Walk In Urgent Care

This place literally is a violation of HIPPA. I normally don’t make reviews but when you enter there isn’t a receptionist but rather a computer that faces towards you and a virtual receptionist probably somewhere in Timbuktu and the volume is blasted at 100% so the entirety of the lobby can Hear why you are there and all your insurance/personal information. I went for a headache that was lasting about 2 weeks and the answer I received was to take over the counter excedrin… like I haven’t tried that for the past two weeks. Ended up I had sinusitis and needed antibiotics. So now I have a bill just for some dude who probably isn’t a doctor and just wore a lab coat for fun to tell me that I need headache medicine (never thought of that in the first place!!! Not…) just go to the OhioHealth across the street.

Went there for a physical.. the girl at the front desk was super rude and their was a girl sitting behind her on her phone. Not very professional for healthcare.I was the only one there and it took a minute for me to get to the room.. then awhile for the provider to see me. Come to find out the provider was the one on her phone! I waited every bit of 15-20 minutes to be seen.. I was the ONLY one there! Also, the place was run down. The chair in the room had looked like it came from a thrift store, the door was super gross, the step to the bed was super dirty and the trim looked like someones dog chewed on it. As a professional place do better! Just as bad as Ontarios Location. And please teach your front desk employee how to greet patients and be polite!

Sent my husband to urgent care tonight to get checked out. The hours online says they close at 8 and there sign says they close at 8 and he got there at 7:40pm and went to the door to go in and it’s locked. If your hours say you close at 8 don’t close til 8 or change your hours.

I would have given this a 4 1/2 but that was not an option. This is not Pay five because of the way you have to sign in. Other than that, we got in superfast we were seeing quickly. The staff! and doctor were amazing.

This is not a 1 star review due to the staff. This is a 1-star review for corporate who clearly monitors and responds to these reviews. Do not have a facility open if you cannot properly staff it or provide the resources your staff needs to be successful. Under no circumstances should a patient be sitting in a waiting room for over an hour and still not be seen. There were only 2 people in front of me, so it was not busy either. Happily made an appointment with another facility in Medina while I was in your waiting room. ✌🏻

The service was excellent and both the nurse and doctor were friendly and helpful. But the virtual receptionist made me very uncomfortable. The whole waiting room could hear my whole conversation and see all my documents when they were on the computer screen. Definitely not private! Maybe it could be moved around the corner inside the office door where there is a little more privacy? I feel it may be a lawsuit ready to happen!

I was sent here to do a physical for work, I can in around 3:20-3:30pm and have been waiting over an hour, still currently waiting, had to call the front desk to see when I’ll be seen. Staff is rude. Wouldn’t come here if I didn’t have to for work. This place deserves no stars. Update: I left at 5:15 after being told they could not see me because I didn’t have a list of prescriptions on me, which is not needed for a work physical. The receptionist is in a different country and spoke in a different language off screen with the volume on the screen at max so everyone in the waiting room could hear. The “doctor” couldn’t understand what I was saying, and I couldn’t understand her as she was speaking in broken sentences in a different language mixed with English, then refused to see me for a work physical because they wanted a list of my prescriptions when I was NOT going to be drug screened and was told I didn’t need a list of them.

Virtual reception is uncomfortable. Someone in the waiting room had to help me understand what she was asking. Door was open, lights on but open sign off. Open sign said open 10-6. Went in around 2:35 and was told they were taking a break until 3:15. Never turned the open sign back on. Doctor was very hard to understand. Prescription was not called in even after an hour later. Still waiting at 5:35 and they close at 6. This place used to be nice. Not going back!Update:they sent it to the wrong pharmacy!

This place is an absolute joke. Walk in and talk to a computer receptionist that isnt even american. Next theyll make you do the doctors exam on yourself while explaining how to do so via computer screen. What a waste 😡

Arrived at 740 pm with my 2 year old who needed a gash looked at for possible stitches. The open sign was off but lights were on and the door was open and I could see people inside. Door and website says open until 8 so I unbuckled my toddler and went inside.The man behind the window quickly stated they were closed. I went to say ok, the door and website says otherwise but he rudely interrupted me to again say he was closed and not taking more patients. He questioned how we were able to get inside as he thought he had locked the door. I tried to ask him if he knew if Ohio health down the road would be able to assist me and he interrupted me again to remind me they were closed. He then yelled to the back to ask someone else to come out and explain to me that they were closed. I turned around and left, upset. I was in the building for MAYBE a minute.It was inconvenient and annoying for me to drive there expecting to be helped only to be sent away. I understand wanting to close early on a slow night and go home, however it was unnecessary for that man to be so completely rude towards me and my son. I will definitely think twice before returning in the future, especially so close to closing time.

UPDATE: I decided to give this place another chance per the response by the company below. I arrived at 7pm this evening and the whole building was dark. The sign was still lit up stating they closed at 8pm and Google stated they close at 8 as well. Based off of my 1 horrible experience when seen by the staff and 2 failed opportunities to even be seen, I will never return to or recommend this place and I am honestly not sure how they continue to stay in business based off the other horrible reviews.Beware...They close at 7:30! Their sign says open until 8 and they will even leave the open sign lit but they lock the doors at 7:30 and turn you away while a provider is still there. Incredibly rude office personnel who met us outside and refused to let us in with my sick child while their sign glowed open and a provider was inside.

The rooms are very dirty. Im here at 8:50am. They open at 8. There are cob webs on the walls, the floors are covered in dirt. The cabinets in the rooms are very disgusting. If you want to find a place to get better, Id recommend somewhere different.

The doctor who saw me had no nurse, wore no gloves, took an inadequate throat swab to test for strep, and seemed to be completely overwhelmed. These places should not be open if they cannot be staffed properly.

I have never posted a review but this one can’t be swept under the rug. DO NOT go here because you may be MISDIAGNOSED. I went in there over the weekend because my first choice Dr office wasn’t open until Monday but I needed looked at asap. I have a wound on my lip and it was infected, swollen and painful. When the Dr came in he didn’t even touch my lip to look at it he made me lift it up and didn’t look at it too much and asked me questions on my symptoms. He told me I had HERPES/cold sore when the only people I have had contact with is my significant other and baby as per usual. He sent me prescriptions for it. He also said if the medication didn’t help to go to the ER for testing almost like he didn’t know what it even was to begin with. I just came out of the ER today when I’ve been taking the pain medication he prescribed for pain relief and antibiotic but the pain has WORSENED and diagnosis didn’t seem right. The ER Doctor at the 24/7 Emergency Ohio Health Center said it is a STAPH INFECTION and the medication I was given from Urgent Care WOULD NOT have helped one bit.I DO NOT recommend this place due to MISDIAGNOSIS and I’m not the only person according to the reviews that has experienced misdiagnosis. That alone is a red flag. I will never be returning back to that Urgent Care for help.

Doctor & nurses are good, we had almost no wait time. The virtual assistant check in is absolutely awful. Nobody was there at first. There is nothing there explaining what to do & its not intuitive at all. Hopefully this changes because the last thing I want to do when myself or my kids are sick is to deal with a frustrating check-in process.

Service received was great a couple months ago. Went in with a clogged ear from swimming and left being able to hear.Since then however, the whole service experience has been very odd. I didnt pay anything at the time of the visit so they could bill my insurance and they said I would get a bill for the copay.Problem was, I did receive the bill a couple months later. It was the amount expected, but there was no way to pay it! The bill said you could call or go online to pay. I tried both. I called the number and it went directly to hold music. Waited and no answer. Tried to go online but theres no way to pay! Installed the app. No way to pay!I finally went into the office and theyve transitioned to this weird virtual check-in. The person wasnt able to help and so they had to ask for someone else (the person right behind the computer screen). She did not know how to pay the bill and directed me to a website I had not seen anywhere on the site.Went to visit this website to pay, and it was totally incomplete with filler text and the payment terms and conditions were still lorem ipsum text (text developers use as placeholders). No way am I going to run my card through something like that.Finally went back in and paid in person. Will not be going back. The whole thing was just very sketchy and super poor experience in post.It gets at least two stars for helping me with my problem that day months ago but something has happened since then and it has gone very downhill.

I have been here 2 separate occasions and have had horrible experiences. The first time I was informed I had mono (which was 100% incorrect) I actually had strep that was treated with an antibiotic after seeing another clinic. And then I arrived with my son 15 minutes before closing time to be turned away as they had seen their last patient even though they literally turned the open sign off as we were exiting our car.

I went in this evening with some concerns about some reoccurring symptoms that I’ve never experienced before. The medical assistant (Angie) was quick to get me checked in and taken back to the treatment room. Very clear with directions and communication as well as reassurance.I saw Dr. Bett, who listened to my symptoms closely and unlike many doctors, really invested her time in explaining what my issues could be and why I was experiencing them. She gave me very important knowledge surrounding my condition and provided many valuable tips that could help. She was very thorough with the tests she did so that we could really rule out what the issue is. Dr. Bett gave precise directions on what my next steps should be while I await my lab results and gave me a time frame of when I should receive results. Overall, I was shocked with her investment in her medical practice. It’s rare in the health field and for the first time in a long time I felt cared for by a provider. You can definitely tell some people are meant to be doctors.

I would avoid this urgent care at all costs, there’s more focus on personal opinion then there is health. I would recommend a professional place this is more of a hole in the wall establishment. Never received any medical help just got told basically how things should be due to age which had no relevance to the initial conversation. I Highly recommend against associating with nurse Bett specifically.

Dr Brett is hands down the loveliest doctor I’ve ever met. She listened, asked questions, and took the time to educate me about my illness. I felt heard and validated, a rare occurrence in many doctors’ offices. If I ever need to return, I hope she and Agie are there!

My mother was not feeling well. I took her here and I was very pleased with the service. The medical representative took good care of her. She was very polite and nice with me mother. I really recommend this urgent care.

Dr Bett was fantastic. She was a no nonsense doctor who gives it to you straight but has an awesome bedside manner. She was kind, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what she needed to do. She also has a fun and gentle sense of humor. Loved this doc.

Went here because I thought I had broken bones in my hand and because the website said they deal with broken bones. I got back to an room and was told they don’t do X-rays. Then that means you don’t deal with broken bones.Also the virtual check in where you have to tell the whole place out loud all of your personal information is a huge privacy violation. The only reason I put up with it was because I was clearly the only patient in the place. I don’t see the point in having a receptionist behind the counter but then making people talk to someone virtually who’s in another country while also announcing all of your personal info for tue entire place to hear. This place is a joke.

I went there for an illness with physical ailments and the doctor decided to share her personal opinion on marriage and pregnancy due to my age . It was way out of line for her to give her opinion about young women having children . She told me that 90% of relationships don’t last even when married . Please tell me how this is related to a sore throat and upset stomach ! They never checked my throat or did a pregnancy test. So the conversation had no merit due to the fact she never did a test . Do not recommend going here .

This morning I stopped in for the 1st time. It did not take me long...only waited for one patient before me. Dr. Jason was very personable & nice! The receptionist and the nurse were both polite, too. I was thankful to get in so quickly because my family Dr. Had no openings until about 4:30 Monday afternoon & I was concerned that if I had bronchitis or pneumonia and if it continued getting worse for 3+more days I could be in really bad shape!

Woman at the front desk was very rude. Everything states they close at 8, however don’t bother going after 7 since they claim that’s the latest they see patients. Had to argue to get my 2 yr old seen at 7:20. They argued that their policy is no patients seen after 7 as they need time to do charts and clean/sanitize. If you’re closing at 7 you should change your hours to state close at 7. Never been to an urgent care that closes one hour before the stated closing time. Grateful they saw my son, but the hassle and arguments I had to go to through to be seen was ridiculous. Not from around here, but will not be back to that location if it can be avoided. :(

They were quick, awesome, courteous! Would recommend highly to anyone!

Bari J. Bett Has to be the most disrespectful nurses there is around. My wife went there because she had been feeling ill the past few days and the entire visit was Nurse bett disrespecting her telling her relationships don’t last and she’s to young to have kids when she went there to get her sore throat checked out. Never got any actual help just got completely disrespected. What a joke do not recommend.

Every time I come here I get turned away for stupid things. I tried to take my almost 2 year old in, on a Sunday, bc I knew she had an ear infection and even told them that I think she has one and they provider legit said no we can’t see her she’s not 2. It’s just a quick look in her dang ears to determine if she has an ear infection. Really tired of the rude people at this place

The Asian doctor I saw was extremely rude. Terrible personality and before he came into see me, he made two personal phone calls right next to my door. I could hear everything. Very unprofessional. No need to call your daughter when you have patients to see. I would not recommend to anyone and I tell everyone about how much I disliked him. If people are sick and they cant see their doctor for whatever reason, they need help. If you hate working there GET A DIFFERENT JOB!!! The nurse was very sweet. I feel sorry she has to deal with him every day. You can tell hes one of those that think he is better than everyone else. I cant stand people like him.

I just moved here and am very glad to be near such a great urgent care. I cant remember her last name but her first was Bari, so Dr. Bari (last, maybe Brent,) was great with my 1 1/2 year old. Not only did she cure my babys condition immediately, she was full of great tips and good conversation about my daughter, and how to make the visit as quick and not torturous as possible. I hope all the doctors in the office can live up to the new high standards that were set at my first visit. Not to mention, the nurse at the front window who I first spoke with, was very quick with my paperwork and got us in to see the doctor super fast. I think think everything took 20 minutes and we were on our way back home.Thanks urgent. You are appreciated today.

Both times I have tried to go to this urgent care,. I hve been turned away.. the first time it was because it was “appt only” and they were booked for days… mind you I went when they opened and the second time I went at 725… they close at 8 and stop seeing their last past at 7 so they can do charts. I have worked in the medical field for years and urgent care setting and you never turn a patient away.. it is always very unprofessional and I feel it’s a joke.

Took my son in today because he was running a high temperature and was just all around sick. The nurse was rude and did not do her job. The NP came in and said huh he doesnt have a temperature it was 98.7. His temperature was never taken and when I asked the NP to take his temperature she basically said she couldnt. I will never go back. No testing was done or anything. Soooo unprofessional

The doctor was so nice and understanding, full of empathy! She treated my immediate symptoms and did further testing to get to the bottom of what was going on. I couldn’t get in to my PCP for another week and this was such a blessing today! I barely waited and the staff all had treating patients quickly at the front of their mind.

Waited in an exam room for what seemed like forever when there was maybe one other person there. The guy that finally came in introduced himself as “peter” not even sure if he’s a doctor or not. Pretty sure I’m having an allergic reaction to something but he gave me some weird home remedies and didn’t test me for anything. Complete waste of time, go somewhere else

The receptionist was very friendly and got me checked in fast, the wait was fast. As I went back with the MA, she took vital and asked my symptoms, after told her she said was going to test me for COVID even as I told her that I get these symptoms when I get pneumonia and bronchitis and asked about a chest X-ray. She stated that don’t do x-rays there and that she was testing me for Covid. Sarah Montgomery the one in charge of clinic that day. She never examined and just brought a paper in and said you have COVID and to quarantine for 5 days. Never got proper care and they didn’t seem to care either.

The first time I went to Urgent Care they sent me out the door because I forgot my license, but I take responsibility for that.The second time I went to Urgent Care, roughly 45 minutes later, the nurse/receptionist was very kind! However the doctor was extremely rude and spoke only the bare minimum of English; he was so difficult to understand! He only told me what I already knew and didnt go into detail about my condition. I also do not think he correctly prescribed what was wrong with me and just told me to take antibiotics...

Ive come here a few times and they always do a great job. They get you into a room quickly and the docs are always nice. Today I had the sweetest medical assistant and I want her to know that Shes doing a great job.

Morgan NP was amazing! She was kind and caring! She was very professional, answered all of my questions and eased all of my concerns. The staff was very pleasant as well. I have a PCP, but could not get an appointment with my busy schedule, I was in and out very quickly! I would highly recommend seeing Morgan and going to walk in urgent care!

Had an emergency tooth issue on a Saturday afternoon. Was greeted by friendly receptionist, who had me complete some basic paperwork and questions then quickly got me into a room to see a nurse practitioner. The nurse was also friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. I was in and out of the building within a half hour.I would definitely recommend.

I appreciate Walk-in Urgent Care because they get you in they are punctual, and my visit today I was given extra information about the medication that most doctors dont do they dont warn you about the bad parts of the medicine they just write you the prescription. Now granted we do go in 4 reasons and those reasons required a remedy to each their own how they choose what remedy to use. I want to thank Dr. Bett for taking the time to inform me of things I wasnt aware prior without me asking, and Ashley V. For getting us prepared for our quick visit depending on whats going on! You matter, your important know Jesus & I love ya😁❣

There are women in the office but there’s a screen with someone in another country and they don’t know what they are talking aboutStaff was nice. But really need a new set up.

I saw Dr Cha Chong yesterday for an upper respiratory infection. He was totally rude, bed side manners were non existent. He stabbed my ear looking into it and hurt me. And perceived me an antibiotic I told him didn’t tolerate well with me… when I said “I think I have an infection in my chest” he goes “I see your a dr, we will see about that” then gas lighted me telling me it’s just seasonal allegories and I shouldn’t come in telling him what I have… then finally stated I might have an upper respiratory infection but I need to not assume. side note, the receptionist were very polite and great to deal with and I had a good experience with them and the nurses.

Ive been here before and I was in really fast was told I didnt have strep throat but yet even I visited the hospital the same day, I tested positive. I took my husband here today so he could see if he has the flu and Ive been waiting almost an hour. I walk in and was told hes still got another 20 minutes of waiting..I have 4 sick kids in a vehicle who dont do well sitting for hours.

Im from out of state, and brought my three-year-old in the day after Christmas. The place was very clean. My little girl was crying and carrying on, not wanting any part of the doctors office. The doctor was very kind, asking her what she got for Christmas, what her favorite color was, etc. After a couple of minutes, my daughter let her check her ears and mouth with no fuss. We were in and out with no waiting, they sent our prescription directly to the local pharmacy. It was a pleasant experience.

Been here a few times and usually OK, but this time Dr. Bett was top notch. She took the time to explain why and how she was treating me and with what. She explained the drugs, the advantages, disadvantages, long term effects and even gave me options of varying prices while outlining what the differences were. She totally treated me like she had been seeing me my whole life. Thanks Doc!!!!

The doctor seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Struggled to read the blood pressure machine. Couldnt find the strep test to give me a strep test so said he would just send me a spray for my throat instead. Asked me the same questions over and over even though he wrote down the answers

They were quick, courteous, and professional. They listened to everything I had to say, were very understanding, and handled all of my concerns. For being a walk-in clinic they far exceeded my expectations. People need to remember that urgent care is not meant for treating major or chronic long term illnesses, it is meant for helping you when you have no ability to see a family doctor and dont want to pay outrageous amounts of money to go to the ER for a simple infection or minor illness/injury. I would personally recommend them to anyone, great place.

I was tested for COVID earlier in the fall and was told it was free to be tested. I later got a bill from them for the office visit. Why tell us it is free to be tested when clearly it is a lie and you know it.They had a friendly staff and were very polite and quick about it but just tell us the truth that you are going to charge our insurance $300. That is why I trust no one but myself to tell the truth. So much let down.

Did work physical today and the ladies were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. They made the process quick and easy. If my insurance allowed me to use the office Id go back.

Great staff, BUT a ridiculous billing.This Urgent Care is billing their doctor at $435.00 hour, so you had better have a pocket full of cash or your check book with you before stopping here. I was shocked when I received my billing.Probably better to just go to your local hospital emergency room.

Very friendly, and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable waiting rooms. Maiah was very kind and the doc Susan(?) was also friendly.Make sure you set an appointment in advance. Luckily I called ahead and learned the hard way. Not so much of a walk-in but they were still very quick. 45 mins or less (mainly due to waiting on testing results).- B.R.

Lori the CNP and Michelle the CMA were amazing , they treated us like they would their own family. We didn’t feel like just another patient and Lori was great with my 6 year old daughter. My daughter was terrified to go back to a doctor after having a bad experience but as soon as Lori walked through the door she made us feel at ease. Thank you for taking great care of my family !

Thank you so much for taking care of my son when he was sick 5/7/18. Very professional and considerate staff. The provider,Wendy, answered all my questions and concerns with patience. The receptionist, Agie, was polite and made us feel comfortable and at home.

This is Definitely my go to place for minor Illnesses. Staff is always great. They are always kind and friendly when I bring my children in. They know they get stickers 🤣.

The nurse practitioner was extremely rude. Spoke to me as if I was dumb. She stated covid vaccines do not work. No one was wearing masks in the clinic. If you need a covid test all they do here is the rapid tests. Save your money and go to the health department! They give the test kits out for free! Without insulting your intelligence! I dont know what has happened to this place but it has went way down hill since it opened. Go to Q care or the new ER in town. Save your money.

Very friendly staff from receptionist to doctor. Attentive and seemed to know what they are doing. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Got my results fairly quick. However. They sent my meds to a rite aid that is over an hour away from where they were supposed to be.

The medical staff and her assistant were very nice and treated my niece very well, who was suffering from yellow fever. Highly recommend the place.

Absolutely ridiculous. I registered via the app at 7pm. They closed at 9 and I get there at 7:30pm and I am told that she cannot do any more tests tonight. First of all very disrespectful to a person who likely has Covid-19 and doesn’t feel well at all. Please just be humane and kind to the people around you.

Staff EXTREMELY rude and very disrespectful. Doctor was decent but the nurse checking me in doesnt need to be in the medical field. Its okay for a LAST RESORT but please the QCARE is 10x better and you wont leave feeling degraded.

Wouldn’t see me. Arrived at 7:15, 45 minutes prior to closing time. I requested a covid test for work. Was told they were no longer taking any covid patients today and to come back in the morning. No explanation offered why...maybe the time it takes to run a rapid test??? It would’ve been nice to have an explanation.

Worst experience Ive ever had! The whole place is so nasty and floors a super dirty, not a very clean place. Second thing is they ordered me blood work, called a week later to get my results and the manager told me she lost them! So I had went to the place I got my labs done and got the results myself. Urgent care called me later that evening and the manager told me my results were normal and on my paper work I received they were not normal at all!!! Needless to say they were very rude and careless and I will never go there again!

Fell and hurt my knee and arm. I waited only a few minutes and they had me in a room and X-Rays soon after. I think Everything from Start to Finish was only 45mins. I want to say a Big Thank You to Jessica and Sue for NOT knowing their jobs!! How Pathetic!!Wow this is What I wrote until I got a medical report and my name was wrong and symptoms were wrong!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!Take your kids and yourselves to a REAL PLACE OF MEDICINE!!!!!!!!I am starting to believe that these places are staffed by the people at the bottom of the barrel. Don’t believe me? Go there for something simple and then judge for yourself.....

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tonight I saw the male Dr., he seemed very sweet at first, I had to ask him acouple times to repeat himself, English being his second language it was difgicult for me to understand him. We get done with the examination and he tells me that everything looks fine and starts asking me if I am at peace...asking me if I go to Church. Excuse me. I was so uncomfortable, I asked to leave the examination room and I demanded a refund.*UPDATE: after a week of trying to get my refund, calling every business day, being told three times that theyd call me back (they never did) Im allegedly getting my refund. Dr. Cha told the head office that he referred me to another doctor. Isnt that sweet? Too bad its a lie.

Came in with sinus infection/cold symptoms. No fever and was told I had to be tested for covid to get a note for work. I know I don’t have covid. Told my symptoms are covid symptoms. They’re also symptoms of a lot of other things. What a joke. I’ve never liked this urgent care. It’s unfortunately the closest one to my house. I should be able to refuse a covid test and still be able to get a work note. I will not be coming back here. Rude staff as well. Not my first bad experience here either.

Sherry and Dr. Cha listened to my concerns and when I assured them my son had strep, waited longer for the negative test to become positive!We were able to have a great Memorial Day Weekend.

Just left there. I have some kind of cold, or whatever. I went there because I am 34 weeks pregnant, dont want to take anything that will hurt my baby. She kept saying that I need to just call my OBGYN . Then proceeded to tell me it was just allergies. My fiancee had the same thing wrong with him, so since when are allergies are contagious? I told her that my ears have been hurting, I cant breathe due to being congested. The doctor said its because my pregnancy. Will never return back here. Definitely needs shut down

We have now been here twice. The first time was actually a few years ago. Both times, everyone has been extremely kind, extremely patient, and willing to answer all of our questions. Both times that we have gone it has been with a small child and they have been very gracious.

Did a Covid test. Walked in for 3 minutes, got the swab, got charged with lab work AND a 25 minute office visit. In a time where finances are already tight for most people and testing should be encouraged, this is absolutely unacceptable and a rip off! Will not come here again.

Ive had great service when there. However, I have not been able to get a hold of them through phone or email to just ask one question. All I needed to know is if they got cups in for drug testing which is needed to start a job.

Well for starters they do not abide by the hipaa law. The receptionist is loud so that every one can hear what is going on. Tried saying insurance was no good I called verified coverage and still said its no good. Just wanted to make money. My son was seen told them he does not have strep throat the NP states I see stuff on the back of his throat. I told her dont waste my insurance time and money for non sense tests but of course she had to do the test to prpbe it was negative. Then she wants to suggest medicine over the counter that children cannot take but because the box suggest a certain age this NP wants to shove it down his throat. When I found out she wasnt even a dr then she wants to say leave because I told her a normal dr dont shove meds down kids throats. Instead they look for the problem.

Took my 2 year old there since pediatrician was closed because I suspected he had croup and may need a steroid treatment. Doctor spoke poor English and basically blew off his symptoms and everything I told him. Checked his ears, nose, and throat and said everything looked clear lungs sounded clear and prescribed an antibiotic. After leaving very unhappy and just blown off I took my son to the emergency room to find out that I was exactly right and the so called doctor was completely wrong. My son did in fact have croup which antibiotics will do nothing to help since its a viral infection not bacterial. Will NEVER go there again.

Been at this office for over 9 years and going. Has been one of the best places. All the doctors/nurse practitioners care for patients and are very efficient and informative.

Even though they cant so X-rays they have amazing customer service and truly listen to what is bothering you or need help with. They give referrals to doctors that are specialised in the services they cannot offer. Overall great service and they dont keep you waiting.

If I could give a zero I would. CDC guidelines clearly state to isolate symptomatic covid patients. Yet here you get to gather in a small room just to ‘checkin’ even when they have been informed of said symptoms. Then you have to register online. Where you ask idk bc it’s not on the website! Health department come straighten this out🙏

Very bad doctors, I had multiple infections the gave me Claritin. And called it allergies. Had to go to the E.R instead. Dont waste your time here.

Doctor had no clue about breastfeeding. Gave me wrong info. Told me to stop breastfeeding while I had the flu bc I could pass it on to my baby, then prescribed me non-breastfeeding medicine. I will not be going back to this reckless operation.

This urgent care does everything they can to see that their patients get the care they need and deserve...with all the covid testing and other ailments it is important to understand that they may not be able to see everyone listed for the day....they are kind and deserve your respect....as they will respect you!!!

Dr. B and both Ashleys were excellent. Got me In quick with no hassle. The Dr. Was very transparent and honest about treatment Wich was a big relief.

Lori and Michelle were very caring and professional. For a Saturday my time there was surprisingly short.Edit: I did not mean to put a 1 star. It was definitely a 5!

Doctor Bett and Agie were very friendly, professional and helpful in diagnosing my health issues. I would seek medical help here again.

This is horrible, I’ve been waiting in my car for an hour and 45 minutes. I thought that they forgot about me so I went in and asked how much longer it would be and the lady at the desk rolled her eyes at me and said there were 3 people ahead of me and it would be another 20 minutes or so. Worst UrgentCare I’ve ever been to. Will not come back.

Morgan, the NP was so kind and smiley! She gave her best care and really listened! She shows great customer service and awesome patient care!

I visited at the clinic of walk in urgent care, the stuff was very cooperative and polite, I was totally satisfied and wanna go again there in future.

Walk In Urgent Care is the best place to go for all of your urgent care needs. The facilities are spotless and the staff go above and beyond to offer support during your visit.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have never been here before. I walked in, they lady looked at me and said, do you actually have something for us to look at? And when I said that I was having some pain, both secretaries rolled their eyes and scoffed. Absolutely disgusting.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The service was so amazing and uplifting. What an outstanding staff. I want to personally thank Sherry, Agie, Dr. Bett and Tia the provider. Thank you, for making me feel Iike I was top priority and so special. What a happy bunch of people.

Over all a good place. But there 1 hour and 15 minute lunch breaks really suck. No other job i no of gives lunch break that long

Was told $35 for physical , I tripled checked the work physical price and was told not was. I get there and it’s some computer screen for a receptionist and she tells me $55.

Terrible company, nothing about it is urgent. Staff is rude and the app doesnt work for android so have fun trying to make an appointment for this walkin clinic. Dont recommend at all

Beware!!!! Do not go here! My two year old hurt her elbow and they left her in screaming pain for an hour before refusing to treat her and sending us to the ER. The exam room was filthy, had blood and hair all over the floor. This place should be shut down!

I was taking my girlfriend to see if she had a concussion. Immediately after pulling into the parking lot, they put a sign on the door saying they will be on lunch for the next hour and it’s closed……

Their Tele-Health team is very professional and helped me a lot with my sore throat issue .

They close at 8pm, I was there at 7:15 and was told that the doctor has taken his last patient for the day. I told them that I really wasnt feeling well and the nurse could only say, I know, sorry.

I have went there several times for me and my children. They have been very kind and seen us in a very timely manner. I would recommend people to go there if they need to.

This place is terrible! Its freezing cold no heat i guess! The waiting area is dirty! There is hardly anybody here been waiting a hour and a half! Should have left a long time ago! This place needs shut down. Just terrible!

I came in there when I was very very ill.I thought I had food poisoning.The doctor saw me right away and told me I had a virus and it would last 7-10days.My husband dropped me off home and got the prescriptions.It was 12 and I had to take them every 6 Hours.I thought how strange to only prescribe 12 when she told me it would last 7-10 days.Sure enough when I only had a couple left,2 days later I called and asked for a new prescription.She told me I had to come in and be reevaluated.I couldnt believe it,she had already told me it was a virus but wouldnt help me with my nausea and diarrhea because they wanted more money from my insurance company.Im furious ,I have never heard or experienced anything like this before.Very unethical!!And very unprofessional!
