Metro Inclusive Health

When I heard the word “clinic” I was leary of what would be encountered, however, I was extremely pleased by the level of service given at Metro. From Myesha at the front desk to Denise, to Tracy to Dr. Mike, all were very helpful, kind and respectful. I truly appreciate their level of professionalism and service.

Speaking only of my personal encounters and visits, I am happy with the level of service and care I receive here. This includes, but not limited to the front desk (Receptionist), Mrs. Tracy (Nurse), Mrs. Peggy (Case Manager), and (Dr. Joseph Paruolo) who has surprisingly been extremely helpful and very kind to speak with. I have no doubt Dr. Michael Romeo was an excellent care provider, but I believe an equally excellent doctor (Dr. Paruolo) has join Metro Health.

Front desk lady was efficient. Unfortunately I was tested in an expired container meaning my labs were invalid. Isnt this your job? Now I have to waste my gas money and time to return. Incorrect.

Michael Romeo is great! First time feeling comfortable and listened to at a Doctors appointment. Also received lab results quickly!

Terrible help and information at the front desk. Also very hard to reach over the phone. Front desk associate seems like they need training and help understanding services metro offers. Was able to get a hold of the St.Pete office to get set up just fine.

Very disrespectful and gave me a hard time over the phone and put me on hold just to not speak to me just triggered my symptoms n gave me a flare
