Dr. Gupta is very kind, thorough and easy to talk to. After years of being brushed off by many doctors, Dr. Gupta has listened and taken my concerns very seriously. I truly appreciate the level of care Ive received so far. Being heard and listened to is extremely healing. Thank you, Dr. Gupta!

Dr. Gupta is knowledgeable, warm, and empathetic. She thoroughly explained and validated my diagnosis, the recommended treatment, rationale, and she answered all my questions and more. There was barely a wait time and she took her time during the appointment to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Im really glad I was referred to her, have confidence in her expertise, and feel like Im in good hands.

My first visit with Doctor Gupta was great. She has a caring demeanor and *actually* listened to my concerns, I needed some extra explanations about my visit and she very kindly made sure I understood what was going on. Im truly grateful for doctors like her.

That surgeon is Dr. Deepti Gupta. Dr. Gupta takes the time to listen and inquire about my health, both before and after the operation, making me feel valued and important.If I could give Dr. Gupta 100 stars, I would. I’m enjoying this new quality of life.

Dr. Gupta is the best. She makes the vulnerable process of gyn care easy and comfortable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I scheduled my annual wellness exam with Dr. Gupta, whom I had not seen previously. I had asked some questions about billing to the nurse, and was seeking clarification on what topics could / could not be discussed in the exam. Dr. Gupta entered the room and it was immediately clear she was irritated. In a tone that came off as scolding, she told me patients just didnt understand how it works, and that she is a pelvic surgeon and should not even being doing wellness exams, primary care doctors should be doing this kind of exam. The exchange continued to be tense, even as I tried to diffuse the situation. When sharing some of my health concerns, she cut me off and launched into a medical explanation of why, in her opinion and without really listening to me or knowing my history, the issue was irrelevant. I ended up stopping the visit before the exam was completed and left the office in tears. Dr. Gupta may very well be a talented surgeon, and maybe she was just having a bad day, but if this the case, Sutter should ensure that doctors are enabled to remove themselves from their duties rather than inflicting such a negative experience on patients who are in a place of vulnerability.

Best gynecologist surgeon I have ever seen!Saw her for my ongoing chronic pelvic pain /endometriosis, to discuss surgery options, Not only did Dr Gupta listened to my concerns but offered possible solutions and explained each and every option which eased my worries. The comfort level I felt while discussing with her openly was itself explanatory that she is the one whom I can trust.

Dr. Gupta was extremely professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I got an IUD implant, and Dr. Gupta was quick and efficient, leaving me with very little discomfort despite the lack of pain-killers in my system. I would definitely recommend her services.

I found Dr Gupta very cold and felt rushed through my appt. It was a routine appt but one that came after getting hard news from my gyn-onc. Dr Gupta did not seem to want to discuss that with me or talk through post-op life which she would have been a part of as my new gyn. I wont be seeing her again. Two stars because she was at least quick and efficient with the actual exam.

Over all visit was fine Except I came there specifically to address a possible infection. I went there because it was a womans clinic, and requested a woman because I was sick of men telling me my concerns werent valid for other things. Well, she was NO different. She said I didnt have one did not test me and I told her every time I run out of my lemon ginger h2o it starts to feel like I am getting one again...she said, it is a placebo affect. WTH? I went to my primary who rushed me in and confirmed it was. Thanks for the extra week or more of pain. Isnt listening to your patient the first thing you are supposed to learn or maybe you know my body better?

I have a lot of anxiety, especially around medical situations. Dr. Gupta was calming and made me feel super comfortable. She was thorough and knowledgeable, and somehow has a way of making you feel safe and unjudged. The nurse who came in before her was super friendly and put my nerves at as much ease as they possibly could. The sutter health facilities were clean and looked relatively new, and everything was organized and easy. The doctor did make me wait a few minutes before she came in, which wasn’t a big deal, but she went out of her way to apologize for it anyway, a nice touch!

Dr. Gupta was great! She was kind and provided all of the information I needed. I look forward to working with her on my surgery.

Dr Gupta is a phenomenal surgeon who cares about her patients. She told me she never forgets a patient she has operated on. I had three appointments with her and she was never late, early at times and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend her.

Dr. Gupta demonstrated so much care and compassion start to finish at our initial consultation. She was inclusive in the way she explained things to me, and she even talked through a care plan my partner. I wish every initial visit with a doctor was like the one we had with Dr. Gupta.

Since our first time meeting six months ago, she has ALWAYS been VERY welcoming, personal, comforting and knew exactly what she was talking about. Dr. Deepti Gupta is a very kind and excellent doctor. While treating me as a patient, she also makes sure I take care of my physical and mental health by suggesting me to do some yoga, walking exercises, etc. to make sure I stay fit and healthy. I was told to come at 2:05 for a 2:20 appointment. I was was put in examining room at 2:25 and told to undress. I remained undressed with a thin cotton gown, very uncomfortable, in a chilly room for 40 minutes before the doctor arrived. This was more of a factory than a professional office.

I really like and trust Dr. Gupta. Ive been working with her for about 4-5 years and she always takes time to listen, answer questions, and explain her recommendations.
