My daughter recently visited TrustCare for a medical appointment, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects.Positive:Friendly Staff: The staff at TrustCare were extremely friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease thanks to their warm demeanor and willingness to assist.Clean Facility: The clinic itself was spotless and well-maintained. The waiting area was comfortable, and the examination rooms were clean and organized.Negative:Insurance Miscommunication: One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was the issue with insurance. The TrustCare website clearly indicated that they accepted my insurance, which was a major reason I chose their clinic. However, when I arrived in person, I was told that they did not accept my insurance. This caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience, as I had to figure out alternative payment options on the spot.In conclusion, while TrustCare has a lot of positives, such as friendly staff, a clean facility, and the miscommunication regarding insurance acceptance was a significant drawback. I hope they can address this issue to ensure a smoother experience for future patients.

Love the staff here got in and out very quickly very knowledgeable staff and very nice and smiling staff here love the people they have working makes you feel very welcome

I went in today with Covid. I was seen pretty quickly, which I wasnt expecting given that it was labor day.Ive been here several times and each time I am seen quickly and the visit is fine, but the team that took care of me today was absolutely wonderful.

I took my son there today for a burn on his arm. This is absolutely the best service I have ever received from any medical staff ever. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the immediate care and professional service they provided. They went way above and beyond what is expected and normal. They are true professionals and committed to helping others!

I cut my thumb while preparing a meal this morning and received six stitches. Trustcare at Brandon is hands-down the most caring, compassionate group of people I have seen for any healthcare. I highly recommend Trustcare for quick and courteous service.

The staff here were absolutely outstanding! I went for a drug screen for a new employer and arrived at about 5:15pm, and wasn’t aware that the cut off time for drug screens was 5pm. Even though that was my fault, the lady at the front went out of her way to go speak with the lady in the back to see if she’d still do my test even though I was late. And they said yes. Not only that, but the friendliness of the front ladies as well as everyone I came into contact with in the back, including the lady who did my drug test, was something you just don’t find anywhere anymore. Amazing experience with this amazing and caring and friendly staff! I’ll definitely be returning to the West Government Street Brandon, ms location even though it’s out of the way for me when I need a clinic! That’s how great my experience was!

Everyone person at trustcare cross gates are kind, caring, and supportive. They ladies at check in always have a smile on their faces and are welcoming. Dr. Campbell is so understanding and attentive.He actually listens to his patients which I believe does not happen very often these days! Dr. Campbell takes he’s time with when he comes in the room with you I never feel rushed. The nurses are gentle, always smiling, and always willing to help. I come here every couple of months for migraines and always leave knowing that I will feel 100% better a few minutes later because Dr. Campbell gave the combination of medication to knock it out fast! Thank so much for your understanding and loving care and support of your patients.

Service was great, facility is very clean! I was amazed at how fast they get you back to a room. Clint, NP was so nice and explained your diagnosis, medicine, and labs. He personally called me with my lab results. His nurse Kelly was so nice and a great personality! She gave me 2 shots and I didn’t even feel them. Overall I was very satisfied and even though I was sick, it was an excellent visit!!!!

I went to TrustCare to do a random drug screen as requested by my company, when I got there the two lovely ladies (Karena and Lawanda) at the receptionist desk were excellent, professional, and very polite. The service was equally great. Thank-you guys for a smooth transition.

Got called back WAY faster than I expected. Loved that there was no paperwork, you just fill everything out on your phone, including the copay. The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were all super friendly too. By far the best walk-in clinic Ive ever been to.

Despite being extremely short staffed and fully booked, the service was quick, all the staff, nurses, assistants, front desk etc., were all very friendly. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and worked quickly with a smile.

Everyone I came into contact with were very nice. The NPT & assistant seemed to be very interested and concerned with helping my pain. They listened very intensively as I described my pain and how it happened. The lady that took my x-rays was exceptionally nice. TrustCare is my go-to urgent care.

The people there were extremely friendly and helpful! They made it quick and easy and made most of my medical anxiety disappear. I will definitely be returning.

I have been here several times. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. The nurses and doctors are fabulous and treat you like you are the only patient there. I had a very short wait and was tested and diagnosed quickly! This is the place to go if you need urgent care!!!!

From the moment I walked into the clinic it was if I were the only person needing assistance all staff members were courteous professional friendly and informative everything that they did or plan to do was explain to me clearly before anything was done I wish I had been aware that as a veteran of these United States Vietnam era I had a choice to come to the this Clinic God bless you and thank you you dont have to change a thing just keep doing what you do

I went in on a Monday for severe stomach pains saw the nicest nurse practitioner I believe his name was Steve cabell. The xray machine was getting maintenance done and three people also stuck me half a dozen times and couldn’t find a vein (I have deep veins so I understood) so he advised me to come back Wednesday when there would be a phlebotomist there and the xray would be working then. So I came back Wednesday and got blood taken and got the x ray and was told the nurse practioner would be calling me that Friday or Saturday or even Monday. Well on Friday I called 3 seperate times to see if I could get the results and was hung up on or just brushed off. Well my stomach pains were getting worse and so 30 minutes before they closed I went up there in person and asked to speak to the nurse practioner but was told he was gone for the day so I asked for my results to my tests and left. I went to the er and found out I had appendicitis and had emergency surgery to get my appendix taken out. It is now a week and 3 days later and I still have not heard anything about my results (I obviously don’t need them anymore) but the people working at this place don’t know that. I am very disappointed and upset I was not called back and that I was hung up on and dismissed by the front desk staff. I will not be going back to this trustcare. I have always loved the staff here but sitting at home in severe pain and looking forward to someone calling you and giving you answers was brutal and very unprofessional. I had brain surgery in January to have a shunt put in and thought there was something wrong with my shunt because the front desk person was trying to read me my xray results over the phone even tho she wasn’t a nurse nor a doctor and had no clue what she was talking about and scared me. It doesn’t take almost 2 weeks to call someone to give them the results. It was a waste of my time to even go there.

Went in for left ear pain and not able to hear with left ear.A quick exam, then a cleaning of outer ear canal, was told the muffled sound would clear up in one or two days.No problems after I got back home and started decongestants.This is my second time to use Trust care, in 10 years.Always friendly caring and knowledgeable staff.I will definitely use Trust care if needed anytime.

I came in for problems with my stomach . I stayed there 2 hours before seen . They took my blood callled me and said it’s viral that it was contagious and was sending me some meds in I waited till 3:30 went to Walgreens and had nothing there ! I then called TrustCare and she told me that the doctor was about to call it in . Now it’s 8:43 and I went up there again just to find out they didn’t call anything in . So now I’m about to go to the emergency room so. I can get treated for what’s wrong with my stomach . Thanks for y’all’s hard work

Dr. Steve Cabel always tries to solve your issues, he has got the best personality and cares for you individually, he should have his own practice, he listens and has a smile that always brightens your dampen day.

I waited 3 hours to be seen, but the experience was quick and easy. Clint was attentive and very compassionate so that was great. I came in feeling extremely bad with a 103 temp and found out that it’s the flu. Overall, great care! I have no complaints.

I been to several doctors, and they treated with out feelings, here at the moment I get there, they welcomed me with smile, care and worried a bout my health! Who does that now days? I fell humanize and care.

Everyone from the front desk to nurse to NP were so kind and caring, as well as professional! Plus, I was in and out fast!

Every person I came in contact with at the front desk, the nurse, and the nurse practitioner were all so friendly and helpful. That makes a huge difference when you’re not feeling well. They got me in and out quickly even with a very busy schedule on their hands.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive to everything I say. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are warm and make me feel welcome every time I visit this office. I wish this was a primary care facility rather than just urgent care.

Long wait time. Took almost three hours to be seen. I understand that the clinic is busy and that it is sick season. That staff was wonderful and listened to my symptoms, taking care to ask questions about medications I can or can’t take. I felt like death when I walked in, and the care of the staff made me dread the visit a lot less

I went on a Saturday and it was supposed to be quick and easy. The lady was being difficult saying I didn’t have enough pee , when I knew for a FACT I did . So I had to come back that Monday and take it no lie I was in there for a good 1hr and 30 and I got it done and everything was smooth.

Well for one thing I wasnt there all day like I have been at other places. The doctor was very personable and nice and ordered my shot and wrote me the prescription the nurse gave me the shot. One of the nurses was just over the moon sweet

Nearly 1.5 hours waiting in a patient room and completely ignored.Checked in at 11:40 AM- finally canceled my appointment and left at 1:22PMI want to add that on this day 10/09/23 the 2 ladies working the front desk were amazingly sweet and apologetic. They were the ONLY saving grace to this place.At the very least, keep your patients informed of their wait time and acknowledge they exist instead of abandoning them in a room for over an hour!

Was seen quickly and all my questions were answered promptly. NP Cabell was very professional, did a full assessment, and quickly gave a proper diagnosis. The clerks in front were courteous and polite. The tech took my vitals correctly and with a great attitude. Overall amazing visit considering how cruddy I felt.

If I could leave no stars I would.Got here as a walk in at 9 AM. Didn’t get in a room until 2:05 pm. I was diagnosed with flu B, and finally left around 3. Once my scripts were sent into my pharmacy the pharmacy was out of stock so I called the clinic back to send it to another pharmacy, they sent in 1 script (I had 3 total) and after calling multiple times to get all my prescriptions I was completely ignored. Never got my scripts. Other than the longest wait known to man kind, my overall experience is that they do not have it together at this clinic.

I always have a pleasant experience at the TrustCare in Crossgates. NP Jeff Duckworth really knows his stuff. He seems confident in his diagnosis and the treatment plan. Hes a always a pleasure to talk to as well. I usually go out of my way to visit this location because of my confidence in the treatment I receive there.

I was the sickest that I’ve ever been in my life. I can not express how kind, gentle, and thorough these health care professionals were with me. It was top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so thankful and grateful for this clinic. I’ve been multiple times and they’ve always been great, but this time was EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you!!!

Yalls music was way too loud! We are coming in with pounding headaches at the very least. Id expect more of a library vibe not a poolside bar vibe.Also worth mentioning that one of the front desk ladies had a cough and sniffles the whole time never covering her mouth once 🤔I also waited 4 hours for my prescription to be told they hadnt received anything. Its now 9pm and the pharmacy is closed.

It was my first visit. I had to wait a little while to be seen by the nurse, but once I did, I was taken care of pretty fast. I felt instant relief before I left. Ill definitely go back again if I cannot get an appt with my primary care provider.

I believe it was NP Kellie Watkins that treated me, she was incredible! She was very thorough treating my infected finger and made sure to be as kind and gentle as possible treating it. Another medical professional helped her exam the wound and she was also very helpful and nice. Even the ladies at the front desk were wonderful.I went in with a pain level at 9 and left with it at maybe a 4, woke up this morning after treating it with the medicine she prescribed and there’s no pain at all and my finger looks almost completely healed!I will definitely use TrustCare every time!

The staff were nice. It was efficient for the most part. It normally takes a long time to complete a visit there; however, this time, I went in the afternoon and I was there for an hour and a half. I’ve been there before for 3-4 hours at a time. So the timeliness has improved and I hope it continues to do so!

Visited on a Sunday in which I was told I came in the busiest day, however the whole staff was extremely nice despite the mad house. I was in and out at a timely manner and their facility was very clean. I will be visiting again if Im in the area and need their services!

Huge shoutout to Ms. KRYSTAL who was absolutely WONDERFUL! She was sooooo friendly and her positive, bubbly personality made my whole day! She truly made a dreadful doctors visit sooooooo pleasant and enjoyable!!!!! Ms. Emily ( as well as the doctor and front desk people whose names I missed) were also very lovely. My appointment unintentionally neared closing time, but they took the time to get me taken care of. Thank you guys!Update: This place doesn’t fail to impress!! I recently returned and had the pleasure of meeting more of their wonderful staff !I was one of the last ones to be called out of the packed waiting room and it amazed me how MR.GREG was able to remain so positive and upbeat! Before the doctor arrived he patiently took time to address my concern and even drew a picture on his notepad to explain! A true savior of the day was Mr. BO ! He was super friendly and also very detailed while explaining the medical procedures . Not to mention he cured my symptoms on sight! I left the clinic feeling brand new!The staff truly made the wait time worthwhile!

My nurse today was the nicest I have ever had, anywhere! Second time I have seen the doctor that was there today, and he remembered me and was super on the ball and friendly.

I have received more help with my on-going issue from your nurse practitioner than my own PCP/nurse practitioner. I’m hopeful that my issue will now have a better chance of being resolved. I am so grateful for her!

I had a great experience at Trust Care. The staff from the front desk all the way to the staff in the back were extremely nice, considerate and caring. The doctor explained everything and the treatment plan. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return if I need any medical care.

Dr and nurses were great. Came in, tested negative for covid and strep. Dr. said it was a throat infection with some heavy inflammation. They gave me two shots and some antibiotics and 12 hrs later I already feel a difference for the better. Its conveniently close to my work as well. Id come again. The nurse and I talked about my anime phone case 😂

The people are great. From the ladies at the front desk, the techs, and the Nurse Practitioners - almost everyone takes the extra step of adding kindness to their service (which is, frankly, not always the case in the medical field today).The biggest thing I would change is the understaffing. I know this is a nationwide issue but I would encourage Trustcare to look into creative hiring methods. With this, however, please incentivize your people already there to stay... not simply hiring new employees at higher rates and bonuses. Ive seen this done at a specialty facility I go to and the nurses who have been long term employers are miserable.Thank you for your service, Trustcare. Thanks for reading my thoughts. Everyone was very kind! I always enjoy the spirit of the staff! I was feeling very rough this morning when I came in and they were very attentive to my needs!

I have always used Trustcare but the last couple of times I have been in there, the two girls up front have been so unprofessional and very sarcastic. They act like they know what they’re doing but actually they are ignorant. It is not their business to talk about a patient or give their opinion of a situation!!! Their job is to check people in and out and to answer the phone. Not to gossip behind the desk about any patient that comes in period!! They need to get some better help up front bc those two are an embarrassment to Trustcare!!

Very professional yet I spoke too like a normal human being highly recommend!

The guy that came for my vital signs and asked about my symptoms acted like I was inconveniencing him.. he said “give me your finger” to put the oxygen thing on and ripped the blood pressure cuff off before it even stopped and when he left he slammed the door. I am not one to complain but I was absolutely floored. He then was the one to give me the shot and he didn’t even count before he stuck me. The NP was wonderful, but honestly his behavior was so bad I wouldn’t ever want to go back.

I had a great experience at Trust Care this morning! Almost everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Best clinic care I’ve ever had. My only complaint was there was a smell, possibly from construction work that was going on? I had come in partially for nausea and honestly the smell didn’t help that at all. But overall great and I’ll definitely be back

Came in Friday mid-morning. My lobby wait time was reasonable, they saw me quickly in the back, gave me shots and meds and I was out in less than 2 hours, which is perfect!!

Everyone was very nice, from the front staff, to the Nurse Practiciner. I was greated by 2 smiling faces, the ladies complimented my nails & seemed to genuinely care. The nurse Practiciner was very detailed about her plans to test me for various things & what meds she would administer. I was in and out within an hour. Great Experience

I was there to re-dress some stitches from a surgical procedure. Jeff and Emily were wonderful and took great care of me, but they were lacking supplies such as coban needed to dress my stitches properly. The front office workers are also top notch.

The physicians are quite nice. I cannot discredit them at all!I’ve been to this location multiple times and did not have to pay out of pocket because I over payed. Today I visited again. Although they seen a credited balance today, I had to pay out of pocket again. This was quite upsetting. Essentially, I just gave them money because I was ready to go.

They’re fast, professional and friendly! No long wait at all!!!

My experience has been very good the staff is very professional and I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes I am very satisfied and I do highly recommend this place.

Last minute visit. Going out of town and needed check up. Cold vs Covid/flu.In and out in less than an hour. Everyone was great from check in staff to the young man who took VS/swabs to NP who gave me my negative results!

Went well. Was seen quickly, but was left waiting for nearly an hour. Overall, positive experience. The heavy set front desk person should choose a different profession. She was rude and sickening. The other front desk person with short hair was very nice.

I came here because of the good reviews. Can easily say I should not have. If you want to sit and wait for TWO hours to even see a doctor… go ahead. I came because i was running 101 fever and severe body aches and they weren’t even going to test me for anything and tried to send me out with any antibiotics. Never coming back. Very very disappointed and frustrated.

The employees are always so helpful and nice. Even being a walk in clinic I was seen quicker than other walk ins I’ve been too.

Always a great experience. The providers actually listen to you instead of typing and nodding. Treatment options are always discussed instead of a shotgun approach. As a nurse, I appreciate that.

The service provided by the doctors and nurses is great. However the lady at the front clearly doesn’t understand English. Charged my card for a previous balance that had been paid after I told her three times. Took my card and did it anyway. I guess she was too concerned with the man at the counter she was too busy socializing with. Wouldn’t go to this branch ever again. Will never get my business again. Billing department will never update your balance.

Everyone is extremely friendly and shows compassion towards your situation. It makes you feel as comfortable as possible.

I’ve gone numerous times to this location as well as the flowood location and I always appreciate the level of care I receive. Trustcare clinic goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. I always recommend trustcare to friends and family.

I had such a nice and easy experience here! My husband got strep and he was in and out within 30 minutes! I started to fill I’ll later that day and even though my strep test came back negative, they still treated me to prevent it! Very nice staff!

The visit was quick, despite the increase of pts sick now from viruses ramping up, very friendly tech that worked up my vitals and the np Stephen is always amazing and thorough with his final diagnosis!

The front desk receptionist, nurse and NP was very professional and friendly, The wait time was less than 20 minutes and I was very impressed with the services provided. Outstanding!!

I literally was in and out .. I loved that part no long waiting at all! The nurse practitioner was very understanding. The rest of the staff was extremely friendly.

Always a pleasure going here. They are friendly and attentive. Wait times have been reasonable if not short. Great to have them close and available when you don’t have time to schedule an appointment with your primary care physician. I would highly recommend their experienced and skilled staff. We have used them for various family members, plus my wife knows some of the staff since she is employed at Merit Health in Brandon.

Wait times are ridiculous due to staff, I was the first one to walk in the door when they opened and an hour later still have yet to be seen. And of course the booking link doesn’t work.

In the midst of flu season , we only waited 15 before getting us back and then Bo ,CFNP was in within 10 minutes . Everyone was great , thanks for putting my child at ease when he was feeling crummy. This was my first time to visit this clinic. The quickness of seeing a medical professional and the thoroughness of care was a pleasant surprise. The time from walking in the door to the time I walked out the door was only one hour. Compared to other after-hour clinics I’ve visited, this was phenomenal!!! The Nurse Practioner who saw me took her time in listening to me, making a diagnosis and providing quality care. Everyone from front staff, to nurse who did intake to nurse practitioner were friendly, professional and efficient. I definitely will return in the future and recommend this clinic to others!!!

Very great service. First time coming and the new patient form to fill out was very short. Got called back promptly, saw the doctor, and was done in what seemed like notime at all. The quality of care felt welcoming and all the staff had a great attitude. Felt like I was heard and understood when describing my illness. Been a patient of Steve’s for a couple of years now... He’s a phenomenal practitioner, but even more importantly, he’s a genuinely good and down to Earth person. All of the girls, in both the front and the back, are always so sweet and professional... and possess excellent customer service skills, which are important even in an urgent care clinic. Erin is a fantastic little nurse, and goes far above and beyond to provide exceptional patient care. I just cannot say enough good things about this facility... which is why I still drive over there when I need medical care, even though I moved from the area 2 years ago. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been here two times in the last month. Sinus issues just won’t go away. Both nurse practitioners are great and actually listen to the patient. Allowed me int he decision making process on treatment options! Definitely would recommend! Spent less than an hour here both trips I took.

They are extremely professional. They smile, show sincere concern and actually respond if you call with a follow question or concern.

My visit was for a caugh and congestion the nurse prac was very helpful. And I did not have to wait very long before I was seen.

Waited for over 3 1/2 hours. Kept being told they were ready for me and would come get me in 5 minutes, only to sit for an hour and a half more without a word from reception.Doctor promised I would get called with my results in 2-3 days, its now been almost a week and Ive given up on hearing from them. I called twice to make sure they had my correct number. First lady said Id get a call back that day, and nothing. Next day a different lady told me they had no results for me at all.I was there for blood work for my pregnancy. I have a strong impression they forgot to send my blood sample to the lab at all or lost it altogether.

Trust care is awesome. I have had several visits at TrustCare. I feel a sense if caring as soon as I walk in the door. The staff is professional and friendly. The nurses are kind, and they do a great job getting all the necessary information to proceed with your doctor visit. The doctor is awesome.Thank you first care for your professional work.

When ever we need to see a Doctor for non-emergency illness, we visit Trust Care Express Medical Clinic. The facility is always clean and atmosphere friendly. Thank you for excellent care.

I called up to TrustCare today ( around 4:10) to see when they closed. The friendly reply was 5:00, but made sure I knew that they stop seeing patients at 4:30. I hurried and arrive at 4:25. I was greeted with two smiling, friendly ladies who were beyond professional and very helpful. The wait was not long. Once called back I was tended to by a very nice nurse who took my weight and assessed me for the Flu. Then the Nurse practitioner came in and politely asked about my symptoms and diagnosed me as having type A. We spoke for a few minutes about what to expect and how long it should last. Very friendly service from start to finish!!

I arrived at this Trustcare on 1-4-22 about 6pm and the lady told me that they werent seeing anyone else nevermind mind the fact that they close at 8pm. She told me to come back in the morning. So I returned on 1-5-22 @9:32 the two hanks up front (Felicia and Tameka) were rude and Tameka was singing from the radio as she was checking me in. If she had of been listening I wouldnt had to repeat myself. Four (4) hours later I get to go to a room. The nurse Felicia-different one- was wonderful as well as the doctor. On my way to check out front desk Felicia didnt even notice me there because she was looking at her email account and when she did see me she waved to me saying that I was good. I like trustcare because its convenient but the two hanks upfront need some customer service training.The Doctor and the Nurse Felicia were wonderful..

Dr Ducksworth is such a great doctor. He has great bedside manor and is very knowledgeable in his position!

I was out of state to visit family and fever and Illness hit me. I had trouble reaching the clinic by phone (tried 3-4 times) to Inquire about acceptance of my insurance. I decided to drive to the nearest location and ask in person. The 3 young ladies at the front were very kind and flashed beautiful smiles which was very welcoming. Once called back, the next person obtained my vitals, she was professional as well as friendly again. Once in the room, Meg was my provider. She was so kind, professional, insightful and again had a warm smile and receptive attitude. She seemed knowledgeable in her discipline and gave me what I believe was appropriate treatment. If all of healthcare had such wonderful customer service while displaying a solid foundation of knowledge, this world would be a little better place. Thank you Meg and team, fever is still climbing but I’m confident your treatment plan will prevail! Please pass this along to your clinic administrator for review.

Took my son in around 6pm for a school physical. It was the best experience from the time we walked in until the moment we walked out. The front desk ladies were awesome. The dr was absolutely a joy! And keep in mind it’s 6pm!! I was really pleased how they treated us.

The front desk women were rude. I understand having to wait in line for over an hour because tests are in high demand right now. But I got turned away because I didn’t have a physical copy of my insurance (I keep it on my phone) so I asked if email was an option and both said no because one doesn’t have a trustcare email (her place of employment) and the other didn’t bother to help even though she has an email. Then when I come back with physical copies she turned me around because they stop doing them at a certain time. As she’s telling me this other girl begins to laugh at the fact that I can’t get my test. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate.

I appreciate that the staff remembers who I am and that they are so friendly and accommodating to me. Even during this busy cold and flu season, they took the time to make me feel important- to truly understand what’s going on with me, and to create a treatment plan that is tailored to my specific needs. Our coach recommended this clinic as a walk-in option for a required sports physical for our teen son. Upon arrival, the staff said it wouldnt take long. After processing his paperwork and collecting the $25 fee up front, our son waited for over 2 hours before seeing a doctor for the 5 minutes required to complete the sports physical form. The waiting room was not crowded, and our visit was not during peak hours, so there was no reason to suspect such a delay. Unless you have unlimited time, I dont recommend this clinic for a sports physical.

Staff is always very nice and accommodating. I always feel as if I have a good understand of my diagnosis when I leave. When youre sick, waiting at the Drs office is the worst!!! Good news, TrustCare gets you in and out and feelings better in no time!!! I would recommend anyone to any of these facilities 😁🙏🏼

I’ve used them several times for my children as an after hours clinic. This was my first time as a patient but I went in for change of season sinus and allergy issues. They were wonderful! I was in and out within 30 minutes which included new patient paperwork, a lab test and a consultation with CFNP, 3 shots and 2 Rx. Also, this was after 7pm. Everyone was pleasant and had a great demeanor! We love trustcare and use them often.

I didn’t have to wait very long at all. Receptionists were very friendly. Nurses and Dr. Cabell gave thorough exam, fast diagnosis, and faxed in prescriptions.I always go here. I almost hate to rate them so well because it my best kept secret! 😊

Waited for 2 1/2 hours and there were still 13 people ahead of me. I left. It was deceiving too because people waited in their vehicles. Urgent Care it is not. WAY understaffed or they arent working. It was ridiculous and the worse medical experience Ive had in my 55 years of life. The front desk workers were friendly. I suggest they inform patients of the wait ahead of time.

Never had been there before but once paperwork was done got called back within a couple of minutes. Assessment went well and Dr followed in within 3 or 4 minutes. Thorough assessment by dr and ended up with prescriptions. Was in clinic only about 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and very professional. Would recommend them highly

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I tried to call for 2 straight days, with NO answer. When I finally reached someone on the third day, it was Felicia, who was rude then too! I was away from my home in Florida and got sick, I was looking for a doctor that could see me today without an appointment. I went in and was out in less than thirty minutes! Everyone especially the front desk my nurse and the doctor who took care of was very attentive and took care of me! I was quite impressed to say the least

Kind, friendly, and fast! Mrs. Peterson was my NP and she was awesome, knowledgeable, and informative! The staff here is why I haven’t taken time to look for a family physician yet. If you have a non-emergency issue or just need a check up, go see these great people!!

The wait time was great and most of the staff was really professional... except the original nurse/cna who took my temp and blood pressure. As I gave her my symptoms, she smirked and giggled. Then, when she took my temp she made a remark about it not being that high --even after I told her I took fever reducers before coming in. She continued to giggle and smirk every time she entered the room... implying I wasnt actually sick (twist ending Im actually sick!! Who knew??) Very unfortunate because the rest of the visit was good.

I love this place! I did not wait for over 15 min. From the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals to the doctor who saw me, I was treated with much friendliness and care. I felt like a person instead of a number. I will continue to go to this clinic!

So getting service was fast. Yet it took three people to get the cotton out my ear. And today it still hurts. And both ears are hurting. I think that they should be more profesional respecting their patients. Using the appropriate tools provided to do the job. A step is there to use it. Not to jump up next to the patient. I ask to be more professional.

My recent visit to TrustCare Express Medical was by far the most pleasant medical care experience ever. The staff was energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. I had fallen and injured my shoulder, so the last thing I wanted to do was go have it looked at and be subjected to poking, prodding and endless waiting while in pain. My visit was nothing like that. I entered TrustCare in Brandon, MS on Aug 17, 2022. I was suffering with severe pain related to sciatic nerve issue. The wait was lengthy which I anticipated due to many patients in the waiting area. Understanding the wait could be lengthy I settled in knowing that the excellent staff would eventually give me some much needed relief. I felt much better when I exited the clinic. I went there this morning for a very bad headache. Waiting for 3 hours altogether the doctor thought I made it all up and I was just coming in for pain medicine. I told him I had the same headache since Friday and tried otc medicine but nothing helped. He brushed me off and sent me home still suffering. No concern,nothing. I called the office twice and they all had attitudes and said they would email the doctor still nothing. I wouldn’t take my dog here if I had known I would be treated like that.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and lighthearted. Even though I felt terrible, the staff kind of helped me to forget that by being super friendly and jokey. I never felt rushed but everything was done in a timely manner. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

Took my 84 year old mother there that had fallen in the yard. Waited over an hour..: they took patients that checked in after us back before her. They never offered Ice so I finally asked for it. The receptionist was asleep at the counter when my sister went to check to see how much longer. She did not disturb her nap. We left and are now going to Baptist ER after a nurse family member Insisted after just seeing pictures of her that she needed to go to the er. We have been there a few times before but today was a total fail.

The doctor I saw was super thorough and wonderful all around! She didn’t seem rushed and showed compassion and care!

I can’t even begin to explain how nice and professional these people are. They’re very swift too! I walked in this morning with a handful of people in the lobby thinking “oh lord I’ll be here till lunch time”... I MAY have been there 45 mins total and was on my way back home. Everything flowed so incredibly smooth in this facility. The nurse even called an orthopedic surgeon to get advice on my fractured finger and called me back only a few hours later. Who does that? I’ve never in my life seen this kind of care as a patient. Their prices are very reasonable also. This is now the ONLY health care provider I will use. I’d give you guys 10 stars if google would let me.

Was a 🚶‍♂️ in. They were not busy had to keep asking over n over when can I be seen for my had to get DOT PHYSICALS n waited n front desk lady was on a private call. I asked to use my care credit card but she was to busy on the phone. Got to a room then again had to asked did yall forget about me. Not happy they had 3 customers there. Want be back. I still didnt get a receipt for the dot visit so got to go back up there cause she promised to email it but didnt!!Go to another place not there.

Wonderful nurses, doctors, and staff! The staff sat with me and explained all my options instead of just sending me home with a few medications and hoping that I feel better! Also, had me in and out in an hour and a half so I didn’t have to waste a full day waiting in the office

Trustcare is absolutely wonderful! I had never been there before and registration was a breeze. The waiting rooms are very clean and spacious, you arent sitting on top of one another. The staff were so sweet and really knowledgeable. I love the fact that they are open till 8 and am incredibly grateful for it! This place is a MILLION times better than MEA. I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend to everyone!

Absolutely love this clinic. They are super nice and courteous. I have been on two different occasions and both doctor and NP I saw were well knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone. Oh and if I am ever sick or in need of minor issues they are my first stop!!

I must say the doctors and nurses appeared to care and provide information! But the lady at the front desk to the right when walking in is a disgrace to the clinic! The other lady at the front desk was very helpful as I was being ignored by the other lady she stepped in and assisted me. What a bad influence she is on the newer employee!!!!

After 11 days in the hospital for Covid and a week at home, I came in for a follow-up appt. The dr told me I still had bilateral pneumonia. I have been taking injections for the last 3 days and am back to be checked again. I have been pleased with the drs and staff. I just wish they took appts so the wait was not so long.

If i could rate this clinic 0 stars i would. scheduled an appointment to get tested for covid-19 and still had to wait more than 2 hours after my appointment. they don’t have the drive through service which means even if i didn’t have covid-19 i could have been exposed to someone who did. since it’s a private clinic you would expect for them to take less time compared to free testing sites right ? but no. terrible costumer service too. i called to see if my results were back yet and a lady told me to keep calling since i couldn’t make an account online for my results. i keep calling for days but they would just answer the phone and hang up. when i finally got my results i asked if they could send them to my email so i could have some kind of proof. they said they couldn’t because of privacy reasons but i was giving them the same email i used to make my appointment so it doesn’t make any sense to me. now i have to go pick up the results at the clinic and be exposed to people who are getting tested. NEVER AGAIN !

Doesnt care to hear what you have to say. Tameka was very rude cut me off trying to tell her what was wrong. Est patient there. Last time went on 2 different occasions never knew what was really wrong. Except I should have had Covid. That us what they were wanting to treat me gor. They get a kickback o. Everyone has covid
