IUI attempts, we were fortunate to reach success two different times as a result of the IVF services (both on first round). Our firstborn son is now 3yrs old and we had our second son this year. We are so deeply grateful for the medical expertise, trusted practice and caring support. It has truly been life changing.

The staff is absolutely amazing. A huge shoutout to Dr. Trolice and the BEST and SWEETEST coordinator in the world Kiara. Kiara has always went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were always taken care of. Dr. Trolice made sure that all my questions were answered and I was able to walk away comfortably after every appointment. The patience of these two is so admirable. Highly recommended and would personally answer anyone’s questions if needed.

I am very thankful to Dr. Trolice and his team for their exceptional care. Christina is a wonderful nurse and helps to ease any anxiety. She always responds to emails or questions quickly and gets Dr. Trolice in the loop. She is always caring and compassionate. Dr. Trolice is an amazing doctor who uses his heart and his brain equally in caring for his patients. As a patient the care I received from him will always be dear to my heart.

Save yourself the emotional manipulation and choose another doctor. During my appointment with Mark Trolice he was rude, condescending, aggressive and emotionally manipulative. I was sent to his office by my OB to have a routine procedure done. In addition to flat out denying to do the procedure for me, Trolice also blamed me for my miscarriage and asked me unrelenting questions about how I felt about my previous losses in an effort to incite an emotional breakdown even after I asked to move on from the topic. I felt uncomfortable, angry and trapped. After speaking to a few other friends in the area who have dealt with infertility, this does not seem to be a one-off or the result of a bad day. It’s a shame that someone with such horrific and manipulative bedside manner is one of the few options for people seeking help to grow their families. However, I highly encourage you to go with someone else.

Words can’t even begin to describe how truly amazing our experiences have been with Dr. Trolice & his team at Fertility CARE: The IVF Center. From the breakdown of information (so that you actually understand the processes and science) to the bedside manner that was out of this world, we absolutely struck gold in finding this office!My Wife and I had Dr. T’s (and his incredible staff’s) assistance to start our family and from the very first phone call to our last visit before we were discharged we felt sincerely loved, supported & confidently educated. During both our IUI & IVF cycles we were encouraged and felt that we had our very own group of cheerleaders, like we were the only patients the office had. I know seeking help to start your family can be taxing, costly & emotionally draining (not to mention exhausting) but I urge you, I BEG YOU, to not give up hope and to call Fertility CARE, you will be so thankful you did!!Thank you, Dr. Trolice & everyone at the office! My wife and I had such an amazing experience with Fertility Care. Dr. Trolice and his welcoming staff were always there for us during the IVF process. After multiple losses and dwindling hope we were blessed to find such empathy and care from the Fertility Care office. We are happy to say that we just recently welcomed Baby Nicholas to our family this past April. Thank you Dr. Trolice for being there during the rough times and now during the good times!

We could honestly go on and on about everyone in the office and Dr. Trolice himself. We have never been in a doctors office with such caring, kind, loving people. They make you feel like family, are on top of your treatment plan and call back very quickly. We very, very highly recommend Dr. Trolice and his staff as they do what is best for each patient. We tried another fertility clinic before and it was a horrible experience. We felt like cattle and they had terrible staff members. We found Dr. Trolice and are currently waiting on an embryo transfer! We have never felt more at ease and relaxed during what is an extremely emotional time. We just adore everyone in the office and again very highly recommend them.

Doctor Trolice and all of his staff are such amazing people. We have 3 beautiful IVF babies because of them and we are eternally grateful for these gifts. They made my wife and I feel like family every time we walked in the door. They shared in our joy with every successful pregnancy and mourned with us through our miscarriage and setbacks. I pass by the office every day on my way to work and I always thank him each time. I love these little ones so much. Thank you Doctor Trolice!

My experience with IVF center was great. I am know 8 weeks pregnant. I did the IUI. It was amazing. I got pregnant on the first try. It felt amazing. Me and my other half are very thankful for this place. For helping us accomplish, what we wanted to do. Next year around July we will be welcoming our baby. Everyone there are very nice and friendly and helpful and will walk you through everything. They will keep in touch with you to make sure you are ok and see how things are going. They also answer every question you have for them on the weekend anytime. I am excited to see my little one next year and, I think ivf for all of your help. You guys are great. I love Dr. Trolice and his staff. The nursing staff (mostly i work with Amy) are outstanding in their care. We are currently in the 2 week wait after doing IVF. Dr Trolice has gone above and beyond any expectation I have ever had from any DR.

Katrina and Laurel Stadtmauer were amazing! I came from the center of reproductive medicine and it was just horrible and depressing experience that went no where.But at this facility I was cared for had things explained throughly to me and with treatment I was pregnant within a month. Very grateful!

READ! IMPORTANT:Today, I just had a bad experience with the scheduler/receptionist. She sounded like she hates her job with a passion. While talking with me over the phone, she was yawning and laughing on how to pronounce our last name. She was pushy, unprofessional and rude. Her tone, her approach and her demeanor is hands down negative. The Doctors should know about this, hiring someone who obviously hates her job is bad for business. Her attitude speaks about her personality. The way she converses with patients will drive us away. Negativity in the work place will give negative outcome.Customer Service = Failed.Im a new patient, I am still observing. If they will REPLACE her, the better for everyone. Maybe shes just waiting to get fired or is planning to resign. Who knows.

I am so thankful for Dr Trolice and his team. I will forever be grateful. (I am now 16 weeks pregnant) Also, my nurse Katrina helped me soo much and was there 100% of the time through the process and always made herself available for any questions at ANY time of day. Unfortunately- I had much higher hopes for a member of the PCOS board. I’m a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and very well researched on this topic. The main physician is not willing to look outside of traditional medication to assist with PCOS/endocrine disorders and was very negative towards all of the holistic/supplemental work that I have done to assist my body with my PCOS diagnosis. I have been on a journey to heal my body for over a year, and he has record of every test and each step that I have taken to assist my health. He looked at the my latest lab work and made comments about how those labs were but was not willing to look at previous lab results to see the improvements that have been made for during this journey.His only solution for PCOS is to place someone on birth control and to do IVF when they are looking to start a family. It has been well researched by the community at large that this is not the only way to address PCOS and is in fact only covering up the hormonal dysregulation with medication provided hormones.From the moment you walk into the office, it feels like a used car lot. You go from the front office staff with biometrics and are directly sent to finance to discuss potential options and prices for the visit. If you agree to that, they then take you back to do a weight measurement and vitals. That person then takes you to see the doctor in his office with the huge desk in a definite “holier than thou” feel. My discussion with the physician was less than positive and he was definitely unwilling to hear any other approaches to my issue. We then went for an intravaginal ultrasound where he told me my ovaries were oversized (“huge” was his word) when they were two points past the normal range. His speech and rhetoric were very exaggerated and definitely are fear-based. My PCOS issue also includes inconsistent endometrium lining shedding and he immediately went to “cancer” if I did not get on birth control to improve this inconsistency which is very aggressive stance for this issue.After the scan, we were taken into a small room to meet with someone to go over all of the next testing options and pricing. We paid our visit fee via their online system before that person walked into the room. We were still made to stay to go over all of the next financial options. When we denied all of that and a genetic scan, we were made to sign paperwork stating that we were denying it despite this being our first visit with this group and never doing any genetic or other work with them prior. We left this office as fast as possible.Ultimately, if you’re coming to this group for IVF and medication treatment to get pregnant right away – this is probably a great place to go. But if you were looking to find a physician who supports a holistic mindset and is looking to heal the root issue instead of just getting you to an end goal, this is not the place for you.

I’m currently holding my beautiful 2 month old baby boy thanks largely in part to Dr. Trolice. The care we received from the entire staff was not only top notch but also very compassionate. They also have one of the best embryologiosts and labs which (if you do your research) is really vital to success in IVF. So grateful for everyone here and especially for Dr Trolice for his excellent and compassionate care. He wasn’t the first RE was saw or did treatment with, but he is the only RE we will recommend!

Horrible, horrible place that I would never recommend anyone to ever go to. They dropped a fellow infertility warrior just because she asked a question about a sonogram that they performed on her. She asked for a second opinion from another physician because something seemed off and that physician agreed with her and she went back to discuss this with her doctor at The IVF Center who ignored her and then went on to send her a letter stating that he was dropping her… in the middle of her getting treatment. How cold hearted and honestly deceitful is that??? If you are looking for a clinic that will be honest with you and discuss your REAL concerns with you, this is NOT the clinic for you. I would never recommend them to anyone, ever.

Its difficult to think how to share the appreciation I have for the Fertility CARE team, and the admiration I have for Dr. Trolice. My wife went in feeling hopeless and defeated when we first met with the staff...and not just because of our infertility struggles, but because of the experience(s) we had with another prominent practice in Central Florida. She was quickly comforted in many ways: Dr. Trolice extends sincere compassion, accentuated by the confidence of learned professional. Christina, the IVF coordinator, extends authentic sensitivity which frames her focused and efficient methodology. Katrina, Nikki, Mary and Cece are all welcoming in their demeanor, inspiring hope with each visit. So it is with gratitude that I write this as well as hope and anticipation, because with the help of this amazing team of caring individuals...we are pregnant :)

Well I read and have read good and bad reviews and me personally I tried not to believe that a good doctor will make the same mistake twice. I think it’s just about collecting money and transferring back to back to back to back just because you have the embryos to do so. Changing protocols or knowing the reason (s) of what went wrong he does not have an answer to but quickly will say let’s start on a new cycle and end up with the same results. I will NEVER return to this clinic legal highway robbery, he pump you full of lies and nothing. The nurses are awesome it’s the doctor Dr. Trolice for me lying crook period.

I cant thank Dr. T and his AMAZING staff enough! My husband and I had been trying for 6 years and in 2017 we finally met with Dr. T. Past doctors gave us no hope because of my PCOS, and basically said our dream of having more children would never come true. From the moment we met Dr. T, we were greeted from his amazing staff, Katrina and Cece, with the most heartwarming welcome. It honestly felt like a family more than a doctors office. Dr. T gave us hope, options, and a goal. He never gave up on us because of my PCOS. He is a Godsend and I honestly cant thank him enough for giving us our miracle baby girl! Dr. T and his staff made this whole process so easy and comforting... I honestly couldnt recommend anyone else for fertility help. You will not be sorry having him and his staff in your corner! My husband and I struggled with infertility. The IVF center helped with questions, answers, and concerns along our journey. Definitely recommend them to anyone struggling or your unknown about things go them and they will help with whatever you need.

I came here about six years ago to get pregnant. I don’t look back at our journey a lot. And I’ve never said thank you enough. Every single person that works here is kind, compassionate, gentle and sweet. My daughter is now a little over five. Thank you for helping make our daughter. We love science and Dr. Trolice and all of his staff. She’s perfect, and we couldn’t have done it with out all of you.

Amazing experience at my initial visit with Nadia, Manuela, Katrina, Dr. Trolice, and everyone I encountered. Dr. Trolice took the time to read my records, ask and answer questions, and propose treatment plan while soliciting my input. He was compassionate and knowledgeable. I’m giving this a four star rating which pains me because there are so many great people in this office BUT the last few interactions I’ve had have been so discouraging. This is a very hard and expensive process for most people and we’re going to have a lot of questions and need for reassurance that things will be okay. I’ve left voicemails that haven’t been returned, I was barked out and rushed off the phone in regards to a prescription. Mind you, I made the mistake yes. But the way I was spoken to made me feel incredibly stupid and hurt. I’ve been trying for years to get pregnant, this is my second clinic in under a year since I found out I had insurance. In conclusion, we’re just done trying after all this mess. If you’re claiming to be a family practice, please treat people like family. It may be your job, but it’s life to most of us.UPDATE:I would love to thank Robin from the bottom of my heart for reaching out and being so sweet after this tough moment. Dr. Trolice is truly a kind soul as well as Robin!

The staff at FIRST IVF is great. They are very attentive and cordial. Whenever I have a question they answer them quickly for me via phone or text. Debbie, James and Dr. Selub are the best in town. So far so good.

I went to Dr. Trolice after going to CRM and being treated like a used car. Dr. Trolice treated me with care, and his staff was caring and so fantastic. He re-ran a few tests that CRM ran (because they didnt mesh right with my situation) and ran a few tests that CRM failed to run. I ended up pregnant naturally after they corrected a thyroid issue and a few other minor issues. Given my poor history with being able to conceive, but not maintain pregnancy he stayed with me and continued to do the ultrasounds and other tests to make sure I was having a healthy pregnancy before sending me back to my OB.I previously got pregnant with no help from CRM (who by the way only ran tests never did anything to help, but count me as a success), but lost the baby. After only one ultrasound at 6 weeks he told me to find an OB his job was done.I would select this group over CRM any day. I never felt like a used car even when Dr. Trolice had to give me news that I didnt want to hear. He was always kind and professional, extremely timely with appointments, he came in one day just for me because I was nervous, he has a great reputation with everyone in the community I have spoken to regarding fertility and adoption. The staff was amazing. Each time we heard a heartbeat, they were extremely excited for me.Keep in mind I ended up not paying for the expensive procedures for fertility, just a few tests, yet the doctor and staff were as kind as if I had dropped every dime I could afford. My favorite factor is I never waited more than 5 min for my appointment. I cant say how wonderful it is to go to any doctor and have them actually run the business end so smoothly that every appointment is kept in a timely manner!

I recently had a consultation for IVF with Dr. Trolice.The consultation was via video call. Any doctor not willing to meet when they can look at your chart and tell You need IVF shouldn’t be recommenced. This is just an easy way to get more money out of you. During the consultation the doctor mistook me for two different patients, confusing my history and asking about a diagnosis I didn’t have.That being said maybe he didn’t look at my chart and that’s why he had to charge me and my insurance, to go through my chart with me on a video call.This doctor has too many patients and will confuse you with others. If he can’t get the consultation straight imagine what else he can confuse when actually doing a procedure.

Im very much satisfied with my experience with Fertility care and many thanks to Dr. Trolice.Background: Had Laproscopy procedure for Stage 4 Endometrosis and was on Lupron Depot 3.75mg and suggested to go for IVF. IVF cycle failed with no eggs from retrival process at other fertility center.After having a horrible experience and failed IVF cycle at other Fertility center in Orlando, we visited Dr. Trolice with ton of questions in mind and he answered all of them with patience. We wanted to go for IVF with Trolice but bit hesitant because Labs were out of network for my insurance and we had to pay few thousand dollars from my pocket. Dr. Trolice called us and assured that he will do his best for my complicated case and we finally decided to go with Fertility Care and that is best decision we have taken.We were with Dr. Trolice for about 1.5 years with few hiccups in between (which are not in control of anyone) and during this entire journey, staff was very welcoming, caring, compassionate, responsible and always responded to my calls on time.Special thanks to my IVF nurse - Amy Goldberg.I would definetely recommend Fertility care and Dr. Trolice.PS: Im pregnant and due soon.

After 7 long years of treatments, 3 IUI, 1 ivf cycle, 2 losses and after having been frozen for 1 year with 3 of your siblings. Today a year ago we were at @fertilitycare full of anxiety for our second transfer. And although I had lost hope many times, today I can say that it was worth it. My heart has never been so full 💗 I am eternally grateful to Dr. Trolice and to all of his team.

I am very happy with my experience, I started my journey in the spring of 2022 and in the summer of 2022 I am pregnant after the first attempt with IUI. Im due in the Spring of 2023. Very excited, thank you to everyone at the IVF center for making my dreams come true!

He needs to retire now,He did two times same mistake doing the procedure. I know this is a Gods decision but doctors should have some responsibility. It’s not free. Worst experience ever!!! While waiting to be seen for my appointment I couldn’t help but hear all the awful conversations made by the receptionist, I need to say if you don’t like where you work find another job!!!! It made me nervous to be a patient there do to all of her negative comments. The nurses are amazing but unfortunately I can’t say that about the rest of the practice. Bad first impression putting that lady out front!!!

Dr. Tropic and his staff are the most caring and compassionate group of people. Dr. T himself knows the struggles of IF so I feel like he gets it. You are never a number or a batch of patients. He and his staff make you feel like you are his only patient and your success is his only priority. Dr. T also keeps himself up to date with the latests treatments. Although, we were not successful, I would recommend anyone struggling with IF to see him.

As a woman over 30 I have many concerns about my body being healthy enough for a baby when my life is ready for me to have one. The articles and TV appearances by Dr. Trolice not only give me knowledge about the things I need to be doing now, but they also give me hope that I can have a beautiful baby when I am ready to. I cant wait for my first consult with Dr. Trolice!

The financial department is a nightmare. They will either ignore you, refuse to help you with insurance issues and say “oh, we don’t usually submit those claims, they always get denied”, and withhold reimbursed money from insurance companies. I have been waiting over 2 months to get the money that the insurance company sent to them that is meant for me. I finally had to start an appeal process through my insurance because I’m finally burned out. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT go there.

The staff at the IVF Center were kind, professional and explained everything to me clearly and simply. It was one of the rare times I felt seen as a human in the system rather than just a chart being passed around. Very refreshing.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are so easy to work with! They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, and they definitely know what they are doing. Must try if you are in need of a fertility center.

Had a baby, it’s a boy 😀 I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Trolice’s office. He’s great and so is his staff. There were a few minor things along the way that were a little irritating but overall I was very happy with the level of service I received and most importantly the outcome.

From the time you walk in the front door to the time you walk out you front door you are treated as if your family I love the way the whole staff was so nice, caring, and welcoming! I recently graduated from here to an OBGYN and miss all the smiling faces from this office Thanks for always making me feel special in my hard times!

Worst bedside manner ever went here for IVF help from this doctor and he literally told me I had twins but by the next appointment he just said to me I dont know where baby a is anymore! I did not have my husband there because he was out of town at the time and the only person in this complete office that was kind and compassionate was the receptionist who just started working there. I would never send anybody there hes heartless and has a cold soul!!!

Dr. Trolice and his staff are just wonderful! They made our first appointment welcoming and knowledgeable! Were thankful we chose him for fertility! Thank you so much you guys!

I would like to add one thing. Advice to receptionist. Maya Angelou — Ive learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. Also remember that when you are treating patient with passive aggressive behaviours it is very unprofessional and rude. Ever heard of HIPPA. Why must you talk so loud when dealing with patients. I think there is no need to unless you are a narcissists and like hearing the sound of your own voice. Everyone in the room does not need to hear what you are talking about with a patient. you need to lower your voice and respect peoples privacy also HIPPA LAWS. My visit left me that day feeling as though I was not wanted there and they could not wait till I left and probably go to another facility for care. This is not an attack on anyone it is just letting you know how they made me feel. Manuela was awesome so she gets a 5 stars. Thank you Manuela, Dr Trolice et al, for your professionalism and outstanding caring attitude.

Cant believe how mean are the receptionists in this place !!! Every time that I call (when they decide answer) they say: I call you back and of course in a bad tone.If you dont want to work, why you do it? Is incredible that just for make one appointment I have to wait 1 week or more because I dont have my appointment yet.

I had a money left as a credit since January ( 9 months) of amount of 154.37 from my last payment. I have found that by chance. So, I asked for refund. Nobody got back to me until I found out !!!!

Very patient and friendly

I am a patient with POS polycystic ovary syndrome. I am 30 years old. I would like to have a baby but it has been very difficult for me. I am starting the whole process here IVF center, I am super happy with the care, they have a good work team, they are all excellent people, there is a very special treatment, I felt in a very pleasant environment since it is what one needs when one is going through infertility problems. All my doubts were cleared up and I started my labs to start my treatment. Excellent work team, a good atmosphere, everyone is very good people from the moment you enter and leave…

I could not be more thankful. Dr. Trolice was super friendly, positive, and made us feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. He is very charismatic. All the staff are super professional and respectful. I got pregnant on my first IUI attempt. My wife and I are super happy!
