Dr Ford is everything you can ever dream of in a doctor, she is kind, patient, not in rush, listens and she is so knowledgeable…. The only drawback was the 1 hr wait time and the impossible to work with patient portal.

Dr Alexis Ford is a excellent doctor she explained everything that she will be doing during her surgery procedure she makes sure you understand steps to step on the prep .she was awesome ,when it comes to the surgery she did a awesome job ,no discomfort other than the usual pains with the medication you’re on the road to recovery smoothly she makes me whole again I thank the entire team for everything that they do .keep up the good work may God continue to guide those magical minds and hands love you all.

My experience from the scheduling, pre-op health screening call, and out patient procedure was excellent! Dr. Ford is a thorough professional, and empathetic with her patients. I was impressed with how much Dr Ford knows. She took the time to explain some things to me and i felt comfortable, however, given the fact that I was experiencing symptoms and have a history with Utis. I informed nurses about experiencing pain, burning and urgency, a urine test was not given. Also, I had an specific referral from my PCP and thought I was going to receive that exam, but didnt. Overall, office was exceptionally clean and staff was very nice and professional.

Everybody was extremely nice no complaints there. Here is where the ball was dropped. I checked in at 2:30pm for my 3:00pm appointment. I filled out all paperwork, paid my $50 copay and I was on my way. Ambiance? Amazing! And staff were so friendly and sweet and I felt at home with the beautiful hands of all these wonderful women. THEN I WAS FORGOTTEN!!! Naked from the waist down, pms, bleeding, I was left in the room to await Dr Ford. 3:38pm- 4:39pm then she came in and told me her staff never know what she will do so not their fault I was waist naked. Nothing took place no exam nothing. She spoke to me and told me what needs to happen and guess what it wont happy today. As I left to go schedule a procedure I need with the wonderful check in lady i felt like I did not matter. I politely asked if I could call back and reschedule. I didn’t even make past the kiosk to pay the ticket before I balled my eyes out crying. Sitting in that room for an hour and the lights turning out and being told what I have is common and basically seen before so there’s that. I left and all the patients that were after me were gone! One lady was getting scheduled and she left. I was so happy to be there and get help and then I was forgotten and realized I didn’t matter. Maybe I came on the wrong day.

This office needs to have zero stars and only open to pass out bandaids. Front desk and billing is horrible. Entire office is Very unprofessional, don’t follow up with patients and requested a 350.00 copay since we hadn’t met our deductible. Healthcare Robbery find a different office and do not waste your time with any of their locations.

Dr Ford has changed my life for the better. I recommend you see her if you’re looking for relief from pain. The staff is also amazing and nice. The most important thing about Dr Ford to me is that she listens to your issues and finds a plan to resolve the pain. Trust me you want be disappointed. I’m pain free and happy with the outcome!

Alexis Ford did not listen to me. My mother took DES in order to not lose the pregnancy. DES caused cancer in the daughters and sons. I also test positive for Hep C. Both of these risk factors can result in the patient having cancer. Dr Ford was not up to date on the guidelines and when I requested a CAT Scan toMake sure that I was okay, she refused. After a failed bladder sling and hysterectomy I found another Urogynecologogist. After the CAT scan that theother doctor ordered I had the cancerous tumor removed from my liver. Dr Ford could have ordered the CAT Scan but she did not. I’m lucky it was caught early
