Excellent office, all the staff were capable and completely nonjudgmental. The nurses helping me were so understanding and sweet. I am incredibly grateful for their support. They made me feel calm and certain of my decision.

Don’t recommend it. From having to give my wallet and phone to the front desk (why don’t you provide secure lockers?), to being demanded to lock up my phone and sit staring into space for hours……..It’s a NO FOR ME! They also don’t provide a waiting area. So your escort will be forced to roam the streets for hours. They can’t even come through the front door!………. Glad I walked out and had my procedure elsewhere.P.S. They operate under multiple names. When researching at least three different “clinics” lead back to this same address. Very shady!

The clinic is neat and clean. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. They eased my anxiety and made it a stress-free experience.

I would give this place a 5 star because I’ve been there before an the service were amazing. Unfortunately this last time I visited the entire experience from start went very smoothly the nurses along with the doctors an surgeon were amazing. The part that was not appealing to me was the recovery room where one of the nurse started shaking me an telling me in a very aggressive tone “you have to get up you have to get up an get off the bed” I felt like that was very inconsiderate knowing I was placed under anesthesia an I needed time to revive myself before getting up to walk. Not only did she make me stand up an I almost fainted rushing me up off the bed after I told her I can’t walk. She then heard the aggression in my voice an offered to put me back to lay down to revive myself.I wish I was able to get her name unfortunately I didn’t. But she left a bad taste in my mouth after I walked out of their. experience overall is really good just need to work on the workers coming to work on time. An appointment shouldn’t be at 7am as the first 3 patients then to be seen at 9:30am for some reason the patient have to pay for the employees lateness. No good!!

If you have to get an abortion, DO NOT. I REPEAT, DO NOT go here. Go to planned parenthood in manhattan, they can get everything done in one day/visit. This place in brooklyn had me come back 2 times and wanted me to come a 3rd time for a procedure i knew i was too early on in pregnancy to need. This place just added problems to my life that i didn’t need, and planned parenthood was such a better and smoother experience compared to this place. i 1000% reccomemd the manhattan location. they were very caring with patients and had everything done in a timely manner with an appointment. I could have saved myself an extra two weeks if I just went there first. All I need to say. Do what you want, but this place wasn’t it. And the front desk girl was so rude too, another worker had to take her in the back for her attitude and they also argued right infront of me. I just don’t need to deal with extra drama and planned parenthood was much more professional.

I called to make an appointment and had basic questions and the receptionist was very annoyed with my questions. She gave me a huge attitude, made me feel insignificant and raised her voice at me. I ended up cancelling my appointment due to how I was treated on the phone. Considering this is a huge life altering time in a woman’s life, you’d think you would be treated with a tiny bit of kindness. Do not go here

Operate On a first come first serve basis and do not make you aware of this. They give you appointment times and by no means even look at it again when you show up because they call whoever came first. I was given a choice of appointment times and purposely chose the earliest one to give myself time to complete other tasks I had to do for the day and I was called in 4 1/2 hours after my initial appointment time. Nothing bad to say about the doctors or the staff they were all great. But as an institution you owe it to your patients to stick to appointment times or stop giving out times and just tell everyone that you operate based off of a first come first serve basis. So basically my advice to everyone is show up as early as possible because even if you show up at your appointment time you will not be let in for hours if there are other people ahead of you and it doesn’t matter if you’re on time you will not be called at your time.

Kind, patient, and professional. It has been an emotional rollercoaster for me but somehow they made this process run so smoothly. Absolutely painless as well. I felt confident in their care and now recommend them to everyone.

The wait is way too long thats the only reason they have 4 stars but if I had to rate the staff I definitely would rate all of them 10 stars! The 2 black women at the surgery desk were so nice and comforting and answered all my questions honestly- The doctor with the blonde hair- I felt she treated me as a person and not another job even tho Im sure she had a long day- and the anesthesiologist was also helpful- Even when the doctor was held up he got me a blanket because it was freezing during the wait- sorry I dont remember their names- But every one there was very nice and made my experience alittle less nerve racking-

Many reviews are accurate and less than one star is more fitting. The experience will most likely traumatize you as much as your situation.When arriving no one gives instructions. They are poorly labeled at a table and you are expected to know. I was chastised when I went to the desk with the wrong paperwork and they workers gave me extreme attitude. Their questions forced me to repeat out loud what I was there for so confidentiality was out the window. Waiting for service is normal but I waited over three hours to see the doctor and only received 5 minutes of FaceTime. She is the only saving grace, Dr. Amy Goldman is incredible. Ask for her if you can**There were three rooms in total that I went into; the sonogram room, the doctors office and the blood lab room where you are given the pills. For both the apt and the follow up the sonogram went a little different but both times I ended with my legs up. Pills are given in a paper envelope and no pain medication is included.NO COVID precautions or limitations to people in the waiting room.Staff seemed to be kind to each other but treated each person like an unwanted guest in their home. Over the phone is worse, rude and unfriendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was very good. It went quickly and staff was very sweet to me... Very appreciated during a difficult thing to do. Dr Fuchs was my doctor and he made me feel extremely at ease. I definitely recommend going here and before this experience I personally never would have gone to a clinic type setting... But again it was more than just that.

I would honestly recommend this place to anyone. The busiest days are Friday’s and Saturday’s considering that there is only one doctor; meaning the wait is going to be long. However, the staff is sweet and make you feel comfortable. It may feel like a scary experience, but the staff does help you feel welcomed and assist your needs to their absolute best abilities.

I recently visited this facility for a simple procedure.. I’ve had this same procedure done years ago without any anesthesia and it may have been the most uncomfortable 30 mins of my life. (I cried the whole time) Although Dr.B considered my request for General Anesthesia “ Over Kill” .He still was understanding enough to allow it. (Thank You)All of the staff were pleasant & very informative. Front desk & back office. Very well kept & clean. It’s good to visit a professional office that still knows the value & importance of Good “Bedside Manners”. I will continue to be & recommend patients to this office. You guys are Awesome!

I just had to share the amazing experience I had at the clinic , I was very Im impressed especially with me being familiar with these type of procedures and settings because I do work in the medical field myself. First I must say the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was claiming and rexlaxing very clean, the facility reminded me of a small urgent unit state of the art equipment and everyone was very professional. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

I really loved this place. The service is great. My favourite nurse, it staff, business administrator and person at this place was Yasmine Yanez. She helped me every step of the way and she made sure everyone was good even after they confirmed that they were. The service at this place in general is awesome. I would come back and I will definitely recommend it to anyone in need of services of that nature. Im not going to include any details on myself but this place is really great and if you want to feel welcomed, important and in good hands you should definitely come here. In terms of waiting, I feel like the time is reasonable but prepare to be here for at least 3 hours because thats what you came here to do. Im in love lol. With the great customer service and the great personalities.

It was an OK experience and just that. Two ladies at the front desk were kinda standoffish as if they didn’t wanna help me and it’s already bad enough that i had to come there for such a hard decision. Some of the medical assistants in pre op were kinda rude. I asked one where the lab was and she acted like asked her where she lived or something but Dr Miller was very nice and so was the anesthesiologist. The Nurses and Post Op were helpful as well but there needs to be different receptionists and Pre op Medical Assistants and nurses

As someone who was uninsured, I was told to pay or leave, even though other options were available. However, I will say the services were good and the nurses were nice.

Worst experience for a second appointment ! First off the reviews are lies , because I had a review about them here few months ago about my time with them at this clinic and I wrote about how they kept me waiting for three hours straight . When nobody came to even call me in my appointment was at 10:30am ! Left that place at 1:40PM I asked many times when will they call me in and many times was told to have a seat that theyll be right with me . After three hours of waiting. I left with disappointment and now I am a better and much more better staff clinic for my 20weeks pregnant belly baby

Well I had a procedure done here and it was ok.. It was mt first time so i was completely nervous. The wait time wasnt long and procedure itself was pretty quick. Dr.Miller was so nice & The Anastesilogist (sp?) Mr.Rocco was awesome he made me smile when legit all i wanted to do was cry & i appreciated that so much! The rest of the staff was pretty cold but i guess they see so much on the daily you cant really blame them. Anywho overall it was a good experience for what its worth.

Called to schedule an appointment this morning for a procedure and the female that answered was very condescending. I’ll go to planned parenthood, no woman wants to be coming to your office for these kinds of procedures with nasty and rude staff. L

One of the less pleasant experiences I’ve had and not because of the circumstances I put myself in. The facility itself does not offer patients with the best options. They push surgery even when it’s not necessary. They provide pills in paper envelopes which does not seem kosher. And while wait time for good service is ok with me the wait time is extensive for something that should feel more sanitary & protective of women’s bodies.

I went here recently because i needed to do the 2 day procedure and I must say this is the 1st clinic from the receptionists, rns, to the doctor (Hey Rocco) that actually does the procedures, made my experience comforting. Im in shock i didnt experience as much pain per usual. But this staff is very caring, I highly recommend them!!!

Professional Gynecological Services and this place is located in the same building. I need women to see my story before scheduling.I had a bad experience when I called to schedule an appointment. The representative that answers the phone seem annoyed and didnt want to assist me.The day of my appointment, I didnt feel like they were following all guidelines to protect patients from covid. The back room was crowded with women, everyone was jumping from seat to seat, pre-op examination areas. Nothing was being cleaned after one female left the area. They were only changing the sheet, nothing was being sprayed or wiped down. I pray myself or no other women get the virus because of this company poor cleaning. I refuse to go back for my follow up, I will schedule an appointment with my gyn.

I had my operation today and I must say that I was very nervous. The staff here are great and delivers excellent service. Im posting under a psuedo-name since this is a public review. Im not sure who I spoke to but I called the a little bit after 10 am on 9/3 about a second trimester procedure and was transferred to the surgical department. The person who I spoke to was cold, short, and had no emotion. She didnt greet me and just said how far along are you? very unpleasant call. Im surprised they have someone handling the phones like that when you have patients who are calling about sensitive topics and dealing with trauma in one way or another.

The customer service there was way different from any facility I’ve attended. I usually go to Planned Parenthood, but coming to here I was in and out for my appointments. The doctors were considerate to my feelings. I wasn’t judged when asked questions.

Do not waste your time or money here. Not understanding at all, bf wasn’t allowed to make an appointment for me even though I gave him permission. I explained the situation to them and was not in the slightest bit understanding, go to planned parenthood way nicer!

The staffing is professional, and their passion for patients safety and health is really their strong point. My experience was excellent! I recommend anyone for different types of procedures to give this facility a try.

Everything went great the staff was wonderful especially nurse Annie . I just had a bad experience with the Boris Hes very rough, and walked away when I asked him if I can put the IV in when I get into the surgery room . I found that to be very rude and he should remember to be a little compassionate.

If I could go lower than 1 star I would.I called here 2 says ago, the people I spoke to were polite but not accurate, I was told theyd call me back shortly after the call was placed, waited 4 hours spoke to them at work on my break. They were helpful with knowledge I thought they had till I showed up there. I was told what I went in for wasnt covered by insurance but I could pay cash, told them that was fine. I came in from work today by uber was $45, only to be told they cant do anything for me. Called to complain. I was transferred twice and hung up on. So overall I will not be coming back to this place. Absolutely dont recommend this place.

After reading a couple of bad reviews Im here to say take a deep breath and exhale. My experience was amazing I went in on edge and expecting the worst and left smiling. No woman would ever want to be in this situation but the team at this clinic made my time there really easy for me. With all the information and being able to ask countless questions (there are no dumb questions trust me) I give nothing but As for this clinic. The RN Nicole was super nice and warming and the medical assistant Stacy made me feel like I wasnt doing anything wrong and it really made me feel good because I felt terrible. The anesthesia doctor at the operating room was funny and made you laugh before you go to sleep. Everyone in there was really great I have no bad comments (if you have thin veins expect a little discomfort from the pre op anesthesia nurse) but other than that my experience was great. Im really happy I went there and not anywhere else.

Im a patient who came with my husband and everything from waiting till the operation was amazing. My doctor bronfman was very informative and kind and I felt really safe. The anesthesiologist Rocco was so funny and made me laugh which I did not expect at all and let me know when I was going to go under. My nurse shanie was so supportive and gave amazing advice and just kept boosting me up when I was feeling down about the situation. Leela the Ma was also amazing and gave me advice and just let me know everything was going to be okay. I would recommend Brooklyn Abortion to anyone who wants a safe, caring place where they arent judged.

Long wait…over crowded…clean…very cold…bring a sweater…but overall I had “severe”complications after DR.Miller performed my abortion !!! I was 9 weeks …. I went home and bled really bad for like a lil over a week …yes I went to the hospital…. basically I was hemorrhaging…. I swear I pushed my baby out at home ….I believe that she opened my cervix and let nature do the rest !!! Very bad experience!!!! Maybe it was just me or I have a lawsuit for negligence??????? But yea overall nah I wouldn’t trust em ! And my story is 1000% accurate

Very very very long wait time , rude staff especially the aisian lady . Overall procedure was quick , ended up getting an infection and a rash Shortly after the procedure . Horrible experience overall staff is really insensitive. My follow up appt only took 5 min yet wait time was an hour , never coming back here if I needed to .

My experience was actually horrible and im being completely honest. First off i waited for 2 hours and a half to see a doctor, the doctor was very nice and pleasant, i was 2 months pregnant and she was explaining to me how i would be due in April and so on and so forth. Then from there i had to see a nurse who questioned me and told her i wanted to terminate my pregnancy💣💣, she just left and came back with a whole squad of nurses you wouldve thought i was going to get arrested 👮👮the way they ran up on me or even jump me. After feeling uncomfortable i spoke to another doctor who questioned me to set up the abortion date all for them to tell me i cant get it done. It was crazy even my boyfriend saw all doctors running somewhere like something happened all because i said the Aword. I just wanted to get rid of the baby never was it that serious..😑😑

I just want to say if you have insurance that covers for abortions how mine does STAY AWAY from this clinic. When I did the termination I did not pay a dime up front. Then a couple of weeks later they sent me two Bills in the mail for 344 and 94 dollars after they received over 20,000 dollars from my insurance . They scammed my insurance and now they are trying to scam me .

Very incompetent. We end up in E.R after visiting this place. We called em twice no one even let us talk to nurse or doctor. When left belonging with them someone stole money out of purse. Sad! Disappointing!!!

Don’t go here. The price went from 500 to 550. The lady gone say theres other representatives here. So yous just giving out different prices ??? And i know i spoke to the same person. They taken 50 off the top for lunch. Glorilla said it 500 not 550.

Since I entered this place for the first time, they treated me very well, starting with the doorman to the doctors, they are very kind, they help you with things you dont understand, they address you with a lot of respect, you They follow up with anyone who follows your process, thank you, they treated me very well. I give it 1 Star for the treatment received at reception and for how the doctors treated me, who were very kind, mainly a Puerto Rican boy who speaks Spanish who is very attentive, there is a detail that I write to see if they take it into account, 1 - no It is attended to by the time of your appointment, otherwise whoever arrives first 2 -does not allow you to bring a companion, does not let you get on and 3 -when you leave a process and even more so if they gave you anesthesia you feel dizzy then, you have to do everything Hurry to get out as quickly as possible, Im telling you to see if they give the patients a little more time because you have to get dressed super quickly, another thing to see if anyone sees this opinion is that it is not wise for a patient who has just finished having a process with anesthesia, go down alone, without anyone to accompany you to the exit, because they dont let anyone in, they dont call any family member to at least tell them that the patient is going to leave, I say this because it would be very sad if someone left I fainted in that elevator alone, being able to do something to take better care of the patients, and finally, the guys in the entrance were both very kind.
