The worst waiting time for a dentist I have ever experienced. If your appointment is at 11:00am the dentist isn’t seeing you around 1:30pm - 2:00pm. So make sure your phone is fully charged and take the full day off just to see the dentist and you can also forget about doing laundry this week if you get only 1 day off per week. If you decide you want to reschedule then the next appointment isn’t till another 3 months away. WOW GREATEST SERVICE 🤬🤬🤬

This is absolutely the worst doctors office in Brooklyn they used to actually have a decent phone service to make your appointment but that was going too good so they had to make it match the terrible service of their office the doctor seem like theyre and their first year of medical school

I went to DBS for a Pap smear and Tori, the NP, was awesome. My best gynecologist visit in 30 years. I dislike getting a Pap smear but Tori walked me through everything she was about to do. Terrific! Definitely recommend.

The front staff and security have better treatment than the pcp as for as politenessis concerned. They want to book you for appointments for everything to come in person very annoying especially when you have to work weekends they are closed to get a letter from the doctors for anything is difficult, it could be for the smallest thing, the excuse is I never treated you for that maybe.... because you werent here they rotate doctors in and out love my history is in the sytem been going there since a child im grown you cant treat me for what i asked for furthermore the letter wont get you fired..... They want you to request medical records from other places instead of requesting the release themselves knowing it will be faster and easier. I am switching they also need black doctors none at all which is disturbing and sprinkle some latin ones around also. The female white doctor is condescending and annoying so sad I have a second place that I go and Im thankful for that

The nurse, NP/doctor, and medical tech are nice and professional.The front desk staff with the exception of the Hispanic female are dingbats. Unprofessional. One of them misspelled my emergency contact name, listed no phone number for my emergency contact. She missed spelled my email address. She spelled Gmail with 2 is. Clearly she does not pay attention because I know my handwriting is precise.

Never had any problems with this clinic. Always get seen quick. Although when its busy theres a little wait time but its understanding because every medical center gets backed up at times. This place is convenient because I live close. Pretty clean for the most part. Havent seen any major concerns involving health and safety. They seem to be following the rules in keeping the place clean. Lastly all the staff members are very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

About a month ago my agency that I work in, required the annual physical, I gave the form to the receptionist to have it filled out with my doctor. Throughout the month, I have gone 4 times to ask for the form and every time they either lied to my face saying they already gave it to me, that the doctor wasnt in, or I needed to be tested for something else. I understand that they may have busy schedules but it comes to a point where you get the feeling that they just dont want to do their job and make up any lie instead of admitting their truth that they forgot or lost the form. Anyways, after being tired of going and insisting to speak with the doctor, he finally was able to complete the paper. Want to make clear the doctors and nurses are wonderful, the receptionists are the WORST, maybe expect Stephanie. But the rest basically gossip behind you, talk to you loudly about your business, have no consideration about the patients, please change them.Currently due to construction in Blake they have moved to Atlantic. But they are horrible. I hope they read this and be ashamed of themselves.

I hope that the new clinic in Blake will have new administrative people, especially the receptionists who arent educated people, are very disorganized and treat the patient badly. No matter how important it is for you to see your doctor they dont care, they give you long appointments, when you walk-ins you wait very long for them to say the doctor cant see you. When you approach the receptionist about the long waits or any  inconvenience you have, in order to dismiss you they just make up any lie that the doctors are not in or mistreat the patient. They lied to me once that the doctor had not arrived and then I saw him walking down. I am definitely considering transferring to another clinic.

The wait in this place is ridiculous!!! Its even hard to get a live person on the phone! Being a medical assistant myself I understand that sometimes there will be a wait but like I said this place is ridiculous, you should never be at a doctors office for 30 minutes without being triaged!! Nor should you be sent results saying you need to come in to discuss the results but cant get an appointment! I find that this only happens at the offices where government insurance is accepted.

Most horrible health center ever! Every doctor that you visit in this center end up leaving after awhile. Long wait time to find out information or even book an appointment via phone. The Manager to this facility is very rude. She has no professionalism. When you make a complaint to her she sticks up for the staff instead of taking care of the problem. This use to be my go to clinic but too many mistakes have happened to stay here. Switch to another facility if you can.

When im there im always seen on time never had any problems with the nurses or doctors.. Never wait more then 15 mins to be seen...fast and for the most part clean better then other medical places Ive been too....two thumbs up

I scheduled an appointment for a physical. I had to wait 3 months for my appointment and they called me the day before my appointment to tell me the doctor wouldnt be in! So I ask when is the reschedule date and she says I have to wait another month! Why do I have to wait 4 months for a physical?

This place is the worst it’s like the doctors feel that you don’t matter I have been trying to speak to a doctor on the phone for months. Every-time they give me a phone appointment the doctors cancel like we are humans they need doctors that want to work

If you’re sick u or yr child bettr off not doin a walk in they will have u sit there for long jus to see the nurse who will tell u go to urgent care.. worst place to go if sick and needs meds.. i been going here since 2008 the drs they had b4 was really nice dese drs and nurses they got now is useless smh

Wonderful place to receive medical, dental, mental health services. I would definitely recommend it.

Horrible place, very unprofessional, they never answer the phone. If your having a crises your in trouble. I really dont think they care about their patients.
