Just spoke to one of the most helpful reps ever Lyza was super attentive and very helpful with assisting me.

Make you wait so long, your brand new iphone goes from 100% to 0% in that time, arrive early arrive on time or arrive late and your hair greys over the two hours they have you waiting, and by the time it’s your turn you’re mad as hell. They also had random people walk in and out of the room as i was seen to discuss other patients- possibly the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been

Dr Berry is pretty dry and rude. I’ve never walked into a doctors office for the first time and have the doctor greet you with her back as she’s sitting at her desk. Absolutely unprofessional. Not the way any doctor should treat a patient especially a new one. Not to disclose medical info but long story short she is not willing to give me the medical attention I requested. She’s basically making me take the long route. I needed to reschedule an appt and I was rescheduled for a month later and from in person to online . The medical attention I need does not require her to push me out an entire month but a simple recommendation that she could do well before my next appointment. Absolutely the worst.

Ive been coming here ever since I was a teenager. There were some good doctors and not-so-great Doctors. Dr. Keisha Barry is a great Doctor. She is very professional and listens to my needs and concerns. I recommend her. However, trying to get an appointment here is a long wait and can be frustrating when you want to be seen by your doctor. I dont know what department deals with referrals but, Ive been waiting for over a month to get a referral processed to see a physical therapist.I would give this place 3 stars but, the over the phone experience, dealing with certain doctors in the past, and having to wait so long is why I gave it 2 stars.Side note* The 2 GYNs I went to in the past dismissed my concerns. They are no longer at this location.Update 11/23/22I had a virtual appointment with a different doctor that wasnt my PCP. So in the end I needed to reschedule a follow up. The person whom I had an appointment with said the office would call me. I missed the call at 3:20 pm and received a voicemail to call back to schedule. I called back 10 minutes later and it went to after hours answering services. I checked google and the office doesnt close until 5. I was confused. It was only around 3:40pm. So now I have a feeling I have to wait to even longer to book an appointment. Also, while the answering machine is finished playing, it transfers you to a person. The person said the office is closed and asked if I would like to leave a message. She asked what location and I told her and she said she couldnt find it...I would understand if it was Christmas Eve. But I know theres no such thing as Thanksgiving Eve. And if the office was closing early, they shouldve sent an email to patients. Smh.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had the worst experience with this place, and being made to feel I made up my excruciating pain I am in. I was first asked by the doctor, ‘why am I even here?’ after also being made to feel bad that I missed a couple calls from her as it was an unknown number, which I never answer. Supposedly left a voicemail that I also didn’t receive. I walked away crying on the second visit after no help and like I was crazy. It took another ER trip to get diagnosed and for some people to care. I will no longer be a patient here.

Five stars for Anne Stevens, all of the nurses, PAs, phlebotomists, and front desk staff too.Zero stars for the first available appointment always being in a month or two, and another zero stars for sending meds to the pharmacy.God forbid you need a refill approved by a nurse, I have to call at least three to five times every single month to get them to send the meds to my pharmacy. I call 2 and a half weeks before Im out of meds, thats how long the wait is.

Ive been taking all of my children to the pediatrician here for years. The staff is very kind as well and the atmosphere is welcoming. Not much wait time either. They make sure their patients are seen on or around their appointment schedule.

I been a patient at this clinic for about 2 years and always had a fairly good experience. It is 4 blocks from my home so the convenience when in pain is the only reason I still try. Wait was never super long but my pcp was amazing so it kind of cancelled out any negative views I had. Now that she is gone I’m not so sure about the efficiency. The nurses and staff are not rude at all, at least they never were to me that’s why I chose to come here over the ER at 3 hospitals in my neighborhood with any medical issues because I’ve dealt nasty nurses and rushy doctors at each hospital. My medical condition worsened as you can expect over the weekend while they were closed and I stayed in bed curled up in a ball. I mean during a pandemic everything and everyone is that much more on edge so I have some sympathy towards the situation.I’ve received Help and calls since so Im content.

As the quality of care in NYC is so so spotty, I have to say they have been impressively consistent and strong care providers. They have the same issues that most NYC doctors face: they have medium long wait times, book 1-3 months out and do sometimes cancel on you. So yes, that’s not ideal. But they’re not special in this regard. Most of my doctor experiences in NYC have involved wait times unless you are first patient of the day and plenty of offices book out a month minimum. If you need a rush job, for almost all doctors in NYC your options would still be planned parenthood, urgent care facilities, or the ER. I recommend the community healthcare network overall as a one stop shop for medical, dental, gyno, and some mental health options. Are they perfect? No. Are they solid? Yes. If you’re doing mostly routine check ins they are a very good option and have an easy to use portal to track your charts over time. Recommend.

Never had a problem in all the years I’ve been seen there. Drs are care-filled and never rush you, nurses are wonderful and informative, and the front desk’s obviously doing their best.

Dr.Barry is really the best! The staff is always so friendly! It’s feel great to know I have a primary doctor who cares!

If youre a few minutes late youll have to reschedule for 3-4 four months later because they never have anything available for the following week or just within the same month. Yet when you get there early & youll be in the waiting area with 2-3 other patients for about an hour or so then you finally hear your name called but dont get too excited its just to see the nurse who asks for your weight & height when thats supposed to be their job to obtain that particular info physically themselves or is the scale there for decoration? Then you go back into the waiting area for another 30-45 minutes to see your doctor for a regular physical that takes less than 5 minutes. The only reason I still go here is because its fairly close to home but Im thinking I might have to change locations because missing damn near 3 hours of my day is beyond annoying.

These people can’t seem to get anything right when it comes to dr giving u bloodwork or refills on medications, sad to say this place I use to go when I was in my teenage years , I don’t know if it because new management or what. They need to get it together, the doctor don’t use the medical portal to let you know when they send over ur medication, the medical staff act like they can’t help you it’s so upsetting to see this place get to this point! Highly unhappy and Very disappointed. Would not recommend this place to friends or family! RUN FOR THE HILLS!

I love the staff. My only issue is the wait time. I’ve never been at this facility for less than 90 minutes. I’m pregnant and I leave work early just to make the appointments. It’s extremely uncomfortable to be waiting that long in my condition.

They are very unprofessional.I have been bringing my kids here for years, and the new people they have working the front are disrespectful and rude. They talk about you like you are not in the room and argue with patients.

Horrible service. Had an online appointment with my doctorI waited for 40 min and the doctor never showed up. Then when I called later to request new appointment, I was told that I would have to wait another two months! Pathetic.

This is my pcp, and gyn, I’ve been going to this office for years…recently found out I was pregnant so I called to make an appointment to confirm and to start prenatals….I was told the only appointment was a month away and that they couldn’t get anything earlier. I’m highly disappointed that I now have to find another obgyn because I can’t wait a month to make sure my baby is okay.

Never will I return, I went there because I had a terrible cough, I had this cough for 5 days. On the 5th day I went here to see what was wrong. The doctor told me nothing was wrong and continue to take over the counter medicine. I came home and told my mom and shes listening to my cough and shes giving me a screwwed face and took me to another doctor they put an oxygen maskAnd sent me to the hospital turned out I had p pneumonia... If my mom never thoughtanything of it I could have been worst off. I will not be returning back to this facility.

I have been with this center for a few years. I am satisfied with the services being offered here. The staff is accommodating and professional.No bad experiences. Wait time is usually an hour or less unless doctor has an emergency.

I work in the laboratory that provide services to the community. As a fellow Caribbean I decided to approach the lab to give literature on the services we provide. After respectfully handing literature and a business card to an employee I heard A woman say next time as I walked out. Upon re-entering I noticed all the literature I gave was in the trash. I asked why would she simply not telling me she wasnt interested end dump the literature in the garbage. Once she proceeded to get ignorant I decided to walk out and tell her God bless you I felt compelled to do something am I only immediate reaction is to write this review. If there was anything less than one star I would give it to this Clinic

This has become my regular go to facility for ailments. I am not sure who runs the center but I do hope and wish that they would provide training for staff re: better customer service skills. On several occassions I have received appointment reminders/calls from staff members who sound like they either have marbles in their mouth or sound like theyve never had a phone conversation with anyone other than their best friend. When you go in you exprience the same thing. If you dont approach the staff at the reception desk they will ignore you and exasperatly answer your questions when you do have one. However, even with that they still manage to run a decent center. There are staff members who are polite and friendly, they even greet you when you walk in #mindblown!

Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. It was a very good experience considering I am usually quite uncomfortable at a doctor office.

Im happy with this clinic ad the staff. Ad doctors never had no issue with anyone but I always say give respect to earn respect if u cant say anything nice dnt say anything at all dnt take ur anger out on any one wake up ad thank god for seeing another day.. Have a bless day to all 🙏

I have been going to that practice for a couple of years. And I Love there my Doctor was very easy going. and great to talk to she is not there anymore but I still go there

I love the ladies at the front desk. They are professional, caring and efficient. The doctors and nurses are friendly. I love my Dr Lee and therapist L. Braun.

Love this place, and most of the people working here, however the wait times could be extremely long, and could hinder having other plans. Not good if you have a long day with back to back appointments. Otherwise, its wonderful.

Professional staff, clean environment. One stop medical facility. Alot of tests and variety of services all under one roof. Been using this center for many years. I am satisfied.

I only come to this place for my son and we love Dr Benjamin she is very thorough and informative. She has been his pediatrician since he was a infant n she has never let me down 4 years n counting thank you Dr.Benjamin

Great place. I see my doctor here and got my vaccinations. Never a problem and no long waits.

I work all the way in manhattan so I cant leave early just to speak to a receptionist. I been trying to call for three days to reschedule and I always get voicemail. HORRIBLE.

They have a very bad attitude over there, when you come on time for your appointment they make you wait for almost an hour longer, then when you call to cancel they don’t notate that and put you on a bs no show list.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude, they discuss patients business amongst each other. I wouldnt even bring my dieing dog to that place.

Great experience every time Ive had an appointment. Only thing that sucks is the phones are never answered.

Very unprofessional is always canceling appointments and trying to reschedule, also receptionist are not very welcoming and tend to have an attitude problem.

The staff needs to be trained properly. They lack customer service.

When you call no one answer the phone

It can be difficult to get to them over the phone.

A clean place with friendly but slow staff, if you call they will put you on hold and it takes them a long time to answer. If you leave physical exams or need laboratory tests, they may wait a long time to give you samples and it may also be that if you do not come personally to ask The results will not solve the situation for you.
