Don’t even waste your time going there. Lady in front desk is incredibly rude and talks to you like she owns the place. Very poor customer service and poor knowledge about anything medical related. Don’t know how they’re on business honestly. They barely explaining how tests works or how results went. I expected better experience but ended up very disappointed on how they treat and talk to their patients/customers. Seriously change your whole personal.

Usually don’t do this. But lady at from desk is very rude and not willing to respond question or concerns is like she’s mad all the time. Very unpleasant experience.☹️☹️

I would like to give it 20 stars but what a pity it is a bad service starting with the lady who is receiving people and then she wants you to assure her that you are going to do all the medical tests that will be needed personally I think that any doctor They tell you to be sure I need these tests but they dont tell you that they have to be sure that you will pay for them to be able to consult and that they will not prescribe anything without first having the results of the tests. Please, if they still do not hide it from you, you have not yet told them about your discomfort. They want assurance that you will pay for the tests without even having an idea of ​​how you can ask the patient that you need the assurance that all the tests will be carried out and that they will pay for them at that moment. I think it is logical to tell them that you need these tests and have them done with us or You go to the place that is your preference, well thats what I think and what a shame I cant give it the stars against it, it would be something great because they have bad service before entering
