Quest Diagnostics Worcester Park Avenue - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

Pretty sure this place is closed down but just incase, sharing my experiences from a bit ago- Ive been here twice, and both times I left in tears. I have a phobia of getting my blood drawn, but I can usually control myself as long as the person drawing my blood is quick and understanding. Before they draw my blood, I always mention that I have a phobia, but even if I cry/panic, I wont pull away or anything so that they know that they dont have to worry about my behavior and can do what they need to do. Both times, the person drawing my blood was very dismissive, and when I inevitably began to have signs of an anxiety attack/ cry, they immediately began to ridicule me, telling me to stop crying and calm down, etc., which of course only made me freak out more. The worse time was the second time I went, where the person drawing my blood had to stab both of my arms multiple times looking for a vein- I had never had a person have difficulty finding my vein and I started to panic and cry after the second arm she tried, and she began to blame me, saying that my crying was the reason she couldnt focus and find my vein, and yelling at me to stop. Like Im sorry, but if you cant handle a person crying quietly while staying perfectly still, you should not be in this business- how are you supposed to handle screaming kids? Anyways, after that I went to another Quest location for my bloodwork- was in and out in less than 5 minutes and didnt shed a tear. Happy to say I will never be coming to this location again.

Got my blood drawn during peak hours on a weekday. The person working there was friendly and professional. He took my blood in one go, easy as can be. I told him I usually pass out so he gave me a cold pack and instructed me how to properly sit. This was also during the COVID-19 pandemic, and he followed all protocols and the lab was clean. Thanks!

Terrible and unprofessional service, wife and I went there on Sat. Walk in for blood work, lady at front desk I belive her name was Dayna, gave us hard time finding all kind of invalid excuses to turn us away. My wife was there the year before for same service and she was 100% satisfied, different personnel. I personally dont recommend this lab.

Absolutely the best patient/customer service of any Quest lab, in the area! And, they have Saturday hours 8-12 noon.

Awful. If I could give them a rating of zero I would. They are “open” until 12:00 on Saturdays but when I arrived at 11:45 they were closed. Awful!!!

Quest lab is permanently closed at this location. Google listing needs to be updated.
