Dr Kulak is such an amazing physician who is very attentive and caring. He takes his time and is very thorough.. i am so great full for finding this office and my overall experience at Genesis Fertility. The staff is so amazing and friendly and very accommodating!Thank you Dr Kulak and Staff!!

Dr.Kulak is such a great doctor. He is so calm and very down to earth. Its very easy to talk to him. He cares about his patients and even follows up with them while he is on vacation. He is super intelligent and did research on my condition to provide me with options other than surgery. Im not easily impressed with doctors and have serious trust issues with American medical officals but Dr. Kulak is a doctor I would easily recommend to family, friends, and shoot... even stragers.

Dr. Kulak was easy to talk to and had a great bed side manner. I had several procedures done by him and they were virtually pain free. He was gentle and talked me through everything which made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Kulak and the team at Genesis are phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Often people only think about the quality of the doctors while selecting a practice, but actually the sum of the support team are really what counts. Dr. Kulak is an incredible doctor and I also saw Dr. Grazi, who is also amazing. But the administrative team, billing team, phlebotomists and ultrasound techs are all wonderful who are deeply committed to your care.My husband and I are pregnant now with our first child and were only able to conceive with their support. The truth is, my husband and I wish that we could continue to see these doctors, but we have now Graduated to more traditional OB/GYN care.Truth be told, well be back when were ready to try and conceive our next child.

Dr Kulak was amazing through my fertility journey. I now have the most perfect 7 month old daughter. I am very grateful for his understanding, patience, and care.

What an amazing place! The doctors, nurses, and staff are all pleasent, and make your journey stress free! Such an amazing atmosphere! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! They made my dreams come true!
