Dr. Mansfield knew my history before I even walked in. From the start of my appointment, she had a game plan for moving forward, and it was very evident that she was confident in her choices for me. Her bedside manner is wonderful. I instantly felt at ease. I am looking forward to working with her in this next step of our journey.

Tania was knowledgeable, personable and provided a wonderful experience for our first appointment. We came to Aspire after starting our fertility journey at another large Austin clinic, which proved to be a terrible experience.Working with Tania and the Aspire team has been the total opposite of that first experience: everyone is knowledgeable, having an electronic portal for records makes a major difference and so far, were happy with our choice in the team at Aspire!

I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and completed all the required paperwork to secure the booking. Four days before the appointment, I received a voicemail stating it would be canceled due to incomplete paperwork. I called back immediately and was informed that my health history form wasn’t completed, so they had to cancel my appointment. However, I never received any notification or communication about this additional form. I rescheduled for the day after my original appointment and completed all the paperwork as requested.Two days before the rescheduled appointment, I called to confirm as I hadn’t received any confirmation. I was then told that the appointment was now virtual, even though my initial appointment was supposed to be in person—this change was never communicated to me. The lack of organization and communication from the staff, particularly the front desk, has been very frustrating. Based on this experience, I’ve already advised friends to avoid this place, as I can’t recommend it given these issues.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Prokai for fertility treatments, and I am so grateful for his exceptional care. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions, which makes me feel well-supported throughout the process. Dr. Prokai is always thoroughly prepared for our appointments, ensuring that every meeting is productive and focused on my individual needs. His compassionate approach and attention to detail have made a significant difference in my journey, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking fertility care.

Dr.Adallah & my cypress clinic staff is beyond amazing. They have amazing communication & have been there every step of the way. After having 3 failed IUI’s at a different clinic, the haven’t skipped a beat since taking me as a patient. I love them so much. 🫶🏼

I had a great experience with my doctor Dr Kelley. But their back office is a mess. I had bad experiences throughout my 3 cycles. I’m now switching to a new practice and I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for aspire to send my embryology records to my new clinic. I can’t plan for my next embryo transfer because I can’t get my records from Aspire.*Update: Its been almost 6 weeks and they still havent sent my records to my new clinic.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this clinic. Dr. Prokai and nurse practitioner Tania are exceptionally thorough in their explanations, considerate during medical procedures, and dedicated to their patients. Other team members, including my nurse Jenna, phlebotomist Monica, and medical assistant Aaliyah, also provided outstanding care. They always made me smile and helped distract me during my visits. For the first time in my life, I started to look forward to doctor appointments, just so I could say hi to them and laugh about random things.In my experience, its extremely unusual to find a medical clinic that houses both trustworthy, knowledgeable doctors and compassionate nurses/assistants. Fertility treatments are very stressful on multiple fronts, and it makes a world of difference when the clinic not only helps reduce the stress but also fills you with excitement and hope. We are deeply grateful for this team and constantly thank our lucky stars for bringing us to Aspire Austin. We look forward to continuing our journey with them.

Everyone was always encouraging and supportive. I came here after a friend had a positive experience freezing her eggs, and I was even more pleased than I expected.The staff is fabulous - inclusive, kind, and quick to respond to questions!

Dr. Mansfield and her team provided great care. They’re a chosen provider for my fertility insurance, Progyny, and they provide excellent service every step of the way. This can be a very stressful process but they help make it feel manageable and make sure everything goes smoothly.

The communication in this office is horrible and they are very unprofessional. They unkind and lack empathy or understanding for basic life situations. They have poor communication and I would have went to another office if I had known my experience would be so traumatizing.

Deciding to have a child is a big decision. There are plenty of emotions and stressed involved. If you want to add unnecessary stress and hardship to this journey, Aspire Fertility is the clinic for you.I’ll spare the details and get to the point. Aspire requires you to work through a case/account manager. Ours was Kathy. Kathy should be fired. After our initial IUI session, unfortunately we found out we were not pregnant. We got no follow up, no next steps and no communication at all from aspire. Imagine the flurry of questions and thoughts in your head with no one to speak with.We called at least 10 times over the last 4 weeks. Absolutely nothing. The office staff simply said Kathy would get back to us. Kathy never did. We tried to talk to the doctor. We tried to schedule another appointment. We tried to request info. They all said nothing could happen if it wasn’t through Kathy. They’d apologize and tell us she’d get back to us… never did.It wasn’t until we tried to go to another fertility clinic that the hermit Kathy crawled out of her cave when we called. Unapologetically, she said that Aspire changed their process and we now handle things through the portal as if this is as well known as driving on the right side of the road.On top of that it’s another 5 weeks before we can see a doctor and they act as if it’s our fault. If you want to have a child and work with a facility that cares about their patients, literally any other facility is a huge upgrade from Aspire. This is a huge life decision and I deeply regret trusting these people with help. We’ve heard through friends that Texas fertility clinic is great.If you look at any of their bad reviews, they copy and paste the same response, which is “if you wish to discuss further give us a call”. Most of the bad reviews include the inability to contact the people we need to talk to, and your public response is to tell that person to give you a call. This place needs all new admin staff.Update -- Despite STILL having not spoken to a single person regarding our fertility treatment (were not able to get in until June) they CHARGED US for a virtual consult!! I cannot believe how poorly run this place is. Were honestly stuck with these people and its a nightmare. Another clinic said it would be a huge delay to start all over. I deeply regret getting involved with this clinic. This has been an awful experience, and we have still not received any support, help, or even an explanation from them.

The Aspire Fertility representative was patience, gave me options, and kind. I will choose aspire anytime, they are awesome. ☺️

I had a terrible experience 2 years ago where i wasn’t informed well and not enough eggs were retrieved and now when I called to enquire about a second round of freezing and had questions about the same. The nurse- Jenna was ridiculously rude.I’d like the management to look at people they hire as fertility is not a joke and people would appreciate being treated well esp if they are paying you top dollars!

Really great clinic - they’re so friendly and knowledgeable. I have had a solid experiences with NP Tania Yousaf and the helpful nurses.

Dr.Kelley and her team are an amazing team, they are amazing with communication and helping answer questions about the process. I would definitely be using her team again.

Fantastic bedside manner from the doctors, nurses, and medical assistants. Everyone is so warm and friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Aspire and would recommend using them for IVF. Dr Prokai was wonderful to work with and the staff is very helpful, kind, and responsive.

Dr. Kelly and her team are amazing! They’re super sweet and caring. My wife and I were worried about finding a clinic and that was LGBT friendly and Aspire made us feel very welcomed! We went through a lot to try and have a baby and Aspire was with us through all the ups and downs! It may have taken a while, but we now have a beautiful baby girl and it was all worth it.

I highly recommend Aspire! I have had the absolute best experience with both Dr. Prokai & Dr. Kelleys team. The staff was always so helpful and kind. With the wisdom of Aspire, I am now pregnant and I truly cannot say enough about how thankful we are for Aspire fertility!

I strongly don’t recommend Aspire Fertility, and really hope that TriWest drops them for community care veteran appointments. My wife was sent here for fertility concerns and in this process my semen needed to be analyzed as well. Now a year later, they are still attempting to bill me for the sample. For context, we both are disabled veterans and have TriWest insurance which was given to them.I’m finally leaving this review today, because after multiple attempts to call and resolve this issue. The billing service representative was condescending informing me that my wife didn’t have her semen analyzed and that in fact “my wife and I are two separate human beings.” Despite her witty, factual, and probably funny statements under different circumstances, I called to help them get paid by the VA, and the result is their unpaid bill.Pretty ridiculous, but truthfully I’m sure they do great fertility care, but they don’t deserve to be serving veterans.Update:The above review remains. This place is horrible with communication and their billing department, so keep that in mind. My wife eventually paid their bogus $100 bill without my knowledge, which actually should pose some privacy and security concerns. The reason being that they billed me for this and not my wife, because we were separate individuals. This was regardless of us both being veterans under TriWest, which was clearly stated to them, but were incapable of being under the same account. Then they allowed her to pay a bill that wasnt hers containing PII without the consent or even disclosure to me.*The response from the owner* Should have said please take this accurate review down, because we wont change or improve.I still think this place should lose TriWest insurance.I also recommend individuals to be weary of their privacy controls, communication, and billing issues.

I cannot begin to find all of the words of thanks I owe to Aspire. Dr. Kelley, Tania, Maddie, Brielle, everyone else who we’ve interacted with? Absolute world class fertility treatment. The way they’ve taken care of my husband and I through the most emotional process out there is just beyond. I’m not happy to be graduating on from their care, but that means it worked!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT FIT INTO THE ‘REGULAR’ MOLD OF INFERTILITY.My husband and I went here. Everyone was perfectly lovely at the facility. Our issues began after we’d spent over $800 each on testing (insurance have been billed into the thousands). I told reception that I didn’t want to go ahead and have the HSG yet as we are not in a position to do IUI due to my boyfriends test results. We had been told that it could take up to a year, possibly even longer for that to change. I decided to wait on the HSG as I don’t want to pay to have to have it done again should it take that long for us to be in a position where IUI can be successful. The test would be around $300 out of pocket for us. I’d rather take the HSG and spend that money when I know that it could actually get me pregnant. Because I don’t want to take the HSG yet, Aspire are REFUSING to let us see the Dr. We’ve had several phone conversations with the people that book appointments and they literally won’t book us one. So I have thousands of dollars worth of test results and absolutely no idea what they mean. Does that sound to you like a place that cares about you getting pregnant? Or does it sound more like somewhere that cares about ticking boxes and getting paid. Absolute waste of money and time.Edit 8/6 - as of July this year, we are pregnant without medical intervention. So glad I focused on my husbands test results and didnt blindly go ahead to spend more $$$$ on testing that wasnt actually needed.

Ive never written a Google review, but because this clinic specializes in helping people with a very important aspect of their lives, I feel inclined to share my experience.This clinic has been such a disappointment for the past 18 months. I have been exploring egg and embryo freezing since the summer of 2022. My experience with this clinic every step of the way has been the primary reason its taken me 18 months to decide if Id like to move forward.While the Drs are nice and knowledgeable, every other interaction and experience at this clinic is sub-par and insanely frustrating. A few things to name a few....*They do not answer their phone, there have been times when Ive had an appointment and had to leave five voicemails and still no one called me back. It took 8 weeks to get a follow up appointment and after that one, took me 3 weeks just to get a hold of them for next steps. They are asking for $25,000 for this process, and yet no one calls you back, the financial advocate couldnt be bothered to respond to any message.*They force you to talk to them through a portal, but no one else on their side internally can see the history of the conversations. They send different answers to the same question and are inconsistent in their responses.*They are insanely disorganized, no one ever knows who I am, and they never seem like they want to answer my simple questions or are always sending me to someone else... who ALSO doesnt answer their phone. I never met a friendly person at this clinic. It always feels like maybe they dont need my business.*They are NOT transparent at all about fees. This was horribly frustrating after over 12 months of conversations with the doctor. I was very clear about our insurance situation and asked for guidance on a few things. None of my Qs or information were taken into consideration, and they ordered unnecessary tests that resulted in us spending a ton of $ out of pocket. When I finally made a decision to move forward with Embryo & egg freezing, they presented an invoice to me that was 2.5x higher than what we had discussed previously. They give you no breakdown of fees, they charge you for additional tests and the medications separately and they will not let you talk to a nurse or doctor until youre cleared financially. Their financial advocates dont answer any questions and were extremely aggressive with me. I felt they were maxing out a benefit offered to me at work to take advantage of the insurance pay out. I asked to speak with managers, or anyone else to try and give them another chance, but no one ever responded to me.In general, I am someone who can confidently make a decision quickly. The experience with this clinic has dragged out a very important decision in my life for 18 months, and I should have followed my gut a year ago and gone a different direction.

We had our first visit today and it went so well. Everything was explained in detail and we felt super comfortable throughout the appointment. Every person we encountered we so nice! I’m usually really anxious about any kind of medical appointment but they had me feeling relaxed almost immediately.

With our first experience at the clinic, Tania was very welcoming and detailed with all our questions. She’s also funny and friendly that really eased my nerves a lot for the appointment.It makes us feel a lot better knowing someone like Tania is going to help us the plan the long journey.

Tania was very friendly and easy to connect with. She explained things thoroughly and was very upfront about the hurdles ahead.

Tania Yusuf NP was wonderful, she walked me and my husband through images of procedures and steps before going into the actual process. She was kind and informative. Truly an amazing experience

The entire staff is so sweet, we were so nervous going in and NP Tania Yousaf was the most compassionate and sweet provider, she explained everything in detail and made us feel so comfortable, I literally cannot say enough great things about her! We’ve only had our consultation so far but I feel like we are in great hands with Tania and her staff!

I couldnt recommend Aspire and Dr. Prokai enough! We started our fertility journey early this year after struggling to conceive, and didnt need to be their patients for long! We were incredibly fortunate that it only took just 1 IUI for me to become pregnant and we just welcomed our little one into our world. Dr. Prokai and the Aspire team were so easy to work with, and we are forever thankful!

She took her time, answered all our questions and made us so comfortable! Best experience ever!

I don’t usually write reviews but i would not recommend this place. After waiting 2 months for our consult, I got a voicemail saying we missed my husbands consent form and it needed to be completed by a couple days before our appt. That was fine, we missed doing his. Hours later we get another voicemail saying they needed reschedule our appt. No apologies in the message… I called the next morning and I told them I could only do Mondays and after a certain time so my husband could come with me for the first appt. Any other appt I would have rescheduled and gone alone to but this was important for us to go together. They then told me they could get me in on a annother day that was not Monday and I declined then they told me we would have to wait December, another month…. I asked why it took two months for them to figure out that they needed to reschedule us and they told me the doctor wasn’t going to be in that day anymore. I told them this was on them and they should make it right and not make us wait another month. The receptionist honestly didn’t say much and when I told her it was unprofessional, she said she would report it back to her supervisor. I doubt that..I get that they work with this every day but this is an emotional process that takes people a lot of time to get the courage to finally make the decision to start the process . have a little compassion for why someone would be upset after waiting months to get in. I really just felt like a number to them.Thankfully I was able to get in at another clinic that we researched when we were originally starting to look.

WARNING! We booked an initial consultation and Aspire sent 40 pages of legal agreements to sign within 3 days and before a consultation can be confirmed. All the agreements ask patient to give up for any legal authority and provide Aspire full legal authority for their services. Completely unacceptable and all new patients should push back and not sign. Please read carefully~!

Weve had a great experience with Aspire so far. Nurse Tania is knowledgable and professional, and helped to make sure we were comfortable with and educated about the services we requested. Wed recommend to other couples!

We had such a great experience with Dr. Prokai’s team at Aspire! We switched doctors after a bad experience at Another local fertility clinic where I just felt like a number, so I was especially grateful for the personal service and accessibility to the nurses and doctors. They were so friendly and really held our hand through the process. They were genuine and caring and I always felt comfortable calling them, and they always responded quickly (thank you Casey!) . We did one round of IVF and were successful! Forever grateful to this team and will be telling all my friends! Highly recommended!

Tania was wonderful! She explained everything thoroughly and gave me a clear idea of what to expect with the IUI and IVF process. She took the time to schedule a follow-up appointment that worked with my schedule. I felt welcome and understood.

I came here for an HSG test and I was SO nervous for it. Nurse Tanya and the technician were very kind and patient with me. They really took the time to walk me through each step of the procedure and did not stop encouraging me. Even though the test itself was hard for me, everyone at Aspire were very helpful and nice.

We have had a fantastic experience with Aspire Fertility. From the creating of our embryos and freezing them, to our first transfer 18 months later, everyone has been warm, welcoming, informative, patient. Dr. Kelley is wonderful! I am now 11 weeks pregnant thanks to her incredible work, and our first try, too! My husband and I trust Dr. Kelley and her team completely, and we will certainly be back in the future to continue adding to our family!

It was difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Kelley, but I was optimistic after meeting with her over Zoom. This review is not about Dr. Kelley, but in regards to a verbally abusive short blonde nurse who works at the clinic. My appointment was cancelled when I arrived 15 minutes late, despite speaking on the phone with staff 30 minutes prior to confirm that the Doctor would still see me. Upon arrival, I was told that the doctor and medical staff were leaving early, so I should reschedule. I drove 3 hours and took off work for this appointment. While I think it is unprofessional to schedule an appointment you cant make, I was ok with rescheduling. That is until a nurse/manager came out and aggressively asked me the same question 6 times in a row, without listening to my answer. She sought any excuse to make it my fault that the appointment was being cancelled. She told me that I couldnt be seen the next day (after I had already told her 3 times I could not come the next day). She told me I shouldnt have made the appointment, despite my following the doctors directions and that of the support staff. I ended up turning my back on the nurse/manager in anger and in hopes she would stop her tirade. My husband and I were really excited about working with Dr. Kelley. Now I have to consider if its worth taking excessive time off work and dealing her staffs behavioral problems.

Our initial appointment with Dr. Prokai went very well. He went step by step in great detail of what our options were at this point in our lives. My husband and I felt very comfortable talking with him. We are excited to get started on our fertility journey with him!

Dr. Kelley was professional yet sincere during our consultation. She has a very warm demeanor. She allowed ample time to answer all of our questions and create options for our family planning goals. This was a very welcomed experience after our not so encouraging first experience elsewhere. Would highly recommend her.

Definitely each time I’ve been in the office I always get to see Dr. David Prokai. He’s definitely super easy to talk to he takes the time to listen to me and concerns, he’s got super great personality which helps when your super anxious and he’s great at making sure you understand what’s going on and explains everything to make sure you feel well cared for in my experience being there! Also the nurses Grace and Morgan are great there too, definitely takes their time and makes sure you are comfortable and explanation are great if you don’t understand! Couldn’t be anymore happy to be working this them through the experience and will count on them in the future!

The only reason I gave them a star is because it is required. They are so disorganized for a clinic that is dealing with starting a family it is ridiculous. They asked us to fill out all this paperwork and download an app to fill out more paperwork, texted us multiple times threatening to cancel my MONDAY JULY 31,23 appointment only to call today, while we are dealing with a death in the family, to say the dr does not accept our insurance. Ummmm what??? Then when I’m asking questions with the person who called back, he says I need to talk to someone else..Beverly. I ask why she didn’t call and for him to transfer me. Guess what? Beverly is not available. So now I can’t go to my appointment Monday and the next available appointment for a Dr that does accept Cigna, and who tf does not accept Cigna, is in September. At this point, I’m convinced monkeys would do a better job of running this clinic.

I was really nervous about the whole fertility process and from day one everyone at Aspire Fertility was so kind, positive and friendly. The whole staff was amazing, and Dr. Angela Kelley was truly heaven sent. She made all of our dreams reality. She was incredibly supportive and patient and she made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She was attentive which reassured me that I could not only trust her but just focus on the journey. We cannot thank her and everyone enough. I’d absolutely recommend her.

How can I thank a clinic that helped me find the love of my life? I had unexplained fertility issues and I met with Dr Kelley for a consultation. She was kind and honest about all my options. I decided to do IVF. Throughout the whole process, the staff provided high touch support, including emotional support. I had heavy bleeding at the 5 week mark and Dr. Kelley was there to support me through the process on the weekend. I just gave birth to my perfectly sweet baby girl on January 27. It wouldnt have been possible without Dr. Kelley and the entire staff at Aspire. Im forever grateful

Steer away from this clinic, as far away as possible!! There are so many reasons not to use Aspire.Before doing my IVF cycle, I was told I need to get labs for screening like hepatitis, HIV, and some others. They said it was required to have before we could even cycle. Made sense. Except the fact that the clinic never reviewed those labs before we started cycling b/c they had not received them. When looking into labcorp later on, there was actually a mix up w/ the name and birthdate, so the results never came through. It just goes to show how negligent they are of basic medical records review, and makes me wonder what other things they have missed that I don’t know about. I also had to pay out of pocket to the office b/c they said they didn’t have authorization on file for me. When I called my insurance, they did have an auth on file. It has always been so frustrating going back and forth w/ the clinic, and how dismissive the nurses were. It was such a pain to have to try to get reimbursed, which also took 7 weeks, and could have been prevented altogether if the nurse would have simply called, but they didnt, b/c they could care less. I don’t think their staff realizes how time sensitive fertility is, and honestly don’t think they care whether you get pregnant or not. It’s a simple business to them, and they are just looking for numbers to fill their gaps. Their office is so disorganized and I don’t feel that anyone is ever on the same page- they are the worst about responding to messages on the portal. There is no after call nurse at all!! and I really felt that w/ the girl that works the front desk, and also Kathy b/c she will never respond messages or provide updates.

The whole Aspire team, including our amazing physician, Dr. Prokai, are just simply the best. My wife and I always felt welcome and more than just like patients. Everyone from the front office staff, to the techs, phlebotomist, etc., treated us like family. We are currently expecting our first kiddo this December, all thanks to Dr. Prokai and the Aspire Team! Highly recommend.

The last time I visited the clinic was on Oct 24,2023 at 12:45 PM for a lab test. I had the worst experience ever with the lady at the Front Desk, she almost kicked me out of the clinic because my 3 years old daughter was with me in the visit.Very bad experience, this lady at the front desk is the reason why this clinic lost me and my family as clients.Good luck

I’ve only had my initial virtual consultation but Dr Kelley made me feel happy about my decision to change fertility specialists. Appointment was right on time. She was extremely knowledgeable and organized. She was so patient with me and my million questions! I’m looking forward to working with her on our IVF journey!

We had a great experience with RMA. The receiving area and waiting room is very relaxing and private. My husband and I did not feel like another number - they had a true relationship with us as patients. I felt the practice was very informative and research based. All of our options were presented, explained and discussed. Then we were given time to ask more questions and make our decision. We now have a beautiful 22 month old boy and a 3 month boy with the help of RMA.

At 36 years old, 4 months after we got married and childless, hoping to start a family in 2021. I got diagnosed with cancer. Not only that the treatment with chemotherapy is going to leave me infertile. I was referred by my oncologist to Aspire. And i am gonna tell you, they are amazing. They are taking care of me like angels. My process with fertilization needs to be super speed up so i can start chemo. They are working with me holistically. They are going above and beyond to help me as much as they can. Finding time to take me in, finding financial assistance for patients like me, scheduling and working around my schedule. They are always super nice and welcoming. Collins is my person from the clinic and she is an angel. But all the doctor and staff are awesome! I am so happy to have them being the only positive thing about my life right now, and they are making everything easy and happy. I cannot wait to beat this cancer and start a family, i have something to look forward now because Aspire is helping me.

I was explained the process thoroughly and after the hsg test and emotion from pain. I learned this, to keep moving forward. Dr. Kelley is extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. I saw her over the course of a year and a half and came into this process not knowing anything about fertility treatments. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions and concerns, and I appreciated how she laid out our options and shared an honest point of view on whether she thought an additional test or treatment was needed. I can’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else!!

I cannot say enough regarding the positive experience we had at Aspire under the direct care of Dr. Angela Kelley. This process is challenging enough, so to have the attention and care of such a wonderful team is amazing! It makes the process less tough.

I want to start by saying my interactions with the medical staff were incredible. Unfortunately, Fertility Services are expensive and too expensive to disregard the insurance paperwork. They assured me they would work with my medical insurance as I have fertility coverage. However, 3 months and 5 calls later, the Aspire Staff has yet to submit the post clinical review to my insurance. Thank goodness my husband and I decided not to pursue assistance beyond initial testing. If we end up needing fertility assistance, we will be sure to go elsewhere.

The entire process getting signed up for an appointment, registered, and all of our intake forms processed was unbelievably poorly communicated. After weeks of waiting, they canceled the appointment days before it happened because they added a new consent form to the portal and we hadnt yet signed it.They, of course, didnt bother to tell us that they cancelled our appointment until we called in to request more information on consent form -- three full days before the scheduled date. If you pursue treatment here, make sure you stay on top of whatever paperwork gets uploaded to their poorly designed patient portal because, if you dont, your patient advocate will cancel your appointment without notifying you.

Dr. Angela Kelly is Awesome, I would highly recommend to her , she and her team is incredible, they all are very punctual, very quick to give answer to your all questions, my nurse Morgan was always available for me any time. I had very good experience with Aspire clinic , me and my husband always be thank full to Aspire and Dr Kelly , Dr prokai and the team , thanks . We appreciate all your efforts to us .

My initial first appointment today with Dr Prokai was amazing. I was extremely nervous with how many follicles I still have and I was definitely nervous with the hsg test because I heard stories about cramping. However, he made me so relaxed with talking about movies especially coming to America that I didnt even realize that the dye was in there because I had no cramping at all. This appointment made me so secure and I know with his guidance I will soon have a little baby growing inside me. I am looking forward to him and his team helping me with finally making my dream come true with becoming a mother.

Amanda and her team were very polite and prompt in their response and booking of my appointment. I requested to come in for a consultation and obtain an egg count. I provided my insurance to the intake admin during my initial call and when she ran my insurance, she told me that it was not covered. I was not surprised as family planning is not widely covered. My visit was quick, educational but felt forced and strongly directed towards freezing my eggs. On my way out, I was provided a bill as my insurance provider did not cover this service and I was required to pay out-of-pocket. I paid $265.78 out-of-pocket at the time of the visit. Shortly after, I received an invoice from RMA for the Patient Obligation portion of the visit amounting to $30. Turns out, the billing team charged my insurance and insurance covered the visit. I have called the billing department approximately 5 times and they refuse to respond or issue a refund for patient over-payment portion. I work in the medical industry and focus specifically on revenue recognition and refunds so this is very disappointing. As of now, Amanda and her team owe me $235.78 and refuse to pay. They also double charged for the same service. I have attached the documented support. Please stay away from RMA as they are NOT patient-focused but profit-focused.

When we decided to give Aspire Fertility a try, we were worried. We had such a horrible experience with Texas Fertilitys Dr. Lisa Hansard that we didnt know if we wanted to try again. However, after our first consultation with Dr. Mansfield we knew we were in good hands. Her compassion and sincerity for those looking to expand their family radiated. Moreover, she took the time to explain the pros and cons of IUI and IVF. When we decided on IVF she took the time to explain the expectations of this procedure. For the first time we are excited and hopeful of our new arrival! Thats exactly the feeling we should be experiencing. If you are looking for a caring doctor, and not an Ice Queen, Dr. Mansfield is the doctor for you.

Nurse Tanya was very professional and she was able to break down the whole process in a clear concise way. I had no confusion going into the steps needed to be done and walked out with a better understanding than I did walking in.

We wanted to start this review by expressing that we had an AMAZING experience with Aspire Fertility! We have been trying to conceive naturally and under care of another fertility clinic in Austin for over 6 years until we decided to give Aspire Fertility a shot. We had our first consultation virtually with Dr. Angela Kelley in June 2020. Even though it was virtual due to COVID19, we felt immediately that Dr. Kelley would be a great fit for us. She has a very calm and kind demeanor, is very knowledgeable, really cares about her patients and is passionate about what she does.We started our IVF cycle late July. Outside of follow up appointments, we were mainly in touch with our nurse Morgan Weaver. Morgan was WONDERFUL! She has such a nice and caring personality and additionally she is a real professional and great at what she does. This was our 2nd IVF cycle and due to the first experience (with a different clinic) we knew what was important for us during this cycle. We mentioned concerns or questions to Morgan and Dr. Kelley and they always acted on them. They ordered additional tests we asked for to make us feel more at ease.Our egg retrieval was mid-August and was performed by Dr. David Prokai since Dr. Kelley was out of town that day. When we learned that Dr. Prokai would be our doctor for the retrieval, we asked if we could set up a virtual call to get to know him before the procedure. It was not a problem at all, and we had a great conversation with Dr. Prokai and felt very comfortable going into the egg retrieval. The egg retrieval was a success and overall a very pleasant experience.We had our frozen embryo transfer early October and were ecstatic when we learned that the embryo implanted!! The care after pregnancy was determined was great as well and we graduated from the fertility clinic mid-November. We are now 30 weeks pregnant, and all is going well so far!We can honestly say that even if our first transfer would have not been successful, we would have still felt the way we are now about the care we received by Aspire Fertility. With IVF you have to take your chances, since a positive outcome is never a guarantee. We highly recommend Aspire Fertility for anyone struggling with infertility. Besides Dr. Kelley, Dr. Prokai and Morgan the whole team was very nice, attentive, and made us feel welcome every time we came in.Thank you everyone at Aspire for making our baby dream come true. Dr. Kelley has a calm and confident demeanor. As a first time patient, she answered all of my questions and helped me feel prepared for the next steps in my fertility journey. Her staff was wonderful and patient.

Dr Kelley is so genuine and kind and VERY upfront about the whole process on what possibly could go absolutely right to what could absolutely not work out. I gave 4 stars for a couple reasons. This team had a heck of a time drawing my blood each visit which included multiple sticks. During the egg retrieval process the anesthesiologist took 9 times to get an IV started. Not a fun experience but I will say that the apologies and care during those were also genuine and I knew it wasn’t something they were trying to purposely do. The level of detail that was given was phenomenal and made myself and my husband at ease even in the midst of this pandemic. Highly recommend Dr Kelley and Morgan. Thank you!

The staff at RMA are excellent. They take a stressful situation and make it tolerable. The staff have a great sense of humor which helps through some of the difficult times. They understand the sensitivity of the procedure and make you feel safe and comfortable every step of the way.I love RMA and plan to use them again in the future.The payment/finance department you have to keep up with your payments because their tracking can get off, keep all your receipts.

Fertility treatment is so incredibly traumatic. Having a doctor who not only gives you first class care, but also understands how to be there emotionally for you is incredibly important. Dr. Prokai genuinely cares about his patients.In 2020 I was working with another fertility clinic in Austin and my body wasn’t responding to stimulation treatment. I was told that I needed to start exploring donor eggs. I went to Dr. Prokai for a second opinion and I felt an immediate connection to him. During our conversation, I felt more heard and seen than I had ever felt during my year of fertility treatment with my other clinic. At my previous clinic I felt like a number in their system, and had no emotional connection to my doctor. During my appointment with Dr. Prokai I remember him saying I understand that every step in this journey is a loss, I can only tell you what I would tell you if you were my sister, and if you were my sister, I would agree that a donor egg is your best chance. I was blown away, my other doctor had never acknowledged the emotional weight that fertility treatment carries. We stayed with my old clinic and went forward with stimulating my sister Sarah, who agreed to be my egg donor. Unfortunately, after a horrible experience with that clinic, we were forced to abandon treatment mid-cycle. I called Aspire Fertility in tears on Friday night and they called Dr. Prokai who not only talked to me that Friday night, but agreed to rush us in for an appointment. He rescued our cycle and was able to continue Sarah’s stimulation. During Sarah’s egg extraction, she grabbed Dr Prokai’s hand and said “you’re such a blessing for our family. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done. I believe god gave you to us.” Dr. Prokai got misty-eyed, but is a superstitious man so didn’t congratulate us just yet. Even though my sister also has a low ovarian reserve, the cycle resulted in three grade A healthy and viable embryos!Not only did Dr. Prokai make me feel taken care of emotionally and clinically, he also made my sister Sarah feel cared for as one of his own patients- not just “the donor.” At one point during our treatment, it looked like we were going to have to stop her cycle and try again with another medication protocol. Thankfully, Sarah started responding to treatment and we were able to move forward. So many ups and downs. Dr. Prokai confessed that he was so worried that he would have to call off the cycle that he had spent the weekend practicing how to tell us with his wife, so he could make sure that he told us in as gentle of a way as possible, so we wouldn’t lose hope. This is who he is. He cares so much.We are now three months pregnant with our baby boy! Due on my sister’s bday- another blessing. Dr. Prokai wanted so badly to FaceTime Sarah & her husband during our first heartbeat appt, and it was such a beautiful moment, every team member on board, listening to our miracle’s strong heart beat. During our last appointment with Dr. Prokai I was a sobbing mess. I was so devastated to leave him and his incredible staff who rallied around us and gave us the care and support we needed to make this little boy. I will never be able to thank the team at Aspire enough for the wonderful gift they have given us. We love them like family. They want constant updates from me and my sister. It has been such a long and hard journey, but I could not be more grateful that it was Dr. Prokai who helped us create this little life. It was all meant to be, but with the right doctor.

We feel incredibly lucky to have seen Dr. Prokai and the Aspire team through this process. Unexplained infertility is both a good and bad thing - good because nothing is wrong, bad because nothing is wrong (and still nothing is happening!). It can be very confusing, isolating and sad. Dr. Prokai balanced empathy and optimism with educating us and presenting the facts. He always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and patiently. On my first visit I mentioned how I hated getting blood drawn - he stayed back while the nurses did this and just chatted with me to distract me. I knew then that he would be different. All of our fears going into this process were quickly alleviated- we trusted in Dr. Prokai and his plan - he didnt let us down. Now we are pregnant with our baby boy (after a second IUI) and couldnt be happier! While we hope we dont have to go through this again, we would in a heartbeat knowing Dr. Prokai is on our team.

I wish I could provide a better review of Aspire but after meeting with my new IVF clinic (not Aspire), I simply cant.We started our IVF journey over a year ago and went through two full rounds of IVF with Aspire. During that time, we at time felt that we did not get the care we should have gotten and switched doctors within Aspire, but we kept going.The team is overall very nice and the office space is welcoming but after the two failed rounds, we decided to pursue the next round with a different clinic and wow, I must say how I am impressed we are with the new clinic and their team.We not only learned that our first transfer at Aspire should not have been done since the lining was way too thick but we also learned that our new doctor has so much more experience and knew exactly what to do at all times, without asking us for what we want to do. He is the leading doctor in Austin and had a 70% success rate last year vs. about half of that for Aspire.We were successful with our new doctor in the first try and should have taken the advise from our various friends to go with him instead of Aspire in the first place.To add more insult to injury, Aspire owes us money because they made us overpay and thr insurnace settled that two months ago. It has been over two months since we requested the refund and all we hear is the check is on the way.... Aspire made sure that we always pay upfront in advance of the various services but when it comes to giving us what they owe us, they care less.I suggest that you take a closer look at other IVF clinics in Austin and that your research includes a meeting with Texas Fertility Clinic, specifically Dr. Silverberg. You wont regret it.

Writing a review because I know finding a clinic you can trust for this process is crucial. I loved my experience at Aspire - Dr. Prokai and Marci were amazing. They both worked to help me meet my timeline and I really appreciated it. We were able to match my egg retrieval numbers from my previous cycle at UCSF so it went really well!

Im so glad to have been referred to Dr. Skilleren and her team. She is the specialist at my OB office. After my first appointment of reviewing history, she ordered bloodwork and a saline ultrasound. She pinpointed scarring and I had surgery to remove this. Dr. Mack performed the surgery and she was amazing as well. I also interacted with Ricki, my nurse quite often. She was fantastic to say the least. Im happy to say that we will be welcoming a new baby and its all thanks to Dr. Skilleren and her wonderful team.

Dr. Kelley was great and helped us come up with a good plan for our future family. She was very understanding and explained everything. She also made us feel good about our questions and concerns.

Dr. Prokai is one of the most genuine, caring, kindest humans I have had the privilege of getting to know. He is a fantastic doctor, and I can’t recommend him enough. His entire team is also amazing. The first fertility doctor I met with was cold and robotic - so glad I followed my gut, left her practice, and found Dr. Prokai!!

Dr. Prokai and his team are amazing! They are a wonderful team and amazing support system for their patients. I had two previous fertility doctors and he was just what we needed. I had a multiple failed IUI and one failed embryo transfer. He went above and beyond to make sure the next transfer would be a a success. Even though it took some extra time and so grateful to Dr. Prokai, now I am currently holding my beautiful baby boy. I could not have wished for a better doctor and team. I can’t thank you enough Dr. Prokai!

Would not recommend this office. We met Dr. Prokai virtually and he seemed nice enough. I called when I spontaneously became pregnant before starting IVF prep because Dr. Prokai said he would still take care of me if that were to happen. I called the nurse Cassy 2 times that day and left a message. No return call. At this point my anxiety is high because I have had 5 miscarriages and have been told by 2 doctors I need to be on blood thinners as soon as I become pregnant. I wait a majority of the next day for her to call me back until I decide to call her myself. She answers and I asked if she got my message the day before and she said yes, but Dr. Prokai doesnt usually see patients who get pregnant before starting treatment. I guess she didnt think she needed to call me back to tell me that??? It didnt matter because Dr. Prokai had told me otherwise. I tell her this and she seems annoyed and says she will talk to him (so she hasnt even brought it to his attention at this time). She calls me back later that day to go in for blood work the next day. I do that and she calls with results and says to repeat them in 2 days. She was also obviously talking with food in her mouth. I was told I would get results the same day, but I did not get a phone call that day (shocker). It has been over AN ENTIRE WEEK and I still have not been called with results. I have since gone back to my old clinic, have had 3 betas drawn, an ultrasound and already started on blood thinners. I did not feel taken care of in the slightest with Aspire. As someone who has gone through so much I would think I would at least get a call back.Its also worth mentioning that the cycle before I had called get cd 3 blood work done and schedule a uterine biopsy, but because my cycle fell on a weekend they refused to see me and said just wait until next month. That was very hard hear for someone who had waited 2+ years to do IVF. They were so casual about it and did not care that I was upset about it. What if my next cycle had fallen on a weekend as well?? Would I have had to wait another month? Ive had 2 doctors in the past who saw me SEVERAL times over the weekends and even did an IUI for me on New Years Day. This should have been my first sign. The only reason why I still considered using Aspire was for insurance reasons. I have gone back to my old doctor, even though I dont have fertility coverage there, because him and his office are so on top of things that its worth it to pay out of pocket.

Dr. Prokai is not my main doctor at Aspire but he did my monitoring ultrasound and he answered a couple of questions I had. His bedside manner is awesome!! You can tell he really cares about you and he wants all your fertility dreams to come true!!

Best decision I ever made. Dr. Kelley and her team are here to help answer your questions, assuage feelings of doubt, and provide clarity when things get get stressful. This is a big decision in life, you tell yourself you will never get IVF or anything like that…but life has other plans. If you’re going to put yourself out there, to risk it all…at least do it with the best, the brightest, and the kindest. You will thank yourself for generations to come for doing so.

RMA of Texas is by far one of the best clinics in Central Texas. The entire medical team and front office staff are wonderful. Everyone is caring and efficient and this truly shows how invested they are in their patients. Special thanks to Diana, Rikki, Dr. Skillern, Dr. Mack, Tiffany, Jennifer, and the entire team who we worked with regularly. If you appreciate physicians that are straight to the point, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective along with a front office that operates like a well oiled machine, then I would recommend RMA.

The doctors and nurses at RMA were so friendly and made us feel right at home on the first day. The office is very modern and beautifully decorated with soft, soothing music and videos about fertility in the waiting room. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with all kinds of questions about fertility - and Lord knows we had many questions! They never made us feel rushed or hurried in any way - they patiently answered our questions and calmed our fears. They definitely know the science of fertility and gynecology. We are now 3 months pregnant and could not be happier. Thanks in particular to Melissa Harmon and Dr. Amanda Skillern for working with us so many months and helping us have a healthy pregnancy. Big hugs to you both!

Find another fertility clinic. I wish we were never recommended this money-mill by our other doctors. Doctors here are competent but they work for the company, which is purely profit-driven and a less than pleasant bureaucracy disconnected from ground-level care. At the beginning, the company refuses to go into financial specifics and the education process primarily involves watching a video. Its a lot to absorb at first and they take advantage of the fact. They primarily push for the most expensive options available and delve little into the scientific-based realities of the less expensive options or their most expensive. Im not sure if the doctors are paid on commission, but weve learned more about the IVF process discussing our experience with Aspire with other more competent clinics than we ever did from Aspire. That should tell you something. It should have been a red-flag when our doctor quit the practice half-way through our time with Aspire. Every meeting felt rushed and questions and follow-ups had to be left to us trying to reach people over the phone or through email. We used much less than half of the services we paid for and billing tried to refund us approximately a tenth of what we paid. Now we are stuck wrangling with the financial corporate office when we (and they) should be focused on care and well-being. The doctors themselves admit that Aspire is too expensive among other concerns. Health-care operations like this that care more for profits for the top than patient education, care, and financial-health should be shut down in a more just society. Stay away and do your research. If you have the ability to travel, Dallas has better options and also there is a clinic in Albany, NY that is 1/3 of Aspires price and focused on patient health and financial well-being.

They called me on July 3 at 4pm to say documents werent completed in full so they were canceling my appt, the appt I booked 3 MONTHS AGO! Of course they were closed on the 4th so I couldnt find out what was missing. That voice mail wouldve been helpful in the last 3 months . Oh well...

Dr Kelly was very thorough, thoughtful, and helpful with her information. I feel very comfortable and able to ask questions needed to make important decisions. Highly recommend.

This was the second fertility clinic I went to in Austin. The first clinic was okay, but something nagged at me that it wasnt the right fit. I felt alone and ignored. I doubt they even noticed I stopped going. With RMA, I have only had one appointment so far, and in comparison, they knocked it out of the park. Rosemary at the front desk (and on the phone when booking) is a delight. You can hear her smile over the phone, and she offers an extremely warm welcome. Javi helps with the financial piece and gave me a call prior to my first appointment to make sure I was aware of the cost (since my plan doesnt cover infertility). He also has a wonderful personality and made me feel comfortable with the financial piece. After arriving for my appointment, Dr. Skillern asked me and my husband a few questions to fill in some gaps. Since she had my records from the first clinic, there werent too many questions for her to ask. She had a presentation to cover how normal fertility works. It may seem elementary, but even though I knew a lot of things from health class in high school, there were definitely parts that I didnt know, so I very much appreciated her going through everything. Next, she did an exam so she could see what was going on with me clinically. We spoke again -- outside of the exam room. I cant tell you how much I appreciated that. How many times do you end up talking to your doctor sitting there with your pants off under a sheet? You dont even think about it, but Dr. Skillern obviously does! Its way more comfortable to talk after you are dressed! In the consultation room after the exam, Dr. Skillern laid out her findings and went through the different options along with the various statistics she had to help us make our decision. Again, this is more information than I ever got before. Any infertility treatment beyond the oral medications are expensive, so it really helps to know what the odds of success are for each avenue. Ultimately, I got more information in this one visit than I had from several visits with the other clinic. My husband and I are still weighing our options and deciding what to do, but I can say without a doubt that any treatment I receive will be from RMA. Highly recommend!

Dr. Skillern and Rikki were incredible to us during our IVF journey. We could not have asked for a more skilled or responsive team. Now we are pregnant with a beautiful baby boy and we have them to thank for this blessing! My husband and I looked at other fertility centers, but we preferred the smaller and more personal interaction we had with RMA. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Kelley was very insightful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my needs. She really took the time to talk to me about everything I was thinking, all of my options, and educate me about things I was unaware of to get to where I want to be. I would recommend her to anyone!

Aspire was a somewhat difficult company to work with throughout my experience with them. They didnt seem to be in communication with other companies they partner with for treatment which made the process unnecessarily time consuming, complicated and frustrating. In addition their pricing is very high and they will charge you for a full set of service up front. If you then dont use all those services they will not refund you in any way. They effectively overcharged me to the tune of hundreds of dollars. I would look for a better run company with better pricing and more transparency.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Dr. Prokai and his staff are beyond kind, considerate and honest about everything. I have never met a doctor or team that truly puts their entire heart and soul into their profession until now. They provide the upmost amount of hope in you, your journey and the next steps. Everyone, even the front desk, is so welcoming and warm. No matter what staff member you meet at his office they always treat you with respect and make you feel like everything’s going to be okay and make sure your mental health is ok during this tough journey. Even if you have a simple question of “can I even get pregnant?” They are there to help and not only tell you yes or no but show you yes or no. They won’t rush you to get pregnant and they won’t be upset if you want to take your time and monitor everything and pick the right timing to be pregnant.I am beyond grateful to Dr.Prokai and his staff members for helping me and my wife get pregnant. By the end of your journey with them you will 100% feel like they are family. I cannot wait for our baby to meet him and their staff.

Run away from Aspire like your life depends on it. Aspire has a nurse named Erika who does not belong in health care. I was a patient there about more than a year ago. Erika as only a nurse tried to cancel my IUI cycle because I didn’t have an updated woman’s anual exam. Erika also hung up on me while I was I tears 2 times. The worse part is that because she’s a bitter nurse she decided to not call in the necessary medications to the pharmacy that Friday after my Dr told her to continue my IUI cycle. She is disgusting! Then I tried to get my money back from management and I had to make justification as to why I needed it back. Erika go get a job at where you don’t have to interact with patients who are dealing with emotional journeys in their life. Better yet don’t work any where. Instead go take a 20 year course in a college focusing on customer service. Stay away from this place. Save your self any more emotional pain.

We had the best experience here at RMA. Everyone here is so accommodating and we felt like they really cared. Dr. Skillern is straight to the point and doesnt beat around the bush. I asked a million questions every time and they always answered every last one. We could not be happier and highly recommend them.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Weve now gone to three appointments with this company, all of which have been a horribly non-accommodating, rude, and unhelpful! They start out by giving you a generic speech about infertility, get annoyed if you even bring up some of the inconsistencies of their sales pitch, and then push you forward towards one of their packages.They basically offer three services ranging from 3-5 thousand dollars, to 20+ thousand dollars. They push you to go with the most expensive alternative, without discussing your needs or opinions.When scheduling, they simply expect you to meet whatever schedule they dictate, telling us sorry, we dont do appointments for that in the afternoon. What kind of a doctors office is so unyielding they they will not even try to accommodate patients who have a day job??Then, after arguing on the phone and threatening to go to another of the many companies offering these services, they magically reduced the 4 separate appointments they they were trying to schedule us for, down to 1 appointment. That appointment was still not scheduled at a time that was convenient for us, forcing us to burn hours of vacation to attend.Then, upon arrival, the receptionist begins to get into an argument at the registration desk, forcing a discussion about personal medical services because I had the audacity to question their necessity to delay the appointment an hour and a half. This is all being done in front of two other patient strangers as she checked us in at the same time as the others! Totally unprofessional and indicative of their attitude towards their patients.Lastly, they are in such a hurry to push you through your treatment they they get confused over which one are you? And end up in situations where they have to say oh sorry, this isnt for you, why dont you go have a seat in the lobby?.Its abundantly clear that this company is in the business of making money, treating people like desperate consumers by preying on peoples desires to have a family, and care nothing about professional medical standards.I would RUN from this business and go somewhere that might actually care about you finding your goals, rather than satisfying their greed while bolstering their statistics.

Do not recommend. Terrible experience all around. Especially when it comes to refunding unused portion of payment. Dishonest and lack any sense of urgency, except for the very beginning when they’re taking your money and expediting your procedure.

Dr Prokai and his team are wonderful to work with! He explained the IVF process in detail and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable and empowered in our journey.

I went to Dr. Arredondo and was very happy with him. He listened to my concerns, which was not how I felt with all doctors. The office is a well oiled machine - we were in and out very quickly at each appointment and everyone was very responsive to emails and calls. Plus, it worked for us! Pregnant with #1 with IVF. I have never felt more at home or more at ease with any Dr and their staff. I love love love coming to RMA. I know I can ask any question big or small and they are always willing to help. I wish I was able to give them a higher rating!!!

We had a surrogate recently go here for outside monitoring and she had a wonderful experience. We will definitely use Aspire again when we have a local surrogate needing monitoring! Thanks Aspire!

I am writing this review for my little sister who went through egg freezing with Dr Prokai. I once heard a doctor refer to “The Sister Test”: find a doctor who treats each patient like family, by offering the same guidance as they would with their own sister. Well, they passed “The Sister Test” with flying colors!! You can tell that everyone there truly loves what they do. I know they are just “doing their job”, but they made it feel like so much more for my sister.The nurses, Cassy and Morgan, are super sweet and smart and responsive. I was with my sister for all of her fertility injections (I did them, lol!) so we had the nurses on speaker phone a lot figuring out the meds. They were so patient with us. I was also there for the egg retrieval and everyone was supportive and excited for my sister. It was a special bonding moment for us. Oh happy day!From one family to another, THANK YOU TO DR. Dr. Prokai is thorough, personal, and helpful through what can be an emotional and traumatic experience for those of us experience fertility issues. I would 100% recommend him for anyone needing a gentle, friendly doctor who will actually take the time to answer questions and walk you through every step of the process.

Dr Prokai has been fantastic!He is so professional and kind on communication and hearing his patients, that’s what I need during my process and I feel super comfortable to talk to him!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!!!Despite KNOWN issues that are an explained reason for infertility, I was told that IUI or IVF were really my only options. I left devastated, emotional and completely hopeless! Having either of those procedures with my issues and having them work would have been like striking a match and setting fire to $6,000 - $27,000 during a severe drought, and thinking that rain would actually come and save it from burning.I felt taken advantage of in the fact that all RMA wanted was our money, and that they didnt really care whether or not the options they provided would be successful. Really disappointing.Not only that, but they have a practice of upcoding -- this is where they code things with a higher rate than there should be to get more from the insurance company. That is fraud! It also took an act of congress to get information about both proceedures that we had called and requested after my second visit. Two weeks is a rather unreasonable timeline when youre considering a major life or financial decision. Even when we actually received it, it didnt provide any detail at all!After seeking the opinion of another fertility specialist, my issues were immediately identified and more importantly, RESOLVED!!! A simple surgery was all I needed to fix my issues. Im so glad I sought another opinion of a much more qualified doctor that actually knows what they are doing. Youre MUCH better off going elsewhere!! Run for your lives!

Dr. Angela Kelley was excellent, she listed and provided guidance base on my situation. The office is clean and the staff nurse/administrative were very nice!

Dr. Prokai is the best. He takes the time to give all options and listen to your concerns. They run many tests to see why your having fertility issues. I am now 6 weeks along with first FET cycle. First appointment was in March 2021.

At 34, after a very very long journey prior to coming to Aspire Fertility, which involved years of trying, multiple failed medically assisted attempts (more than I can count on 1 hand), 3 surgical type procedures, and the dreaded “unexplained infertility” reasoning, we decided to move from a different fertility clinic to Aspire and try IVF as the last and final option. We’re beyond elated to say we’re officially expecting (now in 2nd trimester) and that Dr. Prokai has been absolutely the best doctor throughout this entire process (& during Covid of all times)- He has a great bedside manner, informative, and has a genuine interest to help his patients make their dreams of parenthood come true. Also - Aspire does everything In-house (so valuable)!! — If you’re going to a fertility clinic that makes you drive all over for bloodwork or requires you to work through another office/company for egg retrieval — stop the madness and come to Aspire. Was asked to fill out paper work before an appointment and submitted it 2 days prior. Appoint was canceled by RMA since the paperwork was received 47 hours before the appointment. Called and discussed the situation....they would not flex. Loss of business. Not recommended in an industry that has plenty of other options.

She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Most of all, she was just nice. I appreciated how she cared about our thoughts and made it seem like this was a collaborative experience.

Everyone here is really nice but theyre very disorganized. There have been quite a few times theyve forgotten to give me things while I was at the office or give me information I needed that was time sensitive. Not sure if theres been a change in management and maybe everyone is getting used to a new system or something but it seems like the staff is kind of all over the place

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, lack of empathy for the patients, at least with me who doesnt speak English. I hope they improve because they dont know how one feels apart from looking for hormonal babies etc etc. And please do all the studies on the patients before inseminating to see how the baby house is doing 🙏not everything is monetary, they did two failed inseminations on me then they discovered in another clinic that I have polyps and they have to operate for which I was never going to get pregnant because the polyps prevent it.
