Absolutely loved this place. The staff was nice and the environment was very inviting and soothing, with words of affirmation and upbeat music playing throughout the space which can be helpful when someone is going through a painful/traumatic/scary experience like a surgery.I went for a surgery and i felt cared for and attended to my entire stay there. Your privacy is protected from start to finish, and the staff go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and well informed so there are no surprises. In addition to being communicative, the staff was really friendly. Instead of being met with stern, cold demeanors, most of the staff were light hearted and had a warmth to them you just dont see in clinics these days.In addition to great service and short waiting times, the company offers complimentary Uber service for clients which i gladly took advantage of. Very high class service. Definitely recommend.

I finally feel alright enough to share my experience here. Ive never shared a negative review before.If youve had a miscarriage and your doctor recommends this facility to you, please, please ask for a referral elsewhere if youre able. I had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks, and was sent here for a d&c.So much was wrong here- from nurses who had access to my chart *repeatedly* asking me you know the fetus is dead, right? and you know this was a bad pregnancy, right?, to handing me my ultrasound images out of nowhere, mishandling my genetic testing paperwork, 2.5 hours total wait time (in a gown, without my phone, no tv or reading material), and being asked personal health questions in an open space within 10 feet of other patients and facility staff. The nurses were consistently irritated by my teary demeanor, sighing loudly and rolling their eyes at me as I did my best to wait patiently for this to all be over.Most egregious, however, was the handling of my pick-up. I was assured in advance that my husband would be called with enough time to pick me up, and when I woke up from the procedure groggy, was again assured my husband was called before my procedure began so that he had enough time to arrive. I was told I could get dressed and leave, I get down to the street still very groggy- only to find out my husband hadnt been called at all. I felt unsafe with no place to sit and busy traffic going by while I waited the half hour for my husband to arrive.This place was awful. For such a sensitive situation, I would not advise anyone to trust them.

Before my wife and I recently got married we had some decisions to make that would change our life. Its never easy making a decision like this but knowing their are people out there who wont judge you for it made us for relieved. Having nurses by your side helping and just being there when needed the most means a lot.

Certain times require certain actions and we are that couple that needed to take action in our situation. Eastside was there for us and caring throughout the entire process. It was great knowing we had nurses who actually cared for patients. Thank you for everything.

I have been with my girlfriend for 8 years and we finally are ready to take the next step however a new situation occurred that we were not expecting or ready for. Thankfully Eastside was there to help us and the nurses were very kind and professional helping us along the way.

Difficult times lead to supportive and friendly help. Workers who care and want to help. We are so thankful that the nurses here were by our side and were very caring throughout the process.

Before my wife and I got married we had an unexpected surprise that we were not ready for financially and other reasons why but eastside was there for us when we needed it the most.

Great staff who truly cares about patients. I wasnt looked at like just a number and I was treated with respect. Very clean establishment as well.

I don’t recommend anyone to put there valuable stuff in there lockers multiple patients valuables were stolen out of there locker just btw they make you sign a waiver that are not responsible if any items get stolen reason on why I’m writing this is to make you aware because my wife phone was stolen and minutes after someone else was claiming her phone stolen out of the locker and ofcourse they don’t have cameras there because it’s locker room so be careful I believe it was inside job.

Happy I brought my girlfriend here. They were supportive and helped us get through the entire process.

Ugly rude bytches dont waste your time the thing is to make them go out of business for being unprofessional.....

Please don’t go here, i came for a miscarriage and it was like a prison factory.
