Came in for new employment screening. It is a clean and friendly space, and the process is efficient and concisely explained. I arrived early, and even on a fully-scheduled day, they were able to take me 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Highly recommend for convenient testing.

Excellent lab.Professional and dedicated staff. I was attended to by Lin. She was excellent. She explained the process to me before she begun testing.ARCpoint Labs provide a wide range of testing services. DNA, drug and alcohol, STDs, Covid 19, health screening etc.They have a spacious car park as well. I highly recommend the ARCpoint Labs of Worcester.

Despite scheduling appointment I was not taken until 25 minutes after that time. I was given a heads-up about that and the staff were always professional and courteous and the lab collection itself went smoothly and efficiently.

My first time having blood drawn to make serum eye drops, and from scheduling the appointment, the appointment itself and picking up the finished product, everything was quick and easy. Located in a nice building with plenty of parking.

Usually labs are walk ins. I drove 45 minutes for preemployment screening Thursday afternoon and they said theyre booked for the day. Then made an appointment and still sat there forever and waited for them to go in order of arrival. So what was the point of an appointment? The staff was really nice though.

Went for pre-employment screening. I made a same day appointment with 2 hours of my call. I arrive right on time, I gave my information, logged in digitally them took a seat. Called in for the rest in under 5 minutes. The technician was friendly, knowledgable and professional and I was out within 15 minutes of arrival. Fantastic service! Thanks

I couldnt find an appointment on the website for 10/16/23. I sent an email and left a message on the voicemail. I received a call back; at which point the young lady working fit me in that day ( the only day I had to get this done due to my work schedule). I also recieved a return email and call from the owner who was also willing to work with my tight schedule. I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken right in. My sample was taken immediately. I am extremely happy with the customer service at Arcpoint. Many places would not have worked with my schedule and I would have lost my contract. Thank you!

Just sent a driver to do a random drug test and they charged $50 extra in observation fee. What? I never heard of that we’ve been sending driving all over the country. And we never been charged anything extra.I will be contacting my agent at the lab to get a refund. I already paid for the drug test, and now I gotta pay for an observation fee ?What a joke.

All was good except the office was supposed to open at 830am but no one showed up until 850am, waiting in a cold hallway for 20 min is not good practice in my opinion

ARCpoint on Grove St Worcester was great. I’m the worst around getting blood drawn, I’ve passed out a couple time before, I can’t even look at the vials before they are filled etc. Just crazy anxiety, nausea, light headedness. It’s critical that the process is fast and easy. The person here was a real pro, probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you!
