I had a really supportive and nice experience for my first time visiting. I recommend it. Everyone was nice. I spent maybe a total of an hour or less there, while there was more than 3 people ahead of me. I went around the 3 oclock hour, which I think is their busiest part of the their day. A tip for the first time going: yes, you do walk into building 2 even though it doesnt look like youre supposed to be there. This was a completely free and stress free service and it was a pleasant experience.

Awesome staff and they are very thorough. I wasnt expecting to see a nurse to talk to since I was doing a walk in but they were able to get her to see me. Super kind too.These couple issues Im gonna bring up, they couldnt control therefore Im gonna keep it at 5 stars. It was super busy and was a long wait time. The office was hard to find at first and the space is pretty small. I was told its just an outreach location so it does make sense. Once again these factors couldnt be helped and they were/are doing the best they can. Im super grateful that resources like this are readily available by appointment, walk-in, and free. Please keep up the hard work yall and thank you!

My first time here, and the staff and service I received today was great. The facility was clean and welcoming, and every person I spoke with was friendly, accommodating, and ready to answer any questions that I had. Dr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable. You can tell he has a passion for what he does which I think is a great quality to possess as a physician. I certainly recommend this clinic to anyone who is interested in seeking care regarding the services they specialize in or if you’re simply having trouble locating resources and could use some guidance.

Honestly the best healthcare experience Ive ever had. I get PrEP and regular sexual health checkups from Kind Clinic - completely free of charge - and Ive never had any experience less than extraordinary. I recommend all of my friends to come here for PrEP and regular testing.

Kind and compassionate staff. Very helpful and attentive to making sure all needs are met. They even followed up to make sure I received care after moving states. Thank you for being a lifesaver!

Stopped in as a walk-in and was immediately seen. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I felt safe and they made sure I understood all the information that was shared. Definitely recommend.

Great staff, very helpful, and was in and out in under 20 minutes! Kai helped test me and he was awesome. A true delight to be around.

Been here multiple times and one front desk lady is always rude and impatient. Super frustrating and uncomfortable dealing with her.
