This place really doesn’t care. I missed an appointment in July and got a call back in September asking if I wanted to reschedule, the guy who makes these calls gives off a vibe like he’s too good for this kind of work and no help at all. Go to the kind clinic or literally anywhere else

I was trying to find a facility for full panel STI testing as my PCP does not perform this and getting into my GYN is impossible as they are so backed up. After going to Planned Parenthood in San Antonio and finding out they do not take my health insurance, and being quoted $480 for STI testing I found Center for Empowering Health. What a great facility. The staff is so friendly, and it’s easy and convenient to make an appointment for free testing. I was in and out quickly, and you get your results on an online portal if they are normal. I highly recommend this medical facility.

I had my first appointment for which I was referred and I was on time 15 minutes early and ready ✅️ for my visit with the Dr. And to my surprise the Dr was not there, there was no apology or a whats up good morning and it was a very unpleasant feeling of professionalism and of course I have not received any message or email from ANYONE so for obvious reasons I will not return to this place with zero respect for new patients and no courtesy and misinformation. Of course I will never return to this place at Center for health Empowerment CHE. Until Never
