It was my first time and I am very pleased with my experience. Excellent customer service from booking the appointment, answering my questions and greeting me as soon as I entered the office. The whole staff was great. Have a follow up soon and I cant wait. That says alot since I hate going to the Doctors office. Let me rephrase that. I used to hate going to the Doctors office. Thank you for making me feel super comfortable. 😊

Standard visit except the doctor spoke so fast and from a script. He sped through “any other problems?” I understand that doctors are busy people but there was barely any time spent with me. The conversations were lackluster and I could tell he was speeding through whatever he legally had to say. Definitely won’t be back.Two stars for the front desk staff who were friendly.

The receptionist, Donna, was very welcoming and made the check-in process smooth.During my appointment, the medical team was attentive and thorough. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Giving extra one star because this place was close from my work.Ive been a long time customer of Total Mens Primary Care. I will now stop using this clinic because of the Nurse Practitioner at Tech Ridge location. (FYI, theres no MD in this location)I am pretty sure there arent a lot of patients who will lie about their symptoms. Because I had congested nose for long time, this led to some complications like abnormal blood counts due to lack of oxygen (confirmed by specialist), fatigue, and hard time focusing due to lacking in daily sleep. My heart and some parts of body muscle started aching, so I told him all the area that I am aching. It looked like the NP was caring and listening. However, he walked in with Anxiety Questionnaires. The questions were definitely trap questions.One example:- Do you feel lacking in motivation and focusing at work? (I answered yes).No shit, because I feel tired everyday due to lacking of sleep caused by chronic congested nose. There were many questions like this and I answered yes to all of them. I specifically told them my chronic nose problem before answering the questions, but they said its okay to fill those out.NP then walked in and referred me to a psychiatrist.... Next, I told him the questions were misleading and I didnt put detailed accurate answers, so I wanted the paper back. He rejected my request and scanned the paper without my consent, which is now officially up under my name.Whoever reading this, I just hope you all dont fall for this, unless you really want to fill out those questions.

Went for a COVID test, but the doctor was thorough about other items on my patient intake form as well. I know some people have claimed they were “pitched” or dealt with pressuring sales tactics, I didn’t feel that way or that they were selling me on anything other than options towards a better over all life. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get I same day. I’ve been with ARC for over a decade and for past 2 years haven’t went to doctor for anything, including a annual, because you can never find appointments unless they’re weeks out, and when you finally go, the doctors are just trying to push you out as fast as possible and feel ignored and overlooked. I didn’t feel any of that here today.

I didnt imagine in todays world that any medical office would go out of their way to accommodate a new patient. Not only was I seen the very day I called, perhaps a cancellation came in, but the staff couldnt have been nicer and supportive of my concerns.I have another appointment for later this month and only anticipate the same high level of service. Im considering changing primary care physicians after this 2nd visit.Thanks to the staff of Total Mens Primary Care, Tech Ridge

Total Mens has became my doctor of choice! Always super friendly and professional and is unlike most doctors…you don’t sit waiting in the office waiting to be seen for an hour! Lastly, it is so easy to make an appointment, I always do it quickly through their website!

My experience with Total Mens Tech Ridge was pretty seamless. I was able to make an easy appointment, was brought in on time, initial triage for my appointment was smooth, and the Dr did their thing.No issues identifying as Nonbinary or feeling like I couldnt be myself. However, I have yet to see if all of the providers are this open, as it doesnt seem that you see the same person every time.

I had an appt at 12:40 and was called and asked to come in early to verify insurance and it was around their lunch time. I sent my insurance and was told it was verified. I called them at 12:20 to say still in traffic but says will be there at 12:38 but traffic bad,”. I was told I need to reschedule if 1 min late because they need time for appt and it’s their lunch time. I asked due I need to reschedule because I don’t want to go into their lunch seems and inconvenience and she said yes let’s do that. My boss has Covid and to hear this while driving and not feeling well. I will make sure none of my companies business goes to this location. Rude and all about their lunch.

Great experience. I went in at 3PM with an appointment at 4PM. They got me back at 3:20PM and I was gone before 4PM. The nurse was very nice and understanding and able to answer all my questions. The actual doctor was great as well, he answered all my questions and concerns. And I got a Gatorade and crackers..👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Excellent staff! Very friendly and welcoming! The medical team was very timely with appointment time and took extra time to provide care and answer questions. The team was also very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

Went in for an annual physical! It was quick, professional and everyone there was really nice. Got my blood drawn on first stick! All around great place. I will be coming here for all my medical needs.

I would not recommend going here. Went in for an annual physical last year, they first lost my blood sample and did not know about it until I called 3 weeks later for the result. Then they called me in for a repeat sample collection at no extra cost but proceeded to bill my insurance for the 2nd collection too. They also submitted the wrong exam codes to insurance and I am currently trying to sort this out with their billing department. The result is 2 sets of bills instead of a fully insurance covered single annual physical. Their billing department is probably the worst of the lot.

Nice looking office and everyone there was nice and professional. I was surprised they were even able to do the blood work for the blood clotting disorder I needed to be tested for without having to send me to a different location.

I had a great experience and the staff and doctors were all so kind. I’m the worse when it comes to needles but they were able to pull me through and calm me down. They took me in right when my appointment time started. This was quick and comfortable!

This clinic is hands down the best out here. They are quick, friendly and most importantly Honest. I’ve been to the same clinic at another location with the same experience. Highly recommend 👌

Scheduling my annual checkup was super easy, took care of all of it online. I showed up at my scheduled time, virtually no wait, the staff was friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and got me in and out in no time. Really liked that they were able to do my blood tests in house. No need to go to a third party to have them done. They got me scheduled for my follow-up within a week to go over the blood work and I was on my way. Overall a great experience!

I had a fantastic experience at Total Men. The nurse and doctor were both very personable and professional. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. Highly recommend!

Why do you guys keep forgetting to send in all my prescriptions? Do you realize when someone is taking a medication its not good to miss it for 4 days in a row cause once again you only sent in half to the pharmacy? As medical professionals do you not understand thats not ok? I am done with here and will highly encourage anyone to not go here. Get it together and do better.**I will say girl at the from desk on 2/15 was super nice and helpful**

The stars are for the online customer service and the medical assistant who checked the vitals and took blood draw for me since they are great and kind. But my visit with the doctor was very unpleasant. I’ve been having some conditions after physical exercise since July. When the doctor came in for the session, she just acted and talked like she doesn’t care. I was trying to tell her what happened since the summer but she just stopped me and asked me to only tell her what happened in the past month, which cannot cover what happened or what changed on me. I’m okay with that if that’s the professional way. But then she said if I know the conditions will show up why do I still keep doing the exercises. If I know the way to stop having the conditions is simply just stop doing exercises, what would I need you for? I paid for the doctor to figure out what caused the condition that never happened before and hopefully find out a treatment plan. All the other doctors I went said that “I know you want to get back to normal exercises eventually so let’s figure out what’s going on.” And the answer you gave me is to stop exercising without even let me finish providing all the information? Why don’t you just told me to stop being alive and all the conditions will not show up again for sure. I’m very disappointed with this visit.

Ive visited Primary Mens Health about four times now and each occurrence has been very pleasant. A quick check in process with friendly staff practitioners that listen and provide great feedback. I would recommend you check it out if your looking for general mens healthcare and testing services.

First time walking in, the receptionist was very helpful at answering my questions and was able to quickly schedule me an appointment. The day of the appointment was great. It was quick, though thorough. Definitely recommend 👌

These guys really have a great system. I had a great experience today establishing care with my new pcp.Everything from the initial appointment setting online, to the calendar integration, the reminders of my appointment and the online registration forms was so convenient and smooth. The staff upon arrival were very nice and helpful and the waiting room is stocked with drinks and snacks. Felt like a concierge experience. A medical assistant greeted me and gathered all needed information along with my blood samples which she collected flawlessly. The nurse practioner was a very kind and highly engaged and addressed all my needs. My expectations were far exceeded and i truly feel that im in great hands. Thank you guys!

Could not be happier with my visit yesterday. Donna, the front desk receptionist, helped me easily get set up in the system while I waited for my appt. Its a really aesthetically pleasing environment with drinks and a nice lounge area to wait in, and when I was called in to start my testing the back area was just as clean and organized. Mo was the nurse practitioners assistant and she was great to talk with as I got rolling on my annuals. No trouble taking blood samples - always an adventure with some places, but thankfully not here. It got even better with the nurse practitioner; Miss Ofori-Abebresse was as professional as it gets, witty and comfortable to speak with. She asked pertinent questions, listened to what had been happening in my recent medical history, and made some suggestions for continued improvement upon my health plan. They provide referrals, all in all this was a great experience with great people and I will for sure be back again. Thank you.

I researched and made my appointment based upon the information that this was a mens primary care practice. There was no man at this facility. The lady who checked me in (very sweet) was female, the nurse (I assume?) who did my vitals was a female, and the PA-C (which is not what I would have chosen) was a female. No credentials are listed when you research them on their website. I assumed my caregiver would be a MD, DO, etc. I do not use assistants to be my primary caregiver. I chose this practice as its advertised and hyped to be a mens facility, focusing on complete male health. None of my screening today covered any of my male parts. The intent of going here was to get total mens health care. The exam was brief and was not a complete physical. Highly disappointed in this visit and will be going back to Baylor Scott & White.

I recently visited Total Mens Primary Care for a check-up, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were thorough in their examination and made me feel confident in their expertise. I left feeling satisfied and reassured about my health. I highly recommend Total Mens Primary Care to anyone in need of a reliable and caring healthcare provider.

My husband is the one that actually went there. He was very satisfied with his visit. They have a really good staff, they were very nice and caring. He doesnt usually like going to the Dr (but who does) but he said he intends to use these people for his primary care physician. They are also conveniently located close to our home. Their office is of course very very clean. All in all he had a good experience and recommends this place to everyone

The whole staff and crew at the Tech Ridge office were amazing. It was my first visit there and they made everything so relaxing and easy Ebony and Adjoura we both professional and had a great sense of humor. I’m so happy I’ve found A physician I like and can trust.

Had a test result come back but my usual doctor was unable to treat me for another week. Total Men’s Primary Care team took me as a walk-in and treated me with no waiting. The staff was very kind a helpful! All around great experience!

Went in for routine covered treatment and testing. Two stars because their staff is polite, they try their best, and they did not screw up the initial tests. I’m blessed with great coverage, however they will lie to you about being in network, and they will lie to you about sending priority alerts to billing to fix that “mistake”, not follow up, and not correct it which is why everyone gets to read about this now. Also, they require you to meet with a doctor for any test just to bill you for an unnecessary appointment - and they will bill you for an out of network Drs time even if you didn’t meet with them! Let my $200 mistake be your lesson to just go to the brand new clinic next door.

I had a great experience here and wish I could come back for primary care, ha! I actually came for a rapid Covid-19 test after my co-worker recommended them. I just wanted to be sure I had not been exposed recently as I live with someone who is high risk (I had no symptoms). The lab tests apparently take awhile so I was happy to find a place that does rapid testing. I was able to schedule online this morning and see them this afternoon. I arrived to a beautiful office and comfy lounge fully stocked with drinks and snacks. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and they administered the test a few minutes after I arrived, then let me wait in the car, and then within about 20 minutes I had a clean bill of health. Thanks for putting my mind at ease! Will recommend you guys to my friends and family

Went in for an appointment at 8:15. At around 8:45 the front desk person said that it would be another 20 minutes or so because the PA was not there yet and was dropping their child off at school I waited u til about 9:30 and she said she had no idea when I could be seen. I understand things happen but there was no backup plan and I took time off of work for a simple physical and was not seen. That is unacceptable.

Had a great experience here getting covid tested! The staff was all wearing masks and I felt like the waiting area was clean and safe. They have a nice waiting area with snacks and drinks and very comfortable chairs. We were seen quickly according to our appointment times and the lady at the front desk who did the swabbing was very helpful and nice.

I joined their primary care this week and am excited to continue using them going forward. Each employee was attentive, knowledgeable and overall made my first experiences very comfortable and welcoming. The waiting area and exam rooms were refreshing as they brought a modern take away from the boring and uncomfortable layouts that Im used to with my previous primary care facilities. Definitely recommend!

Amazing clinic, I was called in before I even sat down, I never waited more than 5 mins, even wen I had to do EKG and Blood Draws. I Really liked my provider and hope to see her again. Ive worked in the medical field for years,and Ive never seen a clinic operate as smooth and friendly as Total Mens Primary Care. Thank you for all the help.

This location is terribly run. Provider is lazy and will ask front desk receptionist to try to move your appointment up early or cancel altogether, simply because the provider wants to go home early. When they are unable to convince you to change your appointment and you show up, they give you passive aggressive attitude like you’ve ruined their day. Awful, save yourself the headache and go to another location!!

Facility was nice and clean. Upon arriving, I was met by a kind receptionist. The waiting area was stocked with water, coffee and other drinks. The medical staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward with with them in the future.

I made an appointment the night before and got in by 9:00 the next day for a COVID rapid test. My entire appointment took less than 10 minutes and the nurse was very efficient with the nasal test- by far the quickest and least painful one I’ve experienced. The place is clean and the lobby is nice and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and helpful- I will definitely be using Total Men’s Primary Care in the future.

I scheduled an appointment to get the rapid test done for Covid. This was my first test and while I was a bit anxious, the staff made me feel comfortable. It was super easy and I had my results in ten minutes. Would highly recommend if you want to get your results quickly and also safely. There were only three other people there!

Booking wait time is short (time from booking to actual appointment is one week), short wait time at the day of appointment (the nurse was able to attend to me within 5 mins of arrival), the physician is nice and all procedures went well. Im satisfied with the service they provide.

Great. They are respectful, caring towards their patients and provides good information on the issues you might be visiting for and same for medications. My visit was 9:50 am weekday and I was attended in 7-10 mins of my arrival.

I recently visited Total Mens Primary Care - Tech Ridge for a COVID-19 test. It was a very seamless, safe, and quick process. I signed up for a slot via the website, arrived at the location, received my test, and was out the door. It was that easy; I think I was onsite for no longer than 15 minutes.They were very cautions and I felt safe the entire time. There wasnt a ton of people waiting in the lobby (I was the only one) and they were practicing safe social distancing protocols throughout. Bonus, the staff was very friendly! They even let me hit the road and called me within 20 minutes with my results.

Went in for the 15 minute COVID test with the family and the experience was as great as swabbing your nose can be! The place is clean and the staff is excellent. They explained everything and set my kiddo’s mind at ease. Test was quick and results came quickly. We were in and out in no time. Hubby and son will start coming for regular checkups, they love the place 😊

I was in and out on the same day. Doc listened to me and ordered the tests to put my mind at ease. The nurses were kind and great at everything. I will be back.

Had a great experience here today. Scheduling a rapid COVID test was easy to do online, and the actual test itself took less than five minutes. Staff was friendly and the test wasn’t nearly as uncomfortable as expected (it was the nose swab that goes all the way up).

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Provided a quick and easy COVID test which provided a negative result in 10 minutes. Then Alex worked with me to help me better understand my medications and have a go to person if any adjustments would be needed in the future. Highly recommend. Will continue to use their services in the future.

Had my annual physical check-up done here recently. I was thoroughly impressed with the clinic starting from scheduling to actually being seen at the clinic. Their website is very user-friendly. New patient registration was a breeze and you actually get to do it from your phone which I thought was very convenient. The staff were great too. I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for their primary medical care.

So easy, so safe, so fast, easy access in and out. My 3rd time at this provider but first time at this specific location. I’ve only come for COVID antigen and antibody tests and every time it’s been a pleasant experience, which isn’t easy to say with the nasal swab. It’s because of the great staff and service. They also do primary care (hence the name, and for women too, ha) which I’ll definitely consider if/when needed. Oh also, complimentary snacks & bevy’s, which is a nice touch. I especially liked this visit today because of how friendly the staff is. Been great at multiple locations but this time today was my fave. Thanks y’all!

Really liked the waiting area and general look of clinic. Thought everyone from the front desk to the PCP were super helpful and nice. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend to men.

I was really scared about getting the covid test but they were super nice, informative, honest and comforting. Actually didnt hurt at all, just a little uncomfortable. I know people who have had painful experiences elsewhere so they must be really gentle and more careful here. The receptionist also informed me that insurance would only cover one test, not the two I signed up for so I really appreciated that. No wait and fast results. Highly recommend!

Had a rapid Covid testing today and it was a good experience. The staffs are professional and nice! Finished the registration form and also got the test within 10mins. The test results came out within an hour which was surprisingly faster than what I expected! Overall experience was great! Highly recommended.

Went in today for a rapid COVID test. The staff was very friendly. I was in and out of there in a total of 15 minutes, then received my results 5 minutes after I got home. Overall, the best and easiest experience Ive had at a clinic in years.

I’ve gotten a COVID test twice with them, at two different locations in the Austin area, downtown and north Austin, and each time I had an excellent experience. The facilities are very nice, the people there polite and professional, and I was in and out very quickly. My health insurance covered the cost. It’s really easy to make a reservation online. My only advice is to plan ahead, because both times, there were no available slots on the day that I wanted and I had to do it a few days later.

Setting the appointment was super simple and the new registration form , one of the best ones I’ve been able to follow and complete in less than 5min. Once I arrived I was quickly and nicely greeted. Sat down with enough time to grab a LaCroix drink from their very fully stacked bar with snacks in their lobby ! Sat down in a comfy chair like a king and was then quickly seen by the physician! Definitely going again!

I made an appointment for COVID testing. I was amazed at how smooth of a process it was. I was able to use a link through text messaging to complete all paperwork before hand. Once I arrived I was in and out in 5 minutes. Results were texted within 30 minutes. Not to mention everyone was very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience! Will be going back in the future!

Their website offers an easy reliable way to schedule appointments, ask questions, and pretty much figure out exactly how the whole process works before it even begins.the updates they send you via text message if you sign up for them or super helpful and a reminder to let you know when and where you scheduled your appointment.the staff was very friendly and greeted me and immediately and I was thinking that within 30 minutes I thought!has anybody has any desire to find a new primary Care location, this one is absolutely fantastic.

To be clear, this review is for the TECH RIDGE location only. The S. Lamar location is absolutely stellar. And worth the 30 minute drive even though i live 2 miles from Tech Ridge.Ill spare yall the excruciating interactions with the front desk and the gross lack of communication from the second I set foot in the place.What I will share is my bizarre encounter with the psychotic, incompetent Adjoa Ofori-Abebresse. Long story short-nobody there follows up with anything. You just call, call again (they frequently dont answer) and message through your portal.My bloodwork was in. I call. I message Adjoa Hey my bloodwork is in, What do I do next? Her response was your bloodwork is in your portal and that I should look it over. (Im paraphrasing but thats the gist).I sent the following message:Addressed To: Ofori-Abebresse,AdjoaI was told that THE DOCTOR HAS TO GO OVER MY RESULTSWell she went ballistic. Told me that I was yelling at her even though I clearly said Maam, nobodys yelling at anyone. I was simply emphasizing the fact that I am not a doctor and need a medical professional to go over the labs-as we discussed.She said go somewhere else and hung up in my face.Stay away. Go to another location, trust me.Props to the blood guy though! Smoothest blood draw of my life. So kudos to him...Hopefully he can transfer out of that circus.

Came to get a rapid covid test. Place was really clean and nice. Was able to be seen within 10 mins and got my results within the hour. They were very accommodating and the process was easy! Totally recommend and they accepted my insurance no cost to me.

I just went to Total Mens today for a physical at Tech Ridge. I was a patient at Community Care. Im glad I made the move. They are very personable and knowledgeable. Free drinks and snacks and 2 very large tvs in the waiting area. Very satisfied!

I went here for a Covid-19 test and everyone was very friendly and professional. I was taken back to an exam room almost immediately after I arrived and the medical technician was likewise friendly, professional and thorough. I was asked all the right questions and any symptoms I might have and then administered the test.I was then texted the results of my test within 30 minutes of my departure. It really couldnt have been easier.I would recommend this clinic if you live anywhere in the vicinity. The entire staff was attentive and answered all of my questions before I left. I went here thinking i had covid and they were so helpful! I called to ask if my insurance was accepted and it was. When I got there the ladies were helpful when I was having issues registering. I didnt have the right card for the copay so i went home and when I got back they informed me they changed my appointment time which i was grateful for. As soon as I say down i was called in and the test was super fast. Then I got my negative results 30 minutes later. Super happy and thankful they had an opening this same day!!

This is a preferred place among my network to get Rapid Covid Tests. I was able to book my appointment same day and was out in 15 minutes. The staff is really nice and super quick. I had my results back before I even made it home.

The check-in process was super fast and easy, and the rapid test for COVID-19 was excellent. The lady explained the procedure well and the test was over just like that. The environment was super clean and quiet, and I got my results back super quick too.

This is a great option (even if youre not a guy) for rapid testing as they have a ton of openings across lots of locations. And although I didnt visit for primary care or health services, I do want to add that the facility is really nice with a comfortable waiting area thats well-stocked with snacks and water, clean and modern exam rooms, and a professional staff. I will absolutely be coming here for rapid tests in the future.

It is awesome that they provide COVID testing for people not experiencing symptoms - thats hard to find. I had an appointment for later but dropped in to see if I could be seen early. The staff was helpful and explained the process of changing my appointment time. They were able to see me and I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes with a rapid COVID test. They called me with results very quickly. Overall a very good experience.

I’ve been here a few times for routine check-ups and visits. Everyone has been very professional and helpful. The facility is very nice, with snacks/coffee/water/soda stocked in the lobby while you wait. The PA I saw this most recent time, Alex, was very friendly and she explained everything very well. Convenient, they have so many locations that there is so many options when you need an appointment. If you need something right away and it can be done remotely the telemedicine appointment is convenient. Need a prescription and all 3 locations near me were booked, but one further then I wanted to drive had 2 openings within the hour.

After speaking with a trusted friend who is a nurse practitioner, she advised me to get another annual exam as my previous doctor did not complete a thorough annual physical exam. Whe. I came into the facility, I was immediately impressed how modern the facility was. There’s a comfortable waiting room with snacks of all kinds. Sorry I didn’t enjoy the snacks. I had to fast for labs! When I went to the back for the examination, I was impressed with the technology of equipment using to check vitals. No more guess or rounding on my weight! The. Got into the room. The assist was polite, courteous, and professional, I almost forgot he whole reason for coming to the visit. Then the doctor came in and again was very impressed. I have not received this type of patient care since relocating to Texas. Finally got a doctor and a facility I am used to being treated at. Oh and the doctors talks with you and not at you using the fancy medical terminology. Thank you definitely will be back!!!

The process for a rapid covid test was...well...rapid! And very smooth. The receptionists were lovely and the caregiver was very kind and comforting. The process from walking in, filling out papers and getting the test probably took about 10 mins. Will be going back if I ever need a test again!

Had to get a Covid test after being exposed to someone who tested positive. Scheduled an appointment with Mens Primary Care. Showed up a few minutes early, they verified my identity and I sat down. Not long after I sat down, I was called to the back for my test. My nurse didnt destroy my nose like other places can. My insurance covered the cost of the test so it was super quick and easy. In and out in minutes. Highly reccommend!

Found them through a Facebook Ad. My visit today went very smoothly. I was a walk in patient for the rapid covid test but was unable to make an appointment online since they were booked. The front desk receptionist said they could take me but couldn’t make any promises on how long the wait was which was fine with me. There was me and one other person in the lounge waiting so it wasn’t crowded at all. I waited less than an hour and got my results within 20min. I recommend them and would return for future testing if I need it.

Quick and easy. I would have said painless but that nose swab is so uncomfortable.Made an appointment to get tested for Covid-19. I got there a few minutes before my appointment time, completed the form, paid my first time patient fee, and waited. Didnt wait more than 5 minutes before they called me back into an exam room.The staff was very friendly and the facilities were nice and clean.Did I mention you get the results in 15 minutes? That part is awesome too. Went in for a covid test, I was 8 mins late but they were so nice about it and then my name was called before I even sat down. Their waiting area is so nice and clean with a well stocked beverages and snacks. The gentleman who did my test was extremely nice and said I could leave and would get a text with results in 20-30 mins. They came in about 15 mins! Then I got a text checking in to make sure my appointment was pleasant. Very nice employees!

So fellas if you’re not shy about having a women doctor or you prefer to have a women doctor... this is the place to go. After travel, I felt it was responsible to receive a COVID-19 test before returning to work. The stuck the swap up my brain, then I waited outside in my car for the results. I was in and out within 30 mins. Came for my yearly and it was my first time at this location. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick I was seen to the exam room and no wait for the doctor to come to complete the exam. Very professional staff, clean office, and coffee/drinks in the wait area if a family member is with you!

Ive used Total Mens for several types of COVID tests this year and ended up visiting a handful of their locations in the process. Signing up is easy and once you are in their system, you dont have to resubmit all your insurance info, etc. again. Their safety measures are great, they always run on time and are quick with the results. They even have tasty snacks and drinks for free in the waiting room!

I needed to get a covid test in order to get into a concert. I searched everywhere and was not able to find an appointment within the 72 hour window that was required. This clinic was recommended to me and I was able to get an appointment the next day. I got my test done quickly and had my results in less than an hour.

This clinic was AWESOME! You do have to drive around the shopping center to find it though. They gave me an immediate appointment and it was easy to check in and the staff was fantastic. I went for a test and within 15 min I received my results. Fabulous customer service. I had to get tested for COVID after I found out my coworker tested positive few days prior. I called them to ask about the process and to check if they work with my insurance provider. Once I arrived for the scheduled appointment it took literally minutes from the moment I walked in to being on my way back home WITH THE RESULTS. 20 minutes to be precise. And their accuracy is 98% (at least that’s what I’ve been told, obviously I have no real way of verifying that) - doesn’t get better than that!There’s a $20 one time fee for new patients.

Super fast and courteous service. Went in for the Covid-19 rapid testing, and was in and out in a little over a half hour. Excellent social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. I would most definitely drive from south Austin for testing at this location again.

I must admit that it was very frustrating. My wife made appointments for us online on Friday, January 14th and selected an appointment for Covid Antigen tests. Sh quickly realized she should have selected Antibody, so she called the clinic and explained what happened. The woman that answered the call said that was no problem and to just tell them when we arrived for our appointment. Well, when we arrived we were told we couldnt get an Antibody tests. We always try to do the right thing and follow instructions provided and expect the same of others. Weve now had to schedule followup appointments for Friday, January 21st for our Antibody tests. Again, a frustrating experience. Weve referred coworkers to Total Mens based on positive feedback from my brother, so I hope their experiences are better than ours.

Recently got Covid “instant” antibody test here. The poor rating is not about the in-clinic testing process, which was actually quite fast, smooth, and pleasant. My poor rating is about the ridiculous and unresponsive customer service process. The whole point of the process is to get results fast. In this case, you can’t talk to anyone on the phone. Their blasted online portal didn’t seem to work for me. I probably spent an additional 1-2 hours to try to get my results in writing. When I finally did get a response by text two days later, they wanted me to fill out a blasted registration form again and again, endlessly and without any better results, after I had already filled it out twice (includes copies of insurance cards and government issued ID). I still don’t have them 2 days later, and I give up. I did finally get a verbal indication of the test when someone answered the phone two days later. This is a fail for customer service, and when you consider there’s a premium charge for the “instant” test results, my money was not well spent.C’mon Total Men’s Clinic—you can do better!

Total Men’s is the place to get Covid-19 tested! They take pretty much every insurance and with a $20 copay, every test after that is free. They are quick and efficient, with only a 15 minute wait for results. You may wait in the room or in your car and they’ll bring your results out to you. As for the nose swab, it is not scary and done before you know it. In addition to great service and happy employees, they also provide free drinks and snacks. If that doesn’t make this the best place to get tested I don’t know what would!

Ive visited two Total Mens clinics in Austin in the past year or so. I switched between several primary care clinics over the years because they always had annoying issues, whether it be in the booking, reception, or billing department. So far everyone has been really great at Total Mens. The doctors are very attentive to listen and offer their time in a respectable way. Theyve been fun to talk to and also very professional. The technology is modern and up-to-snuff without being burdensome or annoying (I hate alerts and electronic portals). The staff has been fast and friendly. I feel like medical stuff should be pretty easy to get right and these guys have nailed it when most other medical practices have fallen short. Happy customer.

Very disorganized and poorly run- I came in for a physical. When I came in to get the results afterwards, they got mixed up and thought I was there for a second physical. Had to schedule a third appointment to go over results.- They sent me an incorrect bill, which I had to call about to find out it was an error in their billing department- Later I scheduled an appointment for a checkup with them over the phone, and the next day they somehow lost the fact that it was scheduled. Complete waste of time

My biggest issue with my previous PCP was timeliness, I hate waiting in excess of 10 minutes for appointments (since Im usually early). No issue here, appointment started right on time!

After visiting their primary location in Round Rock last month, I was informed that even as a woman I could go to this location close by my house for COVID-19 testing if needed. I logged in to make an appointment at 11:20 and was walking out the clinic door by 11:40 with results 30 minutes later! I went from worried to calmed nerves in less than an hour! It was so easy - I will definitely visit again if I need further testing.

Total Mens was quick, professional, and safe with the way they handled the COVID-19 test I went in for. I did not need a paper copy of the results, so they let me leave as soon as the nasal swab was done and texted me my results 15min later. I was in and out of the office in about 5min. I would definitely recommend this office.

Check in was super quick and easy. The waiting room was nice as well - provided complimentary snacks, beverages, and tv during my short wait. My doctor/physician was very thorough in my examination, asked me every question, and followed up with the next steps. I don’t normally have a primary care provider, but this was recommended to me by my health insurance. Not many places had rapid COVID test appointments available, but TMPC had some time slots for a few days after I initially looked. I was able to make an appointment online easily and went in for a rapid COVID test (nasal swab). Everyone I interacted with was nice and helpful. It wasn’t crowded, everyone had on masks, and kept their distance. The test itself was very quick but not painless. This was not at all because of the person who did it. That’s just how nasal swabs go. The person who tested me was very sweet and did it as fast and smooth as possible. After the test, they asked me to wait in my car for about 20 minutes. They would call if the results were positive. If there was no call, I would go back into the office 20ish minutes later to get my results. There’s a $20 new patient fee, and the test was covered by my insurance (AETNA). Highly recommend this place!

I work in a medical office and have continued going to work throughout COVID. I had a scare with COVID and was able to be seen by Total Mens Tech Ridge. The appointment was extremely easy to book. I was also able to text over a copy of my insurance card to verify coverage prior to going into my appointment.The staff is extremely friendly and although the COVID test was extremely uncomfortable (obviously not their fault), I could not recommend them enough. The results were given to me in 15 minutes.

A coworker suggested Total Men’s and despite the name they accept female patients for Covid testing as well!I was able to get an appointment within the next 30 minutes and my results were texted to me within 2 hours. I had a great experience at this total men’s primary care location. When I walked in the door I was greeted and assisted immediately I was then seen by a practitioner also immediately. The nurses were very professional and the level of service that I received went beyond my expectations and the explanations for the diagnoses and recommended safety percussions was appreciated. I woke up 2 days ago with very mild COVID symptoms but preferred to have a COVID rapid test done due to having young kids. I called about 7 different places who were all sold out of at home tests and the earliest appt I could make was 4 days later at several locations as well. As one of my last resorts, I called Total Men’s Health Tech Ridge to see if they would accept a female walk in for COVID testing. To my surprise, they said yes and gave me a good time that same day to come into their office to have a minimal wait time. I checked in and was able to fill out their new patient paperwork on my phone in my car while I waited for a room to open. I was in and out within 2 minutes once it was my time to be seen and received results via text message and email within 40 minutes. Donna even texted me later that evening to check in. I highly recommend Mens Total Health - please get the word out that they will do COVID rapid tests on men, women and children!

Scheduled a COVID test last night, had availability this morning. Got the test done probably 2 minutes into my appointment time, and sent me on my way! Results within the hour. Short and to the point, which is exactly what I was looking for on this visit.

As per other reviews regarding the front desk person. It’s real. She’s abrasive. Rude and cannot work a computer. She also yelled at another patient coming in to put on a mask but shortly after took hers off for an extended period of time. It was crazy. I get like was watching an snl skit or an episode of what would you do. Please go to the other total men’s locations if you can. *update* I called and went to another office and it was day and night. Me and my wife have gone into Total men’s twice now for rapid Covid tests and both times we were in and out in under 30 minutes with our results. Scheduling an appointment is quick too, it’s all online. They also have a bunch of locations if you cant find a time slot that fits. Insurance and medical information is shared amongst all the locations which also saved us time.

Wow, what incompetence. I came in today for 8 AM appointment where I fasted, arranged for alternate ride to school for my kid, took time off of work and rearranged meetings, and when I arrived to the office I was informed that there was no provider today. Furthermore they had “contacted” me to let me know. Except they hadn’t contacted me. The front desk person said that when she tried to contact me it didn’t go through for some reason. And no other action was taken. They could have sent a text, called, sent an email. Nope. They said they could take my blood, and so I agreed. However, I am a difficult blood draw, she tried four different times and couldn’t get any blood. At this point I need to find a doctor that can do basic stuff like inform patients when they’re not available and do basic medical procedures like phlebotomy. Pretty disappointed at the colossal waste of time.

I went to Total Men’s Primary Care for a rapid Covid test. Their website makes it super easy to schedule an appointment and once I got there the two women at the front were very helpful and accommodating and I was in and out with my results within 20 minutes. Super clean and friendly staff. I needed to get a rapid test and it was in fact just that. I was in and out within 20 minutes. After getting results via text I received a very friendly phone call asking if I had any questions or concerns. Will go back for any covid or other health related issues in the future.

Great for COVID testing - they have so many locations and time slots so it’s easy to make an appointment. Facilities are clean, staff is friendly, appointments are efficient and results within a few hours.

New doctor was just terrible. I had great experiences 2 years ago and they didn’t even have their records straight. They had someone else’s picture and medical insurance on file for me somehow and gave me their info in a violation of HIPAA. I was treated very rudely and just walked out.

I needed to get a rapid Covid Test. I was able to use the appointment icon on their site to make a quick appointment. Once at the clinic, filling out the new patient paperwork was quick. I was in about 5 mins and tested. Glad I was able to get in.

Making an appointment was quick and easy. They take most insurances. The people at the front desk and the person who took my swab were very friendly. The waiting room is stocked with snacks and beverages if you choose to wait for your results. Mine came out in about 15 minutes

Total Men’s is a group that is professional, has excellent bedside manner, customer service, and they won’t waste your time by making you wait in a waiting room. I took a Covid a test through Total Mens care. It was extremely easy to set up online with clear and straightforward directions. I appreciated the reminder text up until my appointment too. Everyone was really friendly and it was easy to get in and get out. I would highly recommend!

Great place to go for mens health-care. The lobby/pateint room are nice and comfortable. Also the staff is there is excellent.

Good place could be great with a little professional thoughtfulness from the front desk. Had 2 visits. Signing up for my appointment online was easy. Almost no waiting. Although I wish the front desk/nurse cut back on the PA usually does this and that without actually reading the PAs patient notes. Health care is not a one size fits all. A little less rush and more attention to detail (to PAs notes) would go a long way.

Our entire family of 5 came for covid test as well as the antibodies test. Super easy! The staff wasso nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Total Men’s Care and will definitely be coming back if we need more testing in the future.

I had my first visit today, I went to my appointment very nervous, once I arrived the staff made me feel comfortable and were very understanding. All the staff were very polite. I was taken care of quickly and I was done in a hour.

Very professional staff. I was a little late but it was never mentioned and I just waited a little bit longer.The tester was actually the best ever. I never felt a thing. I have recommended this clinic to a lot of people already and will continue to do so.

Total Mens Primary Care staff was quick and efficient when it came to my visit. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. My Physician was receptive to my questions and concerns and took a interest in my well being. I went in for a rapid COVID test, and the whole experience was great! It is the “brain test,” but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Very efficient appointment, was in and out in 20 minutes. Kind and helpful staff, too!

This is my go-to place for my COVID tests. There are many places I could choose, but the ease of setting up appointments and the check-in are what have made me a repeat customer. Oh, and the free coffee and snacks give it two thumbs up!

Went for a scheduled COVID-19 test and was very pleased with how clean and efficient this clinic was! There was a $20 processing fee and the test was free with my insurance. Results were brought to my car in under 20 minutes.

Ive gotten tested here out of precaution twice since the pandemic started, and it was really simple and efficient. I like how they send you a text with your results. The person who administered my test was very nice and gentle with the nose swap.
