Nice place! Highly recommend :) Clean and comfy waiting area, friendly and helpful staff. I’m from out of state and got lost finding my way there, had to call and let them know I would be late for my appointment. They were very accommodating to the mixup and I didn’t have to wait long at all once I did arrive. Both the nurse and PA were quick yet attentive, I didn’t feel rushed along like at most Urgent care facilities. The PA was thorough and although I did not have a bacterial infection (as I thought was the chance), she kindly prescribed something for my pain and let me know to call if I needed anything else. Thanks so much for the good care!

My visit here was smooth and easy, the staff were prompt to help, and they were kind and professional, it felt so good being treated so nicely after I had recently been in a car accident and feeling vulnerable, I loved it.

As an existing patient whose primary doctor was at Instant Urgent Care, it was natural for me to call my doctor for advice when I got a deep chest cold. I requested a video visit, since I was feeling sick and didnt want to go out. They said No, you need to come in. They told me they had availability in 30 mins in Berkeley. I hustled to get myself out the door and drove straight there from East Oakland during evening rush hour. I arrived and found the spot empty and closed. I called them, thinking maybe I need to call to be let in. Nope. They went home early. No one checked when they gave me the appointment. Or bothered to tell me if they left after. I still got their auto-text that I had an appointment scheduled. So Im stuck driving home, worse than I was before I left. Took an hour getting back because traffic. Now Im even sicker because I went out. Why would you even offer an appointment? You have to be more professional than that when dealing with peoples health.

Don’t go here - place is dirty, black marks on the walls, everything is worn and dirty, the woman at the front was incredibly rude, you make an appointment online and provide all of your info but on site again because their systems don’t work. One nice guy.Alta Bates says they get a lot of referrals from them daily and 99% are are wrong.

A Medical Assistant from the San Ramon clinic made an appointment for me in the Berkeley clinic and took my intake info over the phone, which was very helpful. The Berkeley office clean and nicely decorated; the MAs did my vitals and were very friendly, professional and helpful; I was seen right away—no wait. The primary care provider, a Physician’s Assistant, was thorough in her exam, attentive, listened well, caring, explained treatment, ordered prescriptions, made a follow up appointment to come back and check on condition. She was terrific. Excellent staff and care! Definitely five stars!

It was nice that it was not crowded, and the staff was friendly. The physician’s assistant was very competent. But a prescription that I got at 11AM was not called into the pharmacy until I had called urgent care several times to figure out what was going on. It was not called in until after 4PM. It was a very frustrating process trying to get my prescription filled that day.

I love these folks over here at Instant Urgent Care. Appt at 9:45AM Im in my car driving off at 10:15AM w/my prescription already sent to the pharmacy! Awesome Staff. I got a rapid PCR Covid test from them recently, and they barely swabbed my nose and put the swab back into the plastic wrapping. I thought it was weird-- I didnt see it going into a tube or anything-- and my sample went all over the wrapper. The staff member also told me he had to double check the tests werent expired, which was concerning. I had to follow up for result hours after I was supposed to receive them, and it was negative. I didnt trust the test due to the reasons mentioned above, so I got another rapid PCR the next day and it was positive (!?). If I didnt think to get another test, I probably wouldve got my entire family sick with Covid...Pros are great hours, clean, and the staff listen well. I would steer away from their Covid tests.

Staff is very friendly and the doctor with the beige glasses is very cool! Love how informative she is and made me feel hella comfortable about my situation. Thank you guys will be coming back! Wish I could have my regular doctor visits here!

Making an appointment was easy, but the employees were late coming back from lunch and rude when I was finally let into the facility. Once in the treatment room, they were kind and efficient. Urgent follow-up questions about my care after the visit were next to impossible to get answered (they don’t answer their telephone). I was never given any documentation with my provider’s name, so when questioned at follow-up tests with other facilities, I had no answer. Test results were withheld to require a follow-up visit which was not useful. Overall a negative experience which I don’t hope to repeat. I will be choosing another urgent care facility in the future.

OK, I still give this place 5 stars. Theyve taken really great care of me. This is my third visit that was much needed! I had a bad! Bad fall on my bike. I really appreciate the Doctor being concerned enough to make sure that I have really healed and that My wound is not infected. Sepsis and mersa are real and I know this all too well. My Doctors concern For my leg comes from a genuine place which to me speaks volumes about her character and her oath to be an exceptional Doctor. Right on Doctor! You see how I just took ownership of the Doctor shes now my Doctor! LOL.Thank you TEAM! For the exceptional care and services that you provided me again today and for scheduling me a follow up appointment to make sure Im good to go! Much appreciated. Super great staff! Didn’t have a long wait to get onto the first step - seeing a nurse and explaining my symptoms. The doctor seemed to be confident of her diagnosis.

All of the nurses were quite friendly but in general the physician was entirely unhelpful. I felt like I was going in circles with my problem and wasnt being given any new information or a preventative fix in an way. They told me Id get lab results but never said where so I had to call for them to email them, (I had to call three times before they actually did) and they only sent one of 3. They also ignore a change request from the pharmacy and after I called they said they couldnt change meds but they would change pharmacies and never said which one.

I wanted a rapid PCR covid test. They took me in as a regular dr appointment with vitals, what medications do I take regularly, etc. then they gave me an antigen test and I clarified that I had registered for a rapid pcr test, and they came back a bit later and gave me another test. Results were supposed to be received by phone/email in 30 minutes and it has been 1 1/2 hours and I don’t have my results yet. The pace of this office seemed very relaxed, I was hoping for faster service. They do bill insurance though.

Very pleased and I highly recommend. Went for a rapid test for work and it was super easy to schedule. So glad they took kaiser insurance for coverage. The young lady was amazing! She was thorough, super friendly and gentle when doing the test.

Im starting with five stars. Mostly because I needed a fast result, and they were close and were able to get me in fast. They were very smart to keep the Covid tests outside the building. And you can park so your car is the waiting room. The website is easy. I might give a worse review if my test turns out not the way I want it :) Very nice, hard working people. And I was assured Id get my result within a couple hours via email.

I want record 4 1/2 stars. Everything was top notch and very professional and user friendly. I think the time taken to accomplish our need to visit, could have been tightened up a bit.

Went to instant urgent care twice. Waited in the room for 45 minutes, and found out the front desk didn’t notice the doctor that I have checked in. The doctor was inpatient and not friendly.After two visits and payments, I decided not to go. But they had a system error and showed I didn’t pay. They even hired a collection agent calling me every week. I had to call Instant urgent care 10+ times, telling them to check the history and billing. They never solved the problem. At the end I just paid the collection agent, and prepare to get refund from the clinics.Don’t go there if you have other choices. This is the worst experience I have had in my life.

Quick and helpful! I wasn’t able to get an appt at Kaiser when I was sick and I was able to hear, seen quickly and got the meds and help I needed.

I’m very thankful to have found a place that offers the rapid tests in the East Bay. Everyone was very polite and efficient. It should be noted that sometimes they run late on the video calls due to the high volume of patients, but the doctor was great when we spoke. I also did not receive my results on the spot, but I did receive a call 2 hours later from a very nice staff who confirmed my identity and gave me my results. Overall, I would recommend.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive and empathetic. These are things that’s important when you’re not feeling good and have little patience. The waiting period for the Covid test was about an hour. I think that’s because it’s the day before New Years and there were a lot of people who also wanted to get tested. I think they did a very good job with their whole process.

Great experience getting a PCR test here. Nurse came out to the car to swab and she was very sweet with my special needs son. Results came back same day. Will definitely use them again.

This visit was pretty convenient I pulled in front of the office a half hour prior to my scheduled appointment time they called and confirmed that it was me out front. Receptionist came out and asked 2 or 3 questions a couple of minutes after that the Medical Assistant came and swabed me. It was a wrap easy as 123!

It was easy to park outside the building and I was seen promptly. The only glitch was that I had photographed my insurance cards ahead of time and believed them sent correctly by email, but they hadn’t been received. That didn’t prevent my getting the test done however, the friendly person doing the test took my information anyway.

It would be good to know about the subsidized parking out front before arriving. I was supposed to receive my Covid test results by email in 10 minutes. It has been almost an hour and they have not arrived. I was notified by phone but not in writing. Staff was courteous but I received some conflicting information about how long the test results would take (2 hours vs. 10 minutes).

I completely understand how stressful Covid is for everyone right now, but today was crazy. I had an appointment at 1:25, and parked in front of the building at 1:25 and stood outside my car. Finally, after an hour of waiting, I asked one of the women testing if I was up anytime soon. She took my id to check my appointment time, and then came out saying I couldn’t get tested since it was more than 15 minutes past my appointment time. I told her (nicely) I had been there for an hour, and her response: “No, there was another car in your spot literally 10 minutes ago”. I had been parked there for an hour, and it shouldn’t have been handled like that at all. I was also tested there last week and didn’t get my results emailed to me, so I had to drive back to the clinic at night so they could tell me my results.

Made an appointment and they were 15 minutes late to open the storefront. After this, when walking in the person at the front desk said they didn’t have a provider who could see me. Apparently there was an issue with the computer system. I know this might not be their fault but very frustrating experience nonetheless.

I had to wait a long time to get a PCR covid test. Then, they sent my prescription to a closed pharmacy. They didnt answer the phone when I called, so I had to go back in. They then sent it to a different pharmacy, but when we got to that pharmacy, they had to record if it. We later called the main line for Instant Urgent Care, and they completed the transfer to the new pharmacy, but when we got their, they said the doctor hadnt signed the prescription. What a mess!

I had a 4pm appointment for a Covid test and was not done until 5:30. Staff told me at 4 it would be another 20 mins. Then 45 mins later I had to go inside and ask again. They then told me it would be another 20 mins. The lack of communication and complete inability to keep to an appointment schedule was unacceptable. They made excuses about how busy it is around Christmas. Well that’s a pretty easy thing to foresee so maybe staff up?! Just a thought. Very poor experience overall. The provider who I spoke with was very nice and seemed knowledgeable so that’s the reason they get one star versus zero. But even that experience wasn’t great since the provider told me the pcr results would be ready in 2 to 3 days. But the staff member who did my test then said 2-5 days. Again using the busy holiday time as excuse.

The staff was friendly, but they didn’t seem to have an organized system so the wait was long and confusing. I had to wait for almost 30 minutes after they checked me in with a scheduled appointment. There was time that no one other than me was waiting for like 10 minutes, then people started to show up. The staff came out to swap people who showed up by walking, so I tried to remind them I was still waiting in the car and I came earlier. And then they turned around to help other people in cars that just arrived…I am grateful for their work but very confused and unhappy about the wait.

When you normally enter any urgent care, you expect it to be filled with other sick people feeling uncomfortable and many times the feeling of gloom steams the room.At this urgent care, I received the most kindness I could ever imagine. From the receptionist all the way to the doctor that saw me. Each person that works here tried their best to be understanding and accommodating. Not that my questions or concerns were of high maintenance, but when you’re feeling sick, I’ve often experienced disgust and sharp looks from others, even as I followed protocol of being 6 ft away, wearing a mask etc, but one must go out to seek doctor help when one feels like they might not survive a few more nights of the sickness.Thank you to the staff at San Leandro, whom treated me with respect and dignity.

Instant Urgent Care was amazing! Once I pulled up the staff came out fast, greeted me and got my info. I wasn’t ready and couldn’t find my insurance card and the staff let me know I could come back if I need to. Luckily I found my insurance card.

This clinic was so helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment the same morning that I called and then had no wait time when I arrived. The waiting area and the exam rooms are very, very clean. The front desk staff was very professional and the PA Sarah, was wonderful and she quickly diagnosed my problem, developed a care plan and sent me on my way.

Very fast and safe service. Needed to get a PRC test before returning to work after flying home for the holidays. They had plenty of openings and much sooner than other testing sites, especially in Berkeley. I also like having the option of rapid PRC or standard. They provide antigen tests as well. Getting tested is a very easy process, just pull up in front of the building, give them your insurance info, tell them what test you want, they have to swab for you, and view the results on their portal app. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and couldnt have asked for a more convenient experience.

What a quick and easy visit! Everyone was incredibly kind and efficient, and I was able to be checked out and with my prescription in hand all in a total of two hours (including filling my prescription). The best!

I needed a rapid Covid test. I scheduled an appointment online. I was tested and my insurance was charged for payment. The process was very pleasant and efficient. The person who performed the test was very gentle and pleasant. Overall I had a very good experience.

My 17 year old daughter is visiting U.C Berkeley from Kansas City. Both my daughter and the camp director who attended the visit w her felt as though she was not cared for adequately. The providers were rude. We must go to another Urgent Care facility for actual care. If you actually want help and to be cared for, don’t come here!

I was able to get a video appt within 30 minutes and was able to go to a facility near my home that same day. There was about 10 cars ahead of me, and the wait was about 40 minutes in total, but they were very courtesy and the actually procedure was very quick. No stress at all in the entire process.

Not sure how there are so many positive stars? My partner had an urgent care appointment, and even received a text reminder 30 minutes before the appointment time. But, when she showed up for the appointment the office was completely closed! No answer (or vm) at the phone number for the location, no sign on the door, nothing. Its a big enough drag to have to go to urgent care, but to go through the hassle when you arent feeling well and the clinic doesnt show up to work!? Pretty messed up.

My first Covid test couldnt have been easier! Helpful courteous staff, on time, no stress. I needed a rapid PCR test for travel this afternoon and they had my results for me in less than two hours. Well done!!

Thank goodness for the location and its employees! Yes it’s a bit of a wait for your appointment but they are efficient and working seven days a week and I couldn’t appreciate them more. Results within three hours on a rapid test.

Very helpful team. We got a Covid test on a Thursday morning and were helped immediately. We might have gotten lucky on a slow day. Please be patient with them. They are doing all they can for everyone! We appreciate it.

Judy was wonderful. I was nervous about having a bloody nose and she helped me understand that the test could still be taken. Additionally she advised me on the test that was best for my situation, I have two kids attending Cal and I was hoping to not interfere with their ability to attend classes.

The technician who administered the test was excellent, but I did not receive my Rapid PCR results and called 24hours later to inquire. I was told they were on the portal, but the results were not there.. I had requested they be emailed, and have repeated that request and hopefully will receive them soon. Thank you.

Scheduling a rapid COVID test was fast and easy. The process included a video consultation with a physician, and then they send you instructions on when and where to go for your test via text. Urgent Care was a little slow to send me the instructions but, after calling their help number, they were very fast to remedy the problem. I was able to get tested that next morning! The workers at Urgent Care were very kind and efficient. Thanks!

Ive never been here before. But my doctor was THEE BEST!!! Straight to the point. Down to earth. Very personable. The office is small and intimate, which I like,its not a huge facility. The front desk person was really nice too. Im VERY thankful for this place.

Appreciated the reminders and updates; but when I got there, though cars moved quickly, they stopped moving when I was the 3rd or 4th car. Then there was a very long wait. Also, you sent me an email on which I went through the vetting to sign up; but if you sent the results, I couldnt figure out what it was. Should either say positive or negative, right?

Made an appointment for 9am and showed up 20 minutes early as directed in the email for new patients. Posted hours stated 09:30am opening time so I waited until just past 09:30am. No one showed up. Online appointment times do not match posted hours.

My husband and I got a joint appointment online within a few days for rapid PCR tests, and Medicare Health paid for all of it, we were told. Tried calling/texting them about coverage, but got no response, hence 4 stars. Like elsewhere, they are probably overwhelmed and understaffed. We parked in front, they came out and did swabs after checking our health insurance cards. Got the results online a few hours later. It was nearby, quick, and free! Ill use them again if I need to do so, gladly!

I was charged around $90.00 for a Video visit to determine whether I was eligible to a Rapid Covid19 Test or not. The video visit took 30 seconds, all they did was ask if I had any symptoms or not. How about a free online questionnaire next time?After the that, they scheduled my test, which was another charge of $139.00 dollars. The testing process and result time was good.

I received my COVID PCR test very quickly, politely and professionally. As I walked up to the door, an employee came out, called me by name (since I had made an appointment and pre-registered online) and immediately gave me the test. Couldnt have been better.My results were emailed to me, but to obtain them I had to enter the Zix site, which proved impossible. Why not just email the results without adding a lot of hassle? I ended up going in person to the Urgent Care site and picking up the piece of paper.

I gave instant care one star a few weeks ago because they charged my insurance for calling and asking if they have COVID test or not. Someone called me and said we are sorry and we will cancel it. So I changed my review to 5 star for customer service. But today I checked my insurance and found out they did not cancel. So be careful and check your credit card and insurance if you even call them and they ask you for your insurance information.

Everyone was nice and trying hard to do a good job. However, there are some real logistics issues that they are not dealing with very well. The virtual consolation was seamless, but I received no follow-up with important instructions for how I was supposed to proceed. I was scheduling a COVID test. Because I received no specific instructions, I called. They do not having anyone answering phones, but instead said I should email. I emailed. No response. I also messaged my doctor through their patient support portal. No response. So knowing that my COVID test had been scheduled, but not knowing how to actually get it done, I had to physically drive and knock on their clinic door to get instructions. The instructions (of course) were to come back during a specific time window. When I arrived at the beginning of that window, there was no organizational principle to deal with the volume of cars arriving all at the same time. They needed either more specific arrival windows, more specific tagging of cars to maintain order, or...something. It was just a mad-grab of the next available open parking spot for a test. And the parking lot is a dead-end lot, so yeah...this all couldve been managed on the admin side *so much better*. All the health care professionals were good.

Showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early as instructed. after waiting an hour, the medical person (was she a doctor? im not sure) took 30 seconds to look at me, told me i would need a referral to someone else, and sent me on my way, minus $150.office is dingy and poorly-ventilated. two people total, the doctor + front desk person frantically trying to keep it together. im ashamed to say i became somewhat rude 30 minutes in. in any case, i will definitely not be back.

Booking online and getting tested was easy. The results were posted in 2 hours. However, I wish I received an email notification about the results posting. I had to login online myself 6 hours after testing. Also, test result is not labeled as PCR or antigen, etc. Would be nice to have an understandable test result description.

Made an appointment and place was closed - received confirmation texts and emails. And then no one is there. Won’t be coming back here.

Needed a rapid PCR for travel got an appointment, took the test, and was given a travel certificate for the country I was going to all within an hour. They took my insurance as well. Thank you, the staff was great

I had a pretty bad experience with this place. I did a video visit, and was told that my COVID test appointment for several days later would be confirmed shortly. Despite having my correct email and phone number on file, they were sending the test appointment confirmation to an incorrect phone number, apparently. I sent them three messages in the patient portal over the course of three days trying to get a confirmation of my test appointment and finally got a response after the third one, three days after I was supposed to have my appointment confirmed. The person I did my video visit with told me that I could choose whether I wanted to have a rapid test or a PCR test at the appointment, but when someone called me they told me this information was not correct and that they would try to switch it from a rapid test to a PCR test but couldnt guarantee they would be able to. When I arrived, they gave me both the RapidTest and the PCR test. The test went okay, although it was definitely the least comfortable COVID test Ive taken. They also didnt inform me by email or text that my rapid test results were ready. The only way that I could find out was by logging into the patient portal because I received no notification that my results were ready. Overall, a pretty lousy experience, and my PCR test results wont be ready for three or four days. Youd be at better off getting your test with the county in my opinion.

Very kinda and personable. I do not like going to the doctor but this experience was one of the best.

Waited 45 minutes for a telemedicine appointment that took 90 seconds. No apologies, no heads up that doctor is running late, nothing. I understand that we’re in a pandemic and times are crazy busy but have some respect for other people’s time. One extra star because lady I spoke with was very kind in the end.

I had an appointment, but had to wait 35 minutes for a rapid COVID test this morning. I was told I would receive results within the next hour. It is now 3 hours later and I still have no results. I have tried to call the number provided and there is no answer.

Bombarded with emails and texts to show up on time only to have to wait 30 minutes to be tested. If you can text me to be on time, you can also text me that theres a delay. The person at the desk said there were fewer attendants today, and so this information is clearly available to you.

I was the only patient. Nobody in the waiting room. I was taken into a treatment room upon arrival. No appointment necessary. Treated by nurse practitioner who was friendly, kind and more than capable. She fixed me up and called in my prescription. In the era of Covid, couldnt be better.

The staff was courteous, professional, and timely. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Kim gave me options for treatment and made me feel confident in my decisions without judgement.

Unfortunately, yet another grab the money and run operation. You pay more than $200 for a rapid PCR test for traveling. They send you a result, but not a proper certificate for travel. The results dont show the name of the clinic, the physician, the lab, nothing. Other clinics actually send you a fit to travel certificate. These guys are just basing it on their digital online system, posting results to your medical file as your medical provider would do with your blood test. Thats fine for some purposes, but not for travel. For the kind of money we paid, we expected at least a piece of paper with their logo or something. Im hoping this documentation will suffice for traveling. It looks like something made up on MS Word.

Mariah completed my intake exam as well as drew bloodwork. She was very professional and kind.Kim was the Nurse Practitioner who took care of me. I work in the medical field as well and it was very refreshing to see a provider take the time and do a thorough assessment as well as being personable.Overall a great experience!

The whole process went well. A little different than going in person to see someone. A little more inputting information online, I don’t like putting CC info online, but even if I do it in person it ends up online anyways. The test itself was easy, in and out in under 3-5 minutes. 😬

My tip: Be careful with opening hours and bookings with this place.Husband sprained or broke his ankle (we still don’t know!). We looked online (on the official website) and on Google maps and the place was listed as open. We then proceeded to book an appointment time online, showed up (incurring Uber costs as husband was in crutches) and turns out the place is closed for the day. We only found out after calling 3x, waiting (we thought maybe people were out at lunch) and finally getting an answer that the place is closed via phone.We don’t understand what went wrong and why we wasted over 3hrs of our time and delayed treatment. All could have been avoided if they just didn’t allow us to book an appointment with them when they know the place is closed.

I needed a pre-travel COVID test and I was able to get a virtual appointment easily online with a professional and kind provider. She explained travel precautions and answered all questions, and set me up with a same-day COVID test 30 mins later in a convenient location.

The lady there was great. Need more help. I am supposed to get results soon but not yet it has been over 2 hours??? My stars are for the lady this morning not this process. I feel this company is only for the money.

I went for a COVID PCR test on Sunday, Jan 9, 2022 at the Steven Creek facility. They were very nice and when the testing was completed, the tester told me the results will be posted 2 to 3 days (48 - 72 hrs.) Today being Friday, Jan. 14, is the 5th day since I was tested, and I still do not have my test results posted on the portal. I have been emailing, texting and calling to see if anyone will let me know what is going on. I even have asked them if they may have lost my test/result just let me know so I can schedule another test. But, NO RESPONSE from anyone! I am very disappointed with your communication and a lack of understanding that during COVID it is imperative to know the test results as I am an essential working.

Dr. Ramandeep Kaur is a wonderful doctor that looks into everything to figure out what is going on with my health issues. She’s very personable and thorough. She takes the time to listen, and her staff is phenomenal with friendly professionalism! I have been going to see her for my health care since we moved to California in March 2018. I decided the first time I saw her that I wanted her to be my primary care physician. And I haven’t ever regretted that decision.

I walked in with no appointment, yet was seen promptly. My doctor was thorough and seemed to care about my overall health, not just the issue I came there about. This experience was a welcome change from the rushed inattentive experiences I’ve had at other urgent care centers. I’m considering making them my primary care doctor.

Everyone was very sweet who helped me, but they misspelled my name after i corrected them. i also am still waiting for my test results and ey said i would receive them 5 hours ago. very sweet people but i wish i had my rapid results

Review changed-I still think they did a great job scheduling and executing the test. The problem is, its been 7 days and I still havent received a result, the only way to communicate with IUC is the portal and Ive posted 2 queries after the 4th day about the results that havent been answered. Hopefully they ready their Google results. The arent checking messages.

Kept me waiting an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment for a broken toe. Before I went In, I confirmed on their lwebsite that all their locations offered X Rays. The doctor finally saw me, looked down at my foot and said “you need an X Ray. We don’t do X Rays. Would give 0 stars if I could. Walked 40 mins with an illness to find out they are only open for Covid testing. The website clearly stated that they are available for walk-in & primary care visits. UNACCEPTABLE. And the assistant who answered the door was incredibly rude. DO NOT go here. They should have their license revoked. Completely unprofessional.

I did a rapid Covid test here. The instructions were very clear from the pre appointment text and the instructions from the doctors were very clear. It was very fast and organized and took about 30 min to a hour for our results.

It was convenient because it was online. Otherwise, I don’t appreciate the demeanor of the doctor. She sounds very condescending and reminds me of some old school primary care doctor. It’s bad enough that you can’t gauge empathy because it’s virtual but even more so when you don’t hear it, too, from the way she talks to you. She didn’t even bother ask how I was. It was more like seeing a primary care doctor who only wants to get paid because her waiting room is full. think it was nearly a waste of money.

Super easy to make online reservation for COVID-19 test and taking the test itself in my own car, where they come out to test. And a friendly staff!

First time using this urgent care service. I was able to get a video appointment within the hour. It was convenient, efficient and I was able to get the help I needed. Great follow-up as well.

Went there when Google said it was open but it wasn’t, even though it had an OPEN Come In sign in front. No-one answered the phone and no hours were posted. Not exactly Urgent about its customers!

I was running late because I didn’t include the correct address for the site in Google and still the front desk took me in 15 minutes late for my COVID test while balancing a hundred million other things. That’s customer service!

The ladies who helped me out from the receptionist and the doctor were great and friendly. Made it very easy to do what i came in for, would definitely go there again!

I waited an hour to be tested. I was told there was little chance the test would be positive since I have no symptoms. That made me feel like it was a big waste of time. I was told I would get results in an hour. It is one hour and 20 minutes so far and no results.

A very quick, easy, and non-invasive test with very little waiting. The Zix message center where my results were posted was a little hard to navigate on mobile, but otherwise no issues.

The staff is super friendly and caring. The place is clean, theyve always had little to no wait time for getting to me, and I felt like all my concerns were addressed by the staff. Highly recommend it.

I waited over an hour to be seen and then didn’t get my test result back till 5 days later even though their website and the doctors at the clinic advertise 24 hours.

Was billed $410 for a COVID test because I went out of network even though they advertise accepting UnitedHealthcare. Ive been disputing this bill since November and have had an absolutely abysmal time trying to get ahold of anyone from the company. Avoid like COVID

Waited about 45 minutes/ an hour past my appointment to be seen due to staff being behind. But I still give 5 star because they were extremely nice and apologetic, also once I was seen I was in and out.

Staff is extremely nice and kind, but I received my antigen test result 4 days after the test was performed. Dont use this clinic for test for travelling!

The actual testing was fast and easy, though having to first have a telemedicine appointment made it a bit more complicated. I thought the results were going to be called to my phone but so far theyve only appeared in my Athena Health portal.

They never answer their calls. I got a rapid test a few hours ago and havent gotten any emails or texts or calls on how to access them. tried going to my patient portal which says doesnt exist. not sure how im supposed to get my results lol

Staff were friendly and efficient. I was seen on time. The only little thing that got me was the form you fill out manually is the same information you give them with your ID and insurance cards at the desk. Seems redundant.

Not recommend. Can’t understand why there are so many good reviews. The provider whom I had a telemedicine with was an Asian doctor. He was late 25 minutes and he didn’t say anything. I didn’t get any help finally. Just waste my time and energy. Never go again.

Went for a travel-clearance COVID test. All personnel were friendly & professional, and the exercise was conducted exactly in the timeframe promised. An excellent experience!

I got soooo lost trying to find instantcare mostly because I entered the address as oakland instead of Berkeley! So I was running late but the nice nurse still gave me the test!! So nice and much appreciated!

They said we would get results in one to two hours. We waited all day. No results and no way to reach them. We tried calling, but noone every answered. We texted and still no response. Very frustrated.

This location is listed on the official USCIS website for immigration medical exams. The website allows you to make an appointment at this location for an immigration medical exam. The Dr. Who performs the exam does not even work at this location, but in Dublin.
