Rudest place only one in the place and had to wait 30 to be seen while the lady took her time getting packages for the UPS why couldnt she get the package done after she took me whitch only take me less then 5 minutes to be seen but made me wait untill she was done p.s your website says you close at 6 not 5:45 also i got there at 5:30 lets say 5:35

To anyone that is thinking about using this place for their Labs SHOULD NOT !! If youre going to spend that kind of money on your labs (we paid around $600) go somewhere that you are appreciated .. this was the first time coming here , September is her name , and she is the only one working there . When we walked in , we already felt anxiety from her . She was on the phone with someone and she was having attitude . My husband and I looked at each other and said we should go somewhere else because we wont get go service here . But because we didnt have enough time to go somewhere else and pick up our child from school so we decided to stay . Bad bad idea ... we recieved our results thru email and was told that she has already faxed it over to the doctor as well . Well 5 days later , the doctor still has not gotten it . I called September and asked her nicely to fax it again and also made sure it was the correct fax number . She had me speak the fax number to her and she said yes thats the one shes been faxing and everytime its busy and wont go thru . So I said oh ok , well can you try now to see if it goes thru , she refuses to . She kept saying LIKE I SAID .. Ive been and its busy ... so I said ok I will call the doctor to see if they are having issues with their fax .. and they checked and said no , that theyve been getting fax from everywhere coming in . So I called September back and just asked her please can you try and fax it again , thats the doctors office has no issues with their fax .. and she was annoyed and irritated and said well LIKE I SAIDDDD ... I have been faxing and its busy .. theres nothing I can do ... well I have to go now and hung up ... so now I have to go print out the results and drive all the way to plant city to give them the results .. thank God I had ask to have the results emailed to me AND FAXED .. or else I would have never gotten my results .. when we was there , she looked very miserable .. and annoyed .. should have left and brought my money somewhere else . She told us that shes taking over that business , right now shes working there only .. so thats why I wrote this review so the owner could read it and know what this lady is doing to his business . UNACCEPTABLE ... RUN FROM THIS PLACE

The owner of this store need to be proud of the store employer september - she is a professional , empathetic and is an amazing employee - we went for a blood test from an external vendor test kit for a 6 year old kid (just an fyi: we encountered a horrible experience from another any lab test now from wesley chapel, where we had a worst experience with that employee , she was not only rude and unprofessional but un empathetic)So we had to run to the brandon store as the store names match. Here fortunately we had an exact opposite reaction after the way september dealt with us. We are so happy the way we are returning now with our kid. Thank you so very much september you are an amazing worker and keep doing your good job. The world runs with such good and great people who puts their soul in the work they do and behave with customers. If i were the store owner i would have appreciated and given her a big bonus for the upcoming holidays.

Great service! Fast and efficient, friendly too. I thought I had left my wallet at home, September was so nice...she was going to draw my labs and let me call back to pay. Ended up finding my wallet in my car...thankfully! Just the fact that she was willing to trust me is a GREAT thing! Highly recommend them for all of your lab needs if you have to pay out-of-pocket...great affordable prices.

I was intrigued by the rating -- highest Ive seen. They did not disappoint. Quick and easy. Excellent customer service. Beautiful little place. Not much more expensive than Quest Insurance Copays on their ridiculous $1000 bills (and if you have a dystopian deductible dont even bother with your insurance). This place was about 9x cheaper, in my experience.

I have to tell you about my recent experience here at the Brandon location. To start, I had called to ask about pricing and scheduling. September answered and was very professional and courteous. I emailed her my orders from my doctor and she quickly replied with cost and what I needed to do prior to coming in.Now, keep in mind, I hate needles and the whole idea of being poked for blood does not sit well with me. So I was very concerned about going in but my doctor was requiring me to do so.So I get there today and September was very calming and reassuring and went over and above to calm my fears. I barely felt a thing as she poked me and cant believe how great and easy the whole process was. I only wish that for the future, I could only have September be the one to draw blood. She was the best ever. Im 46 and still not a fan of needles.

I traveled from Lakeland to have lab work done for probation! Only place around that could see me without a prescription from a doctor. My experience was very nice! The doctor as well as the front office lady was very very nice and laid back. When she took my blood I didnt even feel a thing! I would recommend this place highly for anyone looking for a good place and a good price with little wait time.

September was warm and welcoming upon our arrival, had us fill out a brief intake form since it was our first visit and both myself and my spouse were in an out ini less than 25 minutes! As a business owner I us this company to track all my screening. The woman there is quick knowledgeable and treat all my employees very fair. This place is incredible. I needed some labs run (more expanded thyroid panel) that would have cost a small fortune for my doctor to run. Any Lab Test Now allowed me to select things I want to test and they were quick, professional and well priced. The results came back in 24 hours, even the cortisol scores which were done in the evening just before they closed. Bernisha at the Brandon office was a great help too in selecting which tests to run. I will be returning there for sure to follow up on my tests.

I have to say, I have had my share of bad blood draws& some good ones as well.. I get my blood drawn every 2 months and a IV infusion every seven week. September was the woman who took my blood today at Any Lab Test Now, and she was fantastic. I literally didn’t feel the needle.

I had such a great experience here! I was in and out in under 20 min., which is un heard of in any kind of medical office!!!! The employee, September was extremely nice and knowledgeable, explained everything to me every step of the way. I had around 7 different tests done and I got my results in less than 24 hours! We needed to get some bloodwork done on a Saturday, for my husbands grandmother. The owner called us back directly. Spent a lot of time helping us navigate what we needed to figure out for our insurance vs. self pay. Was even willing to send us to his competition, if that was going to serve us better. Grateful for honest people, willing to take the time to help us. Navigating the health care system has been a bear!

I simply called with a couple of questions and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I accidentally misheard the fax number and she plainly told Well if you paid attention to what I was saying you would have heard it correctly. Really? No one needs that attitude from anyone! I thought about just telling her forget it and finding another place to go but decided to just get the call over with. If they are that rude on the phone I dont know if I want to find out how theyll treat me in person. So Im taking my business elsewhere.

I get tested about 6 times a year and I always come to this Any Lab Test. I get testing done that needs to be sent out the day I go in and they have never failed at getting my results out. They also do Pregnancy and Paternity tests for court or your own info and drug screens..heck, practically any test you can think of, and best of all, you dont need a Doctors prescription to get them done. Why pay for the office visit? They will also let you test anonymously, say for STDs. Best prices in town, just call Quest or LabCorp and see!

Heres a little story for you about taking charge of your own health. I am pregnant and my regular OBGYN wasnt too concerned about me going into preterm labor since I went full term with my last child. I went into preterm labor with my twins, but they assume it was for the fact that I was so tiny carrying twins. Well then I go for a level 2 ultrasound, my cervix looks fine (no signs of preterm labor), I see that doctor for a few minutes, just long enough for him to tell me everything looks great. A couple days later I go back to my regular OBGYN, and they tell me the level 2 doctor I saw wants me on progesterone shots because of my age and history with the twins. So now they recommend the shots too and really pushed for me to have them. I told them Id like some information on it first and would let them know, but that they could start the process of getting permission from the insurance company (this made them happy enough to leave me alone). I did ask if theyre worried about low progesterone, why dont they test for it? Her answer was basically that they just dont do that. Okay, so with that said, the list of side effects for this medication include the very thing that its meant to prevent, preterm labor, miscarriage, and stillborn birth! Are you kidding me!? They want you to take this medication, with possible terrible side effects, without even knowing if you really need it. Well, because Im a take charge of my own health person, I go to AnyLabTestNow, and order my own damn progesterone test. You know what, Ill consider the medication, if in fact my progesterone is low and I really need it. Then it might be worth the risks. Well, just got blood work back and my progesterone is just fine, WELL within the normal range for second trimester! Needless to say, I will NOT be doing those shots, and Im so glad Im a take charge of my own health type person and dont just do whatever the doctor wants without doing any research on my own first. I think it used to be where you could really trust your doctor, but now it seems they just want to push medications and procedures on you. Is it REALLY about whats best for the patient, or is it whats best for their own pockets and bonuses? At least now, God forbid I did go into preterm labor, Id know it wasnt due to my progesterone levels OR because I was taking some harmful medication. I am so grateful AnyLabTestNow exists and that I can always rely on them to be there to order my own tests when needed.
