When I needed a new Dr 8 years ago, Dr Matt was recommended by a close friend. From the very first visit I felt comfortable and that they were actually listening to me. 8 years later I still feel that I am treated as an individual rather than a statistical data point. My concerns are heard and considered and my treatments and diagnoses are explained and thoughtful. Ive never had a medical provider I was anywhere near this comfortable with and trusting of. Kayla is an amazing person. One of the best doctors I’ve ever met. I’m blessed to have found her. You can tell when people have a true passion for what they do. The entire staff is dedicated and kind. Essence is another person there that I interact with. She’s precious too. I found Dr.Doris Ramirez Nessetti to be very skilled and knowledgeable in her field. I was very pleased with her attention to details regarding my exam and I value her opinion on my treatment plan. I appreciated her taking time to have anopen discussion. I found the staff to be welcoming at the front desk. The techs assisting the Doctor were very efficient, knowledgeable and skilled in preparing me for theexamination.I appreciate the excellentCare I received at AllCareMedical.

My experience with Dr. Gerald has been excellent. He has been very kind, personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. Even when I have been scheduled for short visits I have not felt rushed or pushed out by him (which can be hard to find these days). He has been tentative and willing to help. I highly recommend him as a doctor!

The doctors are fantastic, however the billing department couldn’t be less friendly. I understand they must have a lot of difficult conversations throughout the day- but don’t take it out on us. When I’m calling to ensure they have the correct insurance info I couldn’t have been met with less tact and patience…. It even a good bye, just a hang up.

My preferred healthcare provider is All Care. My place of employment is near Fruitville Road, and my home is close to Lake Ranch Blvd. My needs are always met by All Care. When there are any worries, Dr. Ramirez Nessestti pays close attention. Her assistance exceeds my expectations. She does an excellent job of getting the necessary pap smears, mammograms, vaccinations, and routine blood work done on time. All Care has a warm and inviting staff. Im at ease in both places all the time. I adore how many multilingual employees they have hired. This demonstrates their genuine concern for their patients.

So far, all the medical team that we have encountered have been wonderful. Thorough, and take the time to address issues and concerns. The front office staff could be a little more personable/friendly, but they do their jobs and arent rude, at least.

I don’t often leave reviews, but after several disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share that this is one of the most non-responsive medical facilities in Florida. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, email, or through any other means. My doctor made a mistake that delayed my prescription, and when further issues arose, she was unreachable, which was particularly disappointing since I had a great impression of Dr. Shacara during our initial visit. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with matters as important as peoples health.

Beware of this office I had a negative experience and will not be returning. I went there for a annual wellness exam that’s required by Aetna and was turned away by the office they told me as soon as I took a seat and was checked in that Aetna messaged them and said they won’t be covering the visit they only will pay for one per year. I left and called Aetna they said that’s not true and they don’t message the physicians offices I get two visits and it’s required for a discount on our insurance I call back to make an appointment I’m told no yet again because Aetna wouldn’t cover it I told them that’s not true I called Aetna and the girl on the phone starts yelling at me. she wouldn’t let me talk and was arguing with what I was trying to tell her finally She tells me they don’t know the coverage of every person that comes in so they assume it’s only once visit per year. So they assumed, turned me away twice and argued with me that I was wrong when they had no idea what they were talking about. I found a new office. Do not waste your time here it was more of a headache than anything and how they talk to patients is so unnecessary.

This is our second visit with Quinn and we are very happy! Our son recognized him and was very comfortable chatting away during our visit. Very grateful to the practice for after hours help and quick responses to injury concerns. Glad we have this practitioner and group to see us for health and development care

Shacara Eggleston is amazing! I left the prior practice because I did not feel I was being heard. I felt like it was a get in, get out as quick as possible visit. Shacara really listened to what I had to say. She advised what can be done and gives the option to try different approaches. She explains all tests, treatments and why they are recommended then lets me decided which I want to put my body through. I highly recommend her!

Dr Nessetti is a Compassionate and caring person. I love that she takes the time to explain and to answer my questions. If you are going through pre menopause or menopause she is the best doctor to go. God has gifted her with so much knowledge. Any one going through hormonal changes don’t suffer alone schedule a visit with her and you would not regret 😊

Dr. Quinn was thorough with his evaluation of my issue. His demeanor was pleasant and he listened to my concerns. I felt like a person and not just a number. Thank you.

Everyone here has been fantastic to us and our daughter. We appreciate you all so much. Gerald is very thorough and always takes time to answer our questions. Kayla also is fantastic. We have had great experiences with all the providers weve seen and I highly recommend them!

He and his intern were very knowledgeable, and she explained my lab results so good I think a child could have understood. Gerald MARSHBANKS came in and did the same. They were both awesome.

Quinn and Dr Dorris have been great. Moved here from Cincinnati 6 years ago and had trouble finding a primary and these two have been helpful with some work injuries and always there for me .

After not going to a doctor in over a decade, I was a bit nervous about visiting one. Thankfully Dr. Marshbanks and his assistant Maryliz were extremely helpful and understanding. Needless to say this place is excellent!

I have been seen by this office for a year. I have NEVER seen a doctor. My appointments are always with a PA Krista Longmore or a nurse practitioner Amber Dara. It makes me wonder what’s going on when both employees are no longer with this office.I was prescribed medication that doesn’t come in a certain dosage (ie: 30 mg.) I was prescribed a 20 mg & 10 mg. I got a refill for the 20 mg. But not the 10 mg. I had to go into the office two times in a week to get the refill sent to the pharmacy. I think we all have better things to do then go to the doctor’s office twice for the same issue. The first time I was advised my account would be reviewed and a 30 day supply would be sent to the pharmacy. A week later, I went to the pharmacy and they had not received the prescription which prompted me to make the second visit to Allcare and complain.In March 2024, I was due for my annual mammogram. I wanted a script for this since breast cancer is in my genes. My previous visit to Allcare was in November 2023. They would not give me a script unless I saw a women’s doctor at their office. My previous doctor in 2020, would have given me one as long as I had a recent visit with them. They just want an additional copay for a doctors visit is my opinion. I got the mammogram done without being seen by Allcare since my insurance approved it.I hear Sarasota Memorial Hospital/First Physicians Group is wonderful and has a great reputation. Guess where I am going next!! Not Allcare Medical!! My daughter and grandchildren use this office also. They are also looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, they have slim pickings with doctor’s offices in the area that accept NYPD’s retiree’s insurance.There are better options of medical care in this area. Beware of Allcare!

Hello,I just met Kayla for the first time, I hope she sticks around. What a wonderful person! She was very attentive and listened to all my concerns during my visit. I wasn’t pushed out the door after a certain amount of time. She even tried to make some calls for me to oral surgeons for my dental needs that I was getting nowhere with.I have been with allcare medical for 2-3 years now and the hardest thing is fining someone you really like and then you find out they up and quit. This has happened twice now at allcare. Hope kayla really sticks around for awhile.Keep it up the good work!

Excellent service, PA and “shadow” RN listened and worked with me on what we feel is the best treatment plan! No rushing from the staff! 5 stars! February visit no rush, very caring and continuing to adjust our treatment plan, 6 stars! Consistent every time, she’s so caring.

I have been going to AllCare Medical for a few years now. I contemplated leaving due to having several Doctors come and go. The quality of care provided to me was not very good either. Quinn Cotilla met with me and since being under his care the past year I have never felt better. He listens and provides a solution.

I had my first appointment today and I was impressed! I did not wait in the lobby past my appointment time, Quinn was attentive and understanding. They were able to do my labs in house right then and the nurse who drew my blood was excellent! He got my vein on the first try and I didn’t even feel it. I am looking forward to establishing as a patient and continuing to be seen there.

Kayla sees myself, husband and three children. She’s always been very attentive and listens to your concerns. She has also followed up with phone calls when my kids have been sick to check on them. Very happy with the care received by Kayla.

Dr Doris is always patient and kind and truly cares about you and your symptoms. Every visit has been very pleasant

He listened to my concerns and took the right steps to help me get back on track with my health. He also followed up with me to see how I was doing. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. When I began looking for a great primary care doctor last year, I thank God they were on my list of in-network providers & that they were accepting new patients AND that my appointment was set within days, not weeks or a month like other offices had told me when I called them.They are so kind, very personable and they listen, as well as follow up with you on your care. I moved all three of my children to this practice and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Every single person that works here is wonderful! Dr. Gerald, Dr. Brittney and Dr. Jennifer are fantastic. Their bedside manner is absolutely amazing. They are so kind, warm and patient with my children. I appreciate them so much especially since I have had doctors in the past that probably should not be in a pediatric office. The office is always clean and I have not had to wait too long at appointments. The doctors and staff here really take the time to listen to your concerns and will help in any way that they can.

Kayla McNulty, APRN, FNP-C was the provider who saw our 1 week old for his first appointment. She was SO calm, kind, and professional. Gerald Marshbanks is the most competent, responsive, and humanistic clinician Ive met. With some 25 years experience and specific training in medical psychology and pharmacotherapy under Dr. Matt, he excels at patient centered care and is capable of seeing the whole patient. He has gone above and beyond to manage my cases and, on encounter, he is quick on differentials / indications for medial management AND case conceptualization. He is able to communicate difficult to digest info in an effective manner due to effective rapport. Ive never left an encounter with Gerry without feeling like I received exceptionally comprehensive care.

Shacara is a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable and confident with her position and the rest of the staff are as well , im very comfortable being a patient here !!

Quinn Cotilla PA was very kind and easy to speak with during my appointment. He was not rushed and he explained everything clearly. Checking in was simple and the reception was very nice. The nurse who drew my blood was very kind and very good at her job. She didnt hurt me. The only thing that has me concerned and feeling uncomfortable was the EKG/ECG Machine was not reporting properly and Quinn said dont pay attention to it and he went over the reading with me and said it was all good, but they really should get it fixed or adjusted because its unnerving to see infarction on your report. I will see Quinn again in the future and I hope they get that machine fixed.

Kayla was excellent. She was thorough and patient and answered all of our questions.

*UPDATE* Extremely unsettling…My teenage daughter was given a prescription two weeks ago. She has been having serious side effects. I’ve called and left two messages. “Shacara will call you back.” My daughter spoke to her All Care therapist last week (who was included in the medication decision making) WEDNESDAY afternoon. (THREE PHONE CALLS.)Not okay. I am no longer comfortable recommending nor participating as a patient(s) at this practice.

This was my first time meeting with Quinn. He was very nice and respectful. He listened, and answered any question’s that I had. I had labs done, and it’s very hard to get a blood draw from my veins. I’m happy the technician didn’t have any issues.

My husband just had a vasectomy and the treatment was exceptional, very good and explained in detail

We had a mixed experience for our first visit for our newborn son’s new pediatric center. When we arrived, we were asked to check in but had to wait for the receptionist to be freed up from another client. When we were helped, we were asked for our insurance card and information and then asked to pay our co-pay. This is all typical and we had no issues with this. However, in the middle of this process, we were called in by “Allie.” When I asked if we could finish our check in process so my wife could join, Allie rolled her eyes, acted irritated and exasperated, looked at her watch, and said, “sure, fine” and left. My wife finished with the receptionist, and then ended up waiting about 10 minutes to be called again. When we were, I politely asked Allie if she was okay, and she replied, “well, I kind of have a sore throat.” When I told her, “I’m sorry to hear that, but the reason I ask is because you were pretty rude earlier.” Without saying a word, she immediately stormed away, and now, as I’m watching, surprised, staring at her back as she stormed away, I asked her if we could see someone else. Without turning around, she yelled, “yep”. Still shocked, we walked into our exam room by ourselves. Shortly after, Erica entered. We shared our feedback with her about our experience, and she did tell us she would speak to the manager (who was out on maternity leave). Aside from the first impression and that experience, we did have a positive experience thereafter. Erica was great and was very kind and friendly. She did the initial intake, and then we met with Shacara. She had the best bedside manner and we immediately felt comfortable talking to her. She was extremely friendly and kind, and seemed caring. We wrapped up our appointment with no issues and by the end of the meeting, did have a positive experience, due to Erica and Shacara. We will continue giving All Care another opportunity, but highly recommend staying away from Allie!

Shacara listens to you and genuinely wants to help you get better. She is concerned about your overall health. I enjoy her bedside manner. She is caring and seems interested in you as a person and as a patient. The office staff is friendly and helpful too. They have gotten a lot better at answering phone calls. I think they were short staffed for a while. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

Of all my years being with different doctors and providers. I must say Kayla is by far the most attentive and caring person I know. I have been through a lot in the past couple of months and she has been there to help with every step!! Thank you so much for making her part of the team and hope she will be there for many years to come.

I had doctor Quinn he was amazing. I had so many questions and he answered all of them without getting annoyed. He helped me so much! I also love that they do not require vaccinations. That was a crucial point for me.

Kayla is a great doctor! Not sure if she always deals with children or not, but particularly good in that regard. She was thorough in explaining possible causes for the illness I brought my child in for, and with the after-care portion. Very friendly and you can tell is very intelligent and she really cares.

Drs Matt & Doris Nessetti did a professional job primarily in helping me with my health concerns.I respect them both as medical professionals & people.* my utmost concern remains that Dr Matt’s sister Kelly - his business manager insisted I make monthlypayments on a co pay that by Florida state law legally had to be written off - her stipulation for me to remain a patient. This weekly patient policy continued a number of years, during which time Dr Matt built & completed a second medical facility in Sarasota*It is my understanding this illegal balance has been reported to affect my credit rating.Justice has not been served!

Very kind, knowledgeable staff. My kids and I loved Kellie Brown!Updating my review due to some recent issues. We still have good care but it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone when needed. My son had hand foot and mouth. They couldn’t get him in for an appointment for two days. I left a message for the provider to call me to give instructions on what to do in the meantime. No one ever called back. I never get responses when messaging on the portal. When I addressed it with front desk staff when I came in with my appointment, they said they were busy and ignored everything else I said and gave me my receipt for my copay with nothing else said about my concerns.

Ive never been a patient at this facility but I do work for an imaging company that affiliates with this Drs office. I just want it to be known that you all need to do a better job at answering phones when it comes to patient care. We have patients that come into our facility and we get orders that are either incorrect or you all tell patients that an order has been sent and we NEVER receive it unless we call or in some cases it never got sent over (most times calls that arent being answered). It has been a hassle trying to explain to patients as to why we dont receive orders for the patients in a decent amount of time before their designated appointment times. It will be great if we could improve on helping patients needs since this is what our jobs are designated for.

Kayla was great. She helped consider all of the information given, she had great input and a direction for us to get some health answers we are curious about. She’s great with my kids, kind and caring.

Came in for a vasectomy and was admittedly a bit nervous. Doctor Nessetti was professional, jovial, and courteous. He explained everything in great detail and kept things light and easy. You can really tell his level of experience is high. Would for sure recommend.

Revised Review: Office Manager Alexis Montero called me and apologized. She did a really good job of listening and offering to work with me to make the situation better, including better training for her staff. Im going to give them another chance.HORRIBLE OFFICE! I have no idea what Dr. Lois Ramirez is like, considering Ive only been able to see her one time. Supposedly, computer system lost my appointment a couple of months ago. Today, they booked me at a different location. I didnt even know another location existed! This was after they did a blood test for my sugar when I went to the doctor for hormone replacement therapy. Found out they didnt even mark me down for a follow up on my HRT until 1 year later. Had to quit taking prescription due to adverse side effects. No return calls from Dr. after leaving several messages. Told the APRN all of my issues at the blood appointment to no avail, no follow-up forthcoming. Had to have a sonogram for an abnormal breast mammogram. 3 months later after multiple messages, I was told I couldnt receive results over the phone, even in telehealth, that I had to pay their Dr. Visit fee co-pay of $50+ to get my results and find out if I had cancer or not. Found out later that holding my results hostage is illegal. She wanted to wait and book my appointment for 2 more months out. Yeah right!!! Found out it costs you $7 for them to print out your results, which you are entitled to. Said right on the front page lesion is likely benign. Thanks for all the worry. What an incompetent staff. Misquote pricing, make sure they get their dollar, but I dont see them paying me for my wasted time twice nor mental suffering. DONT GO THERE!

Dr Matt Nessetti and Team have been taking care of me and my family for years. I am not the easiest patient either and they continue to put up with me. No matter what I feel is going on they always seem to find a solution. I love how they have labs and imaging available in office so I dont need to make extra trips. I have an extremely busy schedule. I highly recommend !

Staff friendly. Kayla Mcnulty is a very kind and wonderful ARNP. She’s easy to talk to and was a pleasure to meet. The practice is well kept and a pleasure to visit.

I hurt my knee Sunday morning. My wife reached out to Dr Nessetti. We set up a Teladoc call at 11 AM. He set up an MRI appointment for Monday morning. You couldn’t ask for better customer service than that. Thank you, Dr Nessetti.

After my Dr apt I was scheduled a telehealth appointment which I’ve never done before, I’m old school, I prefer a regular phone call but this was super easy to do on my phone and Ms Kayla McNulty is a true gem! She’s more the a PA, I can’t remember all the initials after her name or I would’ve put them here for you. My first apt with her was amazing, I was completely uncomfortable going to someone I’d never seen before but she made me feel like we were old friends! Ms Kayla made me feel at ease and the apt was over before I knew it! The follow up was this telehealth call and boy oh boy was she thorough! I like that! Of course Ms Kayla has a great personality, she actively listens, even when she’s being a little hard on me she’s really nice about it 😊 all in all I’m so glad to being going to AllCare and having Ms Kayla McNulty looking after my care..UPDATE: 8/1/24I went in for Pre-Op testing withMs Kayla and as usual her and her team made the testing process seem flawless! My 80 yr old Mom took me and when I came out from the back she said “Oh my, all those tests are done already?” I said “they sure are, they’re squared away back there mom”. Ms Kayla McNulty, her staff working along with her and the very sweet young lady working the front desk make going to the Drs a delight and a breeze!

I really like Jennifer the PA she is really nice and listened to my needs and is working with me on getting my hormone and vitamin levels back on track. The scheduling staff however is very condescending and rude. I called to reschedule my appt and said I was open and flexible for anytime during the week in the beginning of march around noon and she refused to offer me any dates, just kept asking me what time and date I wanted. I didn’t have a calendar infront of me which was frustrating, I just wanted her to offer me a date and time and I would have taken it. When I finally picked a random day off the top of my head at noon, she said no the office is closed for lunch. I responded well this is why I’m asking you to just give me a day and time and I’ll take it, and for the third time she refused. I found this conversation very uncomfortable, annd she was talking to me like a child. I think as a receptionist for many years myself, you need to have better qualified staff with “people skills” operating the phones.

Doctor Doris was very professional, relatable and attentive to your questions and needs! I highly recommend!!

Shacara was wonderful. I came in for help with anxiety and she and your team were so kind. They took the time to listen and I felt better knowing they cared and would help.Maria also took time to talk to me and schedule appointments to counsel.I was so thankful for all of them. Great staff.

Horrible.. awful.. experience!! People be aware! I had one visit, paid for it as well as lab result. a year later I have received a bill to pay for the lab results I’ve never requested and it was even out-of-network. Plus there were no even results on the patient portal. called the office, explained the situation. The girl said she will resolve it and will call me back. never did and obviously she has done nothing because I keep receiving this bill. Horrible and awful Customer Service experience. I would never go to that facility again.And I see based on reviews, other people also experience the issues with their terrible customer service !

My cousin and I went into our appointment in September for her TB testing but we were unable to get the testing done here due to some miscommunication as stated by Dr. Quinn Cotilla. He specifically reassured us that there would be no charge/balance for us whatsoever due to this miscommunication and that he was unable to help us with what we came here for. My cousin received multiple attempts of them asking for a payment of $194 which they were able to reduce the balance to $79.99 since I corrected them on their mistake. one of the representatives told me that we still have a balance of $79.99 since we still met up with the doctor and they have to charge us for that-which I find very unfair. very disappointed in the customer service here.

First off, she was amazing. Treated me as a person, listened to my questions and concerns. With concern and care. She is my new primary and I happily going back for a follow up.

My second annual visit with AllCare, this time with PA Gerry. Still very happy with AllCare and Gerry is stellar! Very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Couldnt ask for a better experience!

My experience with ALLCARE in general, and Gerald Marshbanks in particular, has always been exceptional. He is prompt, thorough and an extremely pleasant person with which to interact. I highly recommend both he and ALLCARE.

The communication with this office is terrible. It took me 10 calls and at least 7 messages over 3 days before someone finally answered the phone. No one ever answered my messages. They were supposed to submit a preauth for a prescription. One week later I called and left a message to make sure it was actually submitted. No one has called me back. I contacted my pharmacy and no request was ever submitted. I have called and left a message and still no call back. Great physicians when you get to see them. If you need to communicate about anything outside of your designated appointment time, it is impossible to get anything done. I cant imagine what happens to people who need their prescriptions for urgent medical needs.

Doctors there are cool. The facilities ability to make general communication happen is abysmal.A nice platform is available to keep you up to date. Messaging within platform is functional but no one ever responds. Calling is challenging as its hard to get someone when you need to speak to someone.This mostly speaks potentially to a low staff/availability problem for everything that is involved with a medical office like this. All of the pieces are there for something great. It just falls short making most anything happen in a timely manner.Good luck All Care.

AllCare has been wonderful for my ENTIRE family. It’s nice to get the labs done in the office and not have to go somewhere else. The imaging they offer also saves me another trip to an outpatient imaging center. One doctor office for a family of 5 is the way to go!! Thank you AllCare

I have been a patient of AllCare Medical of Lakewood Ranch for several years now. All of my experiences have been positive.The Nurses, PAs and DRs that I have worked with have been very pleasurable, competant and knowledgeable.My GP, Krista Longmore is the best GP ive had in 49 yrs. She is wicked smart and has the personality to go along with it. She listens and cares about what I have to say. I feel as though we are a team working towards the same goal which is my health at the forefrontShe also has an uncanny ability to make uncomfortable DR visits feel stress free and easy going as she clearly understands what customer service entails and always seems to be able to put a smile on my face.She gives a superlative example for her peers to emulate IMO.Dr. Jerry is right there with her also. Just good people.Dont really understand all the bad reviews here other than most people these days are just miserable along with being impossible to please. In turn they directly reflect thier own behavior by acting it out on other people. IMO.Im not saying that all these bad reviews are not real. Maybe a few people did actually have a bad experience.But the amount of bad reviews and the things said just dont add up.They are the complete opposite of what me, my family and friends have experienced at AllCare in LW Ranch. Which has been nothing but positive.

NO one ever answers a phone. no one ever calls back from messages left. no one has responded to my messages on the patient portal. worst place i have ever tried to work with . seems no one cares. i have never had an on time apt, even when its at 8am !!!! the first apt of the day. it smacks of no leadership or stewardship for the workers on site. i am actively looking to find a new primary care due to the total lack of interaction and communication with the site. if you want to be frustrated, be mis prescribed as i was twice - and generally feel worthless as a client .. then work with these guys.

Scheduling appointments takes multiple calls and once you actually contact someone their tone is as if you are inconveniencing them for doing their job to set up an appointment. Waited months for an appointment and had to call several times to ensure insurance network and coverage- then last minute surprise that the behavioral services are cash only. Terrible communication and regard to their patients and community.** update: continued incompetence with staff I have asked for my medical records in person twice in person and was reassured they would be sent to me. I have yet to receive my records that I am entitled to and paid my fees. Horrible care for patients time, money, and general well being.

I must say I was very impressed with Kelly R. PA. She was so knowledgeable and kindly made sure I understood everything. She actually told me to take my time and explain. It was amazing to not feel like I was on a timer, to leave within a 10 or 15 minutes schedule, which most doctors are on. Good luck trying to get a response from someone. There is an extreme lack of communication in this office. I’ve been contacting them for 3 weeks including showing up in person with concerns regarding my medication and NO response whatsoever. Completely unprofessional.

My children went here for the first time yesterday and I went here for the first time today. I was impressed with both appointments and all providers! The kids needed a physical and one needed 3 shots. We had Susannah Smith see us first (shes a student PA). She was GREAT. Very patient with the kids and if she didnt know something she didnt give us a generic answer, she went and found out. We then saw Daniel Brooks who she was shadowing. He was awesome! He made my kids laugh and answered all of our questions. He made sure they were both caught up on everything and that all of my concerns were addressed. Susannah was great doing my sons shots. He was upset after the first one and she was extremely kind and patient to help us get them done.My appointment was more complex as I had multiple issues to discuss. I saw PA Janet Cole. She was EXCEPTIONAL. She was so down to earth. We had normal conversations like she actually was interested in building a relationship with her patient. Turns out shes an Air Force vet and so am I. Really awesome provider! She listened very carefully, took notes of all of my issues, went over potential options and then gave me three referrals to be treated correctly (2 of them are in this office). Im blown away by how attentive and caring this office is. The girls at the front desk are very sweet as well.Needless to say I am a very happy patient even though my issues are not solved yet, they took all the right steps to ensure I am being cared for correctly and not just quickly. We have found our permanent doctors office.

Kayla McNulty is an absolute doll! She was everything you want to see in a PA when youre ill and just looking for help. She was attentive, caring and innovative in her approach to providing you the best care possible. Cant say enough good things about her!

Liked the P.A. Confident and personal. Jerry is a fantastic P.A. He is very knowledgeable and above all a very caring professional. He takes his time to listen to you. You don’t feel like a number and a business which is what I feel is a common experience now a day with doctors.

PA Marshbanks was fantastic. He was extremely nice, explained everything he was doing, needed to do and answered all of my questions. Was very understanding and very easy to talk to. Has a great demeanor. Highly recommend him. The staff was excellent as well.

I found Jennifer to be pleasant, efficient, and very caring; addressing each issue that I have thoroughly. She is reaching out to a specialist in hopes of working me in sooner. I highly recommend her.

Krista Longmore was very nice and professional. She made me feel comfortable and wanted to address each of my concerns. It is NOT her fault that the earliest date they can give me for a cortisone shot (my finger is in a lot of pain) is NOVEMBER 6! Is there no sense of urgency when someone is in pain?

I went into Lakewood ranch emergency for extreamly low sodium. They administered intervenes sodium until my level was brought up to the level of safty. I was deadly sick. They treated me so good. They took many mri to find out what was the cause. They were so explicit . After the stomach mri the diagnosis was upper intestinal infection. They said we sent all the records to your doctor. You must continue with the antibiotics. This hospital should be getting a 5 star. The doctors & nurses were were so professional & polite in their exam. I will only go to this hospital if needed. Excellent ✅

This is such a great practice - I am not talked down to or made to feel like a bad mom. I usually work with Kelly, but everyone I have worked with is phenomenal, kind, non-judgmental, and informative. Even when I have taken my son for “dumb reasons” there is no guilt given to me about bringing him in to get checked out. They don’t ever call me back, so I have to call over and over sometimes, but it’s worth it. No pressure to do anything we don’t want to do and no making us feel like bad parents. I tell everyone about this practice!

Their facility is amazing and all the doctors I have worked with have been open, helpful and gone above and beyond.

I moved from NJ to FL in December, and now with insurance finding a doctor was a nightmare. I saw Kellie 2 times and she is very calm, knowledgeable, and doesnt rush you in the room and is available for questions. The office is very busy so setting up the first appointment I had to wait a few weeks, but it was worth it. As someone who has anxiety, I feel comfortable visiting this office and I trust Kellies medical opinion.

It is almost impossible to get an appointment in this place! No one ever responds. Calling is challenging as its hard to get someone when you need to speak to them even for a medication refill! When I talked to one of the front desk stuff, she started complaining about that they are so over piled with work and there isnt enough stuff to cover answering the phone and replying promptly to requests! This place is making money left and right I dont see why the wont hire more professional stuff to accommodate their customers especially when they charge higher visit rates!!!

Had an appointment for Aug. 29 @ 1. When checking in they did not have my appointment scheduled. I had the card with the date and time with me. I was informed they got a new computer system, and my information didn’t get added. I was told I would have to reschedule. Not one time did the staff say I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

I wanted to express my satisfaction with Sean Gast and the entire team at All Care Medical. I would not consider changing doctors. I know Im in safe hands with Sean. I appreciated his follow-up calls and willingness to answer questions. Know that you are in safe hands at AllCare. Highly recommend.

A one-stop-shop! Gerry (PA) was incredible knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner, and you don’t feel rushed like you’re just another insurance claim. They have their own lab, their own machines so everything is done right then and there! A fantastic first experience and a patient for life!

These people have helped me during some dark times. And for that I am forever grateful. But I will say that seeing a PA instead of a Psychiatrist for my mental issues wasnt fruitful according to my therapist and the hospital I was admitted into. The PA at AllCare didnt know what medication to give me for OCD etc. I now go to [redacted for AllCares sake] and they have a psychiatrist that knows the chemistry of meds, etc. So in conclusion, thank you, but I really cant continue services

Great first visit. This office came recommended by a neighbor for my childs checkup. Pediatricians seem to be dependent on the needle -- so it became clear we needed a family doctor focused on health instead -- so far, AllCare Medical is just that.Our wait was very minimal both in the lobby and in the private room. We arrived early with the paperwork we downloaded online and filled out in advance. The room was decorated for children with sea creatures on the wall. Always a good feature to keep us busy counting and picking our favorites while we wait.We saw PA Lindsey Rechcigl - whom did great interacting with my little one whom was a bit shy for her first visit there. We look forward to seeing you guys again next year.

Dan Brooks took very good care of us. We had a different NP our first visit, and it wasnt up to par. So I contacted the office manager and they took really great care of us, and got us an appointment that day with Dan Brooks. Hes easy to talk to, knows his stuff, and was very conscientious to give our daughter the best care.

Quinn went above and beyond by taking a phone call from us and squeezing our 4 year old son into his booked schedule today when we were a nervous wreck over his well-being! Genuinely cared.

All care medical center has a lot to be desired. I dont recommend it to anyone I have been patient there for a year almost a year and a half and I have had three PAs since I started there. There are no doctors, no MDs just PAs. They go there for experience and then leave. So you never can have a relationship. Nobody ever knows who you really are or what your medical issues are. The other thing I dont like about the place is they NEVER answer the phone. You can call any time of the day and you get voicemail even if they say hold on or on another line, you hold on for a few minutes. and then they come back and say leave a voicemail. They never call you back. I called twice this week just to find out when I was there last for a physical, and no one has called me back. Needless to say, I am leaving all care and finding an MD. I dont recommend them to anyone if you want personalized attention to your health iss And someone who will get to know you. By the way, if you want to see the doctor who owns the place, you have to pay an annual fee of a couple thousand dollars.

I tried to contact my provider today; I believe I may have pneumonia or the flu. I intended to speak with the nurse to go over my symptoms. I left a message Friday morning which included my symptoms and believed I would hear back from the nurse or PA. Now it is 5:08 pm and they are closed and won’t open until Monday. This is not the first time this has happened. I. Am. Done with AllCare. Patients do not matter.

We recently moved from the DC area and when I started to look for a new doctor All Care Medical Centers was the only kind and responsive practice. The PA Lindsey is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my complaint. She made sure I left without any questions. I recommend this practice to those who recently moved to the area.

Went 10 min on delay as I lost my way on highway. The GPS gave me the longest direction, they didnt get me in. I definitely want recommend this place to no one. The doctors and practitioners nurses they let wait in the waiting room 1 hour,but they get you in if you delay 10 min. 😴

I have been using this service for 3 years and in the past few months that if my medical information was time critical I would be suing them for gross malpractice.They have almost never picked up the phone, they wont respond to emails, they sent my medical information to the wrong hospital once. They screwed up my prescription three times, I called, they failed to actually update the prescription, I do it a second time in person in front of me they failed to update the prescription.I have to print out my medical records because they cant be trusted to send it. Its been a living nightmare dealing with this place for the past months. Stay the hell away at all costs.

Kelly Brown is absolutely phenomenal, both as a doctor and a person. She genuinely cares about her patients and wants to do anything she can to help. Im sad I moved across the country, shes the best doctor Ive ever had!

Your new D.O. Dr Gulati is really helping my neck and back pain. I have never liked anyone touching me so this is a first time having a massage. It hurts when he hits the pressure point, but when hes through, I feel so much better and can move without pain. My neck was first, my lower back is next. Im seeing him every 2 weeks for 2 months. I should be a new person when he gets done👍

Dr. Doris Nessetti is a wonderful, caring gynecologist who listens to her patients and is always professional and thorough. Her office staff is also very pleasant and helpful. I have been seeing her since moving here in 2013 and have never felt rushed or slighted in any way. She listens to all questions and will make the appropriate referrals if necessary in a timely manner. I highly recommend her!

This place is very nice and the staff is super friendly and accommodating, from the nurses assistants to PAs to the doctor himself. Kellie is a wonderful person and embodies what a medical provider should be. I will never forget her and wish her the best in all that she does. I did not get a chance to meet Dr. Nessetti but he oversaw my care with Kellie, and he was on board with what I wanted to do every step of the way. These amazing people helped me when I desperately needed it, advocated for me to insurance and drug manufacturers, and they truly cared about my success. Thank you for helping me get my life back and allowing me to begin a new chapter.

I called their office this morning and they were able to get us in for a same-day appointment for our newborn. I’ve been coming to AllCare for years and they still can’t get my prescriptions right. No one ever answers the phone and instead of seeing a doctor and getting simple prescription refills on the same day, they manage to screw it up and it it takes over a week to get it straightened out. Everyone seems to be more interested in office gossip and their lunch breaks than their patients. Its amateur hour all day every day. It’s an absolute joke.

I cannot recommend a better practitioner than Gerald Marshbanks at Allcare Medical. He is accessible, engaged, and in the present when caring for his patients.

The plan they came up with may seem simple but made a dramatic difference in my life. In this day & age people are quick to complain but these astute medical professionals are top of the line & I consider myself fortunate to have found them.Im a 64 y/o Veteran who receives the major of my care at the VA. I had been on alot of medication for pain & anxiety for decades. Trying to get off these meds has been extremely challenging. The stigma around addiction and fear of negative judgement can make one reluctant to ask for help & leave one feeling scared & alone. I found out about Dr Nessetti & PA Sean Gast. I live in Largo but made the drive to see Sean Gast anyway. Im glad I did. Sean made me feel at ease & was not judgemental.I found I could be completely honest with Sean which is a very important factor in a Doctor/Patient relationship.They are reviewing my case to see if & how they can help me. I will update this review after I hear from them. All in all Im very happy with my office visit. All the staff was kind and courteous and I was seen quickly. Highly recommend AllCare Medical and hope to have an ongoing relationship with them.My P.A. Sean Gast unfortunately had to move on. His replacement Gerald is outstanding. He has above average listening skills, is extremely thorough, and very easy to get along with. The entire staff reflects how well the management does their job. Excellent services all around.

Wow! Not only is this facility CLEAN, but everything is in pristine condition! The staff was professional and the doctors were amazing! Best decision ever! Changed my doctor of 12 years, 100% improvement. Dr. Matt is the best! He is caring and compassionate but his vast knowledge in so many areas is what I value most. The front desk people could do a little better but they are pretty nice too. My visit at AllCare was great thanks to their convenient and beautiful facilities, a quick and pleasant check-in, and a very knowledgeable and informative Physicians Assistant (Quinn). My husband has been tryinging to get a prescription renewal, he even personally went to the Lakewood Ranch office, has called a total of seven times each time being assured that the PA would get the message but still does not have med. Worst place ever.

My experience with all care medical has been nothing but wonderful since moving to Florida. They are kind and efficient. Their offices are very clean and they offer family medical,gynecological , psychological and pediatric care all under the same roof. Very happy that my family and I will all be going to the same office.

I started going here because I was told masking and vaccinations were not mandatory. We are undecided on which vaccinations to give our daughter, and when we may want to start them. The first visit here to see if we wanted to call All Care our family’s home base went great. No one forced us to mask ourselves and it was confirmed that we can also make our own choices in regards to vaccinations. Since then, every single time we have been back, masks are pushed and required. Also, the first PA we saw was really pushy about vaccinations. I kind of feel baited and switched to be honest. We changed over to Daniel, one of the nurses, and he is far less pushy so we are content for now. Also we were told to wait several months to see the actual Dr. we came here for, Dr. Nessetti. When I finally requested an appointment in the time period they suggested, they told me he was no longer taking new patients unless you pay a $2,000 fee per year upfront. What happened here? I’m still giving 4 stars due to it being a nice facility and Daniel is a very pleasant nurse. Still one of the few places you can go that don’t make you start filling your baby up with toxins at only 2 months old, so that also earns some stars. Overall though, I feel kind of duped.

Met with Lindsay R, who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my issue. She reviewed my summary of my incident with vertigo and walked me through the Epley maneuver. Today, the day after my appointment, I woke up feeling almost completely normal after 6 days. Thanks to Lindsay for her consult and compassion. I am completely satisfied with my experience at AllCare.

My provider, Mrs Kellie Roesch is amazing. She is highly knowledgeable and ultra professional in her mannerisms. I recommend All Care Medical Centers to other patients.

I moved to Florida from Illinois in late December 2020. I needed to find new health insurance as well as new doctors. Having the same health providers for over 15 years left me feeling far from up to the task. Thanks to a tour of the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area from my sister, we drove past the building with AllCare Medical. A quick trip inside for information from the front desk staff left me feeling this would be a good fit. Staff are friendly and took time to give me a tour of the clinic. My new primary care doctor is very much like the one I had in Illinois. This has been the easiest part of my move, by far!

Ive been a patient at AllCare for 3 years now and the APRN, PAs, and MDs are all so knowledgeable and kind. I now have Kellie Brown, and she is so experienced and caring. I truly feel Ive had the best care, encountered the nicest folks. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Very satisfied with All Case experience. Was able to get immediate appointment. Brief wait in sunny patient waiting area. Staff polite and proficient. Especially impressed with Physician Assistant, Janet Cole. She listened carefully, and answered questions completely. The only problem I had was with calling the center. Phone rings a long time before answering. One time a person didn’t answer, but picked up to stop ringing and put down. Maybe there was a shuffle of new staff. Hope this has been rectified.

I always feel assured and safe in Dr Matt and Dr Doris. They are the best and I am so happy that they were referred to myself and family. Dont ever want to change their services. They are for real and absolutely fantastic along with the staff which all should be recognized for their dedication and hard work. THE BEST.

I have been a patient for around 10 years in my time with Dr. Matt he has been more to me then just my doctor, we talk like we are brothers, he is always easy to talk to and will talk about anything on my mind. Dr.Matt is incredibly smart and is always studying something so that he can help people. I made a change to AllCare several months ago hoping to find to a more comprehensive approach to my medical care and Im happy to say I believe I found what was I looking for. My provider and the entire staff do a great job each step of the way. Concerns are thoroughly addressed, referrals have been positive, and calls are promptly returned. Im glad I made the switch.

This is one of the worst offices I have ever had to deal with. We had questions on why the office was requiring such frequent office visit to refill a basic medication. After speaking with multiple people, no one could answer. We moved on to the office manager and met with a idk and a shoulder shrug No one communicates. No one can give you answers. As a Registered Nurse for the past 27 years, I must say that I just love Dr. Doris Nessetti! Having to visit a doctor office is never fun, but at AllCare, I rarely sit in waiting room longer than 2-5 minutes, quickly get triaged in and seen by Dr. Doris in minutes for my quick visit/procedure. I feel like family when I receive care from anyone in the office. My healthcare needs are fully managed by this amazing practice.

AllCare medical continues to be an outstanding GP practice. They have increased their capabilities in all diagnosis areas. We are pleased to haven them as our primary care staff. Gerald Marshbanks is the best GP PA that i have seen

These guys are the best. Their PA Sean has some of the best bedside manner that I’ve had from a healthcare professional. Their office is extremely welcoming and clean. I also had a male procedure done by Dr. Nessetti recently after my wife and I’s third child and he took an absolutely terrifying situation and did everything in his powers to make me as comfortable as possible, I think I even cracked a laugh. Needless to say we are going to make sure and establish out entire family with their office. Great job team!

Overall facility is clean, modern and comfortable. Front desk is friendly and efficient. Providers are knowledgable, caring, and do not rush the appointment.

I really do enjoy coming to this office for my daughters care. We have been going since she was born. The only frustration I have is they never have the vaccines she needs in stock. We do not have insurance so I pay out of pocket. They offer free vaccines for those with no insurance which was great in the beginning. Over the last year they never have in stock what my daughter needs which has put her way behind. I would call ahead and ask what they had in stock before appointments but by the time the appointment came they were either out or they were expired. I have asked several times for someone to email me when they get a new shipment in and no one ever has. Other than that we really do enjoy this office and the care they provide.

Moving to Sarasota, FL with my husband and our 4 children has always been a dream of ours, but with this, comes stressors like finding new doctors and such, especially ones that are loving, warm, welcoming, trustworthy and focuses on true health. We found all of that and more at AllCare and so blessed to be able to take our whole family there. Thank you, AllCare for providing the best health care to our family and treating all of us like your own.

When I started with the practice, I was a little skeptical at first. Recently, however, my mind has been completely changed. I have to say that the office staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are always so accommodating and I have gotten in the same day, which is very hard to do.Dakota Holt (ARNP) is very knowledgeable and has great patient care! I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a Family Medicine doctor.

Went in for a vasectomy with Dr. Nessetti and went well. I deal with an intense fear of anything medical and the nurse and Dr both picked up on it and were amazing in working with me.10/10 would recommend

I’m so disheartened writing this review because my children have had awesome experiences in the care of Kelly Brown. This review is solely based on the front end operation not that of the health care providers themselves. My husband had a visit in June/July to help discover some reoccurring health concerns, testing was ordered. After a few months All Care called to collect payment that was apparently “left over” from what our insurance covered. That “left over” payment was higher than a straight up out of pocket visit cost. So there lays problem number 1. Problem number 2 is that I have called no less then 20 times to inquire about the test results preformed nearly 5 months ago… I am either passed around, hung up on, promised a call back, or the phone just rings and rings with no answer at all. I was told they never got the results then that they got the results and someone would call me by the end of the day… of course I heard from no one… this is nearly a $750 visit for no answers, no urgency, and what feels like straight up neglect. Shameful and unprofessional. Needless to say we will never go back. Still waiting on those results and an explanation for payment as I type this.

I have to say the PA did not listen to me well,I felt very rushed like she had set a timer or something. I cannot believe that they are rated 4.9. Good luck if you are already a captured patient! She didn’t know any of my history whatsoever. She did not even bring her laptop into the room therefore she could not look up my blood work when I asked her about the results. This is not the kind of healthcare I am used to getting. Believe me, I worked as a staff nurse in a Major Chicago Hospital for 39 years, and worked during the pandemic. Retired 6 months ago.Disappointed.

I absolutely love my doctors at All Care!!! I love the way they consult with me and talk through what we need to do to treat my issues. Constantly making sure my medical needs are met. I highly recommend looking into using their faculty to meet and exceed your medical needs.

Scheduling for a new pt appt was just terrible. They dont call you. Doctors walking out on them. They wait for you to walk in and reschedule instead of calling. Been rescheduled twice. Both times i had make sure I was still on their books.. third reschedule, i just didnt show up. They didnt have respect for my time. So i shall show no respect for theirs. as a health care professional. A patient shouldnt go through this.

The visit that my son who is 5 had with PA Sean Gast was incredible! Never in my life have I had a better experience with a Healthcare professional. He respected all my decisions as a mother! He spent a good 20-30 minutes with my son talking to him asking him questions he listened and was so genuine. I HIGHLY recommend Sean Gast if youre looking for a pediatrician who truly cares and respects you ans your child!

I am taken care of by Taylor and Julie each month. It has not always been smooth sailing especially when medicine don’t arrive than do arrive and the stress of it all is a lot. Taylor does the beat she can. I trust no one to do this process but Jules. A knowledgeable employee that you may not alway see on surface as warm but all I can say is she saved my life and continues to show a level of love and compassion that at first in early days I questioned. She reads me like a nook know where I am at all of the time and when emotional a raw, a hug or hold is always in the visit. I value and adore these two women who regardless of how prickly I can be at times still come to the table loving me and caring for me where other doctors in the county failed to do so in recent days.

Dr. Jen was personable, helpful, and open in sharing ideas about what’s best for my personal health. I appreciate her reciprocity.

My Daughter and myself see Dr.Sosa for Therapy, she is fantastic. I feel not only does my daughter have a trusted therapist to help her work through issues, but she also has a trusted friend. The MA team there is great as well.

I really liked Dr Nesseti, very professional and compassionate. Unfortunately I went for my follow up visit with a NP (I dont even know her name), she was only 3 minutes in the room, I wasnt too convinced with her explanation of my labs results but well other than that what I really didnt like was that my prescription, almost 3 hours later wasnt ready and today 4 days later I still dont receive the confirmation of it.

Julie Finn is great to work with. She helped me with what I needed, understanding all my various issues and meds.That said I wish the front staff wore masks. Since many of us entering a doctors office have compromised health it would be reassuring and considerate for them to do so, especially during peak of omnicron.

I recently had an emergency with my son that needed attention immediately! I was so very thankful at the customer service I have seen at this practice. That day moments before picking up my son I called the office and they immediately told me to come right in and see them. I have never been more pleased with a practice as I am with All Care Medical! They have always taken such great care of my family.The time and attention each of the staff spends making sure you get the care you need is one of a kind! This place is always friendly and I always get the help that I need when trying to schedule a quick last minute appointment. As a parent of two, I can honestly say I wouldn’t dream of taking my family anywhere else. If you live on the local area this is your family health care provider ! Always on top of it !! My family has been going to AllCare for 3 years. This is a great practice! Dr. Nessetti truly cares about his patients and practice. The office is always very clean. The front desk is much better at returning calls and answering the phone. Dr. Nessetti has called us back to address emergencies even with an upcoming holiday and on the weekend. It can be difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Matt Nessetti at times, but there are many other competent providers there. I really miss Sandy and Dakota. :( They were awesome!
