Dr. Garza and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I had my surgery in June 2024 after years of pain and discomfort. He was able to find and remove my endometriosis. Him and his staff took my concerns seriously, the prep and procedure were super straightforward and the care and empathy were unmatched. This team are the absolute experts at what they do and they have given me back a life without pain. Thank you Dr. Garza and team.

I really can’t thank Dr. Garza, Amanda, and all their staff (and nurses at St Davids) enough. Six months post op and my quality of life has improved dramatically. I no longer suffer with debilitating pain and severe hormonal imbalances. Both Dr. Garza and Amanda actually listened to my concerns, and not only agreed with my requested treatment but respected my decision. Everyone was very thorough about the procedure from pre testing to what to expect long term. My procedure went perfectly and the pain control methodology was nothing short of phenomenal! Six months later and I haven’t felt better in my entire adult life. Yes, there’s probably a wait to get on the books here, but I’m so glad I waited. Communication, compassion, and care all get an A+ from me. Thank you all again, so so much!!

Amanda is amazing! For women suffering with endometriosis (nearly 20 years for me) the care she took to explain where I am today and what my options are is more than I had expected. She took her time, asked questions, listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable and assured me we are in it together. I’m grateful for how gentle she was as we work thru such a life changing decision. I have been lucky enough to have Dr Garza complete my surgery in the past and look forward to the care he takes to make sure I find myself pain free. I feel like I truly have a care team- and more than just medical staff, they truly care and want to help me find a place that is pain free so I can thrive! Thanks a million Texas Robotics!

Wouldnt recommend them and wouldnt come back. I had surgery from Dr. Garza in April of this year and ran into several issues. They had my surgery orders incorrect four times. Literally fifteen minutes before my surgery, Dr. Garza informed me he was unable to give me the IUD we had discussed and offered a different kind. I ran into complications with the surprise IUD and at that point I certainly did not have enough time to make an informed decision on it. During my surgery follow up, for the first fifteen minutes the nurse was unsure if they had even inserted the IUD during my surgery. She suggested they could do a scan or I could come into their office where she could check for strings. Lastly, they sent me to debt collections when my bill was completely paid off and my insurance claim was still processing.Overall, issues with health are stressful enough. Texas Robotic Surgery did not help with my stress, but rather exacerbated it. I am in much less pain after surgery, which I am grateful for, but there are other capable doctors out there. The additional stress that I have experienced from this clinic has made my experience sour. I would not recommend this clinic.

This team is one of a kind. The staff was very willing to answer any question regarding insurance, surgical procedure as well as Dr Garza spent at least an hour with me reviewing my assessment and explaining my options for treatment. He was genuine in his concern for my well being as well as his desire to help me regain my quality of life as a mom and working professional. I am forever grateful of Dr Garza’s expertise. His level of skill not only helped me recover with ease and without complication.... he gave me my life back.

I Love Everything About Dr.Garza and his staff! They are simply the best and I can not thank them enough for all that they do. Angels for sure and if you’re thinking about visiting for anything don’t hesitate you will be in good hands like the All State commercial loll! They will work with you insurance company even if you have more than one! They are knowledgeable on all concerns you may have, you will not just feel like a patient but someone they know and I love that about my visit! Dr Garza has been my doctor for over 30 years and is absolutely the best. I have suffered from endo and ovarian cyst my entire life and he has always gone above and beyond to help me. He is kind and gentle and truly a Blessing! I would 100% recommend Dr Garza and his staff to anyone!

Dr. Garza is a great surgeon and the staff is amazing as well. I was nervous for my surgery initially but everyone was able to make me feel at ease and my excision went very well, making for a smooth recovery too. The whole staff was so supportive from the beginning of the process all the way up till now and are still so patient with any questions I have. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to have this done.

I found Dr. Garza through Nancy’s Nook and had excision surgery with him in March, 2022. NO SURGERY IS BETTER THAN A BOTCHED SURGERY.The surgery date was a bit hectic. Surgery was quick. I had trouble waking up, I was vomiting left and right, I couldn’t pee. I stayed like this for 8 hours, in the outpatient facility, until they were about to close. I was “discharged” a few minutes before midnight with Tylenol 3, actively vomiting and with a catheter still in. I couldn’t make the 10 minute car ride to the hotel without throwing up. I somehow made it through the night and went back to his office the next day to hopefully get the catheter removed. He was not there but the OB at his office was able to remove my catheter, and saw how much pain I was in, finally prescribed something stronger. I also informed all medical staff that I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and to be careful positioning me, with my jaw etc as joints slip and dislocate easily. I was unable to use the right side of my waist for well over 3 weeks after surgery (I’m talking I had to buy a bidet because i couldn’t pivot my waist AT ALL). However I was positioned and/or handled caused injury to my ribs. I was also left with a massive black and blue bruise on my pubic bone that hurt for months afterwards with any pressure near it, which was dismissed by Dr. Garza.Fast forward to 6 months later and I was in worse pain than before surgery. This was waking up at 2 am to vomit level pain. I reached back out to Dr. Garzas office, where the next step was either another excision or hysterectomy, and who couldn’t be bothered to get me into the surgery schedule until 2023. I was in unbearable pain constantly, and each cycle brought worse pain than the cycle before.I found another surgeon, Dr. Kanayama (not Nook approved and who also coincidentally doesn’t use the Davinci or receive payouts from Intuitive Surgical)) and during my consult we were able to see on the ultrasound that my organs were fused together. My ovaries were connected to my uterus, which was retroverted and twisted. A large pocket of endo toxins was visible in my uterus. A chocolate cyst was visible.I have photos from both surgeries that show what my insides were like before Dr. Garza botched me internally, and 6 months after. My organs were fused together with endo bands, and 3 layered scar tissue bands from my first surgery. There were clear differences in endo spots that were missed, vs endo spots that where the Davincii robot had used burning (which I was not informed would be happening). The burning caused a splatter effect (think of when you cook spaghetti sauce too hot and it splatters everywhere).I went from stage 1 endo with Dr. Garzas findings to stage 3 in 6 months thanks to the spreading of my endo, and the burning aspect of the Davincii Robot. There were over 200 spots of those splattered endo cells that needed be removed.8 months post op from my second surgery (non robotic surgery) and I truly have gotten my life back. I woke up from surgery in less pain than I went in. I wasn’t discharged until my nausea was under control and I could pee on my own. The next day after surgery I went on a short walk. My EDS was taken seriously, so much so that my anesthesiologist had me position myself on the operating table to make sure there wasn’t any pressure or pain on my joints. I found true care, and it was with surgeon hands, not the robot, and certainly not with Dr. Garza.Nancy’s nook had me feeling like i was advocating for myself beyond “just take birth control”, which Dr. Garza pushes after surgery & implies if you don’t take it and your endo comes back and that’s on you. If you are looking for true healing, find a way to get yourself to New York and away from the Davincii and Dr. Garza.If you want to look into where Dr. Garzas interests are, look him up on Open Payments Data. His interests are clearly with Davincii (Intuitive) and not the wellbeing of his patients.

Dr. Garza and his team were amazing during my surgical procedure! He was able to see me much sooner than expected due to a cancellation on the calendar and I was so grateful! He explained the procedure and all of my options very thoroughly and I knew I was in good hands. His team provided me all the information I needed to have a successful surgery. When he confirmed endometriosis after the surgery, I was very emotional due to the amount of relief I felt. It felt so good to finally have answers to so many questions I had over the years. My only regret is not having had the surgery sooner.

I was extremely disappointed with the care I received from the nurse practitioner at this office. She was very dismissive of my concerns and offered no definitive treatment options. She stated that there was only one treatment for my condition, but that their office wouldn’t do it as it puts you at an increased risk for future pregnancy complications, however she neglected to ask if I even wanted children. She then stated that Dr. Garza wouldn’t even perform the procedure (without talking to him) and if he did, she didn’t know if he would even have time to do it. The only reason for two stars instead of one, is that she referred me to a doctor who actually listened to me, and was able to fix my problem in just one office visit, with a non-invasive treatment that this nurse practitioner didn’t even mention as an option. I’m sure Dr. Garza is great, and maybe I just caught his NP on an off day, but this was the most frustrating experience with a healthcare provider that I’ve ever had.

I dont have words to adequately describe how thankful I am for Dr. Garza and his team. From start to finish they were helpful, kind, compassionate, and hard-working. The worked diligently to get appointments scheduled and also provided adequate instruction and information. Dr. Garza demonstrated wonderful bedside manner and genuine concern to end womens suffering who have endometriosis. I hope to never need an additional surgery, but if it is required, I will be calling up his team again! This has been a life changing experience for me and I wish I would have done it years ago!

My experience with Dr Garza is the best I always feel confident that everything will be ok because I know doctor Garza always does the best care for his patients and to reduce pain he goes beyond like magic! Im very happy I was referred to him in 2016 and from now on I always talk about doctor Garza the best doctor in the world! I wish my mom would have met him 20 years ago for her histerectomy she suffered lots of pain but she said shes happy I didnt suffered. My mom says hes like an angel send by God to help the people! And I think God always with him in every surgery ,God blessed doctor Garza!

I can’t even begin to put together the right words for how amazing Dr Garza has been throughout this entire journey. he was open, honest and straight forward, which these days is hard to find. i truly cannot thank him enough for this new journey I am on. Dr. Garza has been my favorite all-around doctor, not just favorite gyn, since I was referred to him in 2007 or so. He is understanding and accommodating, he actually listens and works with you to address all of your concerns, and he makes sure you know he is interested in your overall health. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I cant thank Dr Garza and his staff enough for their guidance, expertise and treatment during one of the most significant times in my life, when it comes to my health. You wont find a more knowledgeable and skilled surgeon when it comes to womens health. You can tell he believes in, and loves, what he does and continually strives to be the best. I had the best experience with Dr. Garza and his team! I travelled over 10 hours for surgery and I cannot say enough good things. I felt well prepared by his office on what to expect pre op and post op. I’m so very grateful for Dr. Garza’s expertise and his staff!

Ive been seeing Dr. Garza since I was pregnant with my 11-year-old. He unfortunately wasnt on call to deliver her, but he provided the best care before and after her birth. He also performed a laparascopic tubal ligation on me and thankfully removed some precancerous cella he found while in there. Im so grateful to have come across Dr. Garza and hope to continue seeing him.

So glad to have been referred to Dr Garza and his amazing team. My medical condition required the skill and expertise that only someone of Dr. Garzas caliber could have delivered. My procedure was minimally invasive, my recovery time went smoothly and I couldnt be happier with my current condition.

Will be getting my first laparoscopy soon.Update: Had my first laparoscopic surgery on the 10th of June. Fortunately, it was a successful procedure thanks to Dr. Devin Garza and his team. Today I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Devin Garza and he told me how the procedure went and what steps to take. No words can express how lucky I am to have found him and his team. I traveled to get this procedure done and it was worth it.

The staff is amazing and helpful. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved. The doctor and nurse practitioner were both knowledgeable, helpful, very detailed, and very kind/patient. I was given lots of helpful information as well as next steps (including multiple options of future treatment). I am beyond impressed!

Amazing group; Dr. Garza and his team honestly put the patient first. They are great listeners, empathetic, have wonderful bedside manner, are extremely organized, are able to answer questions you have, and respond/communicate quickly/effectively. I would recommend 100%.

I wanna thank Dr. Vineet Choudry for referring me to THE BEST. I had been suffering with this debilitating pain for years and years and no other doctor cared enough to see what was really going on. All they ever wanted to do is give me birth control. Dr.Devin Garza CARES and is absolutely amazing. His staff is simply incredible and very caring as well. Thank you for aaalllll that all of you do. There is no other I would recommend because the ONLY one I’d recommend is Dr. Garza. :)

Texas Robotic Surgery has a very friendly staff and nurses. Dr. Devin Garza is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He fixed my fibroid/ adenoma problem and made me feel better. My health has improved. Thanks to his great talent and expertise.

What a great doctor! Really knows his stuff. You can tell the difference from a passionate doctor and a doctor whos just doing his job. Great bedside manner as well. Doesnt mind whatever stupid question you throw at him (lol) and really takes his time. His friendly staff make the patient experience even better (so rare these days). Thank you!

Dr. Garza stated that all of my endometriosis has been removed. I felt like he cared about my concerns during the initial visit. I felt rushed the day of surgery and even during our post op visit.

I’ve had only positive experiences here! From the front staff to the nurses to Dr. Garza, everyone has been wonderful in communication and bedside manner. I felt taken care of here, and I’m excited to finally get answers.

The doctor explained the procedure in detail.He answered all of my questions and concerns. I got scheduled for surgery very quickly. The nurse explained all the visits that I would need and everyone was very polite and informative.
