My visit today was great. No paperwork until the end... minimum wait. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor made me comfortable and explained the reasoning behind me needing an X-ray. He veered me away from the itll heal on its own mindset. Ill definitely be back for any other medical issues I have.

Total Mens doesnt even deserve 1 star. They cant complete a simple prior authorization properly.Other than the area manager, theyve failed to call me back four out of the four times they said they would. According to my insurance, theyve failed to submit supporting documentation with the prior authorization defense again. A simple, brain dead process, has been screwed up over and over and over again for almost five weeks now.Honestly, this whole thing feels like a joke at this point. Its almost as if theyre maliciously screwing up the process. Its either malicious intent at this point or gross incompetence.I could go into so much more detail, but this company has wasted enough of my time, energy and patience. Ive went far beyond what any customer should have to do. Save yourself the headache and take your money to a real practice.DO NOT GO HERE.

I needed a new Primary caregiver that was located closer to my home. I was attracted to Total Men’s Primary Care in part by the location and in part by the name. Because this clinic only accepts male patients I feel that they will be more attuned to men’s medical issues.I was right.The clinic is easy to find and the staff are all well-trained, polite, and professional. They accept Medicare and united Health care.Dr. Trey Eskew gave me my annual checkup. He checked my blood pressure, my heart, my hands, my lungs, my eyes, my ears, my reflexes, and my muscle tone. All went well. He is thorough and well-practiced. He did not find any problems. Dr. Trey is very personable and approachable. He answered all my questions before I even asked them.The clinic is very clean and uncrowded: just what I was looking for.I’m very happy that I found a caregiver that really cares about its patients.

Efficient, friendly, and caring. I cant say anything but great things about the Domain location of Primary Mens. saw me right away, addressing each one of my concerns. the reception staff was very friendly and the nurse who did my blood work has some of the best hands Ive ever seen. one swift pinch and she was in, no digging around to find the vein. the provider was super cool, made me feel at ease. felt like I was talking to one of my pals. this location is not the closest to me, but it will be my preferred location for all my primary health needs. well worth the drive!

Stay away! Will run unnecessary tests and charge you without your approval. Was told a “ manager “ would contact me about some minor issues. Never heard back at all. 3 times! Ran test they already had access to through my primary doctor. 4.9 is a joke. Reviews are employee generated because they are failing. Rude uncaring attitude! They don’t care about men. They care about money!

Went here to get my annual physical done. Getting scheduled was fast, easy, and done on my phone. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Great experience all around.

The care here is par for the industry but if you want to talk to someone in billing it’s impossible. They don’t ever pick up and never return your call. Pro tip - Don’t press “3” for billing. Press “1” for new appointment and speak to someone about your bill. They really prioritize new appts here. Seems like several of us spoke to Brianna with similar experiences. Can’t say she was rude but was def in a rush to get me off the phone by being extremely short with me and cutting me off before I could finish my sentence. She was more annoyed with every question I had. A little patience is all it takes we are all patients and definitely deserve that at the very least.

Please stay away from this place if you dont want a life time trauma.I had terrible experience with them, went for annual checkup on Halloween last year and they literally made it scary.Nurse applied brute force while inserting needle for blood draw, went through vein and ended up damaging my nerves.My hand was completely swollen, couldnt even lift it above elbow height.Its been 7 months, I am going from one doctor to another, even went to another country to get this treated but no doctor could help me yet.They tried to get rid of me as soon as they got to know about issues I was dealing, gave me steroids and when it didnt help they just sent me to ER and never even checked on me, just said we cant do anything and just go to any doctor ER suggests.They also forged my medical records that I had a pre-existing vein condition but in real I used to donate blood regularly.I recently asked them to pay whatever medical bills I had due to their mistake, and every day they just tell me that their manager will give me a call and its been more than a month and no signs of any call.

TOAL MEN !! MY first visit to the one on Burnet Rd was very nice and welcoming make me feel a confort the minute I walk in the door I plan to make this my main location since I can make and appointment on the weekends that fit my work schedule. 👍 Thank you !!

Today was my first new patient visit at one of the TotalMens Primary Care. I found that Doctor Eskew and his staff were very patient, very understanding, well-spoken, and friendly.I love the fact that Doctor Eskew made sure that all needs were met before leaving his establishment this afternoon.I highly recommend this office location if looking to establish as a new patient of Doctor Eskew.

Quick and professional. Even on the weekend when they only had one doctor. Answered all my questions with patience and the wait was only 10-15 minutes.

Admittance was quick, the staff were friendly, and my PA was very constructive and professional. Highly recommend.

The doctors have always been very good during my annual visits but the service in Reception has a lot to be desired. Specifically one of them, Brianna, is very rude and not helpful at all. I tried to call regarding a bill I got from them and all I got was sassiness and a lack of will to help.

These reviews make absolutely no sense. This is, by far, the worst Total Mens location. Go literally anywhere else.

These guys are pretty easy to talk to and seemed to be more concerned than most about my wellbeing. Ill come back here.

First time to a doctors office in over a decade. Use to have a lot of medical anxiety. This place was awesome. Super friendly staff, very quick and efficient, but was able to address all the medical concerns I had. Very competitively priced for paying out of pocket as well. Definitely wont be so long till I go back.

I cannot imagine the reviews on this clinic are legitimate. I came to establish primary care for all my pre-existing conditions & was told I can only talk to the doctor about one thing before even visiting. My medical issues were talked about OUT LOUD in the reception area infront of 3 individuals, extremely unprofessional.One of my concerns was weight loss & I was told there was a $20 promotion price to discuss it even though my insurance covers a primary care visit. I went to establish primary care, but instead was being hustled out of whatever they could. Easily the worst experience Ive had a doctors office. They told me to get my behavioral medication, all the PA could do is refer me and nothing else. Meaning, i walk in, doctor would hand me a referral, I walk out. Not allowed to discuss anything else. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor.This seems more like a scam for individuals to get the drugs they want then an actual medical institution that cares for their patients based off the way they are charging bases off the drugs you want. An extremely unique (& very very bad) experience.

Very nice staff! Arrived early and was seen right away. Brief discussion with doc and physical. Doing blood work to get overall baseline tomorrow, quick and easy. Coworkers have talked about seeing their doctor but couldnt get an appointment for weeks to a month. One coworker just used telemedicine. I love the fact that I will have an idea of what is going on in just a few days, would be faster if not for the weekend. I will be telling people at work about this service.

The way total men’s environment is set up really sets you up to succeed. The doctors and staff have been nothing but a pleasure to be around. First time to the clinic. Have put off a yearly physical for far too long, but heard the radio ads for Total Mens and thought they might be a good option. Had a great experience! Waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment, doctor was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and now just waiting on standard blood work results. Feel as if I now have a home clinic!

I had a great experience here! The office is very nice inside. The staff were welcoming and professional. My questions and concerns were all addressed. I also enjoyed being able to fill out new patient forms forms and make my appointment online.

Who really likes going to the doctor? I think Total Men’s Primary Care really knows their customer base. Upon walking in, the staff was really nice. I arrived 20 mins early just in case there was any additional paperwork to fill out (we all know how doctor offices are) but to my surprise, I didn’t have to do any of that. I sat down in the waiting room for less than 5 mins before I was called back. The nurse and doctor were really kind and knowledgeable and did NOT give the impression of getting me in out to get my money. The doctor took his time to explain my situation and he made sure I was good before he left. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here. 10/10

Moved to Austin and needed a new primary care doctor. Easy, fast, & convenient. Not only was I diagnosed but I was also sent to an imaging lab to confirm. Will be my new primary care office!

Very quick and to the point. No hassle. Been a while since I did primary care and they were able to draw blood for tests as well as a pretty quick physical.

Really great experience for a rapid Covid test. Got an appointment very quickly and easily online. Made it for the next morning. No wait, clean office, friendly staff. The test itself was quick and then I got a call with my results 15 minutes later. You have the option to wait it out, but I opted for a phone call. Very good option if you dont have symptoms, but just need a test for peace of mind or work purposes.

The staff was really accommodating and friendly. My sister and I had back to back appointments for Covid tests, and we arrived 20 minutes early, not expecting to be seen right away but decided to take a chance. They allowed us to be seen together and even let us go back early for our tests. We were expecting to be seen separately and spend at least 50 minutes there, but we were out of there in under 20 minutes. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Been coming to this location for a while and always have a very quick, friendly, and efficient service. Check-in is very quick and Ive never waited beyond my scheduled appointment time in the lobby. There are snacks and drinks available for free of you do arrive early. Every staff member and physician Ive encountered at this location appear to really care and enjoy what they do. Would highly recommend checking this place out for annual exams or for other medical needs.

Have been to Total Men’s Primary Care twice both times to get a rapid Covid Test. Luckily I was negative both times. The customer service was great, completely easy to check in and test was just as easy. Received my results within 15 minutes and was able to get on with my day. Would definitely recommend coming here. My spouse and daughter came in and we are all very pleased with the care we received.

Just writing this review because they dare to send me their spam emails. During Covid wanted to check muself a couple of times. They said that my insurance will cover it. Do I have to tell that they charged me after that? About $200.

I booked a meeting for my annual physical here for two main reasons: it was nearby and I didn’t have to wait weeks+ to get seen by someone. Great experience! Easy scheduling, they have weekend appointments which was huge because I don’t want to take off from work, got confirmations for my appointment. When I got there they even took me early since they had finished up with a previous client, it was nice bonus. Doctor & staff very friendly - great place!

I have never been to a total mens primary care. They were recommended by two different friends. I wanted to get a COVID antibody test so I scheduled online, was super easy. I arrived, was in and out in probably under 15 minutes. Staff was incredibly nice, professional, felt modern and clean. Overall experience was 5 stars from the front desk to the person who performed my test. Highly recommend and will also recommend to other friends. Thanks Total Mens!

Snacks and drinks are provided in the waiting room. The staff there are absolutely phenomenal! They are welcoming, helpful and, friendly. No pulling teeth when I comes to getting your PCD to help you be the best version of you.

I have gone twice now to Total Mens Primary Care for a rapid COVID test (Domain & Tech Ridge) and had excellent experiences both times. The online scheduler is easy, they send email and text reminders. The administrative staff is friendly, the insurance process smooth, the medical staff professional, and the locations are very clean and sterile. The wait time to be seen was between 2-5 minutes, and the actual testing takes no more than 15 seconds. Both times, they called with my results within a 15-20 minute time frame following my test. Highly recommend!

My first trip here was a great experience. When visiting a new medical center Im apprehensive on wait time and if a doctor is gonna kind of berate you for poor choices. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time and it had been about 5 years since my last physical. Doctor didnt chide me for that and he was a really nice guy. The nurses were all friendly and Im glad I picked this place as my future PCP.

GREAT experience!!! Very easy and quick process which is typically unheard of for primary and urgent cares. Booked an appointment super easily online, entered in all of my information ahead of time, and I was in and out within 15 minutes to get COVID tested. The staff was very caring and the facility was extremely nice and clean. 1000/10 recommend for anyone needing to get a covid test!! Results came back in 15 minutes too.

I had a get a covid test for an upcoming trip and it was super easy to get an appointment booked! Once I showed up, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and received my results about 30 mins after via email. Awesome, fast, and friendly service. Plus the waiting room snacks/coffee are definitely a plus!

Scheduling was simple and convenient! All of the staff was extremely friendly. I was able to get a Saturday appointment and they still took the time for make sure all my medical needs were met and I didnt feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. These guys are great! They get right to the point and the providers are so informative and efficient. My medications were submitted electronically to my pharmacy before I left the office and my total appointment was less than 50 minutes and I left with a new EKG, fresh prescriptions, and a plan to better my health!

Had the test done, waited in ours car and not even 15 minutes later received our negative results. Very easy and nice location too. They had all sorts of goodies. I’ve never received care like this from any other physician in town. They really make it easy for you to ask for help, and all staff is very pleasant.The other day I had called about a question about my prescription, and the staff took my name and would relay my question to the doctor. Not more than 15 minutes later they had me scheduled for a phone visit with a doctor. My needs for a painful situation were handled swiftly.In the past year I have seen them multiple times, and it’s no hassle compared to other primary care in town. Strongly recommend you take your medical business here. Trey and his staff at the Domain are amazing, and all other interactions with TMPC have been pleasant.

Great experience here for rapid COVID tests for the whole family. We were greeted warmly and safely, checked in quickly, and seen at our scheduled appointment time. In and out of this very nice facility within 20 minutes. Insurance covered our testing 100%. We would definitely return here for a travel test or other services in the future.

I went in for a COVID-19 rapid test.I was able to find an appointment within an hour. There was some minor paperwork for first time patients, but overall my test was done in less than 15 minutes total.After that, I had my results texted and emailed to me within 20 minutes after the test.The overall experience was quick and professional. I would go here again (if I need another COVID test... Which I dont hope to to need).

I went to this location for a COVID test as it was a travel mandate for me.Since the test had to be done within 48 hours of travel I wanted to go to a place which gives same day results because I didnt want to take a risk with delayed results.I got the reference of this place through my insurance provider and I spoke with them and understood that they give results in 15 minutes. I booked the appointment online on their website.So I visited them, no waiting time, check-in was smooth, very Friendly and polite staff. Got my test. They asked me if I want a paper report or email report, and I chose former. Waited outside and got my results in exactly 11minutes.I had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

I had heard about Total Men’s through a coworker. I went for a walk-in as all of their appointments were booked. Getting covid tested isn’t the most thrilling thing but I had a great experience from the time I walked in until the time I left. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. It was a quiet, professional, and clean space. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend for an easy testing experience and will definitely be back!

The staff is super friendly, its clean, easy to make an appointment, you dont have to wait very long to be taken back, everything is very digital for the most part so you can get all that new patient paperwork done ahead of time. They have an extensive number of snack and drink options in the waiting area, as well as really co fortune chairs.Super convenient that they can draw blood and do all the needed lab work out of the clinic instead of having to go to an independent testing site and waiting in those absurd lines at the most obnoxious hours of the day.

I went to get a rapid covid test and it was a really good experience. Place is brand new and they have a snack bar available for patients. Personal were really friendly. Had my appointment and in less than 10 minutes I was out. Would recommend this 100%. Received my results 15 minutes after taking the test.

Doctor was very patient in hearing my discomfort and the nurse was good with the needle when drawing blood. Quick experience but not rushed.

I am a pt at the tech ridge location in north Austin. Tech ridge is where my primary care providers have been at since 2019. Just recently they were not able to continue to refill my finasteride for my hair because the new NP there “was not comfortable” and was a “dermatologist issue” which is not true lol. So the clinic manager scheduled me here at the domain and burnet location because one of the providers was familiar and ok with refilling my finasteride. My appointment was today 02/28/23 and mannnn the minute I walked in the door nothing but smiles from the 2 young ladies sitting at the front desk wish I knew their names. They greeted me it didn’t take to long it was a speedy process. The female MA with glasses called me to the back in a matter of 8 mins the MA her self was friendly, professional, all smiles!! When she drew my blood did not even feel a thing before she even stuck me she asked if I was ok with seeing my own blood or needed to lay down instead which I had no problem but that was very smart of her to ask!! The male provider who saw me today was kind, professional as well, explained to me he was ok refilling my medication and will do blood tests to make sure chemistry wasn’t off. It was a quick easy visit and have considered transferring over to this location!

I had a COVID-19 test done at Total Mens in the Domain area of Austin. Appointment making was a breeze online. Staff was friendly and helpful. Testing was on time, quick and hassle free. Results were ready in about 20 minutes. Great experience. Definitely recommend this great place and staff!

I found the entire experience with TMPC to be excellent. From the ease of scheduling, to an almost no wait time and the friendly staff. Dr Trey had a great bedside manner and he even called me on a Saturday to go over my blood work results and was probably one of the best Dr experiences Ive had.I have not been one to go to the doctor regularly and this was my first Dr appointment in ten years... I hated the experience... But now, Ive found a place I feel comfortable and will be staying up on seeing a doctor regularly.

Very nice staff as usual. However I came in for flu symptoms but had no fever. Still concerning. Was told that I was suffering from allergies. Never previously have. Then my girlfriend inevitably caught what I had and went to her dr. She has a viral infection. That would have been useful information to know rather than trying to treat it as allergies.

I had a 4:40 appointment for a covid test arrived 15 minutes early and was taken right away The staff was very professional, friendly, the office is very clean! :)I am very satisfied with this office! :) I do recommend this place! :)I was in and out within 10 minutes including the results of my test! :)Thank You! :)

A friend of mine recommended going to Total Men’s Primary Care for a rapid test and they didn’t disappoint. As a walk-in, I got in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! The lobby is super clean with leather couches and the waiting area has a nice coffee machine and free refreshments and snacks. Highly recommend going here!

It was easy to schedule online and they take insurance.. $20 one time new patient fee. I have nothing bad to say. I will be back for any covid testing needs. 10/10

I scheduled a COVID test and got a same day appointment. There was lots of availability and several locations to choose from. My insurance was accepted and only a 20$ first time fee was charged due to being a new patient. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The process was fast and I received a text with my results about 20 min after. Im hoping I wont need to go back to get tested but if I do, Ill definitely be coming back to this facility. Highly recommend.

Probably one of the most efficient physicals Ive ever had. Great office, appointment time was kept, no delay or waiting. Very personable staff.

Great facility in a casual atmosphere. Does not feel like a doctors office. Staff is quick and knowledgeable. If my appointment is at 11:30 then my appointment happens at 11:30. My time is valuable and they treat it that way. Very convenient location for north Austin. Parking is easy.

Called to get my prescription renewed, receptionist said the Dr. would call me back. Did not receive a call. Now I will be out of my medication while I find other care.

Went in on a Saturday feeling sick. They said they were going to send a prescription over to the pharmacy. It was never received. They closed for the day and I was just out of luck for two more days. I had to go to another clinic and get treated and get the medication I needed as my condition was worsening. Total Health is very illusive on the medical staff you are seeing. They are careful to not call them doctors and only refer to them as providers. No idea what level of training or certification these people have. Reached out to after hours help and they said they would reach out to the provider on Monday regarding the prescription. I have been trying to contact them for a refund for over a week now. They refuse to return calls. Useless. They market themselves as primary care. They certainly aren’t setup for that.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a doctors office. The staff is very nice but after they drew my blood, they didn’t end up testing for what we discussed. Also, they called me saying everything was fine when it wasn’t. I noticed an elevated level on my chart. Something THE DOCTOR MISSED due to lack of care or patience.Will NEVER return and I suggest you don’t as well.

Always a great experience being tested or be treated at any of the Total Mens in locations.They have been amazing during this entire Covid couple of years. My whole family is able to quickly and conveniently get tested.

Went in for a covid-19 rapid test. It was really easy to make an online appointment the same day. Staff was well organized and friendly. The office is modern and has free snacks and good coffee in the waiting room. Got the test results in 10 mins through text message. Great experience overall

I went today to get a COVID-19 antibody test. They let me know beforehand that I’d only need to pay the new patient fee and that the tests would be covered by insurance 100%. When I arrived, I was told as I was signing in that I could actually do the antigen test as well during the appointment so of course I did that.Process was so quick, easy, and pleasant. The staff member who administered my tests was easy to talk to and, thankfully, she didn’t think my three little children were a bother since they had to be in the exam room with us. She talked to me about her kids too which made me feel at ease since I haven’t done the nasal swab test before. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely come back here for any COVID-related testing.

I had my second appointment today at Total Mens Primary Care. Everyone is really kind and makes you feel comfortable. The waiting room is very nice, clean and has snacks and beverages for you while you wait. Lastly the process of setting up an appointment , to checking in when you arrive has been a really easy. I would definitely recommend!

I went to Total Men’s for a Covid test. When I went to check in, the girl at the front told me that I was at the wrong location, but they saw me anyways. No problem. It was super quick and I got my results by text within 30 minutes. You fill out your registration forms online prior to your appointment, so you’ll be in and out super fast. I recommend!

It was so easy to make my appointment. The staff is so friendly. No surprises. I was in and out but doctor and nurses listened to my concerns. Definitely would recommend this place to friends :)

I dropped by for a checkup without an appointment and even though they had appointments booked, they were able to get me in and have my checkup done within 30 minutes, including all the paperwork (which is done very easily and streamlined through your phone). The environment felt very welcoming, which honestly was my favorite aspect of the visit.

A friend told me about Total Men’s Primary Care rapid Covid-19 testing. They do not limit the testing to only men! I had been traveling and wanted to be sure I had negative test results before interacting with family. Their online reservation system was VERY easy to use and both the professionals I interacted with were very friendly and answered any questions I had. I got a call from their lab 30 minutes after leaving with my results. Highly recommend!

As usual my experience with Total Men’s is fantastic. This location near the Domain is no ex elation. Friendly helpful Staff, very clean and welcoming facility and quick and efficient in and out. Will be my new regular location and Im looking forward to being here.

Scheduling appointments online are quick and easy. I scheduled my appointment for a late morning on a Saturday. I arrived 15 minutes early, gave my name to the receptionist, and sat in the waiting room. The chairs in the waiting room were spaced out, which felt safe given COVID, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks available.There were only two other people in the waiting room, but service was quick (and friendly), and I waited less than 5 minutes.

I gave it 4 stars because we’ve only been once. It was a great first impression! Easy appointment scheduling, multiple locations, smooth check-in process, clean and nice atmosphere! Hospitable lobby area with snacks and drinks. We went to the Burnet location. Will return!

I had a great experience at the actual clinic. Loved my PA. Had a simple meet and greet visit with no labs, testing, and I had no issues or complaints. Just wanted to discuss if I needed HRT. I received a bill 10 months later for $116 for a regular visit to establish care for a PCP. Impossible to reach. They have a horrid text service for customer service that gets back to you days later and was told it was an establish care visit. Since no one would every actually speak to me I finally just gave up and paid it, but I wont ever be back. Its borderline fraudulent the way it was billed and their customer service is just awful.

I scheduled to have a rapid covid-19 test done today at 8:30 am. When I went in, the check in process at 8:28 am was quick and easy. At 8:30 am they called my name and by 8:33 am I was out the door. They sent the results via text so I did not have to wait around for them and I was able to continue on with my day. This experience was amazing and I am thankful to their staff!

The first Dr I saw was great, she actually listened and had ideas to help me. When I went back I had a different Dr. who stuck to the script ,no matter what I said she just tried to finish my sentences and gave me options with no options, basically do what I said or there is nothing else. They took blood out twice and left me a huge bruise. Then just told me to eat less and join a gym, even with my severely bad knees. She assured me there was no notes on previous visit and proceed to treat me like my old Dr. Guess Ill be going back to my old Dr.Front office staff was nice.

New patient registration was quick and easy. I walked in, showed my driver license and emailed my insurance info, then waited for about 5 minutes before being seen. My appt was smooth and they have refreshments in the waiting room. Excellent!

Scheduled my covid test for a new job last second and when i got there the great staff had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and I had my results within 2 hrs. And was able to start work the next day. Definitely recommend total mens for speedy testing and I will be considering using as a primary care.

As men we have a tendency to put off seeing the doctor. I hadnt been in for a general physical in almost a decade. Im very happy with my experience. Trey and his team couldnt have been more accommodating! Friendly, hospitable and efficient. They had me in and out quickly and if you dont have insurance the out of pocket rate is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Walked in freaking out. Thinking I was about to die because my blood pressure was reading a little high. Everyone was so nice and extremely professional. The front desk associate greeted me immediately. She listened effectively to my needs and concerns and was able to schedule me right away. It didn’t take her long to locate my insurance policy and before you know I was in the back getting help from the doctors. Vibes are important to me and I LOVE the vibes in this place. The doctors were extremely informative and helpful. Made me feel really good about myself. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Definitely recommend this place. 10/10 in my opinion.

Very easy process and much better than the original test. If you find yourself needing or wanting to be tested this is definitely a great place to go. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was in and out the door in under 10 minutes and they texted with my results less than 10 minutes later.

Went in for an appointment and told them about my past bad experiences at other clinics. They assured me I would not have the same and that I will get a teledoc call that same week but if no one reaches out to call back and let them know. I was never called and I had to call back twice. First time I was told I got an appointment the same day (Friday) at 2 pm, never got a call. Called back the next week and was told yea not sure what happened but I’ll put in another request and Still nothing. This was my first and last experience, don’t go here.

Ive been coming to Total Mens for a few years now and they have always provided great service. The doctors are knowledgeable and listen to everything I tell them and address things right away instead of trying to get me to schedule another appointment. As far as I have experienced, the wait time is about 5 minutes from when you check in so thats always awesome. Then once you get in the doctor sees you pretty quickly as well, but then takes his time in listening to all your concerns or symptoms.

I got a rapid COVID test here (FYI I am a woman so they don’t serve only men for this). Appointment easily booked online. No waiting on arrival. Test was efficient and I got the results within 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and the facility is very nice.

Had my first appointment, for an annual checkup. The facility is very inviting and not any more clinical feeling than necessary. The staff, all the way from reception through the nurse / tech and then the doctor were very amiable and professional. Didnt feel rushed, got details for everything we discussed and my questions.

Anyone is welcome to get covid testing here, and it is a great spot to do so! Easy online scheduling, and in and out within 5 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Then results texted or emailed within 15-30 min, and no waiting around at the office! Accept most insurance and pay a one time $20 new patient fee. Overall great, painless swab, and quick experience!

At first, I thought this was just a testosterone therapy clinic trying to jump into the market. Then, I had a coworker refer them to me. They told me their covid testing was same day, really fast, and the staff was super nice. Everything was on the money. I did my own research through their site to see what other services they offer and was surprised to learn how much they offer! I will definitely be back when I need a doctors visit!

They take you in quickly and the front desk is always prepared with you paperwork. The doctor listens intently to your needs and then offers you excellent feedback. I have seen three different doctors. They work with you and always seems to have time as though youre their only patient. Ill continue using them as my primary health care provider.

Great customer service! I just walked right in and Donna at the front desk helped me set up an appointment for a COVID antigen test. I only had to wait a short while, and the test took only a couple of minutes. Results came back within 20 minutes after the appointment.

I have been to the Burnet office several times now. I have to say this first: I dont write a lot of reviews. However, I do think this one is important as I have had an exceptional experience with the staff here.I see movies where the patient is treated like an old friend and the Doctor or PA chats with you and discusses issues in detail without rushing you out the door. I truly felt this way with John. He was concerned about my issues, discussed in detail and worked to help me resolve them. He did so as efficiently as possible, respecting the fact that I have an extremely busy schedule.Victoria & Jessica were also extremely helpful and worked to make my visits as productive as possible. I had blood work done, which they did there at this location making it easy and fast. I am so happy to now feel I have a personal physician who I can call and deal with any health issue.Thank you John, Victoria & Jessica. I cant recommend these guys highly enough.

I havent been here for primary care but as a rapid covid test location its been great. Theres 1 location down the street from me and 2 more within a few miles so Im usually able to get an appointment urgently. Im in and out of there within 10 min and results are texted within the hour. Everyone is friendly, the place is clean, and they have coffee, snacks, water, and sodas.

They’re always easy to schedule with, there’s no fuss at check-in, and they have several locations which offers great flexibility as a primary care provider.

Reception was very welcoming and kind. The lobby was very nice/comfortable with snack and drink options. My doctor, Mike, took his time to explain options for my reason coming in and wasnt rushing me out or just trying to sell me a medication. He was relatable and it seemed like he genuinely cared. This will definitely be my new go-to spot for any medical needs.

(rapid covid test, Feb 2021) Woke up with a sore throat, easily scheduled online an appointment 1.5h out at opening time. Less than 5 minutes between parking and driving away, and I had my test results delivered online by the time I got back home. Incredibly efficient, fast, and free (I think!)This is my second test with Total Mens, and while the first took a bit longer due to filing some paperwork and sign up process, both times were very fast.I have BCBSTX insurance, but other than an initial 20$ membership fee I did not have to pay for either test.Definitely recommend

Total Mens Primary Care is super easy to make an appointment with. When you arrive everything feels covid safe with masks enforced, glass dividers, and spaced out appointments. I was able to check in online and provide my info prior to my appointment. No forms or info to fill out when I got there, I only waited a few minutes before the nurse came out and took me back. She asked me questions and took my vitals and said the doctor would be in shortly. There was hardly any wait, he came in and talked to me and answered all my questions. Very thorough and helpful. So, full disclosure, my husband went in just looking for a place to knock out an annual that he’d been putting off…for about 3 years. Turned out to be a great experience. The staff was fantastic, and they got him processed in about 5 minutes. He told me that Lianne the Medical Assistant was fun and friendly and that Mike Menza the PA was a rock star. He was approachable, consultative and very much interested in having a dialogue about the type of medical management that would best fit my husbands lifestyle. His results came back in about 2 days, and they notified him in about 3 different ways (email, voicemail, and text), so it was really easy to get him to actually go over everything.Great place, and definitely his new primary care!

Super quick to get me in and out. I can’t stand some doctors offfices that make you wait in the lobby forever but they were very punctual and even accommodating to me forgetting to fast. I forgot to fast for my blood work and they quickly scheduled me an appointment for the next morning both visits came out to 20 min total.

This facility was top notch. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful. And the team did a great job of keeping my nerves calm for the highly anticipated nose swab test by showing me all of the snacks! I was in and out within 15minutes.

Quick and Efficient Covid-19 TestI made a Covid-19 test appointment, and arrived half hour earlier. The staff was very nice, arranged the appointment immediately. The total test procedure only took 2~3 minute. 15 minutes later, on my way back to home, the results showed up. Negative! Hooray!

Each time Ive been assisted as a walk-in and get my results 15 minutes after the test. Super convenient, clean and comfortable atmosphere!

The medical professional actually listened to me ramble on for almost 15 minutes and even asked me questions for a change. They really cared and wanted to help! We ran a few tests and after everything cleared I was good to start my new treatment plan. If youve ever dreaded going to a doctor from past experiences then please give Total Mens Primary Care a try. Theyre affordable even without insurance! I came here for a Covid test as a walk-in appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They offer both the antigen test (to see if you currently have Covid-19), and the antibody test (to see if you have at one point had Covid-19). Out of pocket expense, without any insurance, is $199. The entire procedure from start to finish took about 30 seconds. Trey, the PA, was very gentle and made us feel comfortable through the process. The rapid results were ready in about 15 minutes. If their other check-ups and procedures are as quick and easy as the Covid testing, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The COVID test was administered quickly and results were provided in 15 minutes. You have the option to wait in your car for the results (there are a lot of great options nearby to grab a coffee or a bite to eat while you wait) or they’ll give you a call. I will be returning here if I need a future COVID test.

The staff was great, the doctor was good at explaining what was going on and listened to my concerns. The only thing I did not like was they were very slow to respond back with the results of my X-rays. Went in on a Monday and did not hear back until Thursday and not with out me trying. Called 3 time trying to get results with out luck.

If you need a COVID rapid test, this is the place to go! I have been to two different locations, first with my daughter and more recently for myself. It is easy to schedule your appointment online and they also take walk-ins. Touchless registration, they accept insurance (I had a $20 co-pay, but I saw someone else check in who was 100% covered by their insurance), clean waiting room. You also have the option to wait in your car. They text you 15 mins later with your results, or you can stick around and wait for a paper copy if you need it. I was taken right on time for my appointment, and the test literally takes 10 seconds (nose swab). So happy to have found this place for COVID testing!

Ive been going to Total Mens for approximately months and I have been very pleased with the service. I have been to three of their facilities in Austin and it is a consistent, positive experience. Terrible experiences, severely impacting my health in multiple ways.Main issues 1)The Doctor attempted to prescribe me medication I am allergic to 3 separate times. He did this with full knowledge that I was allergic to this medication. 2) I asked for a referral for a psychiatrist because the doctor claimed he was not legally allowed to prescriber medication that he already prescribed to me…it’s been 4 weeks since then I have been to another appointment and called the office 5 times to receive this referral and every time someone tells me that they will get back with me and they never do. I have not received any referral and no other office has called me.I feel helpless as the doctor has effectively abandoned me.

This is my second time visiting TotalMens at a different location but I was very shocked at the level of professionalism, compassion and patience with my visits. Instead of trying to get you in and out the door both doctors that I met with took the time to talk about all or any issues I might be having, gave multiple different possibilities and overall made the visit very comfortable and trusting. They earned my business for a while if they keep this up!

Not my first time here, but it was my first time with Mike Menza, PA-C. This visit was for an annual physical. He was very personable and friendly. We spent a fair amount of time talking about different health issues. Mike helped make it a comfortable discussion for me. All of the staff members were very nice.

Everyone (Dr Mensa, Ivanna and Syndia) was very friendly. Got me in and out with virtually no wait time...at the same time I didn’t feel like they were rushing or not being thorough. By far the easiest and best doctor experience I’ve ever had.

Showed up for a walk in Covid test. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Got my results back through text about 15 minutes later. Very nice and friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone.

Ivanna at the front desk was very welcoming and nice. Sign in was quick and easy. Syndia, the MA, took me in to the patient room and made things comfortable for me. Mike Menza was great. He explained things along the way and answered any questions I had. Overall, it was good. No complaints.

My first visit to this location for Total Mens Primary care. Always clean and comfortable. The doctor took his time and was very attentive. Offering good recommendations to alleviate my condition.

Efficient and friendly. Easy new patient process, friendly staff, clean facility, and Mike was happy to spend some additional time with me. Couldnt ask for much more. Was cynical about all the high reviews, but now happy to leave one of my own!

Fast, friendly service! I was in and out in about a half hour as a new patient walk-in. I was seen and treated right there and it was all very seamless and everyone was very nice. Great place. I’ll go back! Hopefully not too soon though.

Had a great experience at the clinic. Quick and easy check-in. The doctor and all the staff members were easy-going, welcoming, patient, and thorough. I got all my questions answered and I am glad to have found them!

Loved this place! Nice girls in front, Red Bull in fridge. Then I got to doc, this dude was awesome. Talked to me like a person. Shared personal experiences of things he has gone through himself. Gave me different options with what he recommended for now and where we would go if I that didn’t work. 100% my new primary doc.

Great experience on my first yearly checkup. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Including filling out forms on a computer instead of the old paperwork. The Dr. was amazing and good to talk to. Totally recommend it!

Wanted a rapid COVID test but am asymptomatic; the whole experience here was smooth & quick, and staff were friendly at each step. I havent found any other places offering asymptomatic tests, so for that and the above reasons Id highly recommend Total Mens!Side bonus: I have a pretty obscure, non-major healthcare plan, and I was pleased to find they take it. Staff in their billing office were kind and helpful when I called to double-check on coverage. A+ for them.

Nice facility and staff was friendly. It was my first time trying this place out. My main purpose was refill some prescriptions that I have had for years. When reviewing the medicine I take, the doctor question thoroughly the reason for taking it. I advised it was needed and that I had been on it for a few years. I was beginning to become curious as to why he was questioning but figured it was because he hadnt seen me before.It was a bit awkward I wasnt sure why but eventually the doctor advised he did not hold the credentials needed to fill 2 of my 3 prescriptions. He said he could refer me somewhere else though. That being said, I was disappointed to have paid $150 for my appointment to get 1 of 3 scripts filled. This was the first I have heard of anyone not having adequate credentials and a doctors office. Nice waiting room with drinks and a tv however those things dont matter if you werent able to accomplish what you needed at the doctor visit.

I feel they really know what care to give me compared to previous primary care providers. I’ll be switching to Total Men’s for my health care moving forward.

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences here over a few visits. The office is impeccably clean with welcoming, kind and professional staff. Great waiting room although I haven’t had to wait long. The doctor has gone above and beyond each time we’ve met and I’m glad to have found a primary care physician specializing in men’s health. Thanks y’all!
