The whole experience was like wow! The building is not so amazing from the outside but it’s the staff that make it such a great place. The front lady was happy and kind at check in. Then I was whisked away shortly after arriving. The medical assistant smiled and greeted me and I felt heard. I was having a IUD removal and she told me the process and reassured me. The Clinician came in and introduced herself (very happy disposition) and once again told me the process and then removed my IUD and I was done! Best planned parenthood! I’ve been going to PP for 25 years and never used them for abortion services so all y’all people trying to shut them down… they are wayyyyy more than just that. They helped when I was broke and now that I have private insurance I still go there because you get treated like a person either way.

This clinic and their staff are amazing. If you want to get more information on everything you need to know and have the best experience this is the place for you. They know exactly what they’re doing. DO NOT go to the one on Research Blvd #250 their staff are not well trained nor professional. They should teach them how to be professional like these people and communicate well with their patients. I love this place and the lady who gave me my 2nd shot, I can’t remember her name but she was awesome. You guys rock!!

Planned Parenthood is such an amazing organization and is providing critical care to Texans who really need it. I am between insurances, and my care here is always affordable and offered with great care and knowledge. Had a wonderful two check-ups with Kathryn, and she made me feel very comfortable. I’d recommend this location to anyone seeking affordable sexual healthcare! Thank you for helping Texan women and queer individuals in these scary times - it means the world.

This is not a review on planned parenthood as a whole or about any services they do or do not provide. This review is about the treatment and respect my wife and I received during our visit. Heather is the manager of this location and she isn’t very nice, she was very pushy on treatment when we kept saying we couldn’t afford, she wasn’t listening and got loud with us multiple times until we left due to feeling uncomfortable, I do not like reviewing places, I don’t like being a Karen but to be honest this was by far the worst experience I have had for anything medical and keep in mind I was in the Army for 6 years lol. At this point my wife has had a mental breakdown since this incident and has not stopped crying and shaking dude to a sever panic attack, at this point legal action seems like the only way to get any help here.

Wow I honestly dont think they have a phlebotomist here. I have the biggest, greenest veins and Ive never needed to be poked more than once on a blood draw, and typically tests are done with two full test tubes per test. She had two test tubes in her hand and put the needle in far too shallow, so when she pulled the tube out the needle sucked air at one point then she took it out. She didnt try again and hid the second tube. Then when she was trying to stop the bleeding she didnt think to remove the tourniquet, I had to remind her the bleeding wasnt going to stop with the tourniquet on. Then she left and came back saying I was good to go, I asked about the second tube and she said I didnt need it...honestly think she was embarrassed and rushed me out. Just overall unnerving. Maybe they just need to have them trained as phlebotomists before drawing blood improperly.Edit: I wanted to add that she did lay everything down on the table unsanitized, including the cottonball that she then used to place on my vein. I noticed that immediately and see the previous review saying the same. She even started off before drawing my blood talking about someone who was difficult to poke and I had to reassure her my veins are good lol

Don’t get blood drawing at this location. The nurse is incompetent. She could not locate my vein and poke twice on my arm. The wound is not bandaged properly. The cotton ball is left carelessly on the table which might be contaminated.
