Kaylen Silverberg MD - Texas Fertility Center Austin

Last year, my husband and I chose to see Dr. Silverberg due to all of his positive reviews online. We were worried we could not have a child because I am 40 years old, have PCOS, and had cyst on my ovaries. Dr. Silverberg was empathetic while listening to my concerns and performed a surgery to remove my cysts. After that, I went through IUI and got pregnant on the first time! We are beyond grateful to Dr. Silverberg for our miracle baby boy. We cannot thank him enough for helping make our dreams come true!

A review for Dr Kaylen Silverberg and staff is long overdue. After a bunch of failed pregancies and IUI, we opted the IVF route and met Dr Kaylen and the staff at Texas fertility center. Right from the beginning, he was very emphatic and extremely starighforward about the process and what it meant for us. Everything went as planned and our miracle baby was born last year weighing 8lbs at birth. She is 10 months now and we couldnt be more thankful to the Dr Kaylen Silverber and the staff. I was hesitant to start IVF at first as the process seem daunting and difficult..... until I met Dr. Silverberg. I can’t thank Dr. Silverberg and his team at TFC enough for guiding me through my infertility journey. It was such blessing to us to have him as our doctor! He is compassionate, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained and laid out the process and procedures and he made sure we understand and that we are confident and comfortable before moving forward with anything. He is patient and listens to our concerns, and he genuinely cares for our success. We can’t thank him enough for our precious little baby girl, who is almost 4 months old, and we will be seeing Dr. Silverberg again to continue our journey and growing our family. His team is amazing – I would not be able to go through this journey without the help and guidance of his team. His team is always available around the clock to help with any issues or questions! I would recommend Dr. Silverberg and his team at TFC to anyone, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his practice.

We owe our miracle to Dr. Silverberg. After 2 years of secondary infertility that other doctors couldn’t figure out, Dr. Silverberg had a diagnosis and solution for us at our first meeting. Just three months after beginning to work with Dr. Silverberg we learned we were expecting. Words can’t express how grateful we are.The only downside is the wait in the office. Plan on spending up to an hour on average waiting for your appointment. That said, I chose to focus on being grateful that he could take us as patients and didn’t mind waiting in that instance.

I found Dr. Silverberg 10 years into my fertility journey and I have to say he was a God send. I was very hesitant to go to a fertility doctor because my last experience was a brief consultation and immediate high pressure to start IVF. No in depth work up or explanation of what could be wrong. Just, here are our prices for IVF, when can you start?During our first visit with Dr. Silverberg, I knew this was not going to be the same experience. He asked a lot of questions about my medical history, said there was definitely something wrong and that he would get to the bottom of it. He also said he would help us get to the end goal with the minimal amount of dollars spent, something I definitely did not experience elsewhere. True to his promise, I had an in depth work up within days of our first visit. He found an undiagnosed uterine septum (that I’ve had since birth!) and scheduled the surgery to correct it. The recovery was way easier than I expected. I honestly didn’t even feel like I had surgery. And……the very next cycle I was pregnant!Dr Silverberg is definitely who you need to see if you are struggling to get pregnant. He is patient, caring, knows the questions to ask and listens to the answers. And obviously he knows how to get results. We could not be happier with the care we got from him and his entire team.

Dr. Silverberg and his staff are completely committed to you on your IVF journey. My journey was not easy and I never felt judged, always felt 100% supported, and always felt that there was hope. I could not have survived what is a emotionally difficult journey without him and his staff. I am now the proud mother of the most beautiful little girl. As for the long wait times, Dr. Silverberg is helping as many women as he can on their journey, and I promise you that the reward of your child is worth the wait!

Dr Silverberg guided my fertility journey for a year and a half. I underwent numerous procedures including a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, two IUIs, multiple retrievals and a frozen transfer. For each procedure, I felt I understood exactly what to expect and why it was the chosen path. during this time Dr Silverberg consistently showed compassion and kept us informed of the process, options and possible outcomes. I felt confident in his expertise and appreciated how he always made himself available for our questions. His nurses also treated me with care and explained everything clearly. Yes, I did have to wait at times longer than I would have liked in their office, but it was worth it. And thanks to him and his team, we now are parents to a wonderful baby boy!

In August of 2019, we met with Dr. Silverberg for the first time to discuss my history of emergency surgeries to remove large endometriomas. My gynecologist referred me to him because my husband and I were having trouble conceiving, and I was almost 35 and had endometriosis. In October 2019, Dr. Silverberg did a thorough surgery to remove cysts from inside my ovaries, scar tissue, and 1 polyp in my uterus. Before surgery, I’d planned to take a week off from work (to be on the safe side), but I bounced back and felt 100 percent 3 days post surgery with no complications🙌👏 Post surgery, Dr. Silverberg told us there was a chance we could conceive naturally. By February of 2020, we’d conceived naturally, and I continued to see Dr. Silverberg for the first 9 weeks of my pregnancy; this was my first pregnancy, btw. Our little man is a thriving, curious, energetic 1-year old now. In my opinion, Dr. Silverberg’s expertise with removing and thoroughly cleaning out endometriosis, scar tissue, and the polyp was what enabled my body to conceive naturally. I have stage 4 endometriosis (which is the most severe), and we were able to work with Dr. Silverberg to reach our goals. I would highly recommend him. We also had great experiences with his front office staff and nurses. The nurses and office staff were quick to respond, and I felt like Dr. Silverberg and his staff were on our team to ensure a healthy and positive experience with diagnosis, surgery, and pregnancy.

Dr Silverberg is absolutely amazing. He listened to our concerns and worked out a plan that fit our very different medical scenario. We simply can’t thank him enough for helping us have our beautiful little miracle!As for the office staff - very friendly, always worked to accommodate scheduling to the best of their ability, answered questions...and more questions..., and worked amazingly with our insurance.General comment - you are treated like you are the only patient. They do not “batch” you with other women or prolong your cycle to match other patients.

After meeting with a few of the main fertility specialists in Austin, my husband and I decided Texas Fertility Center and more specifically Dr. Silverberg was the best fit for us. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to make sure we knew all our options before moving forward with IVF. Throughout the entire IVF process I felt completely supported and cared for by Dr. Silverberg and his amazing nurse team. I have officially graduated from Dr. Silverbergs care and am moving on to my OB which is definitely bitter-sweet! If you are currently looking for a fertility specialist... do not look any further! TFC is the place to go!

Dr. Silverberg has been a blessing for our soon-to-be family and I would recommend his services to anyone struggling with fertility. We are not from Austin where his practice resides, but the journeys to his office were always great and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Before meeting him, we had been trying to conceive for 10 plus years with no success.Dr. Silverberg is not only an expert in his field, but more importantly a great and caring person. He put us at ease with his personality, energized us with his enthusiasm, and delivered solid results. He developed a plan for us in our first meeting and gave us hope when we felt all was lost. I only wish we could complete our journey with him, but he was meant to help others with issues similar to ours. You are the best, Dr.Silverberg!!

Dr. Silverberg was very personable and thorough during the consultation. He discussed plans and reasons for them every step of the way, and expressed an honest excitement when a successful pregnancy finally occurred. I felt very comfortable working with him and his staff.Things to keep in mind: we cycle and ovulate at odd times, so may have to come in on weekends or Holidays. You have to be comfortable letting the on-call doctors work on you or you may have to miss that cycle (some women dislike working with alternative doctors). The charting was thorough as well, so I had no issues or confusion with this aspect. There is also a surcharge for holidays/weekends, but not unreasonable.Sometimes there’s a wait. Makes sense given that some people may have questions or worries to address. A few times I was even called back well ahead of schedule when things were moving fast! (I drove a few hours from out of town and tended to arrive within an hour early, which worked out great on some days).I liked working with this clinic and Dr. Silverberg. Would definitely recommend!

Im only 3 office visits + 1 surgery into working with Dr. Silverberg but I only have positive things to say about him and his entire office! I had laparoscopy surgery for endometriosis and it was WAY easier than I was expecting. I was back to 100% after 3 days, which is not inline with what I had read online about other peoples experiences. Super simple procedure and exactly like Dr. Silverberg had explained it to me.Also, his nurse Laura is great and super responsive. Every time I call her, she either answers the phone or calls me back within 30 minutes.Yes, there is usually a wait at their office but thats just part of it.

The Male Perspective - Doctor Silverberg is personable, experienced, articulate. His perspective relays confidence and minimizes some of the panic that can come with some of these visits. My wife and I took our almost 15 year old daughter with a scary prognosis. We walked out of Doctor Silverbergs office with the same diagnosis, BUT and much better understanding, much higher hope for very good outcome and much less stress. He gets our TWO THUMBS UP at this point.

Hands down, Dr. Silverberg is one of the best fertility specialists out there. We went to him last October after trying for 2 years with no luck and being misdiagnosed by another doctor in the Austin area. He quickly reassured me that it was something that was fixable and proceeded to squeeze me into his schedule the 2 weeks after we met. He gave us a specific plan and encouraged us to try naturally for 6 months. Voila, 1st month and we were pregnant! My husband and I trust him with every fiber in our beings. His bedside manner was top notch (super funny and personable) and his overall knowledge and confidence made me feel more comfortable than I wouldve expected to feel. Do yourself a favor and go straight to him. Yes, there may be slightly long wait times, but everyone wants to work with the best and he truly spends that time with you when you need it (aka everytime). Dont take any shortcuts with this part of your life. Wed do this all over again but only with him. Thanks Dr. Silverberg.

Dr. Silverberg is a pro! Friendly ‘get straight to it’ demeanor and is a leading expert in the field of infertility. He heard my symptoms, took a few tests, made a plan, and executed it. The process was slow but the outcome was worth it. So grateful to him!

I wish I could give 1 million stars! Dr.Silverburg was an absolute blessing to our family! After three years of trying and other doctors just “candy coating” our issues and not finding a solution, Dr. Silverburg gave us our miracle! We met with him in September of 2017, had a few surgeries, did a few cycles, and before we knew it... we were pregnant on Cinco de Mayo of 2018! His bedside manners are beyond amazing and he’s always there whenever you need him! He never gives up on you... he’s always looking for any solution to fix or solve! And his staff is absolutely the most loving, caring ladies ever! I cried the day I was dismissed from the practice because I was pregnant and it was time to move on to my OBGYN! I wish he could be there the whole time but he has so many others to help now!! If/when we decide to conceive again, he’s on my speed dial! Best doctor EVER!

If any Austin and area woman needs any kind of fertility services, I cannot recommend anyone more the TFC and drSilverberg in particular. He is very experienced and kind, even though this is a difficult time for any woman to go through, I had no worries and no stress. Everything was explained to me with patience and guidance, the doctor and the nurses were extremely helpful, supportive and kind. Every visit to the clinic very efficient and I cannot imagine the place to be ran any more professionally. And the most important thing, though I thought it was no longer possible for me, I am now 2/3 on my way of delivering my little dream to this world ... which couldnt have happened if not for the miracle-factory of TFC and for which I am ultimately thankful.

Dr.Silverberg MD really took care of my wife.He treated us like family and was an expert who was full of compassion. It never felt like a doctors visit but friendly visit.Please go see him for any fertility related issues and you wont regret it.

Hi wish I can give 1000 stars to dr silverberg and his team and 101 stars to Britt his nurse they are awesome when ever I send message to Dr silverberg team they respond back very quick thank you for all u have done to meI went to Dr silverberg after a failed surgery to remove my ovarian cyst and my old gync asked me to be on birthday control pills until I get menopause and I was so confused lost and thought to go back to my country to find solution to my problem and my friend sent me the pic and details of Dr silverberg I called the office for appointment and left a voice mail they called back in 20mins and I got squeezed in to his busy schedule with in 2 weeks by the time I went to his office I was suffering from 2 years with no answers and my old gync sending me to different varieties of scans and Dr silverberg came in with big friendly smile on his face he listened to me very carefully and he walked me to other room he did scan by his own and told me I do have endometriosis and he gave me 2 different options as I do have kids already I chose the one which has less rate of coming back he was so confident very quick to find the root cause pretty straight forward is giving the options for solution and he lifted a big load off my body by assuring me he know whats happening and he know how to deal with it with in a week I said ok to surgery and after 2 weeks my surgery got schedule and he did surgery he said he will check all other body parts while doing surgery for any spread of endometriosis ,he rather did a magic with surgery I guess day 1 I was able to getup and take little walks by myself with no help day 4 I stopped all my pain killers and after a week I am normal (in my past surgery it took 3 days to get up my myself with no help ) now my results came back I used to have stage 4 endometriosis he did Remove it thoroughly tht I dont need to be on pill as of now even if I get it back in future as it has high recurrence rate am pretty confident that Dr silverberg can fix it I might be one in many patients he helped but he is one doctor who changed my life he gave back a mother to kids ,daughter to parents wife to husband and he gave back me to myself will never forget you sir thank you soooo much Dr silverberg and team I would recommend him 100%Good luck everyone who come to him he is the best
