For me, they have been life saving!

Really awful . Had to wait over two hours for a case manager , out to lunch , and very demoralizing . And they were very patronizing about their delinquency , and I am about to leave without receiving help … which is just inexcusable and very demoralizing. I think some people should be fired . U n less they can properly serve the needs of the community , it’s a sad joke . I’m in serious need , and they just totally failed me . Who’s in charge !!!!!!

What the people do if Vivent Health is a God sent and I am forever grateful for them being able to provide us with healthy food stocking our cabinets and refridgerator each month so people such as myself dont go without! God Bless, you guys rock!

I wonder why this place have low Star rate. Kind clinic sent me here because they were so busy. This place is very Efficient, friendly staff and the nurses and doctors are so Nice! Oh my goodness why have I not heard of this place before?Keep up the great work Team! Amazing experience.

Awful experience. Apparently the man at the front desk thinks it’s appropriate to yell at patients in the waiting room. I asked him for an updated wait time and he shouted at me in front of the entire clinic. In addition to the anxiety I already had about finding out if I have HIV or an STI, I also had to suffer through humiliation and mistreatment from the staff. This place is despicable and that man needs to be reprimanded.

Staff is very friendly, location is very clean, the range of services they offer for those with hiv is amazing and compassionate. This a judgment free zone serving everyone from straight to LGBTQ+ that is living with hiv and in need. From housing opportunities, an on site pharmacy, a food bank that comes with an on site dietician plus cooking classes, internet, and more this is a well rounded empathetic resource for those struggling with health and stable housing issues.

Truly amazing company. I am mind blown and grateful that such a place exists. I was worried I had been contaminated from a woman I slept with, and they immediately got down to business with helping my concern and get me tested ASAP. Respectful people greeting me as well as the doctor and the student doctor, real gem btw. Highly recommend and thank you guys for being there for me without any issues or questions. Took a week to get the care needed. Did a walk in testing with prevention services needing testing for an STI a partner tested positive for. Was given tests for anything but that, then was rescheduled to a later appointment date. Intake reassured me I would receive antibiotics after this appointment and testing. Did not receive them and had to call enquiring for my test results 4 days later to find my results were already in, lol.Waited an hour just to be handed a bottle of antibiotics.Go to another clinic and save yourself some time.

Amazing staff. I been a patient with them for the last 3 years and I never had any issues with my appointments. Always willing to help on anything.

Best experience ever, since I was diagnose I have received nothing but love, support and care. Special mention to Konya- happy and charmin since I walk through the door, Lalo- such warming personality provides a sense of safety every visit, and Shanon O.- who always lovely provides a knowledgeable service and visit.

Got there a half hour early for my appointment. An hour later I still hadn’t been seen. Almost a full hour and a half before getting to a room. What is the point of an appointment if they overschedule and can’t see you the time they scheduled you for.

Very disorganized. Even if you make an appointment you are not guaranteed to be seen. Second time in a row that I have left without being seen even with an appointment. Last time I waited over an hour and still wasn’t seen with an appointment set. If you have somewhere to go I’d go there.

It takes over an hour to get results printed up and a few of the staff don’t care if they misgender people. This place used to be good but is worthless now
