Fast, efficient! Attendant was great. Tests and boost shots are a little overpriced but used to CA and AZ prices which are way less than TX.

Great location, clean and well designed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly and got my results quickly as well.

I love going in here to get my labs done because it’s so quick and Close to home. Every time I’ve been to the facility, I’ve had a great experience every time. No long wait and out the door to enjoy my day. Thanks ALTN!

The office was very clean and the staff lady’s vibe was immaculate. I hate needles but that she made it harmless for me. Extremely pleased with the timely manner in which my tests were taken. 10/10 highly recommend getting any tests you need here!

This place is incredible! I was able to make an appointment online for the same day.  I completed a consent form and paid for my tests online before arriving for my appointment.  Upon arrival, I  received a warm greeting and was taken back immediately. Wow….this was super easy and fast! I found Any Lab Test Now when searching reviews for labs in the Lakeway area, after having a terrible experience at another local place 2 years in a row. The location is convenient, clean, not crowded. My husband and I were in and out in 15 minutes. Daisy did the blood draw and is really good. I hate having bloodwork done, but honestly did not feel the needle at all. Lakeway residents- they are in the Oaks close to HEB. Give them a try!Also wanted to add to my above post that I got my results today, which is a 24 hour turnaround.

This is the easiest blood draw experience I’ve ever had! I got 2 lab tests and the appointment only took 4 minutes! The interior is immaculate, and the technician was precious! I’ll definitely come back again. So glad I found you.

I had the best blood draw and experience at Any Lab Test Now Lakeway! This is a great place to get your lab testing done quickly. I made a same day appointment and got in and out within 15 min! The prices were affordable and they even sent a copy of my results to my doctor. Thank you for such polite service!

This location is a joke due to Sabrina who works there and is a joke too. She talks to customers like they are a burden. I had an appointment scheduled for labs and a drug test and when I told her that she responds with “you need a drug test?” In an annoyed way. I said yes and that is what I scheduled yesterday with the person who took my appointment. She responds with “well I can’t see any of that” like it’s the customer’s problem. Then, her software would not populate my forms so I was skipped by two people. It’s now 20 minutes after my appointment. Finally I say well just give me a paper form to fill out which she she have done sooner. She responds with something like “sir you don’t need to get aggressive.” This is a young individual that obviously has no experience in the real world. It’s the hypersensitive youngsters we continually hear about. Another customer came in during this whole ordeal and she asked if he had an appointment and he responded that he was just getting a booster and does not think he needs one. Sabrina’s response “ sir I was just asking.” He responds well I’m just telling you. Haha. He ended up just walking out. Then, she decides that she does not feel comfortable and plays that card, calls some guy at a difference branch and they refuse service to me after I just drove 40 minutes to this ridiculous situation. I actually think Brian, the guy that Sabrina, called thought that the situation was a joke too but was just going through the political motions with this overly sensitive Sabrina. Sabrina should not be in customer service as she is clueless about how she comes across to others. Then, when a customer rightfully gets frustrated and then stern because we are not interested in being treated that way, she makes it seem like the customer is the problem and refuses service due to being “uncomfortable.” Two customers lost in the 25 minutes I was there. I guarantee there will be more if she continues to work there and boundaries are not set along with thorough customer service training for our young and entitled Sabrina. The future is a scary place if we continue to see a rise in this mentality.

I love Any Lab Test Now. I go twice a year for full blood panel work. This allows me to self monitor my health and fitness. The Lab is always fast, I have never have to wait, nice and welcoming staff. I highly recommend Any Lab Test Now.

I have been to the new Any Lab Test Now Lakeway location a couple of times. I’ve needed a few different services and each time I had an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient; it’s been very consistent. Easy to get appointments and results are lightning fast. It’s great to have ALTN as part of our Lakeway community!

This is a great place to get fast labs done , you can get your results within 24-48 hours . All kinds of testing , and best thing is you do NOT need to have a doctors order ! My favorite thing about Any Lab Test Now is the Vitamin B12 Shots !!

Terrible experience here. We went for a lab test and they called back at least 3 times for us to sign a lab form again and again. Very inconvenient, and unprofessional. Hectic experience for us, will never return here.

Paperwork process has become much too cumbersome since I started using you all 4 to 5 years ago. This could very well kill the goose that lay the golden egg for you , & I very much want you to succeed since I live in Lakeway. Lawyers & legalese cause more problems than they solve & run costs up unjustifiably. Take it from the son of a lawyer.

Never answers the phone. Booked online for an appointment and showed up and was told they didnt have time to do my test. I will go else where.

Getting a COVID antigen test to catch an overseas flight should be super quick and easy...and thats what it was. Nailed it!
