Ive been a patient for almost 10 years now. Dr. Wu is very professional and maintains a great bedside manor that will make you feel comfortable and at home. If you are gonna be late for an appointment, make sure you call Mrs. Jenny to let her know. If you need a good internal medicine doctor, you will love Dr. Wu and Mrs. Jenny at Alpharetta Family Medical Clinic.

I dont understand these other reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Wu for years and my mother has been his patient for much longer. I have known Jenny my entire adult life, and she is a sweet and exceptional lady. She remembers all the patients that come into the office on a personal level, always asking for updates. Whenever I call the office, she offers speedy service and always makes sure I get what I need in a timely manner, whether that be an appt or referral.I would not listen to these other reviews. In my experience, their critiques are unfounded. Jenny has never screamed or shrieked at me. She has never coerced me to make advance payments or pay extra fees. I highly recommend Dr. Wus office and his entire staff.

My husband and I both see Dr. Wu and absolutely love him. We also love his wife Jenni, who is such a wonderful person, always friendly and remembers details about your family and life. They are such a knowledgable, hardworking, honest family, I would recommend them to anyone that lives in the area that is looking for an excellent Dr. that you can build a true relationship with and wont just rush you in and out like most big Dr.s do.

I am a physician and Dr. Wu cares for myself and my family. That is all you need to know. If he is caring for other physicians, you cant go wrong. Dr. Wu is personable, compassionate, professional and very thorough. I have never had an issue getting an appointment with Dr. Wu and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking the best medical care in the region.

Dr. Wu is a good and caring doctor. He is always detailed in his explanations. (Kind of hard to understand his accent tho) He denied me fertility medication bc he did not recommend it for health reasons I could concur. Then referred me to a specialist. He could have written the prescription but he truly cared for me and did not.I have anxiety and he is very understanding and I get my prescriptions here.I don’t understand the poor reviews here. The receptionist, whom is his wife, is always nice to me and my family. I have been coming here on and off for many many years.

First time going and im impressed. Jenny is amazing and personable. Dr Wu is very attentive and easy to talk to. I have found my medical home. I called Monday as a new patient and was able to get an appoitment in two days.... Who does that? I highly recommend this practice!!!!

Dr. Wu was recommended to me by 2 seperate people. Very happy with the care I have received. He takes the time to describe the pros and cons of various treatment options. Jenny has always been very nice to me and always remembers who I am. This office has helped me tremendously!

Ive been seeing Dr. Wu for well over 10 years. All 10 years I dealt with harassment and abuse from Jenny due to the fact that I simply wanted to support his practice. Dr. Wu is not a bad doctor by any means. Unfortunately, Id had enough of Jennys abusive and psychotic behavior.Things Jenny has put me through:- Pretended that my appointment was for another date/time after showing up and calling in to make sure. This happened well over 10 times.- Screamed at me like a banshee every single time a specialist requested my medical records from them. She would then threaten to force me to pay a fee for her to do her job. I had no problem with paying her extra if that meant that she would quit screaming.- Every time I had a physical, she would force me to work directly with my own insurance to get them to pay her early. She threatened that she would force me to pay for the visit in full if I didnt cooperate and that she would harm my credit.- The straw that broke the camels back was the day that I was running late so I called Dr. Wus office an hour ahead of time to let them know. Again, Jenny blew my eardrums out with a tantrum and told me that she wasnt comfortable with letting me reschedule over the phone until I got my schedule together. She could have just charged me a fee. I would have been fine with that considering this would have been the first time this has ever happened in well over 10 years of being a patient with their practice.

I personally was not a patient. However, I knew someone that was. She was treated poorly almost every visit by Jenny and only when I came along was she treated nicely. Every phone call she had with Jenny was unprofessional and sounded like someone that shouldnt be customer facing. Only when I spoke to Jenny about her was she nice, but thats because she knew me. Not sure why she took an interest in me more than her, but this wasnt only on the phone. Perhaps it was because Im asian and the person I knew going there was not. Not saying she is racist, but be mindful when walking into this office if you thought of going. After what Ive seen and experienced I would not recommend this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Wu for 10 years and could not be happier! He and his staff are always very kind and handled the COVID pandemic very well! I drive from Kennesaw to see him and will continue to do so! Jenny is excellent too!

I visited Dr Wu for an immigration physical exam. I got an appointment very fast and I had no issue with the exam. However I needed an itemized bill for my insurance. I had to call 10 times at least and waited forever for them to email it to me.

The receptionist refused to take any new Medicare patient and said they have many patients of their own approaching 65 and they need to spare room for those patients. What a novel reason to say no! except that the other callers said she just don’t like the trouble dealing with the Medicare insurance. I live one block from this office and she still refuse to take us.

The doctor here is fine. The receptionist just refused to accept our medical plan because it is too much work for her. She had apparently dealt with someone with a similar plan, and had a problem, She told my husband to look for another doctor. Imagine that!!

The Lady at the front desk is a tarantula. She has megalomaniac dictator attitude, loud and obnoxious. She yells at people and patronize them.After 4 years of this abuse - Screw you Jenny!!!- Dr. Wu you are quite likeable person, your practice will be much more successful if youll let Jenny stay at home.

Been seeing Dr. Patel for about 6 years now. professional and knowledgeable doctor. Staff was kind. Followed up with my labs from annual physical in time and got me on treatment for my thyroid problem. Would recommend.

This Dr is horrible. I booked 1 appt for annual physical. At the end of exam, he asked do you need to refill medicine for those I have been for many years, I replied YES. Then he said he had to change the appt from physical to office visit and asked to pay copay. I OKed. Later I found out that this Doctor billed the same visit 2 times, both annual Physical and office visit, get the double money for the same 1 visit time slot.

Always a pleasure walking in. Jenny has always been very friendly to me. Dr.Wu is very thorough and fixed me right up. It helps he is a Georgia graduate. Go dawgs

Horrible doctor, I was his patient for long time. On my doctor visit his receptionist mistreated me because I was not returning so often! They denied doctor care when I needed the most! When I told him how his receptionist mistreated me he told me to go a cross the street and find another doctor!!! My pressure was really high and they didnt do nothing about it!!! I should call the police and have them close that place! This is unacceptable!!! Find another doctor!!!!

Dr. Wu is cool. I started going to the practice a few months back. Jenny is alright too. I do feel this practice is geared more towards men.

I called today and the front desk lady was not very nice.She told me that I haven’t been seen in 3 years, and refused to let me schedule an appointment.If she is nice to you, it’s probably because you’re Asian.Never going back.

I have been a patient of Dr Wu for many years! He is an amazing physician and I would not trust my family with any other doctor!

Extremely unprofessional office. If you are thinking of going here, read through the comments below and you will understand why some of us will never return here. If you want to be mistreated by the reception and neglected as a patient then go here.
