AHF Healthcare Center - Brooklyn

Went there for free testing at 4.40pm and was called at 6pm. Place is a little run down, restroom where to do swabs is not the cleanest. Once they called me, it was very quick and staff was very nice. But the weirdest part was my experience with the vintage store below which is part of the AHF. After my visit, I went to check it out. Saw some pants I wanted to try but the person at the register with a very serious face said that the changing room was close. But I could see it, right in front of me, with the curtain open. It felt a curb your enthusiasm kind of moment. I put back the pants and left.

I always feel welcome, seen, and respected when I visit the office and care team (thank you Nakita, and the rest of the staff there on Atlantic Avenue!). Almost 20 years as an AHF client, beginning in D.C. and now in Brooklyn, I am so happy to be a part of this community!

I’d like to thank the staff at this location. Nikita went out of her way to reschedule a missed appointment. She also was proactive in scheduling my next appointments ahead of time. She makes a great addition to the Brooklyn Team! All of you make visits easy and stress free.

I’ve been coming to AHF for almost a decade now and I’ve been at the Brooklyn AHF office for 3 years. Personally love the service and the attention given to me as a patient. I’m not one to return to a place with bad service and AHF has kept me up and in good hands for years. Love Trina and Dr. Williams and all the staff that work to keep the place and patients healthy and running! 🫶🏾💙

This is by far the best facility that I have been to. Nurse Cheryl and Nurse Trina is amazing. They made starting Cabenuva as easy as possible . I knew the injection would hurt but they make it worth it. Whenever I come into the office they treat me like family and make me feel like AHF is like another office. I forget my status and joke about my butt enhancement injections. AHF is truly my second FAMILY. Thanks to Cheryl and Trina.

Nakita is great every time I come in. She’s always positive, helpful and ensuring I am set up for any future appointments. All of the providers here take good care of patients.

I came to get tested and it was pretty fast and sufficient. I was introduced to Stevie a counselor who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my correspondence to testing. The services here are impactful. My suggestion is to come early in the day as wait time can vary.

Theres a funny smell coming from the offices of AHF, and its the stench of ignorance and failure. How does a doctor put you on medication and not even check to see if it works? How does he miss a diagnosis that could cost me my life?! I can never get an appointment and no matter how many messages I leave for Dr. Williams he NEVER calls back! The level of care here is disgusting. Believe the reviews, watch the rating go down and if you dont want to get sicker and die GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is a danger to healthcare and peoples lives.

Wendy was super welcoming and helpful. She checked me in and guided me exactly where I needed to go. Really made my appointment so easy!

You are a healthcare center that focuses on vital health, disease and prevention. Why is your healthcare center always greeting people with attitude, low vibration, and poor customer service? I’ve been going here for YEARS and as I get older, I realize this is NOT what the community deserves. ESPECIALLY at AHF.Ontop of that your patient portal no longer works and your guest are hit with “this is a new system” with no proper communication or transparency. Do better AHF Brooklyn, or a light will be shed on your emotional neglect to your community.

Front desk is always super friendly. Usually pretth timely with lab work and getting back to to patients.

Im told that theyre going to send my prescription, and yet its a week later and they still havent. Now im out of medication, and have been on hold on the phone for 30 MINUTES. Lets get it together people. And ANSWER THE PHONE
